Description

Elevator device
The present invention relates to an elevator device in which a compensating cable such as a compen chain or a compen cable is suspended between a car and a counterweight, and relates to an elevator device capable of adjusting the car-side compensating rope suspension position.
Conventionally, in an elevator device, a method of adjusting the compensating rope suspension position by a suspension mechanism at the bottom of the car has been known.
For example, Patent Document 1 describes a car that moves up and down in a hoistway, a balancing weight that moves up and down in the hoistway in the opposite direction, a car connection portion that is movably connected to the car in the horizontal direction, and fishing. It has a counterweight connection that is connected to the counterweight, and reduces the impact of collision of the car and the compensating body suspended from the counterweight in the hoistway, and the collision of the car with the bottom of the hoistway. When the car shock absorber and the car reach the reference position at the bottom of the hoistway, the car connection portion is moved in the horizontal direction, and the evacuation space set at the bottom of the hoistway is set when the car shock absorber is fully compressed. Disclosed is an elevator device provided with an anti-interference device that prevents the compensating body from interfering with the car.
WO2016/157535号公報WO2016 / 157535A
Conventionally, elevator devices may be required to secure an evacuation space in the pit of the hoistway. On the other hand, in order to reduce the eccentric load on the car, the compensating rope is hung from near the center of the bottom of the car, and the compensating rope may enter the evacuation space set in the pit of the hoistway. ..
However, since the elevator device provided with the interference prevention device as described in Patent Document 1 has a structure in which the suspension position is horizontally moved when the car shock absorber is fully compressed, during maintenance and inspection work in the pit of the hoistway. There was a problem that it was not possible to secure the evacuation space in.
Therefore, the present invention provides an elevator device that can prevent the compensation rope from entering the evacuation space in the pit of the hoistway.
In order to solve the above problems, the elevator device according to the present invention includes a riding car that moves up and down in the hoistway, a balanced weight that moves up and down in the hoistway in the opposite direction, and a balanced weight at one end. A compensating rope that is connected to the lower part and the other end is connected to the lower part of the car and is suspended, a compensating rope support member that supports the other end side of the compensating rope, and the compensating rope support member that is movably supported. The compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket is provided, and the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket has a plurality of adjusting recesses for engaging the compensating rope supporting member, and the adjusting recess is R in the moving direction of the compensating rope supporting member. It is characterized by having a part.

Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of an elevator device according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the main rope 1 is hung on the sheave 2 and the deflector 3 of the hoisting machine at the upper part of the elevator. One end of the main rope 1 is connected to the upper part of the car 4 and the other end is connected to the upper part of the counterweight 5 in the hoistway. The driving force of the hoisting machine raises and lowers the car 4 along the guide rail 6 in the hoistway, and at the same time, the balance weight 5 moves up and down in the hoistway in the direction opposite to that of the car 4.
A part of the space inside the hoistway pit 100 is set as an evacuation space 7. The evacuation space 7 is a rectangular parallelepiped space that guarantees the safety of workers during maintenance and inspection work inside the pit 100.
The other end of the compensating rope 9 attached to the lower part of the car 4 via the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism 8 is connected to the lower part of the balancing weight 5. The compensating rope 9 is suspended from the lower part of the car 4 and the counterweight 5, and the weight ratio of the main rope 1 and the difference in the load applied to the car 4 due to the positional relationship between the car 4 and the counterweight 5 are different. Compensate for the effects of The compensation rope suspension position adjusting mechanism 8 has a structure capable of adjusting the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 from the pit 100 in the hoistway, and manually adjusts the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 before maintenance and inspection work. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the compensating rope 9 from entering the evacuation space 7 at an arbitrary car position.
