Abstract
本申请提出一种具拼接件的线条灯,包括灯具、扩充模块及拼接件。拼接件两端具有卡固部,各卡固部分别卡掣于灯具的第一结合件与扩充模块的第二结合件而拼接扩充模块与灯具;以此结构具有通过线性拼接方式实现线条灯的拓展功能增设,使拓展功能可以无视环境、快捷方便地添加到线条灯上。

技术领域
本发明涉及线条灯,特别指一种具拼接件的线条灯。
背景技术
现有的线条灯为增加拓展功能时有两种常规方案:1.额外在灯体内增加固定该拓展功能的结构;2.在灯体外部增设拓展功能部件,且固定方式与灯体本身脱钩。第一种方案只能实现小部分对空间要求不高的拓展功能,如感应、应急等,而对空间需求较高的拓展功能(如增加摄像头)则无法实现;第二种方案在实现时容易受到灯具安装环境的限制,如果外部环境无法提供拓展功能模组的固定位置,拓展功能将无法实现。
发明内容
有鉴于上述问题,提出一种高广泛性、易实现的拓展功能实现方式,特别具有拓展功能模组与灯具的线性拼接方式的线条灯,简易实现自行拼接、替换等功能的体现。
本发明一实施例提出一种具拼接件的线条灯,包括灯具、扩充模块及拼接件。灯具侧边具有第一结合件。扩充模块对应位于灯具的侧边,扩充模块的侧边具有第二结合件。拼接件两端具有卡固部,各卡固部分别卡掣于第一结合件与第二结合件而拼接扩充模块与灯具。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,灯具具有位于上半部的灯壳及位于下半部的灯罩,第一结合件位于灯壳侧边的内壁面。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,扩充模块具有位于上半部的固定壳体,对应于灯壳,第二结合件位于固定壳体侧边的内壁面。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,拼接件两端分别置入于所述灯壳内与所述固定壳体内。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,灯壳具有第一限位槽,固定壳体具有第二限位槽,拼接件两端分别限位卡掣于第一限位槽及第二限位槽内。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,第一结合件与第二结合件分别为弹片,各卡固部为安装孔,各弹片分别卡掣于各安装孔。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,各弹片具有钩部及位于钩部末端的按压部,各钩部适于活动地卡掣于各安装孔,按压部露出在拼接件外。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,扩充模块具有功能底座,对接于固定壳体,功能底座具有挂钩,固定壳体具有倒钩悬臂,挂钩扣接于倒钩悬臂。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,固定壳体两侧具有内缩凸部,功能底座两侧具有外扩凸部,各外扩凸部适于活动地卡掣于各内缩凸部。
根据上述具拼接件的线条灯的一种优选实施方式,扩充模块包括摄像头及感应模块。
综上所述,根据本发明一实施例的具拼接件的线条灯,通过线性拼接方式实现线条灯的拓展功能增设,使拓展功能可以无视环境、快捷方便地添加到线条灯上。并且,扩充模块的固定壳体形式上与线条灯的上半部分一致,整体表现出来的外观不显突兀。此外,通过灯具与扩充模块上的弹片与拼接件的安装孔的配合,弹片按压部的设置使得拼接、拆卸便捷高效。另外,扩充模块的功能底座的挂钩与固定壳体的悬臂配合设计,反向作用扣合设计使得安装、更换功能底座便利的同时能很好地防止功能底座坠落。

在一些实施例中,线条灯100包括灯具1、扩充模块2及拼接件3。扩充模块2包括但不限于摄像头291及感应模块292(红外线感应),或者是温显度传感器、侦烟传感器,可以单独使用或搭配使用,并可用作感应人经过时才启动照明的功能或启动摄像的功能(如图8所示)。多种模块的组合可供线条灯100实现复合功能。
请参考图3,图3是局部剖面示意图。在一些实施例中,灯具1为长条铝挤型灯壳11、灯罩12、光源件13等组成,灯具1侧边具有一第一结合件1a。

