需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
在一个实施例中,一种压扣装置,包括底座以及压扣组件。所述底座具有安装面,所述安装面开设有容置槽;所述压扣组件包括压扣基座、安装杆、把手、连接杆以及按压杆,所述压扣基座设置于所述安装面,所述安装杆的一端以及所述把手的一端分别与所述压扣基座转动连接,所述连接杆的一端与所述安装杆的中部转动连接,所述连接杆的另一端与所述把手的中部转动连接,所述按压杆的一端可滑动地与所述安装杆连接,所述按压杆的另一端活动靠近所述容置槽的底部。
如图1所示,一实施例的压扣装置10,包括底座100以及压扣组件200。所述底座100具有安装面110,所述安装面110开设有容置槽111。所述压扣组件200包括压扣基座210、安装杆220、把手230、连接杆240以及按压杆250,所述压扣基座210设置于所述安装面110,所述安装杆220的一端以及所述把手230的一端分别与所述压扣基座210转动连接,所述连接杆240的一端与所述安装杆220的中部转动连接,所述连接杆240的另一端与所述把手230的中部转动连接,所述按压杆250的一端可滑动地与所述安装杆220连接,所述按压杆250的另一端活动靠近所述容置槽111的底部。
本实施例中,压扣基座210通过螺钉安装在所述安装面110上,所述安装杆220的一端与所述压扣基座210铰接,所述把手230的一端与所述压扣基座210铰接,由于所述连接杆240的两端分别与把手230以及安装杆220连接,这样,把手运动时,将通过连接杆240带动安装杆运动,使得安装杆能够绕与压扣基座210的连接处转动。
如图1和图4所示,上述的压扣装置10,首先将翘曲的印刷电路板300置于压扣装置10的底座100上,即置于安装面110开设的容置槽111中,通过压扣装置10的按压杆250对翘曲的印刷电路板300进行按压,通过移动滑动套环252使得按压杆250移动从而实现对印刷电路板300的多个位置进行按压,使得整个翘曲的印刷电路板300变得平整;上述的压扣装置10,结构非常简单,易制造,按压平整的操作方便,平整的精度较高;而且不用生产加厚印刷电路板,大幅度降低了生产制造成本。
为了便于操作压扣组件200按压印刷电路板,在其中一个实施例中,所述按压杆250的一端可滑动地与所述安装杆220远离所述压扣基座210的一端连接,所述安装杆220远离所述压扣基座210的一端活动靠近所述容置槽111的底部,使得所述按压杆250的另一端活动靠近所述容置槽111的底部。在容置槽111放入待按压的印刷电路板之后,通过按压把手230带动安装杆220运动靠近容置槽111的底部,进一步带动按压杆250靠近容置槽111的底部,最后使得按压杆250抵紧于印刷电路板,实现对印刷电路板的按压平整,简单易操作,按压的效果也很好。
为了提高对印刷电路板的平整效果,在其中一个实施例中,所述压扣组件200为多个,多个所述压扣组件200的所述压扣基座210围绕所述容置槽111的外侧边缘设置,这样提高了对整个印刷电路板的按压的面积,综合提高了对印刷电路板的平整效果。如图1所示,在一个实施例中,所述压扣组件200为四个,四个压扣组件200分别设置于容置槽111的外侧,且四个压扣组件200两两对称设置。
如图2所示,为了实现按压杆250的滑动以按压印刷电路板的多个位置,在其中一个实施例中,所述按压杆250包括按压杆体251和滑动套环252,所述滑动套环252可滑动地套设于所述安装杆220上且活动夹紧所述安装杆220,所述按压杆体251具有连接端251a和按压端251b,所述连接端251a与所述滑动套环252连接,所述按压端251b活动靠近所述容置槽111的底部。通过设置滑动套环252,使得按压杆体251可以移动位置,从而实现对印刷电路板的多个位置按压,提高了对印刷电路板的平整的效果;在移动按压杆体251后,使得滑动套环252夹紧于安装杆220上,便于后续按压杆体251稳固按压。