FIG. 2 is a front view showing the configuration of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism 8. As shown in FIG. 2, the compensation rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 bent into an L shape is fixed to the two fixing brackets 10 attached to the lower part of the car 4. The compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 includes a plurality of adjusting recesses 12a, adjusting recesses 12b and adjusting recesses 12c, and adjusting recesses 12a provided at regular intervals in the lower part of the car 4 in order to adjust the suspension position of the compensating rope 9. A rising prevention member 20 is provided on the fixed side of the elastic body 15 in the adjusting recess 12b and the adjusting recess 12c. Further, the adjusting recess 12a, the adjusting recess 12b and the adjusting recess 12c have an R portion on the bottom surface of the elastic body 15 on the non-fixing side, and have a hook-like structure.
Of the plurality of continuous adjustment recesses 12a, adjustment recesses 12b, and adjustment recesses 12c, the adjustment recess 12a closest to the center of the car 4 is the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 during normal operation of the elevator. During normal operation of the elevator, the compensating rope support member 13 is engaged with the adjusting recess 12a. Since the compensating rope chain portion 14 of the car side end of the compensating rope 9 is fixed to the compensating rope support member 13, the compensating rope 9 is suspended from the compensating rope supporting member 13 as a fulcrum. The other end of 9 is connected to a balanced weight. During maintenance and inspection work in the pit 100 of the hoistway, the worker pulls the compensating rope support member 13 in the horizontal direction via the compensating rope 9 and hooks it on the adjusting recess 12b or the adjusting recess 12c of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. By fixing it, it is possible to adjust the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 on the car side.
Further, the compensating rope support member 13 has one end of an elastic body 15 arranged near the center of the car 4, in other words, the compensating rope support member 13 is arranged near the center of the car 4. One end of the elastic body 15 is fixed. Therefore, by fixing the other end of the elastic body 15 to the lower part of the car 4, the compensating rope support member 13 is always tensioned by the elastic body 15 toward the center of the car 4. The tension due to the elastic body 15 fixes the compensating rope support member 13 with the rising prevention member 20 of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 and limits the operation, so that the vibration of the compensating rope support member 13 due to the vibration of elevator operation is suppressed. Make it possible. In addition, when the worker in the pit 100 of the hoistway pulls the compensating rope 9 in the horizontal direction, the compensating rope support member 13 suspends the compensating rope due to the tension above the adjusting recess 12 provided by the elastic body 15. It is possible to perform an operation such as sliding on the recessed surface R portion of the adjusting recess 12 of the position adjusting bracket 11. Therefore, the compensating rope support member 13 is promoted to be detached from the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11, and the manual compensating rope 9 suspension position returning work becomes easy. At this time, since the adjusting recesses 12 are provided side by side in parallel with the bottom of the car 4, the movement path length of the compensating rope support member 13 is the shortest, and the tension of the elastic body 15 can be minimized.
Further, the fixed height of the compensating rope support member 13 is constant regardless of the suspension position due to the plurality of adjusting recesses 12a, adjusting recesses 12b, and adjusting recesses 12c provided at the same height of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. Therefore, the compensating rope 9 is prevented from entering the bottom surface of the hoistway pit 100 and the evacuation space 7.
FIG. 3 is a top view showing the configuration of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism 8 shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, two compensating rope suspension position adjusting brackets 11 are attached to the two left and right fixing brackets 10 at intervals narrowed according to the dimensions of the compensating rope 9. A compensating rope 9 is suspended from between the two compensating rope suspension position adjusting brackets 11, and the other end of the compensating rope 9 is connected to a counterweight 5.
Both ends of the compensating rope support member 13 are supported by two compensating rope suspension position adjusting brackets 11, and the direction of the center of the car 4 of the compensating rope supporting member 13 is between the two compensating rope suspension position adjusting brackets 11. An elastic body 15 is connected to the car 4, and tension is applied toward the center of the car 4. Further, the compensating rope support member 13 is provided with stoppers 16 at both ends of the member to prevent the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 from falling off. Further, the length of the compensating rope support member 13 is shortened with the distance between the two compensating rope suspension position adjusting brackets 11, and the tension to the compensating rope supporting member 13 provided by pulling the compensating rope 9 from the pit 100 of the hoistway is increased. Since the moment of the compensating rope support member 13 with respect to the force becomes small, the compensating rope supporting member 13 can be easily moved from the pit 100 of the hoistway.
