优选的,所述紧固调节件由所述底板远离所述固定支架一侧与所述调整螺纹杆件螺纹连接,并通过旋转调节使所述弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述底板与所述固定支架。
优选的,所述紧固调节件为尼龙螺母。
优选的,所述调整螺纹杆件的其中一个为基准调节螺纹杆件,其设有基准限位部,所述基准限位部与其中一个所述紧固调节件限位接触。
优选的,所述调整螺纹杆件包括三个且呈非线性间隔设置,三个所述调整螺纹杆件的连线形成直角三角形。
优选的,所述固定支架呈矩形,三个所述调整螺纹杆件分别位于所述固定支架的其中三个角的位置。
优选的,所述固定支架设有由靠近所述压片方向一侧向远离所述压片方向凹陷形成的收容槽,所述压片将所述反射镜固定于所述收容槽内。
优选的,所述调整螺纹杆件为螺栓或者螺柱。
优选的,所述基准调节螺纹杆件包括由所述固定支架延伸的连接部和由所述连接部向远离所述固定支架方向延伸的延伸部,所述基准限位部设置于所述连接部。
优选的,所述压片包括两个且分别位于所述固定支架的相对两端。
优选的,所述反射镜调节装置还包括将所述压片固定于所述固定支架的固定件,所述压片包括呈条形的压片本体及由所述压片本体相对两端延伸出的弹片,所述固定件将所述压片本体固定于所述固定支架,所述压片本体抵接压设所述反射镜,所述弹片设置于所述压片本体靠近另一个所述压片的一侧,所述弹片呈压缩状态抵接于所述反射镜。
优选的,所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧或弹性橡胶。
本发明还提供一种光源系统,该光源系统包括壳体如上任意一项所 述的反射镜调节装置以及反射镜,所述反射镜调节装置呈一体式结构且安装固定于所述壳体。
与相关技术相比,本发明的反射镜调节装置通过所述压片将所述反射镜固定于所述固定支架,可使所述反射镜非常方便的组装起来;并通过所述调整螺纹杆件插入所述通孔并用所述紧固调节件将其固定于所述底板,所述调整螺纹杆件的其中一个为所述基准调整螺纹杆件,通过旋转所述紧固调节件使其与所述基准限位部限位接触,其他的所述紧固调节件由所述底板远离所述固定支架一侧与其他的所述调整螺纹杆件螺纹连接,并通过旋转调节使所述弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述底板与所述固定支架,从而实现微调。该结构使所述基准调整螺纹杆件形成等高结构,使得所述反射镜在整个光路里的位置准确固定,并有利将所述反射镜非常方便的组装起来。因为所述紧固调节件可重复调节的尼龙螺母,并可以进行精准调节,调节后不用点胶固定,减轻了工作量,也有利于所述反射镜调节装置重复多次组装及调试,操作简单且易于使用,也方便于维护的操作。本发明的光源系统使用本发明的反射镜调节装置,所述反射镜调节装置作为一个呈一体式结构的模块安装在所述光源系统内,从而具有方便使用,并可重复调节组装所述反射镜,提高调试效率,方便拆卸,具有方便前期组装和后期维护优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
在此记载的具体实施方式/实施例为本发明的特定的具体实施方式,用于说明本发明的构思,均是解释性和示例性的,不应解释为对本发明实施方式及本发明范围的限制。除在此记载的实施例外,本领域技术人员还能够基于本申请权利要求书和说明书所公开的内容采用显而易见的其它技术方案,这些技术方案包括采用对在此记载的实施例的做出任何显而易见的替换和修改的技术方案,都在本发明的保护范围之内。
请同时参阅图1-5,本发明同时提供一种光源系统200和一种反射镜调节装置100,所述光源系统200包括壳体20、所述反射镜调节装置100以及反射镜2。所述反射镜调节装置安装固定于所述壳体20。所述反射镜调节装置100呈一体式结构并作为所述光源系统200的一个模块,方便前期组装和后期维护,适合量产。所述光源系统200组装调试时,可以不拆除其它件,单独将此模块取下来测试内部光路效果,提高了调试效率。
本实施方式中,所述反射镜调节装置100包括固定支架1、压片3、调整螺纹杆件4、弹性件5、底板6、紧固调节件7以及固定件8。