如图2所示,为了进一步提高压扣组件200的平整效果且又能保护印刷电路板,在其中一个实施例中,所述按压杆体251的所述按压端251b设有按压块251c,所述按压块251c呈凸台形状,所述按压块251c的宽度由靠近容置槽111的一端至远离容置槽111的一端逐渐增大,且所述按压块251c的靠 近所述容置槽111的一端的宽度大于所述按压端251b的宽度,所述按压块251c的一端与所述按压端251b连接,另一端活动靠近所述容置槽111的底部,这样当容置槽111放入印刷电路板后,通过按压块251c与印刷电路板抵接使得按压端251b与容置槽111的底部接触的面积较大,从而保证了按压端251b可以按压更大面积的印刷电路板,提高了对印刷电路板的平整效果,而且使得印刷电路板所受的压强更小,保护了印刷电路板。在其中一个实施例中,所述按压块251c的材质为橡胶,这样使得按压块251c的硬度较小,进一步保护了印刷电路板。在其中一个实施例中,所述滑动套环252具有缺口,即所述滑动套环252为非封闭状的结构,这样便于在安装杆220上安装和拆卸滑动套环252。
如图2所示,为了实现按压杆250在滑动后的固定以便于后续继续稳固地按压印刷电路板,在其中一个实施例中,所述滑动套环252开设有两个相对的第一连接孔(图未示)和第二连接孔(图未示),所述安装杆220开设有滑动空间221,所述第一连接孔、所述滑动空间221以及所述第二连接孔依次连通,所述按压杆体251的所述连接端251a依次穿设所述第一连接孔、所述滑动空间221和所述第二连接孔,且所述按压杆体251沿平行于所述安装杆220的方向活动滑动于所述滑动空间221内;所述按压杆250还包括紧固环253,所述紧固环253套接于所述按压杆体251的所述连接端251a且活动抵紧所述安装套环的背离所述安装面110的一面。在按压杆250的滑动套环252滑动至安装杆220的一个位置后,按压杆体251对应移动到印刷电路板的某个位置的上方,接着将紧固环253抵紧于滑动套环252,使得滑动套环252可以夹紧安装杆220,即使得安装杆220在滑动后被固定;当需要改变按压的位置时,抬起把手230带动安装杆220抬起进一步带动按压杆250抬起,而后解除紧固环253对滑动套环252的抵紧,使得滑动套环252可以继续在安装杆220上滑动,即使得按压杆250可以继续滑动,以滑动到印刷电路板需要被按压的位置的上方。
在其中一个实施例中,所述滑动套环252的背离所述安装面110的一侧 面为平面,这样便于安装固定紧固环253,也便于紧固环253将所述滑动套环252抵得更紧。在其中一个实施例中,所述安装杆220横截面均为方形,这样便于在安装杆220上开设滑动空间221。在其中一个实施例中,所述紧固环253的内侧表面具有内螺纹,所述按压杆体251的所述连接端251a设置外螺纹,所述紧固环253螺接于所述按压杆体251的所述连接端251a,本实施例中,所述紧固环253为螺母,这样使得紧固环253可以与按压杆体251固定连接,当紧固环253抵紧在安装套环上时,则使得安装套环与按压杆体251之间被固定,即按压杆体251不会相对于滑动套环252运动,从而使得整个按压杆250可以稳定地按压印刷电路板。如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述按压杆250还包括垫片254,所述垫片254垫设于所述滑动套环252和所述紧固环253之间,且分别与所述滑动套环252以及所述紧固环253抵接,这样可以保护滑动套环252,又可以使得紧固环253与滑动套环252的抵接更加稳固。
为了实现滑动套环252在安装杆220上的滑动,在一个实施例中,所述滑动套环252包括相对设置的第一固定片和第二固定片,所述第一固定片和所述第二固定片分别设置于所述安装杆220的两侧,所述第一固定片开设所述第一连接孔,所述第二固定片开设所述第二连接孔,所述第一固定片和第二固定片分别活动抵接于所述安装杆220两个相背的表面,所述第二固定片与所述按压杆体251固定连接,所述紧固环253抵接于所述第一固定片背向所述第二固定片的一面,所述按压杆体251的一端依次穿设所述第二连接孔、所述滑动空间221以及所述第一连接孔,并且所述按压杆体251的一端至少部分凸起于所述第一固定片的表面设置,所述紧固环253与所述按压杆体251的凸起与所述第一固定片的一端螺接,所述按压杆体251的另一端设置所述按压块251c,这样,通过将紧固环253拧松,使得第一固定片和第二固定片脱离安装杆220两个相背的表面,使得滑动套环252能够沿着安装杆220滑动,而按压杆体251随着滑动套环252滑动,并沿着滑动空间221运动,在按压杆体251滑动至需要固定时,将紧固环253拧紧在按压杆体251上,使 得第一固定片和第二固定片夹紧在安装杆220两个相背的表面,进而使得滑动套环252固定在安装杆220上,进而使得按压杆250的位置固定。