请参考图1与图3,在一些实施例中,灯具1具有位于上半部的灯壳11及位于下半部的灯罩12,第一结合件1a位于灯壳11侧边的内壁面。
请参考图3与图4,。在一些实施例中,扩充模块2具有位于上半部的固定壳体21,对应于灯壳11,第二结合件2a位于固定壳体21侧边的内壁面。拓展功能模组的固定壳体21形式上与线条灯100的上半部分一致,这样可以在顺畅、可靠拼接的同时确保拼接后整体表现出来的外观。
请参考图3,在一些实施例中,拼接件3两端分别置入于所述灯壳11内与所述固定壳体21内,非以此为限,在一些实施例中,拼接件3两端亦可分别结合于所述灯壳11外与所述固定壳体21外。
请参考图3,在一些实施例中,灯壳11具有第一限位槽110,固定壳体21具有第二限位槽210,拼接件3两端分别限位卡掣于第一限位槽110及第二限位槽210内。在一些实施例中,拼接件3截面概呈U字型外观,拼接件3两侧侧壁限位于第一限位槽110及第二限位槽210(如图5所示)。
请参考图3与图4,在一些实施例中,各弹片1a1具有钩部1a11及位于钩部1a11末端的按压部1a12,各钩部1a11适于活动地卡掣于各安装孔3a1,按压部1a12露出在拼接件3外。各弹片2a1具有钩部2a11及位于钩部2a11末端的按压部2a12,各钩部2a11适于活动地卡掣于各安装孔3a1,按压部2a12露出在拼接件3外。。其中,灯具1、扩充模块2在与拼接件3配合的位置设置弹片1a1,2a1,拼接件3对应位置设置安装孔3a1。使用时,将拼接件3插入灯具1、扩充模块2拼接位置,推到指定位置后,弹片1a1,2a1会弹起卡住拼接件3。当需要把拼接后的几个部分拆解开时,只需要按下弹片1a1,2a1的按压部1a12,2a12,即可轻松将拼接件3抽离。
请参考图5,图5是前视剖面示意图,功能底座22的挂钩221扣接于固定壳体21的倒钩悬臂211。在一些实施例中,扩充模块2具有功能底座22,对接于固定壳体21,功能底座22具有挂钩221,固定壳体21具有倒钩悬臂211,挂钩221扣接于倒钩悬臂211。拓展功能模组可以轻松拆成固定壳体21和功能底座22两个部分,只需要将两者用力拉开即可,由此,用户可以很方便地更换功能底座22与其上的摄像头291及感应模块292使用。
在一些实施例中,功能底座22设置有朝向一边延伸并回折的挂钩221,固定壳体21相应方向有对应的L型倒钩悬臂211。在安装时,挂钩221可以起到辅助安装的作用,先将功能底座22吊挂在固定壳体21的悬臂上,然后可以很方便地进行接线作业。在安装完成后,挂钩221可以起到防坠落的作用,当功能底座22和固定壳体21配合脱开时,挂钩221会挂在悬臂上,从而防止功能底座22坠落、砸伤到作业人员。
请参考图6至图7,图6是前视剖面示意图,固定壳体21的内缩凸部212未卡掣于功能底座22的外扩凸部222的状态,图7是前视剖面示意图,固定壳体21的内缩凸部212卡掣于功能底座22的外扩凸部222的状态。在一些实施例中,固定壳体21两侧具有内缩凸部212,功能底座22两侧具有外扩凸部222,各外扩凸部222适于活动地卡掣于各内缩凸部212。其中,功能底座22和固定壳体21之间通过一对反向左右的扣合结构进行固定,固定壳体21通过斜向上的挤压力将功能底座22支撑起来。当需要将功能底座22和固定壳体21分开时,需要对功能底座22施加一个超过一定安全系数的作用力,使功能底座22和固定壳体21相扣合结构相脱离,达到拆解的作业。
请参考图8,图8是侧视示意图,扩充模块2的感应模块292感应到物体并开启摄像头291的状态。在一些实施例中,拓展功能模块可以进行多模块的组合,实现多个模块复合的功能,而不限于单个功能模块。其中,当使用感应模块292和摄像头291的组合为例,当感应模块292感应到有物体(如人体)靠近时,感应模块292传送感应讯号至电路板上的控制芯片并控制摄像头291开启并对靠近物体进行记录。
综上所述,根据本发明一实施例的具拼接件的线条灯,通过线性拼接方式实现线条灯的拓展功能增设,使拓展功能可以无视环境、快捷方便地添加到线条灯上。并且,扩充模块的固定壳体形式上与线条灯的上半部分一致,整体表现出来的外观不显突兀。此外,通过灯具与扩充模块上的弹片与拼接件的安装孔的配合,弹片按压部的设置使得拼接、拆卸便捷高效。另外,扩充模块的功能底座的挂钩与固定壳体的悬臂配合设计,反向作用扣合设计使得安装、更换功能底座便利的同时能很好地防止功能底座坠落。
需要说明的是,尽管在本文中已经对上述各实施例进行了描述,但并非因此限制本发明的专利保护范围。因此,基于本发明的创新理念,对本文所述实施例进行的变更和修改,或利用本发明说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,直接或间接地将以上技术方案运用在其他相关的技术领域,均包括在本发明专利的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于,包括:
一灯具,侧边具有一第一结合件;
一扩充模块,对应位于所述灯具的侧边,所述扩充模块的侧边具有一第二结合件;以及
一拼接件,两端具有一卡固部,所述各卡固部分别卡掣于所述第一结合件与所述第二结合件而拼接所述扩充模块与所述灯具。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述灯具具有位于上半部的一灯壳及位于下半部的一灯罩,所述第一结合件位于所述灯壳侧边的内壁面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述扩充模块具有位于上半部的一固定壳体,对应于所述灯壳,所述第二结合件位于所述固定壳体侧边的内壁面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述拼接件两端分别置入于所述灯壳内与所述固定壳体内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述灯壳具有一第一限位槽,所述固定壳体具有一第二限位槽,所述拼接件两端分别限位卡掣于所述第一限位槽及所述第二限位槽内。
6.根据权利要求3所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述第一结合件与所述第二结合件分别为一弹片,所述各卡固部为一安装孔,所述各弹片分别卡掣于所述各安装孔。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述各弹片具有一钩部及位于所述钩部末端的一按压部,所述各钩部适于活动地卡掣于所述各安装孔,所述按压部露出在所述拼接件外。
8.根据权利要求2所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述扩充模块具有一功能底座,对接于所述固定壳体,所述功能底座具有一挂钩,所述固定壳体具有一倒钩悬臂,所述挂钩扣接于所述倒钩悬臂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述固定壳体两侧具有一内缩凸部,所述功能底座两侧具有一外扩凸部,所述各外扩凸部适于活动地卡掣于所述各内缩凸部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具拼接件的线条灯,其特征在于:所述扩充模块包括一摄像头及一感应模块。