所述固定支架1用于将所述反射镜2固定。具体的,所述固定支架1设有由靠近所述压片3方向一侧向远离所述压片3方向凹陷形成的收容槽10,所述压片3将所述反射镜2固定于所述收容槽10内。该结构使安装所述反射镜2简单操作,并使所述反射镜2固定的位置得更为准确且不易发生滑动,从而使所述反射镜调节装置100的调节效果更高。
所述压片3将所述反射镜2固定于所述固定支架1。所述压片3包括两个且分别位于所述固定支架1的相对两端。具体的,所述压片3包括呈条形的压片本体31及由所述压片本体31相对两端延伸出的弹片32。所述固定件8将所述压片本体31固定于所述固定支架1,所述压片本体31抵接压设于所述反射镜2。所述弹片32设置于所述压片本体31靠近另一个所述压片3的一侧,即所述弹片32分别由两个所述压片本体31相互靠近的一侧相对延伸,所述弹片呈锐角弯折,则所述弹片呈压缩状态抵接于所述反射镜2,所述压片本体31和所述弹片32共同 将反射镜2夹设固定于所述固定支架1。该结构有利于快速将所述反射镜2固定于所述固定支架1,具有安装方便且结构可靠性高。
所述调整螺纹杆件4由所述固定支架1远离所述压片3一侧向远离所述固定支架1方向延伸。在本实施方式中,所述调整螺纹杆件4与所述固定支架1通过铆接固定,即所述调整螺纹杆件4与所述固定支架1一体设置。所述调整螺纹杆件4其中的一个为基准调整螺纹杆件41,其设有基准限位部413,用于定位基准,并按照该基准来调节所述反射镜2的角度。所述调整螺纹杆件4包括至少两个。在本实施方式中,所述调整螺纹杆件4包括三个且呈非线性间隔设置,所述固定支架1呈矩形,三个所述调整螺纹杆件4分别位于所述固定支架1的其中三个角的位置。其中,三个所述调整螺纹杆件4的连线形成直角三角形。也就是说,可以通过所述基准调整螺纹杆件41设置在直角顶点,另外两个所述调整螺纹杆件4位于三角形的两个锐角顶点,并以所述基准调整螺纹杆件41为基准点,形成了直角坐标系,从而有利于减小了调整的自由度,并可以更精确、快速地调整所述反射镜2的角度。当然,不限于此,三个所述调整螺纹杆件4还可以位于任意三角形的三个顶点;并且还可以将所述调整螺纹杆件4的数量设置多个,如四个、5个或者6个,能够达到方便进行调整即可。
在本实施方式中,所述调整螺纹杆件4为螺栓或者螺柱。
所述基准调节螺纹杆件41包括由所述固定支架1延伸的连接部411和由所述连接部411向远离所述固定支架1方向延伸的延伸部412,所述基准限位部413设置于所述连接部411。所述紧固调节件7固定于所述延伸部412并将所述连接部411位于所述固定支架1和所述底板6之间的长度等于所述固定距离。所述紧固调节件7将所述基准调整螺纹杆件41固定于所述底板6并使所述底板6与所述固定支架1的间距为所述固定距离。也就是说,所述基准调整螺纹杆件41为固定长度的等高柱,保证所述反射镜2安装后在光路上的正确位置。在本实施方式中,所述基准限位部413的直径大于所述延伸部412,所述基准调节螺纹杆件41穿过所述通孔60,所述延伸部412穿过该通孔60,并被所述紧固调节件7通过旋转直至接触所述基准限位部413,该紧固调节件7与所 述基准限位部413限位接触,即所述基准限位部413将该紧固调节件7限制其继续旋转从而形成固定,并使所述底板6与所述固定支架1的间距为所述固定距离。从而使所述基准调节螺纹杆件41形成等高柱,从而成为另外两个所述调整螺纹杆件4的基准,可以通过调节另外两个所述调整螺纹杆件4分别连接的两个所述紧固调节件7,从而更精确、快速地调整所述反射镜2的角度。
为了将所述基准调整螺纹杆件41实现等高结构,除了本实施方式外,当然,还有很多种方案,比如所述基准调整螺纹杆件41设有定位凸台(图未示)或定位销(图未示),所述基准限位部413设置于所述延伸部412,即所述延伸部412可以设置为定位凸台或定位销。其中,设置有所述定位凸台的所述基准调整螺纹杆件41的具体结构为:所述基准调整螺纹杆件41的所述延伸部412设置螺纹,所述连接部411为直径大于所述延伸部412的光杆,当所述紧固调节件7的端面抵接在所述定位凸台时,所述紧固调节件7不能继续旋进,并以此位置作为基准。另一种情况,所述延伸部412设有定位销时,在所述基准调整螺纹杆件41上设有贯穿其上的销孔(图未示),将所述定位销插入并固定于在所述销孔,所述定位销部分外露于所述销孔,所述定位销外露于所述销孔的部位能够限制所述紧固调节件7继续旋进,从而实现定位。当然,不限于此,所述基准调整螺纹杆件41还可以为其它类似结构同样可以实现定位功能。
