优选地,所述插接线组件包括电源线、FR-4PCB板以及弹簧铜针;所述弹簧铜针焊接连接于FR-4PCB板;所述弹簧铜针两侧设置有与堵头插片的固定柱对应、用于固定该接插件组件与灯体固定的固定孔。
优选地,所述接插件组件两侧均设计有用于使得堵头的固定柱与接插线组件快速定位连接的突出部。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种快接式模块化LED灯条通过同时设置H型灯体11、与所述灯体11上部卡合式活动连接的PC灯罩12以及与灯体11相连接的插接线组件17结构,结合设置于所述灯体11内部的PCB电路板14以及处于灯体11两端端头部位、用于对灯体11两端进行封闭的堵头13,且将该堵头13设计为L型结构,包括用于插入灯体11内部的堵头插片以及与所述堵头插片一体成型、用于连接所述插接线组件的至少一个固定柱131,堵头13一侧上部开设与PC灯罩12外形匹配、用于卡合固定所述PC灯罩12的灯罩卡槽132,灯体11内侧上部开设用于卡入所述PCB电路板14的灯板槽111,且在灯体11内侧下部开设用于插入所述堵头插片的插片槽113,上述LED灯条的结构采用模块化设计理念,摒弃落后的接线方式,灯条无需焊线,免打胶且无需固定螺丝,简化了生产工艺,通过简洁的结构设计,灯与灯之间达到快速连接、对接无暗影的效果,外观精美,性价比高,提升了产品质感和用户体验感。

[具体实施方式]
为使本发明的目的,技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用于解释本发明,并不用于限定此发明。
请参阅图1至图5,本发明一种快接式模块化LED灯条1包括H型灯体 11、与所述灯体11上部卡合式活动连接的PC灯罩12以及与灯体11相连接的插接线组件17;还包括设置于所述灯体11内部的PCB电路板14以及处于灯体11两端端头部位、用于对灯体11两端进行封闭的堵头13;该堵头13呈L型结构,包括用于插入灯体11内部的堵头插片以及与所述堵头插片一体成型、用于连接所述插接线组件的至少一个固定柱131;所述堵头13一侧上部开设有与PC灯罩12外形匹配、用于卡合固定所述PC灯罩12的灯罩卡槽132;所述灯体11内侧上部开设有用于卡入所述PCB电路板14的灯板槽111,且在所述灯体11内侧下部开设有用于插入所述堵头插片的插片槽113;还包括开设于所述堵头插片上的堵头取电孔135,以及开设于所述灯体11两端、与堵头取电孔135位置对应的灯体取电孔。
本申请通过同时设置H型灯体11、与所述灯体11上部卡合式活动连接的PC灯罩12以及与灯体11相连接的插接线组件17结构,结合设置于所述灯体11内部的PCB电路板14以及处于灯体11两端端头部位、用于对灯体11两端进行封闭的堵头13,且将该堵头13设计为L型结构,包括用于插入灯体11内部的堵头插片以及与所述堵头插片一体成型、用于连接所述插接线组件的至少一个固定柱131,堵头13一侧上部开设与PC灯罩12外形匹配、用于卡合固定所述PC灯罩12的灯罩卡槽132,灯体11内侧上部开设用于卡入所述PCB电路板14的灯板槽111,且在灯体11内侧下部开设用于插入所述堵头插片的插片槽113,上述LED灯条的结构采用模块化设计理念,摒弃落后的接线方式,灯条无需焊线,免打胶且无需固定螺丝,简化了生产工艺,通过简洁的结构设计,灯与灯之间达到快速连接、对接无暗影的效果,外观精美,性价比高,提升了产品质感和用户体验感。
优选地,所述固定柱131呈反扣状结构;且所述固定柱131中间部位开设有使得固定柱131具备向内部收缩性能的槽体136。
优选地,所述灯体11一端还设置有尾塞体15;在所述尾塞体15上开设有与堵头插片上的固定柱131位置对应、用于封闭灯体11尾端灯体取电 孔的尾塞固定孔;所述尾塞体15两侧还设置有与堵头13相匹配、用于堵头固定柱131与尾塞体15之间快速定位连接的突出部。
优选地,所述堵头13上、灯罩卡槽132一侧还一体成型设置有用于对堵头13插入灯体11内部过程进行限位导向的导向柱133;且在灯体11上开设有与导向柱133外形匹配的导向槽。
优选地,所述堵头13上、靠近堵头取电孔135部位还一体成型设置有斜向锁扣134;且在灯体11上设置有与斜向锁扣134匹配的锁扣孔。
优选地,所述灯体11一端还连接有用于连接其他灯条的电气连接件18;在所述电气连接件18上开设有与各堵头13的固定柱131相连接的连接孔181;所述电气连接件18为“一”字形,“T”字形或“十”字形。
优选地,所述灯体11外侧还套设设置有固定扣16。
优选地,所述PCB电路板14底部左右两端设置有取电焊盘触点;该取电焊盘触点处于灯体11和堵头插片的堵头取电孔135中心部位。
优选地,所述插接线组件17包括电源线171、FR-4PCB板以及弹簧铜针;所述弹簧铜针焊接连接于FR-4PCB板;所述弹簧铜针两侧设置有与堵头插片的固定柱131对应、用于固定该接插件组件17与灯体11固定的固定孔172。
优选地,所述接插件组件17两侧均设计有用于使得堵头13的固定柱131与接插线组件17快速定位连接的突出部173。