FIG. 4 is a front view showing a state of the elevator device shown in FIG. 1 during normal operation. As shown in FIG. 4, during normal operation of the elevator device, the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 attached to the lower portion 17 of the car by the fixing bracket 10 supports the compensating rope near the center of the car 4. The member 13 is fixed. At this time, the lower portion 17 of the car refers to the entire bottom of the car 4 including the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism 8. The compensating rail chain portion 14 of the compensating rail 9 is fixed to the compensating rail supporting member 13, and hangs into the pit 100 while entering the evacuation space 7 with the compensating rail supporting member 13 as a fulcrum, and the other end of the compensating rope 9. Is connected to the counterweight 5 along the guide rail 6. At this time, by fixing the compensation rope chain portions 14 having different compensation ropes 9 to the compensation rope support member 13, the suspension length of the compensation rope 9 can be adjusted.
The car-side compensating rope end fixing member 18 of the car lower portion 17 is provided near the center of the car 4 of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. The length of the compensating rope chain portion 14 between the compensating rope support member 13 and the car-side compensating rope end fixing member 18 is the suspension position of the compensating rope 9 from the inside of the hoistway pit 100 during maintenance and inspection. Even when adjusting, there is a margin to the extent that it does not stretch.
FIG. 5 is a front view showing a state of the elevator device shown in FIG. 1 during maintenance and inspection work. As shown in FIG. 5, the compensating rope support member 13 is pulled by a worker in the pit 100 of the hoistway through the compensating rope chain portion 14 of the compensating rope 9, and is attached to the lower portion 17 of the car. In order to move while sliding on the recessed surface of the cable suspension position adjusting bracket 11, the car is separated from the adjusting recess 12a closest to the center of the car 4 and rides on the upper end surface of the compensating cable suspension position adjusting bracket 11. From that state, the worker in the pit 100 of the hoistway further pulls the compensation rope support member 13 via the compensation rope 9, so that the compensation rope support member 13 slides on the upper end surface of the compensation rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. It moves and is hooked and fixed in another adjustment recess 12c of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. At this time, since the position of the car-side compensating rope end fixing member 18 does not change due to the change in the suspension position of the car-side compensating rope 9, the lower end of the compensating rope 9 is bent more and the evacuation space of the compensating rope 9 It is connected to the lower part of the counterweight 5 along the guide rail 6 while avoiding the intrusion into the 7.
Further, when the maintenance and inspection work in the pit 100 of the hoistway is completed, the compensation rope support member 13 is disengaged from the adjustment recess 12c by applying a tensile force to the compensation rope support member 13 via the compensation rope 9. Then, the compensating rope support member 13 rests on the upper surface of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. At this time, since the compensating rope support member 13 is tensioned by the elastic body 15 toward the center of the car 4, the elastic body 15 returns to its natural length by removing the tensile force on the compensating rope 9. By exerting an elastic force, the compensating rope support member 13 naturally moves toward the center of the car 4. Then, the operator in the pit 100 of the hoistway applies a tensile force to the compensating rope support member 13 via the compensating rope 9 to engage the compensating rope support member 13 with the adjusting recess 12a, as shown in FIG. It is possible to return to the state during normal operation.
In this embodiment, in order to unify the height of the lower end of the compensating rope 9, the adjusting recess 12 of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 is provided so as to increase as the distance from the center of the car 4 in the horizontal direction increases. Is also good. Further, in this embodiment, the adjustment dents are provided at three locations of the adjustment dent 12a, the adjustment dent 12b, and the adjustment dent 12c, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of adjustment dents may be appropriately provided.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, it is possible to provide an elevator device capable of preventing the compensation rope from entering the evacuation space in the pit of the hoistway.
Further, according to this embodiment, it is possible to manually adjust the suspension position of the compensation rope from the inside of the hoistway pit during maintenance and inspection work in the hoistway pit.