所述弹性件5分别套设于所述调整螺纹杆件4,在本实施方式中,所述弹性件5直接套在所述螺栓或者所述螺柱上。所述弹性件5包括至少两个,所述弹性件5的一端连接于所述固定支架1,其另一端连接于所述底板6,也就是说,所述弹性件5直接套在所述螺栓或者所述螺柱上后,其两端分别连接于所述固定支架1和所述底板6。当然,不限于此,所述弹性件5也还可以单独设置在所述固定支架1和所述底板6之间,并通过定位柱将所述弹性件5进行定位固定。只要能够实现所述固定支架1相对所述底板6弹性复位的作用即可。所述弹性件5为螺旋弹簧或弹性橡胶。在本实施方式中,所述弹性件5为螺旋弹簧。
所述底板6间隔设置于所述固定支架1远离所述压片3一侧。所述 底板6设有贯通其上的至少两个通孔60。所述通孔60用于将所述调整螺纹杆件4插入后固定。所述底板6可以用于固定于所述光源系统200的所述壳体20,当然,不限于此,还可以将所述固定支架1固定于所述光源系统200的所述壳体20也是可以的。
所述紧固调节件7分别与所述调整螺纹杆件4配合。所述紧固调节件7包括至少两个,在本实施方式中,所述紧固调节件7包括三个。每一所述调整螺纹杆件4分别穿设一个所述通孔60设置,所述紧固调节件7由所述底板6远离所述固定支架1一侧与所述调整螺纹杆件4螺纹连接,并通过旋转调节使所述弹性件5的两端分别抵接于所述底板6与所述固定支架1。
所述紧固调节件7可重复调节。在本实施方式中,所述紧固调节件7为尼龙螺母。所述尼龙螺母的内孔内侧由尼龙材料制成并可以实现重复调节,对工作现场需要经常调节的地方来说使用非常方便,无须点胶就能预紧并可以重复调节。所述尼龙螺母调节时与所述调整螺纹杆件4有一定的预紧力,可以进行精准调节,调节后不用点胶固定,减轻了工作量。
所述固定件8将所述压片3固定于所述固定支架1。在本实施方式中,所述固定件8为螺钉。当然,其他可以将所述压片3固定于所述固定支架1的固定器件也是可以的,比如夹子、双面胶都是可以的。
本发明的反射镜调节装置组装所述反射镜2的具体过程如下:
首先,将所述固定支架1的三个所述调整螺纹杆件4分别套入三个所述弹性件5。
然后,再将以及套入所述弹性件5的三个所述调整螺纹杆件4分别插入所述底板6的三个所述通孔60。
接着,再将三个所述紧固调节件7分别将三个所述调整螺纹杆件4固定于所述底板远离所述固定支架1的一侧。
然后,将所述反射镜2放入所述固定支架1,并用两个所述压片3将所述反射镜2压设于所述固定支架1。
上述过程为组装的过程,所述反射镜调节装置100组装简单,使用方便。
与相关技术相比,本发明的反射镜调节装置通过所述压片将所述反射镜固定于所述固定支架,可使所述反射镜非常方便的组装起来;并通过所述调整螺纹杆件插入所述通孔并用所述紧固调节件将其固定于所述底板,所述调整螺纹杆件的其中一个为所述基准调整螺纹杆件,通过旋转所述紧固调节件使其与所述基准限位部限位接触,其他的所述紧固调节件由所述底板远离所述固定支架一侧与其他的所述调整螺纹杆件螺纹连接,并通过旋转调节使所述弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述底板与所述固定支架,从而实现微调。该结构使所述基准调整螺纹杆件形成等高结构,使得所述反射镜在整个光路里的位置准确固定,并有利将所述反射镜非常方便的组装起来。因为所述紧固调节件可重复调节的尼龙螺母,并可以进行精准调节,调节后不用点胶固定,减轻了工作量,也有利于所述反射镜调节装置重复多次组装及调试,能够作为一个单独的模块拆卸出来,进行测试,操作简单且易于使用,也方便于维护的操作。本发明的光源系统使用本发明的反射镜调节装置,所述反射镜调节装置作为一个呈一体式结构的模块安装在所述光源系统内,即作为一个整体模块和所述光源系统的壳体连接,从而具有方便使用,并可重复调节组装所述反射镜,具有方便前期组装和后期维护优点,即方便拆卸和组装调试,提高调试效率,所述反射镜调节装置作为一个整体组件和所述光源系统的壳体进行连接,能够使弹性件不易脱落,且组装简单,加工成本也低,所述反射镜调节装置为冲压件。
