Description

用于组装结构体的结构单元 技术领域
本发明属于机械设计技术领域,特别涉及一种可组合为任意形式结构体的结构单元。
背景技术
企业需要一系列的支架用于存放各种工具或物件。因工作性质、工作场地的不同,买不到完全符合需求的支架,加上负责人自己不是木工专业,所以在通常情况下,只能根据工作需要装修订制一系列不同的支架,从而增大了企业对这些支架的前期投入。此外,部分支架仅在某个具体的商业项目中使用,当项目结束后,支架也被废弃,显着增加了管理成本,还带来了环境治理的问题。
在居家方面,很多家庭都对模块拼接式家具存在需求,尤其是居住空间不大的家庭。在变换空间布局时需要对家具的形状和用途进行变化,例如将原先的搁物架变成一个花架,原来的写字桌没有用场,而添置一个茶几。另外,在有孩子的家庭,儿童家具则更需要频繁调整,因为孩子身高每年变化很大,而且年龄越小,调整越频繁,例如,孩子专用的椅子、凳子、小饭桌、写字桌、乐器架、其他搁物架等等,随年龄不同都需要变化尺寸乃至格局。但是现有技术没有解决这种需求,目前的措施只是扔掉旧的,买来新的,造成很多人力、资源的浪费。在发生诸如地震、台风、海啸、龙卷风等自然灾害的情况下,户外救援装备中也需要用到搁物架或者支架,但传统的支架在运输和使用上都有不便,影响紧急救援的效率。因此提高支架的多功能性是及其有现实应用价值的。
为解决上述问题,本专利提出一种可以任意组装的结构单元,能够利用各结构单元拼接成各种形式的结构件,满足各种环境的需要;当不使用结构件时,可以将其拆卸成各个结构单元,便于存放,显着减轻企业对支架的保管和维护负担。
发明内容

在一种具体实施方式中,所述承接部具有允许所述凸条进入的两个进入部,在承接部侧壁相对地设置,在两个进入部之间的侧壁上设有若干浅槽,用于卡住所述凸条。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。本申请中所采用的“上”、“下”等是相对含义,倒过来描述也是可以的。
参见附图1和图2,其示出的是一个结构单元,图1中上端是第一端面、下端面第二端面,延伸在第一端面和第二端面之间且依次连接的四个侧面分别为第一侧面、第二侧面、第三侧面和第四侧面。就是说本发明的结构单元基本是方形,例如长方体,立方体。
在第一端面上设有插头21,其基本位于第一端面的中心位置,且是圆形凸台,在该圆形凸台的周面的相对侧水平地布置若干凸条22;在第二端面设有承接部23,其形状和位置与所述插头相应,允许另一个结构单元的插头21接入并卡紧。凸条22与相对应的承接部23可以有一层两层多层与两侧三侧多侧等等样式可以为螺纹或单纯凸起或各种方式等等
本实施例中,在第一侧面和第二侧面上,设置T型凸条11,在第三侧面和第四侧面上,设有与T型凸条形状相应的推槽13。在其它实施方案中,第一侧面和第二侧面中只有一个具有凸条11,相应地,在第三侧面和第四侧面中只有一个具有推槽13。当然,从积木的适用性而言,图1示出的方案是较佳的。

连接件下部包括底板28,其形状与本体的形状适配,安装后,底板刚好容纳在本体四壁下端,其效果图可以参见图2。作为优选方式,在本体下端的对应位置,可以设置卡扣结构,让底板28卡接在本体1内。

采用本实施例的分体式结构,相比于整体式结构的优势是,避免了结构单元的实心构造,大大降低了材料的使用量,另外使得空心结构单元的工业生产易于实现。
本发明结构单元的制作材料可以木材、塑料、高分子树脂材料。这些材料,通常都具有一定的形变性能,使得结构单元的组装不至于太费力。
本发明的结构单元可以组装成各种结构件,例如图6至图8所示。其他的例子有宠物棚、榻榻米、鞋柜、书架、车间搁物架,车载搁物架等等,其使用范围仅仅取决于使用者的想象力。

    本体(1),具有所述第一侧面、第二侧面,第三侧面和第四侧面,本体的第一端面还有开孔(16);
    连接件(2),其主体为一个筒形件(24),所述插头(21)位于所述筒形件上端,所述承接部(23)位于所述筒形件的下部,所述连接件穿过所述本体,并与该本体卡接,卡接后所述插头穿过所述开孔(16)突出于所述第一端面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的结构单元,其特征在于,所述连接件下部外侧具有第一卡接部(27),所述本体对应位置具有第二卡接部,与所述第一卡接部配合,实现卡接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的结构单元,其特征在于,第一卡接部为凸起,所述第二卡接部为卡槽,或者第一卡接部为卡槽,第二承接部为凸起。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的结构单元,其特征在于,所述若干凸条(22)中最下边的凸条之外径略大于本体的所述开孔(16)的直径,实现安装后的卡接。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的结构单元,其特征在于,所述连接件下部包括底板(28),其形状与所述本体的形状适配,安装后,所述底板刚好容纳在所述本体四壁下端。
  11. 根据权利要求6所述的结构单元,其特征在于,所述筒形件(24)外壁具有加强筋(25),在所述本体内具有相应的支撑板(17),所述支撑板(17)中对应位置设有卡槽(171),所述支撑板在所述本体内的布置允许所述连接件插入本体后,所述加强筋(25)配合于所述卡槽(171)内。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的结构单元,其特征在于,所述加强筋(25)和所述支撑板(17)分别为四个。
