Abstract
본 발명은 고정부재의 외측에 제1,2고정홈이 각각 형성되어 고정돌기에 결합되어 고정되므로 유격을 없애 마네킹의 움직임을 방지하고 마네킹에 고정된 고정부재를 제1,2조절부재의 조작에 의해 자유자재로 움직이므로 사용자의 편의성을 한층 향상시키며 삼각대의 중심봉에 접이식 무게추를 착탈 가능하게 하므로 삼각대의 움직임을 방지하여 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 발명은 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고정부재의 외측에 제1,2고정홈이 각각 형성되어 고정돌기에 결합되어 고정되므로 유격을 없애 마네킹의 움직임을 방지하고 마네킹에 고정된 고정부재를 제1,2조절부재의 조작에 의해 자유자재로 움직이므로 사용자의 편의성을 한층 향상시키며 삼각대의 중심봉에 접이식 무게추를 착탈 가능하게 하므로 삼각대의 움직임을 방지하여 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 학원이나 강습소에서 사용되는 마네킹은 인체의 두상과 유사한 형상의 헤드부가 형성되고, 상기 헤드부의 저면에는 상기 헤드부를 지지하면서 탁상에 거치할 수 있도록 클램프가 구비된다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 실습용 마네킹은 일부 특정 탁상용 범위에 지정되어 있으므로 실습 외에 집에서나 기타 장소에서 거치할 장소에 제약을 받는 경우가 있었다.
또한, 마네킹이 탁상 높이에 고정되어 실습자의 원하는 높이에 맞출 수가 없어서 매우 불편한 문제점이 있었다.
최근에는 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 대한민국 등록실용신안공보 제20-0408104호로 이미용 실습 마네킹 헤드 고정구조를 등록받은 바 있다.
상기 선 등록 고안은 외부 고정캡과, 내부 고정캡, 승강부 및 회동구로 구성되며, 견고하면서도 용이한 고정결합 및 분리가 가능하도록 한 것이다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 마네킹 헤드 고정구는 마네킹의 하부에 고정시 유격 이 발생하여 헤어컷 진행시 마네킹이 움직이므로 안정적인 헤어컷이 불가능한 문제점이 있었다.

이에 상술한 바와 같은 종래의 제반 문제점을 감안하여 이루어진 것으로, 그 목적은 고정부재의 외측에 제1,2고정홈이 각각 형성되어 고정돌기에 결합되어 고정되므로 유격을 없애 마네킹의 움직임을 방지하는 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 마네킹에 고정된 고정부재를 제1,2조절부재의 조작에 의해 자유자재로 움직이므로 사용자의 편의성을 한층 향상시켜 제품의 상품성을 극대화하는 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조를 제공함에 있다.
또한, 본 발명의 다른 목적은 삼각대의 중심봉에 접이식 무게추를 착탈 가능하게 하므로 삼각대의 움직임을 방지하여 안정적으로 사용할 수 있는 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조를 제공함에 있다.
본 발명 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조는,
헤어 실습용 마네킹;
상기 마네킹의 하부에 고정되어 상기 마네킹을 지지하는 지지판;
상기 지지판의 하부 중앙에 형성되는 결합홈;
상기 결합홈의 내주면에 돌출되어 고정부재에 고정되는 고정돌기;
상기 결합홈에 결합되며 고정돌기에 고정되어 지지판을 지지하는 고정부재;
상기 고정부재가 유동하지 않도록 고정하고 제1조절부재는 상기 고정부재를 전·후, 좌·우로 회전시키며 제2조절부재는 상기 고정부재가 고정된 상태에서 바이스를 수평회전시키는 삼각대가 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이다.
상기 고정부재는, 길이방향으로 형성되며 상단부보다 하단부의 단면적이 크게 형성되는 몸체;
상기 몸체의 하부에 구형상으로 형성되어 삼각대에 고정되는 고정구;
상기 몸체의 외주면에 길이방향으로 형성되는 다수의 고정홈부가 구비된다.
상기 고정홈부는 몸체의 양측에 좁은 폭으로 제1고정홈이 형성되며 상기 제1고정홈과 직교되는 몸체의 외주면에 넓은 폭으로 제2고정홈이 형성된다.
또한, 상기 삼각대는, 상기 고정부재가 고정되도록 고정공간이 형성되는 바이스;
상기 바이스의 하부에 고정되어 수직으로 형성되는 중심봉;
상기 중심봉에 방사상으로 형성되어 바이스와 중심봉을 지지하는 접이식 다리;
상기 바이스에 결합되어 고정부재를 고정 및 해제시키는 제1조절부재;
상기 바이스에 결합되어 중심봉으로부터 바이스의 수평회전을 조절하는 제2조절부재가 구비된다.
또한, 상기 삼각대에 수직으로 구비되는 중심봉의 하부에 착탈 가능하게 고정되어 삼각대를 고정시키는 무게추를 더 포함하여 구비된다.
