如图1、图2所示,本申请实施例提供了一种手持吸尘器,包括:进气管道、上盖体1、气流发生器3和手持部4;进气管道将气流引入旋风分离组件;气流发生器3提供抽吸气流的抽吸力;上盖体1上设有可活 动连接的上盖8;上盖体1包括旋风分离组件和部分围绕旋风分离组件的电池组件15;旋风分离组件的轴线为第一轴线12,并规定第一轴线12方向为高度方向,上盖8设置在手持吸尘器的上端;气流发生器3设置在手持部4的顶部。本申请实施例中,将电池围绕在旋风分离器5的外侧,有利于整个吸尘器的集成化设计,同时在手柄的两端只保留气流发生器3能够为手柄提供更多的空间。
不能一味地缩小吸尘器,吸尘器太小,对应的手持部4也会过小,反而会影响持握和操作,不利于首次吸尘器的使用,因此需要限定电池组件15和手持部4的相对位置关系。本申请实施例中电池组件15与手持部4的位置关系包括两种:
沿高度方向,电池组件15至少部分位于尘桶7的上方,电池组件底部的最低处低于手持部4的顶部最高处,电池组件15可以部分位于尘桶7中,可以降低吸尘器前端部分的高度,还能够增加尘桶7的容量,避免过于频繁地清理尘桶7。
沿高度方向,电池组件15位于尘桶7的上方,电池组件15的底部最低处高于手持部4的顶部最高处,紧凑设计和高度关系相结合,能够使电池组件15与气流发生器3的相对位置跟家紧凑,缩短了二者之间的距离,有效地节省了吸尘器的空间,缩短了气流通路的整体长度,明显缓解了气流通路长度对抽吸力的损耗,而且方便设置相对较大的手持部4,提高吸尘器使用的舒适度。
需要特殊说明的是,第一轴线12规定的高度方向并不一定与实际的竖直方向一致,高低的比较也只是以第一轴线12的方向为基准。
此外,如图2所示,进气管道的轴线为第二轴线13,规定第二轴线13方向为前后,且进气管道设置在手持吸尘器的前方;手持部4为手柄,且手柄的轴线为第三轴线14。需要说明的是,第二轴线13的前后方向并 不一定与实际的水平方向一致,前后的比较也只是以第二轴线13的方向为准,而且第一轴线12、第二轴线13并不一定相互垂直,夹角可以小于90°,但不宜平行或接近平行。第一轴线12、第二轴线13和第三轴线14都是为了方便说明本申请实施例各个部件的位置关系而设置的虚拟的线。
在使用本申请实施例时,使用者通常会持握手柄,并保持手腕伸直,通过摆动小臂来调整吸尘器的姿态,因此需要保证第一轴线12与小臂平行。但是在手腕伸直的情况下,手掌自然握住手柄时,第三轴线14的方向并不与第二轴线13垂直,因此,本申请实施例中,第二轴线13与第三轴线14的夹角为70°-80°,且手柄的顶部比底部更靠近第一轴线12,能够保证在手腕伸直时,进气管道能够近似与小臂平行,使用者无需明显的弯曲手腕即可操作吸尘器,提高了本申请实施例的舒适性和操作的便捷性。
在不使用本申请实施例时,通常本申请实施例会放置在某个平面上,例如桌面、置物架上或汽车内,但是这类平面并不一定会水平设置,很可能由于平面倾斜,本申请实施例会在重力或其他外力的作用下,在平面上滑动,并且很可能会从平面上滑落摔坏。为了防止上述情况发生,本申请实施例中,手柄的底部端面设有作用面为平面的防滑面;旋风分离组件的底面与防滑面共面,通过手柄底部端面的防滑面能够使得即使本申请实施例放置在倾斜面上,也能在一定程度上避免滑动,防止滑落摔坏,共面的底面也能让本申请实施例相对稳定的放置在某一平面上。
如图2所示,本申请实施例中,第一轴线12、第二轴线13和第三轴线14可以互相为异面直线或共面直线,但是考虑到加工难度和美观程度,本申请实施例中,第一轴线12、第二轴线13、第三轴线14共面,并形成第一对称面,需要说明的是,第一对称面为虚拟的面。
为了能够减小本申请实施例的体积,使结构更加紧凑,如图5所示, 本申请实施例将电池组件15部分围绕在旋风分离组件外,具体的,电池组件15包括至少2个电池单元16和电池腔,电池腔的横截面为扇形且轴线与第一轴线12重合,考虑到通常旋风分离组件的主体为回转体,因此扇形的电池腔能够充分利用过滤器5外周围的空间,使得本申请实施例的结构更加紧凑。电池腔的开口朝向气流发生器3,且旋风分离组件的出气口经由电池腔的开口与气流发生器3连通,能够使得旋风分离组件到气流发生器3之间的气流通路尽量短,从而明显缓解过长的气流通路对抽吸力的损耗,最终使得本申请实施例具备较大的抽吸力,提高了本申请实施例的工作效率。
考虑到电池单元16包含电子元件,相对比较精密,本申请实施例中,电池单元16通过电池架安装在电池腔内,安装支架能够有效地对电池单元16进行保护,防止意外震动对电池单元16的损坏,同时能够使得相邻的电池单元16之间保留一定距离用以散热,防止电池组件15局部过热。从方便本申请实施例批量生产的角度出发,各个零部件最好能够对称或归一化设计,因此,如图3所示,本申请实施例中,电池单元16关于第一对称面对称布置,示例性的,本申请实施例采用8个电池单元16,分为两组,每组4个,两组关于第一对称面对称,每组内的4个电池单元16,在扇形的电池腔内,等圆心角布置。
如果只依靠电池单元16之间的空间与外界的热传递进行散热,那么散热效率极低,可能会出现电池组件15整体过热的危险。因此,本申请实施例中,上盖8设有扇形的散热部,散热部的轴线与第一轴线12重合,开口方向与电池腔一致,且散热部与电池腔在垂直于第一轴线12的平面上的投影至少部分重合。以上设置散热部的形状,能够使得散热部与电池组件15的形状大致相同,从而使得电池组件15产生的热量能够及时的通过散热部向外界传递,能够有效地对电池组件15进行散热。散热部 可以采用多种形式,示例性的,可以为比热容较小的金属或合金板或片,或者设置冷流体循环等等。
为了能够在不明显影响散热效果的前提下,降低本申请实施例的生产成本和加工难度。本申请实施例中,散热部的扇形面上均布有散热孔10,外部的冷空气可以经由散热孔10进入本申请实施例的壳体内,内部的热空气也可以经由散热孔10流动到本申请实施例的壳体外,如此能够形成一定的冷热空气对流,有效地对电池组件15进行散热。
