现有技术中的介入瓣膜系统中,根据瓣膜的储存方式,目前主要分为特殊保存液保存的湿瓣和经过特殊干法处理的干瓣两大类,而干瓣中又分为术前现场组装和厂家预装(全部收入或半收入)两种方式。而经过论证,厂家半收入预装的瓣膜系统形式,与其他瓣膜系统相比,具有非常明显的优势。但同时,厂家半收入预装的瓣膜系统形式又对配套的保护和现场组装所用装置提出了比较高的要求。
因此,有必要设计一种结构简单且简化操作的保护及收入辅助装置。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提供了一种介入瓣膜系统1的保护及收入辅助装置,介入瓣膜系统1包括瓣膜11和输送系统,通过输送系统内的连接装置将瓣膜11固定设置在输送系统的远端杆体12的第一端。
保护及收入辅助装置包括可以相对配合的第一保护件2和第二保护件3,还包括第三保护件4。第一保护件2位于靠近远端杆体12的一侧,且第一保护件2对瓣膜11形成半包围。第三保护件4用于固定且套设在远端杆体12上。
在保护状态,第一保护件2与第三保护件4配合在第一位置(参照图7),在瓣膜11收入辅助状态,第一保护件2与第三保护件4配合在第二位置(参照图8)。第二位置相对于第一位置远离瓣膜11。
在本实施例中,第一保护件2整体为中空且两端开通的结构,第二保护件3也整体为中空且两端开通的结构。第一保护件2和第二保护件3扣合后能形成 容纳腔;在运输过程中,第一保护件2能对瓣膜11起到保护作用,但是第一保护件2与第二保护件3配合后,对瓣膜11起到的保护作用更好。
第三保护件4为中空且两端开通,与第一保护件2能互相配合,在运输过程中,第一保护件2和第三保护件4配合在第一位置,使第一保护件2对瓣膜11进行保护,第三保护件4对远端杆体12进行保护。当运输完成后,需要对瓣膜11进行收入时,第一保护件2和第三保护件4配合在第二位置,使第二保护件3能够对瓣膜11产生挤压,瓣膜11变形,伴随远端杆体12的收入动作,将瓣膜11完全收入到远端杆体12中,形成使用状态。
作为一种具体的实现方式,如图2和图3所示,第一保护件2整体为大致的漏斗形状,包括依次设置第一大径部21、第一锥形部22和第一小径部23。其中,第一大径部21可以具有一定的锥度,第一小径部23为圆柱筒状,第一锥形部22位于第一大径部21和第一小径部23之间。
如图4所示,第二保护件3整体为大致的漏斗形状,包括依次设置第二大径部31、第二锥形部32和第二小径部33。其中,第二大径部31具有与第一大径部21相同的锥度,从而与第一大径部21相配合。第二小径部33为圆柱筒状,第二锥形部32位于第二大径部31和第二小径部33之间。第二锥形部32的内壁面形成锥形面34,用于对瓣膜11形成挤压。
第一大径部21和第二大径部31对接扣合后形成保护瓣膜11的容纳腔,第一小径部23则与第三保护件4相配合。
如图5和图6所示,优选地,第三保护件4包括套筒41和锁定件42。套筒41的第一端与第一小径部23套接固定。远端杆体12包括粗杆121和细杆122,套筒41套在粗杆121上,锁定件42与粗杆121和细杆122之间的第一台阶123配合,并与套筒41的第二端套接固定。这样,套筒41能够对介入瓣膜系统1中远端杆体12的一部分(粗杆121)进行保护,而锁定件42能将套筒41锁止。
进一步地,套筒41包括主体411和握持部412,主体411与握持部412之间设置有第二台阶415。在瓣膜11收入状态,第二台阶415处作为第二位置。当需要收入瓣膜11时,使第一保护件2相对于套筒41的外壁滑动至第二位置,由于第二保护件3与第一保护件2扣合固定,因此第二保护件3在滑动过程中会对瓣膜11发生挤压,从而使瓣膜11发生变形,以收入到粗杆121的内部。
优选地,握持部412的外表面设置有压花,以方便操作者握持。
套筒41上还优选地设置有透气孔413,通过设置该透气孔413来对介入瓣 膜系统1灭菌。透气孔413可以是长条状,也可以是圆孔或其他异形孔,沿着套筒41的轴线开设在套筒41上。本领域技术人员可以理解的是,透气孔413的数量可以是一个,也可以是多个,可以根据实际情况进行设定。
上文已述,当运输状态时,第一保护件2与第三保护件4配合在第一位置。第一位置的实现方式可以通过如下方式实现:套筒41的外壁开设有限位槽414,第一小径部23的内壁设置有限位块24(参照图3),限位块24与限位槽414配合在第一位置。当运输状态完成,需要进入收入状态时,使第一保护件2沿着第三保护件4的套筒41滑动至第二状态,从而使第二保护件3对瓣膜11发生挤压,瓣膜11收入至套筒41的内部。
具体地,限位槽414包括沿套筒41的轴线方向开设的竖槽和垂直于竖槽的横槽,限位块24与横槽远离竖槽的端部配合时,配合位置作为第一位置。
在运输状态时,限位块24与横槽的最远端配合锁定,当在现场进行手术前的收入时,旋转第一保护件2,使限位块24沿着横槽滑动至竖槽内,此时第一保护件2与套筒41脱扣。然后推动第一保护件2沿着竖槽滑动到套筒41与锁定件42之间的第二台阶415处,受到第二台阶415的限位达到第二位置。在第一保护件2沿着竖槽滑动的过程中,第二保护件3对瓣膜11产生挤压,瓣膜11变形后收入到套筒41内。
如图7所示,为第一保护件2与第三保护件4配合在第一位置的状态,此状态为运输状态,装置起到保护的作用。如图8所示,为第一保护件2与第三保护件4配合在第二位置的状态,此状态为收入状态,装置起到瓣膜11收入的作用。