为了便于稳定地调节把手以及安装杆,在其中一个实施例中,所述把手和所述安装杆中的一个开设有穿设空间,另一个穿设所述穿设空间,以使所述把手和所述安装杆交叉设置;所述连接杆的一端位于所述穿设空间内且与所述穿设空间的内壁转动连接,另一端与所述把手以及所述安装杆中未开设所述穿设空间的一个转动连接。在按压把手或者抬起把手时,受连接杆的带动,安装杆可以被带动从而实现绕压扣基座的转动,而因为把手和安装杆是相互交叉设置,且一个穿设另一个开设的穿设空间,这样使得把手能够更加稳定地带动安装杆转动而不会发生偏移。
如图2所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述把手230开设有所述穿设空间231,所述安装杆220穿设所述穿设空间231,以使所述把手230和所述安装杆220交叉设置;所述连接杆240的一端位于所述穿设空间231内且与所述穿设空间231的内壁转动连接,另一端与所述安装杆220转动连接。在按压把手230或者抬起把手230时,受连接杆240的带动,安装杆220可以被带动从而实现绕压扣基座210的转动,而因为把手230和安装杆220是相互交叉设置,且一个穿设另一个开设的穿设空间231,这样使得把手230能够更加稳定地带动安装杆220转动而不会发生偏移。
在其中一个实施例中,所述安装杆开设有所述穿设空间,所述把手穿设所述穿设空间,以使所述把手和所述安装杆交叉设置;所述连接杆的一端位于所述穿设空间内且与所述穿设空间的内壁转动连接,另一端与所述把手转动连接。在按压把手或者抬起把手时,受连接杆的带动,安装杆可以被带动从而实现绕压扣基座的转动,而因为把手和安装杆是相互交叉设置,且一个穿设另一个开设的穿设空间,这样使得把手能够更加稳定地带动安装杆转动而不会发生偏移。
为了便于稳固地将压扣组件200设置于底座100上,在其中一个实施例中,所述压扣基座210与所述安装面110固接,这样使得压扣组件200可以 稳固地设置于底座100的安装面110上。在其中一个实施例中,所述固定座通过螺接件与所述安装面110螺接,这样保证了能够稳固设置压扣基座210,又便于将压扣基座210从底座100上拆卸。
如图1所示,为了便于将印刷电路板放置到容置槽111中或者从容槽中取出,在其中一个实施例中,所述安装面110还开设有至少一个拆卸槽112,所述拆卸槽112位于所述容置槽111的外侧边缘且与所述容置槽111连通,这样当要将印刷电路板放置在容置槽111里或者将印刷电路板从容置槽111里取出,通过将手指放入拆卸槽112,即可简单快捷地将印刷电路板抠起来,即便于将印刷电路板安装到容置槽111中或从容置槽111中取出。在其中一个实施例中,所述拆卸槽112为扇形结构,这样更加便于印刷电路板在底座100上的安装和拆卸。在其中一个实施例中,所述容置槽111为方形,所述拆卸槽112邻近所述容置槽111四个边角的位置处,这样更加便于拆卸印刷电路板。
本发明还提供一种印刷电路板的平整方法,采用上述任一实施例所述的压扣装置对印刷电路板进行按压平整,所述印刷电路板的平整方法包括如下步骤:将印刷电路板置于底座的容置槽中;按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动按压杆按压所述印刷电路板;抬起把手带动安装杆运动远离所述容置槽的底部,以带动按压杆远离所述印刷电路板;在所述安装杆上滑动所述按压杆以使得所述按压杆的位置得到调节;在所述按压杆运动至所述印刷电路板的预设位置时将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板的预设位置。
如图3所示,一实施例的印刷电路板的平整方法,采用上述任一实施例所述的压扣装置对印刷电路板进行按压平整,所述印刷电路板的平整方法包括如下步骤:
步骤610,将印刷电路板置于底座的容置槽中。
将翘曲的印刷电路板放置于容置槽中,以便于印刷电路板被按压,可以 将底座的容置槽开设得与印刷电路板相适配,这样印刷电路板放在容置槽中后就不会移动,便于对其按压。
步骤620,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动按压杆靠近所述印刷电路板。
由于连接杆连着把手和安装杆,当按压把手时,把手带动连接杆进而带动安装杆转动,使得安装杆靠近容置槽的底部,进而使得按压杆逐渐靠近放置了印刷电路板的容置槽,即使得按压杆逐渐靠近印刷电路板。
步骤630,在所述安装杆上滑动所述按压杆以使得所述按压杆的位置得到调节。
通过滑动按压杆可以调节按压杆在印刷电路板上方的位置,进而可以按压印刷电路板不同的位置。