如图1所示,本申请实施例中,旋风分离组件包括过滤器5和设置在过滤器5下方的尘桶7,尘桶7用来收集过滤器5分离出的灰尘或异物,并能够从本申请实施例的下方取下,用以清理尘桶7内的灰尘。相应的,电池组件15部分第围绕过滤器5。
在实际使用本申请实施例时,随着使用时间的加长,灰尘或异物很可能会堵塞过滤器5内的过滤组件6,因此本申请实施例中,活动连接的上盖8主要是为了能够取出过滤组件6,对过滤组件6进行清理或更换。具体的,如图5所示,上盖8能够与过滤器5的顶部紧密地密封接触,防止气流从上盖8与过滤器5的连接处直接进入,当上盖8打开或拆卸时,过滤器5的过滤组件6能够从过滤器5中取出。示例性的,上盖8与上盖体1铰接,打开上盖8能够将过滤垫取出,或者,上盖8与上盖体1卡扣连接,上盖8能够直接拆下,拆下上盖8后,能够取出过滤垫。
为了方便本申请实施例的操作,如图3所示,本申请实施例中,上盖8的后端设有操作按钮11,使用本申请实施例时,使用者持握手柄,操作按钮11位于手柄上端的范围内,使用者可以通过拇指就能按动操作按钮11,使得本申请实施例实现单手操作,简单便捷。
如图4所示,本申请实施例中,气流发生器3的后端侧面设有与气流发生器3的后端侧面共形的排风结构,即能够保证良好通畅的气流同 路,又使得本申请实施例具备良好美观的形状。
除了具备良好的外观,手持吸尘器还需要具备良好的抽吸力,但是手持吸尘器通常都为了缩小体积,会优先选择功率较小的电机,本申请实施例为进一步充分利用小功率电机,除了尽量缩短了气流通路的长度,还增大气流通路的截面积,以提高气流的流量,具体的,排风结构为多个平行的条形孔9,条形孔9所在平面与第一对称面垂直,条形孔9的平面可以不与第二轴线13平行。示例性的,本申请实施例中,条形孔9的平面前低后高,向上翘起,能够在一定程度上防止从条形孔9排出的高速气流吹到使用者的手部,避免使用者因此产生的异常感觉。
以上所述,仅为本申请较佳的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持吸尘器包括:进气管道、尘桶(7)、分离组件、电池组件(15)、气流发生器(3)和手持部(4);
    所述分离组件包括第一轴线(12),所述电池组件(15)部分围绕所述第一轴线(12);
    所述气流发生器(3)设置在所述手持部(4)的顶部,所述电池组件(15)靠近所述气流发生器(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池组件(15)至少部分位于所述尘桶(7)的上方,所述电池组件底部的最低处低于所述手持部(4)的顶部最高处。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池组件(15)位于所述尘桶(7)的上方,所述电池组件底部的最低处不低于所述手持部(4)的顶部最高处。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池组件(15)包括至少2个电池单元(16)和轴线与第一轴线(12)重合且横截面为扇形的电池腔;
    所述电池腔的开口朝向所述气流发生器(3)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述电池单元(16)通过电池架安装在所述电池腔内。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,在所述尘桶的上方设有上盖体(1),所述电池组件(15)的部分位于所述上盖体(1)中。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述上盖体(1)上设有可活动连接的上盖(8)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述上盖(8)设有扇形的散热部,所述散热部的轴线与第一轴线(12)重合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述散热部的扇形面上均布有散热孔(10)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述分离组件包括旋风分离器(5)和过滤组件(6),所述旋风分离器(5)位于所述尘桶(7)的内部,所述过滤组件(6)位于所述上盖体(1)的内部、且位于所述旋风分离器(5)的下游;
    所述电池组件(15)部分围绕在所述过滤组件(6)的外侧。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述过滤组件(6)的顶部与所述上盖(8)内壁面能够紧密地密封接触;
    所述上盖(8)打开或拆卸时,所述过滤组件(6)能够从所述上盖体(1)中取出。
  12. 根据权利要求2或3所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述气流发生器(3)的后端侧面设有与气流发生器(3)的后端侧面共形的排风结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述排风结构为多个平行的条形孔(9)。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,在所述气流发生器(3)的顶部表面设有操作按钮(11)。
  15. 根据权利要求2或3所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述进气管道包括第二轴线(13),所述手持部(4)包括第三轴线(14),
    所述第二轴线(13)与第三轴线(14)的夹角为70°-89°,所述第三轴线(14)与所述第一轴线(12)相对于倾斜,且所述手持部(4)的顶部比底部更靠近所述第一轴线(12)。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的手持吸尘器,其特征在于,所述手持部(4)的底部端面设有作用面为平面的防滑面;所述尘桶(7)的底面与所述防 滑面共面。
