Abstract

This elevator door device comprises a door that opens and closes a gateway, a rail positioned above the gateway, and a threshold that is positioned below the gateway, a guidance groove being formed by the threshold. The door has an upper guide, an upper stopper, a lower guide, and a lower stopper. The upper guide has a groove part, the upper end of the rail being inserted into the groove part. The upper stopper faces the lower surface of the rail. The lower guide is inserted into the guidance groove in the threshold. The lower stopper faces the upper surface of the threshold and extends toward the upper surface of the threshold and in a direction toward the reverse side of the door. When the door is pressed from the obverse side and curves toward the reverse side and the lower stopper is pressed against the upper surface of the threshold, the door is pressed upward and the upper stopper is pressed against the lower surface of the rail due to a counterforce produced at the point of contact between the lower stopper and the upper surface of the threshold, and the door is braced between the upper surface of the threshold and the lower surface of the rail, minimizing curving of the door.

Description

Elevator door device
The present invention relates to an elevator door device.
In a conventional elevator door device, a door panel that is horizontally moved to open and close the doorway, a guide body attached to the lower end of the door panel, and a threshold groove into which the guide body is inserted are provided on the upper surface, and the floor of the doorway is provided. The side wall in the sill groove is provided with an engaging groove, and the lower end of the door panel engages with the engaging groove to restrict the upward movement of the door panel. A hanging bracket is attached, and the hanging bracket has a mounting portion that is attached to the door panel and inserted into the threshold groove, and an engaging portion that protrudes horizontally from the mounting portion and is inserted into the engaging groove. Therefore, even if an excessive force is applied to the door panel due to mischief or the like, the movement of the door panel upward is physically restricted, and therefore the door panel can be prevented from coming off due to an external force by a simple configuration. ..
However, in the conventional elevator door device, it is necessary to provide an engaging groove on the side wall in the sill groove, and the sill generally used for the elevator door device is used because the engaging groove is not provided. I couldn't.
In addition, when applying the technology of the conventional elevator door device to the existing door device, it was necessary to replace the threshold fixed to the floor of the car room or the floor of the landing.
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems.
The elevator door device according to the present invention includes a door that opens and closes the doorway in the width direction of the doorway, a rail that is located above the doorway and extends in the width direction of the doorway, and a rail that is located below the doorway. The door comprises a sill formed with a guide groove extending in the width direction of the doorway, and the door has an upper guide and an upper stopper provided at the upper part, and a lower guide and a lower stopper provided at the lower part. Has a groove, the upper part of the rail is inserted into the groove to guide the movement of the doorway in the width direction, and the movement of the doorway in the depth direction is restricted, and the upper stopper is below the rail. Is located on the lower surface of the rail and its upward movement is restricted by the lower surface of the rail, and the lower guide is inserted into the guide groove of the threshold to guide the movement of the doorway in the width direction. In addition, the movement of the doorway in the depth direction is restricted, and the lower stopper extends in the back direction of the door and toward the upper surface of the sill to face the upper surface of the sill, and moves downward in the sill. When the door is restricted by the upper surface and the door is pushed from the front side and the lower stopper is pressed against the upper surface of the sill against the back side, the door is moved by the reaction force generated at the contact point between the lower stopper and the upper surface of the sill. Pushed upward, the upper stopper is pressed against the lower surface of the rail, and the door is stretched between the upper surface of the sill and the lower surface of the rail to suppress the warp of the door.
The elevator door device according to the present invention can suppress the warp of the door when the door is pushed from the front side, and can prevent the door from coming off the threshold and the rail.