步骤640,在所述按压杆运动至所述印刷电路板的预设位置时将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板的预设位置。
按压杆不按压印刷电路板时,其可以相对安装杆滑动,当要进行按压操作时,便将按压杆固定在安装杆上,以便于稳定地按压印刷电路板。
上述的印刷电路板的平整方法,如图1至图4所示,首先将翘曲的印刷电路板300置于压扣装置10的底座100上,即置于安装面110开设的容置槽111中,通过压扣装置10的按压杆250对翘曲的印刷电路板300进行按压,通过移动滑动套环252使得按压杆250移动从而实现对印刷电路板300的多个位置进行按压,使得整个翘曲的印刷电路板300变得平整;而且,在按压之后,通过连接加强条400和边框加强带500将平整的印刷电路板300进行固定,从而保证了在压扣装置10撤掉之后,印刷电路板300能够一直保持平整,上述的印刷电路板的平整方案非常简单,按压平整的操作方便,平整的精度较高;而且不用生产加厚印刷电路板,大幅度降低了生产制造成本。
在其中一个实施例中,所述将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上的步骤包括:通过紧固环抵紧滑动套环,使得在所述安装杆上滑动后的滑动套环夹紧 所述安装杆。通过将滑动套环夹紧在安装杆上,即使得按压杆固定在安装杆上。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述在所述按压杆运动至所述印刷电路板300的预设位置时将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板300的预设位置的步骤之后,还包括:在所述印刷电路板300上安装加强条400以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板300,其中,所述加强条400在所述印刷电路板300上的位置与所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板300的位置相互错开。通过设置加强条400,使得被按压平整的印刷电路板300别固定住,防止该印刷电路板300后续反弹变形。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,所述在所述印刷电路板300上连接加强条400以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板300的步骤包括:提供两个所述加强条400,两个所述加强条400的至少一个具有避位开口;将一所述加强条400插入另一所述加强条400的避位开口,以使得两个所述加强条400相互交叉设置;将两个呈交叉设置的所述加强条400安装在所述印刷电路板300上,以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板300。通过将两个交叉设置的加强条400安装到印刷电路板300上,使得印刷电路板300的大范围区域被固定住,提高了固定的效果,而避位开口的开设保证了两个加强条400可以相互交叉设置互不影响,而且保证了加强条400受力的连续性,保证了加强条400抗变形的能力。
在其中一个实施例中,在所述提供两个所述加强条的步骤之后,印刷电路板的平整方法还包括:提供多组两两相互交叉设置的所述加强条,并将多组两两相互交叉设置的所述加强条安装到印刷电路板上,这样进一步加强了对印刷电路板的固定效果。
在其中一个实施例中,印刷电路板的平整方法还包括步骤:将一所述加强条的两端分别邻近所述印刷电路板相对的两个边角安装,将另一所述加强条的两端分别邻近所述印刷电路板另一相对的两个边角安装。这样使得相互 交叉设置的两个加强条可以更大为范围地固定印刷电路板。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,印刷电路板的平整方法还包括步骤:在所述印刷电路板靠近边缘的位置上安装环形加强带500以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板,并使得所述环形加强带500环绕两个呈交叉设置的所述加强条。通过安装环形加强带500,与加强条结合使得印刷电路板被固定地更牢,能够更好地防止印刷电路板反弹变形。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (10)