如图6所示,锁定件42可以包括上固定部421和下固定部422。上固定部421和下固定部422的结构可以相同也可以不同,本实施例以二者结构相同为例进行说明,上固定部421包括第一半锥形管421a和第一头部421b,下固定部422包括第二半锥形管422a和第二头部422b。第一半锥形管421a和第二半锥形管422a相互扣合,扣合后从套筒41的第二端伸入到套筒41中。套筒41的握持部412远离主体411的一端设置有锥形孔416(参照图5),第一半锥形管421a和第二半锥形管422a扣合后的外壁面为锥形,与锥形孔416配合。
第一头部421b和第二头部422b相互扣合,扣合后套在细杆122上,并与粗杆121和细杆122之间的第一台阶123相配合。
上固定部421和下固定部422之间的固定方式有多种,优选地,第一头部 421b上设置有上限位孔和/或上限位柱。第二头部422b上设置有下限位孔422c和/或下限位柱422d,上限位孔与下限位柱422d配合,下限位孔422c与上限位柱配合。
上述的限位孔可以是盲孔,限位柱可以是圆柱状,顶部带有倒角,二者配合实现上固定部421和下固定部422的固定。
最后需要拆下整个装置时,抽出锁定件42,其他部件失去紧固力,沿与抽取锁定件42相反的方向抽出其他部件即可。
本领域技术人员可以理解的是,锁定件42与套筒41之间的锁定配合方式并不仅限于上述配合方式,还可以通过螺纹连接或卡扣连接等其他方式。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种介入瓣膜系统的保护及收入辅助装置,所述介入瓣膜系统包括瓣膜和输送系统,通过输送系统内的连接装置将所述瓣膜固定设置在所述输送系统的远端杆体上;其特征在于,所述保护及收入辅助装置包括:
    可以相对配合的第一保护件和第二保护件;所述第一保护件位于靠近所述远端杆体的一侧,且所述第一保护件对所述瓣膜形成半包围;
    第三保护件,用于固定且套设在所述远端杆体上;
    在保护状态,所述第一保护件与所述第三保护件配合在第一位置;
    在瓣膜收入辅助状态,所述第一保护件和所述第二保护件相互扣合,所述第一保护件与所述第三保护件配合在第二位置,此时,所述第二保护件对所述瓣膜进行挤压,辅助所述输送系统的收入动作,完成瓣膜的收入;
    所述第二位置相对于所述第一位置远离所述瓣膜。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第一保护件包括依次设置的第一大径部、第一锥形部和第一小径部;
    所述第二保护件包括依次设置的第二大径部、第二锥形部和第二小径部;
    所述第一大径部与所述第二大径部配合;
    所述第一小径部与所述第三保护件配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第三保护件包括套筒和锁定件;
    所述套筒的第一端与所述第一小径部套接固定;
    所述远端杆体包括粗杆和细杆;所述套筒套在所述粗杆上;所述锁定件与所述粗杆和所述细杆之间的第一台阶配合,并与所述套筒的第二端套接固定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述套筒包括主体和握持部;
    所述主体与所述握持部之间设置有第二台阶;
    在瓣膜收入辅助状态,所述第二台阶处作为所述第二位置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述握持部的外表面具有压花。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述套筒上设置有透气孔。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述套筒的外壁开设有限位槽;
    所述第一小径部的内壁设置有限位块;
    所述限位块与所述限位槽配合在所述第一位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述限位槽包括沿所述套筒的轴线方向开设的竖槽和垂直于所述竖槽的横槽;
    所述限位块与所述横槽远离所述竖槽的端部配合时,配合位置作为所述第一位置。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件包括上固定部和下固定部;
    所述上固定部包括第一半锥形管和第一头部;
    所述下固定部包括第二半锥形管和第二头部;
    所述第一半锥形管和所述第二半锥形管相互扣合,扣合后从所述套筒的第二端伸入到所述套筒中;
    所述第一头部和所述第二头部相互扣合,扣合后套在所述细杆上,并与所述粗杆和所述细杆之间的第一台阶相配合。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的保护及收入辅助装置,其特征在于,所述第一头部上设置有上限位孔和/或上限位柱;
    所述第二头部上设置有下限位孔和/或下限位柱;
    所述上限位孔与所述下限位柱配合;
    所述下限位孔与所述上限位柱配合。