需要说明的是,以上参照附图所描述的各个实施例仅用以说明本发明而非限制本发明的范围,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的前提下对本发明进行的修改或者等同替换,均应涵盖在本发明的范围之内。此外,除上下文另有所指外,以单数形式出现的词包括复数形式,反之亦然。另外,除非特别说明,那么任何实施例的全部或一部分可结合任何其它实施例的全部或一部分来使用。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,包括固定支架、将反射镜固定于所述固定支架的压片、由所述固定支架远离所述压片一侧向远离所述固定支架方向延伸的至少两个调整螺纹杆件、分别套设于所述调整螺纹杆件的至少两个弹性件、间隔设置于所述固定支架远离所述压片一侧的底板以及分别与所述调整螺纹杆件配合且可反复调节至少两个紧固调节件;所述底板设有贯穿其上的至少两个通孔,每一所述调整螺纹杆件分别穿设一个所述通孔设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述紧固调节件由所述底板远离所述固定支架一侧与所述调整螺纹杆件螺纹连接,并通过旋转调节使所述弹性件的两端分别抵接于所述底板与所述固定支架。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述紧固调节件为尼龙螺母。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述调整螺纹杆件的其中一个为基准调节螺纹杆件,其设有基准限位部,所述基准限位部与其中一个所述紧固调节件限位接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述调整螺纹杆件包括三个且呈非线性间隔设置,三个所述调整螺纹杆件的连线形成直角三角形。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架呈矩形,三个所述调整螺纹杆件分别位于所述固定支架的其中三个角的位置。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述固定支架设有由靠近所述压片方向一侧向远离所述压片方向凹陷形成的收容槽,所述压片将所述反射镜固定于所述收容槽内。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述调整螺纹杆件为螺栓或者螺柱。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述基准调 节螺纹杆件包括由所述固定支架延伸的连接部和由所述连接部向远离所述固定支架方向延伸的延伸部,所述基准限位部设置于所述连接部。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述压片包括两个且分别位于所述固定支架的相对两端。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述反射镜调节装置还包括将所述压片固定于所述固定支架的固定件,所述压片包括呈条形的压片本体及由所述压片本体相对两端延伸出的弹片,所述固定件将所述压片本体固定于所述固定支架,所述压片本体抵接压设所述反射镜,所述弹片设置于所述压片本体靠近另一个所述压片的一侧,所述弹片呈压缩状态抵接于所述反射镜。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的反射镜调节装置,其特征在于,所述弹性件为螺旋弹簧或弹性橡胶。
  13. 一种光源系统,其特征在于,该光源系统包括壳体、如权利要求1至12任意一项所述的反射镜调节装置以及反射镜,所述反射镜调节装置呈一体式结构且安装固定于所述壳体。