Next, the operation of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
When a pressing force P acts from the landing 2 side of the landing door 10 to the hoistway 1 side, the door ash 22 is pressed against the side surface of the guide groove 8a of the landing threshold 8 on the hoistway 1 side to generate a reaction force Rh1 and a hanger roller. The flange portion 26b of the roller 26 of the 20 is pressed against the side surface of the door rail 15 on the landing 2 side to generate a reaction force Rh2.
Here, the relationship between the pressing force P, the reaction force Rh1, and the reaction force Rh2 is expressed by the equation (1).
 P=Rh1+Rh2・・・(1) P = Rh1 + Rh2 ... (1)
Further, when the landing door 10 is bent toward the hoistway 1 side and the lower stopper 23 is pressed against the upper surface of the landing threshold 8 by the pressing force P, a reaction force Rv1 is generated.
Further, the landing door 10 is pushed upward by the reaction force Rv1, the upper stopper 21 is pressed against the lower surface of the door rail 15, and the reaction force Rv2 is generated.
Here, the relationship between the reaction force Rv1 and the reaction force Rv2 is expressed by the equation (2).
 Rv1=Rv2・・・(2) Rv1 = Rv2 ... (2)
Due to the reaction force Rv1 and the reaction force Rv2, the landing door 10 is stretched between the upper surface of the threshold 8 and the lower surface of the door rail 15 to suppress the warp of the door.
In the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, when the landing door 10 is pushed from the front side, the warp of the landing door 10 is suppressed and the landing door 10 is prevented from coming off from the landing threshold 8 and the door rail 15. it can.
Further, since the lower stopper 23 is fixed to the doorsh attachment portion 18b of the door body 18 together with the doorsh 22 with a bolt 31, the lower stopper 23 can be easily attached. In particular, the lower stopper 23 can be easily attached to the door device of the existing elevator provided with the door main body 18, the door shoe 22, and the landing threshold 8 without exchanging or processing the landing door or the landing threshold.
Further, since the lower stopper 23 has an L shape, it can be easily manufactured by bending a steel plate, and along the side surface of the door body 18 on the hoistway 1 side and the upper surface of the landing threshold 8. Since it is attached, the space required for installation can be reduced.
Although the lower stopper 23 is fixed to the doorsh mounting portion 18b of the door body 18 together with the doorsh 22, it does not have to be fixed to the doorsh mounting portion 18b together with the doorsh 22 and may be fixed to the door body 18. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
The lower stopper 23 does not have to be formed by bending one steel plate, and may extend from the door body 18 in the back direction of the landing door 10 and toward the upper surface of the landing threshold 8. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
The lower stopper 23 may be attached with a gap from the upper surface of the landing threshold 8, or may be attached without a gap, and the lower stopper 23 may be attached before the landing door 10 is removed from the landing threshold 8. It may be pressed against the upper surface of the landing threshold 8. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
The lower stopper 23 may be the lower stopper 33. The lower stopper 33 is a first modification of the lower stopper 23.
The lower stopper 33 will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a first modification of the elevator door device as viewed from the direction of the arrow indicated by CC in FIG. FIG. 6 shows a state in which the landing door 10 is not warped.
The lower stopper 33 is processed so that the surface roughness of the pressing surface 33a pressed against the upper surface of the landing threshold 8 by the pressing force P is rougher than the surface roughness of the surfaces other than the pressing surface 33a. This processing is, for example, plastic working, cutting, melting, and coating. The lower stopper 33 is the same as the stopper 23 except for this processing.
Also in this case, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
Further, the upper stopper 33 is less likely to slip on the upper surface of the landing threshold 8 and is more likely to receive the reaction force Rv1, and the landing door 10 is stretched between the upper surface of the threshold 8 and the lower surface of the door rail 15 to make the landing threshold 8 and the door rail 15 difficult to slip. It can be made difficult to come off from.
Although the upper stopper 21 is rotatably fixed to the hanger plate 19, it does not have to be freely rotatable and may be fixed to the hanger plate 19. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
The upper stopper 21 may be attached with a gap from the lower surface of the door rail 15, or may be attached without a gap, and the upper stopper 21 may be attached to the door rail 15 before the landing door 10 comes off the door rail 15. It may be pressed against the lower surface of the. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
Although the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a landing door device, it can be similarly applied to a car door device. In this case as well, the same effect as the above-mentioned effect of the elevator door device according to the first embodiment of the present invention is obtained.