FIG. 6 is a front view showing the configuration of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism of the second embodiment according to another embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, the suspension position change detection device 19a and the suspension position change detection device 19b are below the adjustment recess 12a, the adjustment recess 12b, and the adjustment recess 12c of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 attached by the fixing bracket 10. It is different from the first embodiment in that the suspension position change detection device 19c is provided. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same components as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description overlapping with the first embodiment will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 6, the suspension position change detection device 19a, the suspension position change detection device 19b, and the suspension position change provided below the adjustment recess 12a, the adjustment recess 12b, and the adjustment recess 12c of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. The detection device 19c has a push button. Suspended position change detection device 19a, suspension position change detection device 19b and suspension at a position and height at which the lower end of the compensating rope support member 13 engaged with the adjustment recess 12a, the adjustment recess 12b and the adjustment recess 12c can press the push button. The position change detection device 19c is fixed. The adjustment recess 12a, the adjustment recess 12b or the suspension position change detection device 19a below the adjustment recess 12c, the suspension position change detection device 19b or the suspension position change detection device 19c in which the compensating rope support member 13 is fixed are elastic bodies. The push button is always pressed due to the tension of 15, and the other push buttons of the suspension position change detection device 19a, the suspension position change detection device 19b, or the suspension position change detection device 19c are not pressed. As an example, when the push button of the suspension position change detection device 19a at the bottom of the adjustment recess 12a closest to the center of the car 4 is pressed, the compensation cable chain portion 14 is fixed so that the compensation cable 9 is in the normal suspension position. The push button of the suspension position change detection device 19a detects that the elevator device is being operated, and enables the elevator device to operate normally. On the other hand, when the push button of the suspension position change detection device 19b or the suspension position change detection device 19c below the adjustment recess 12b or the adjustment recess 12c when the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 is changed is pressed, the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 is pressed. The change is detected by the push button of the suspension position change detection device 19b or the suspension position change detection device 19c, and the normal operation of the elevator device is disabled. As described above, it is possible to prevent the worker from forgetting to return the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 at the end of the maintenance and inspection work.
It should be noted that the adjustment recesses are provided at three locations, the adjustment recess 12a, the adjustment recess 12b, and the adjustment recess 12c, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the number of adjustment recesses may be appropriately provided. The same applies to the suspension position change detection device.
As described above, according to the present embodiment, in addition to the effect of the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the worker from forgetting to return the suspension position of the compensation rope 9.
FIG. 7 is a front view showing the configuration of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism of the third embodiment according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 shows the configuration of the compensating rope suspension position adjusting mechanism of the third embodiment. It is a top view. In the present embodiment, the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11 has a structure in which a hole is formed in the flat plate, and is different from the first embodiment in that it has an adjusting recess 12a and an adjusting recess 12b in the horizontal direction. Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment, and the same components as those in the first embodiment are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description overlapping with the first embodiment will be omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the compensating rope support member 13 has a retaining 16 at the top, and while supporting the compensating rope chain portion 14 of the compensating rope 9, the compensating rope is formed by the adjusting recess 12a. It is engaged with the suspension position adjusting bracket 11. Further, the compensating rope support member 13 is connected to the elastic body 15 at the upper part of the stopper 16 and tension is applied in the recessing direction of the adjusting recess 12a. At the time of maintenance and inspection, when the worker pulls the compensating rope support member 13 through the compensating rope 9, the compensating rope support member 13 separates from the adjusting recess 12a. When the compensation rail support member 13 is further pulled from that state, the compensation rope support member 13 is fixed by the adjustment recess 12b, and the suspension position of the compensation rope 9 can be adjusted. Therefore, the compensation rope 9 invades the evacuation space 7. Is connected to the lower part of the balance weight 5 along the guide rail 6 while avoiding the above. At this time, the worker in the pit 100 of the hoistway needs to apply a tensile force to the compensating rope 9 to generate a translational motion that overcomes the rotational motion due to the moment. In addition, the frictional force increases due to the increase in the contact area between the compensating rope support member 13 and the compensating rope suspension position adjusting bracket 11. On the other hand, the suspension position of the compensating cable 9 can be adjusted with a smaller number of parts than in the first embodiment.