堵头13:作为灯条两端封闭件,其上部留有卡槽,使PC面罩11端头部分与堵头13外侧面齐平,光线可由PC面罩11侧边发散,达到堵头13区域出光均匀,无暗影产效果。堵头13内侧上方左右两侧设计有导向柱133,与灯体11铝槽上部匹配,限制堵头13左右摆动;堵头13内侧下半部分设计有一模向插片,插片顶层设计有一斜向锁扣134,与灯体11上锁扣孔位置对应,安装堵头13时,将横向插片沿灯体11下部卡槽插入到灯体11, 锁扣到达锁扣孔位置时,插片向上弹起,锁扣嵌入锁扣孔卡,以此固定堵头13;该插片中间设计有灯条取电孔,取电装置由此插入;插片底层设计有固定柱,该固定柱尾部设计呈反扣状,柱体中间开槽使其具有向内压缩的性能,在插入电气连接件相应的固定孔后,固定柱尾部反扣弹开,扣住电气连接件底部,完成与电气连接件的固定,堵头13两侧下方设计有防呆缺口,用于与接插线组件、电气连接件、尾塞部件的快速定位连接。
灯体11:灯体11呈H形状,上方设计有PC面罩13卡槽,灯体11中部隔板上方设置有LED灯板卡槽,用于固定LED灯板;其下方也设计有一卡槽,用于插入堵头插片,以及安装固定扣;灯体11中部隔板两端设计有灯条取电孔,该孔与堵头插片上的取电孔重合;两端取电孔旁设计有锁扣孔,用于固定堵头部件。
PCB电路板14:采用FR-4双面PCB,PCB顶层贴LED灯珠及其驱动电路元件,PCB底层左右两端设计有取电焊盘触点,该触点位于灯体和堵头插片取电孔中心区域。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种快接式模块化LED灯条1通过同时设置H型灯体11、与所述灯体11上部卡合式活动连接的PC灯罩12以及与灯体11相连接的插接线组件17结构,结合设置于所述灯体11内部的PCB电路板14以及处于灯体11两端端头部位、用于对灯体11两端进行封闭的堵头13,且将该堵头13设计为L型结构,包括用于插入灯体11内部的堵头插片以及与所述堵头插片一体成型、用于连接所述插接线组件的至少一个固定柱131,堵头13一侧上部开设与PC灯罩12外形匹配、用于卡合固定所述PC灯罩12的灯罩卡槽132,灯体11内侧上部开设用于卡入所述PCB电路板14的灯板槽111,且在灯体11内侧下部开设用于插入所述堵头插片的插片槽113,上述LED灯条的结构采用模块化设计理念,摒弃落后的接线方式,灯条无需焊线,免打胶且无需固定螺丝,简化了生产工艺,通过简洁的结构设计,灯与灯之间达到快速连接、对接无暗影的效果,外观精美,性价比高,提升了产品质 感和用户体验感。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:包括H型灯体、与所述灯体上部卡合式活动连接的PC灯罩以及与灯体相连接的插接线组件;还包括设置于所述灯体内部的PCB电路板以及处于灯体两端端头部位、用于对灯体两端进行封闭的堵头;该堵头呈L型结构,包括用于插入灯体内部的堵头插片以及与所述堵头插片一体成型、用于连接所述插接线组件的至少一个固定柱;所述堵头一侧上部开设有与PC灯罩外形匹配、用于卡合固定所述PC灯罩的灯罩卡槽;所述灯体内侧上部开设有用于卡入所述PCB电路板的灯板槽,且在所述灯体内侧下部开设有用于插入所述堵头插片的插片槽;还包括开设于所述堵头插片上的堵头取电孔,以及开设于所述灯体两端、与堵头取电孔位置对应的灯体取电孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述固定柱呈反扣状结构;且所述固定柱中间部位开设有使得固定柱具备向内部收缩性能的槽体。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述灯体一端还设置有尾塞体;在所述尾塞体上开设有与堵头插片上的固定柱位置对应、用于封闭灯体尾端灯体取电孔的尾塞固定孔;所述尾塞体两侧还设置有与堵头相匹配、用于堵头固定柱与尾塞体之间快速定位连接的突出部。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述堵头上、灯罩卡槽一侧还一体成型设置有用于对堵头插入灯体内部过程进行限位导向的导向柱;且在灯体上开设有与导向柱外形匹配的导向槽。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述堵头上、靠近堵头取电孔部位还一体成型设置有斜向锁扣;且在灯体上设置有与斜向锁扣匹配的锁扣孔。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述灯体一端还连接有用于连接其他灯条的电气连接件;在所述电气连接件 上开设有与各堵头的固定柱相连接的连接孔;所述电气连接件为“一”字形,“T”字形或“十”字形。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述灯体外侧还套设设置有固定扣。
  8. 如权利要求1或7所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述PCB电路板底部左右两端设置有取电焊盘触点;该取电焊盘触点处于灯体和堵头插片的堵头取电孔中心部位。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述插接线组件包括电源线、FR-4PCB板以及弹簧铜针;所述弹簧铜针焊接连接于FR-4PCB板;所述弹簧铜针两侧设置有与堵头插片的固定柱对应、用于固定该接插件组件与灯体固定的固定孔。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的一种快接式模块化LED灯条,其特征在于:所述接插件组件两侧均设计有用于使得堵头的固定柱与接插线组件快速定位连接的突出部。