상가 무게추는 내부에 물을 저장하여 사용하도록 접이식으로 형성되며 상부에는 걸이부재가 형성된다.
본 발명 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조에 의하면, 고정부재의 외측에 제1,2고정홈이 각각 형성되어 고정돌기에 결합되어 고정되므로 유격을 없애 마네킹의 움직임을 방지하는 이점이 있는 것이다.
또한, 본 발명 헤어 실습용 마네킹 고정구조는, 마네킹에 고정된 고정부재를 제1,2조절부재의 조작에 의해 자유자재로 움직이므로 사용자의 편의성을 한층 향상시켜 제품의 상품성을 극대화하는 이점이 있는 것이다.

이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 일실시예를 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명 마네킹 고정구조의 정면구성도이고, 도 2는 본 발명 지지판에 고정부재가 고정된 상태의 평단면도이다.
먼저, 헤어 실습용 마네킹(110)의 하부에는 마네킹(110)을 지지하는 원형으로 형성된 지지판(120)이 고정된다.
상기 지지판(120) 하부의 중앙에는 수직으로 형성되어 고정부재(150)가 결합될 수 있도록 결합홈(130)이 형성된다.
상기 결합홈(130)의 내주면에는 고정부재(150)의 고정홈부(153)에 끼워져 고정되도록 적어도 하나 이상의 고정돌기(140)가 돌출형성된다.
상기 결합홈(130)에는 고정부재(150)의 몸체(151)가 결합되며, 상기 몸체(151)의 외주면에 형성된 제1고정홈(153a)과 제2고정홈(153b)은 결합홈(130) 내주면에 형성된 고정돌기(140)에 각각 결합되면서 지지판(120)과 고정부재(150)가 고정된다.
여기서, 상기 고정홈부(153)가 형성된 몸체(151)는 상부는 좁고 하부는 넓게 경사지게 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
또한, 도 3에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기와 같이 지지판(120)의 하부에 고정되는 고정부재(150)는 삼각대(160)의 바이스(161)에 고정되어 상기 마네킹(110)을 지지하면서 마네킹(110)의 위치를 자유로이 움직일 수 있다.
상기 삼각대(160)는 항상 수직을 유지하는 중심봉(162)이 구비되고, 상기 중심봉(162)의 상부에는 수평회전하면서 고정부재(150)를 고정하는 바이스(161)가 결합된다.
상기 바이스(161)는 상부와 일측이 개구되며 고정부재(150)의 고정구(152)가 결합될 수 있도록 내측면이 원형으로 형성된다.
상기 중심봉(162)의 상부에는 방사상으로 결합편(162')이 형성되어 중심봉(162)을 바이스(161)에 결합시 탄력있게 결합되는 것이다.
상기 중심봉(162)의 외주면에는 방사상으로 접이가 가능한 접이식 다리(163)가 고정되어 마네킹(110)을 안정적으로 지지하게 된다.
또한, 상기 바이스(161)의 일측에는 바이스(161)에 형성된 통공으로 제1조절부재(164)가 결합되며, 상기 제1조절부재(164)는 일방향 회전으로 고정부재(150)의 고정구(152) 외주면을 가압하면서 고정부재(150)를 고정하게 된다.
한편, 도 4에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 제1조절부재(164)보다 낮은 위치의 바이스(161) 일측에는 제2조절부재(165)가 결합된다.
상기 제2조절부재(165)는 일방향 회전으로 바이스(161)의 하부에 결합된 중심봉(162)의 상단부에 탄력있게 형성된 결합편(162')의 외측 단부를 가압하여 바이스(161)가 중심봉(162)에 수평회전하지 않도록 고정하게 된다.
또한, 도 5에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 중심봉(162)의 하부에는 상기 삼각대(160)의 유동을 방지하고 안정적인 지지력을 위해 걸이부재(171)를 이용하여 걸 수 있도록 무게추(170)가 구비된다.
상기 무게추(170)는 수납과 이동성이 용이하도록 접이식으로 이루어진다.
상기 무게추(170)의 상부에는 걸이부재(171)가 구비되어 중심축(162)의 하부에 걸 수 있도록 구성되며, 약 4kg의 물을 저장할 수 있어 삼각대(160)의 고정력을 향상시키게 되는 것이다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은, 비록 한정된 실시예와 도면에 의해 설명되었으나, 본 명세서 및 청구범위에 사용된 용어나 단어는 통상적이거나 사전적인 의미로 한정되어 해석되어서는 아니되며, 본 발명의 기술적 사상에 부합하는 의미와 개념으로 해석되어야만 한다.
따라서, 본 명세서에 기재된 실시예와 도면에 도시된 구성은 본 발명의 일실시예에 불과할 뿐이고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 모두 대변하는 것은 아니므로, 본 발명의 청구범위를 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 균등물과 변형예들이 있을 수 있음을 이해하여야 한다.
