Claims (7)
- 一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,包括定子(1)、转子(2)和电机转轴(7),定子(1)设置在转子(2)外部,电机转轴(7)位于转子(2)内,所述转子(2)包括转子齿(21)和转子铁心(22),其特征在于:所述定子(1)包括外层的定子轭部(11)、中层的定子铁心(12)以及内层的定子齿(13),所述定子轭部(11)与定子铁心(12)之间设置有若干个铝镍钴永磁体(4),若干个铝镍钴永磁体(4)沿定子(1)的径向一周分布,每个铝镍钴永磁体(4)上绕有一个充去磁绕组(3);所述定子齿(13)位于充去磁绕组(3)与转子(2)之间,定子齿(13)内设置有两根平行的钕铁硼永磁体(5),钕铁硼永磁体(5)的一端朝向转子(2),另一端朝向充去磁绕组(3)和铝镍钴永磁体(4)之间的区域,每个定子齿(13)上均绕有电枢绕组(6)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:相邻两个充去磁绕组(3)之间设置有一个铁心极(8),所述铁心极(8)位于定子轭部(11)和定子铁心(12)之间,所述铝镍钴永磁体(4)的数量和定子齿(13)的数量相同。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:相邻两个铝镍钴永磁体(4)的充磁方向相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:相邻两个充去磁绕组(3)之间还设置有一个铝镍钴永磁体(4),所述铝镍钴永磁体(4)上也绕有充去磁绕组(3),所述铝镍钴永磁体(4)的数量是定子齿(13)的数量的两倍。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:相邻两个铝镍钴永磁体(4)的充磁方向相反。
- 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:相邻两个充去磁绕组(3)之间的间距相同,相邻两个定子齿(13)之间的间距相同。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种定子同极型混合永磁记忆电机,其特征在于:所述两根钕铁硼永磁体(5)以及与其对应的铝镍钴永磁体(4)呈“SNS”极性分布。