- 一种压扣装置,其中,包括:底座,所述底座具有安装面,所述安装面开设有容置槽;压扣组件,所述压扣组件包括压扣基座、安装杆、把手、连接杆以及按压杆,所述压扣基座设置于所述安装面,所述安装杆的一端以及所述把手的一端分别与所述压扣基座转动连接,所述连接杆的一端与所述安装杆的中部转动连接,所述连接杆的另一端与所述把手的中部转动连接,所述按压杆的一端可滑动地与所述安装杆连接,所述按压杆的另一端活动靠近所述容置槽的底部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压扣装置,其中,所述按压杆的一端可滑动地与所述安装杆远离所述压扣基座的一端连接,所述安装杆远离所述压扣基座的一端活动靠近所述容置槽的底部,使得所述按压杆的另一端活动靠近所述容置槽的底部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压扣装置,其中,所述压扣组件为多个,多个所述压扣组件的所述压扣基座围绕所述容置槽的外侧边缘设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压扣装置,其中,所述按压杆包括按压杆体和滑动套环,所述滑动套环可滑动地套设于所述安装杆上且活动夹紧所述安装杆,所述按压杆体具有连接端和按压端,所述连接端与所述滑动套环连接,所述按压端活动靠近所述容置槽的底部。
- 根据权利要求4所述的压扣装置,其中,所述滑动套环开设有两个相对的第一连接孔和第二连接孔,所述安装杆开设有滑动空间,所述第一连接孔、所述滑动空间以及所述第二连接孔依次连通,所述按压杆体的所述连接端依次穿设所述第一连接孔、所述滑动空间和所述第二连接孔,且所述按压杆体沿平行于所述安装杆的方向活动滑动于所述滑动空间内;所述按压杆还包括紧固环,所述紧固环套接于所述按压杆体的所述连接端且活动抵紧所述安装套环的背离所述安装面的一面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的压扣装置,其中,所述把手和所述安装杆中的 一个开设有穿设空间,另一个穿设所述穿设空间,以使所述把手和所述安装杆交叉设置;所述连接杆的一端位于所述穿设空间内且与所述穿设空间的内壁转动连接,另一端与所述把手以及所述安装杆中未开设所述穿设空间的一个转动连接。
- 一种印刷电路板的平整方法,其中,采用权利要求1至6任一项所述的压扣装置对印刷电路板进行按压平整,所述印刷电路板的平整方法包括如下步骤:将印刷电路板置于底座的容置槽中;按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动按压杆靠近所述印刷电路板;在所述安装杆上滑动所述按压杆以使得所述按压杆的位置得到调节;在所述按压杆运动至所述印刷电路板的预设位置时将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板的预设位置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的印刷电路板的平整方法,其中,所述在所述按压杆运动至所述印刷电路板的预设位置时将所述按压杆固定在所述安装杆上,按压把手带动安装杆运动靠近所述容置槽的底部,以带动所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板的预设位置的步骤之后,还包括:在所述印刷电路板上安装加强条以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板,其中,所述加强条在所述印刷电路板上的位置与所述按压杆按压在所述印刷电路板的位置相互错开。
- 根据权利要求8所述的印刷电路板的平整方法,其中,所述在所述印刷电路板上连接加强条以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板的步骤包括:提供两个所述加强条,两个所述加强条的至少一个具有避位开口;将一所述加强条插入另一所述加强条的避位开口,以使得两个所述加强条相互交叉设置;将两个呈交叉设置的所述加强条安装在所述印刷电路板上,以固定被按 压的所述印刷电路板。
- 根据权利要求9所述的印刷电路板的平整方法,其中,还包括步骤:在所述印刷电路板靠近边缘的位置上安装环形加强带以固定被按压的所述印刷电路板,并使得所述环形加强带环绕两个呈交叉设置的所述加强条。
