技术领域
本发明涉及清洁电器领域,尤其是涉及一种用于扫地机的水箱及具有其的扫地机。
背景技术
相关技术中,随着社会的不断发展,科技的不断进步,智能化家用电器已经逐步走进千家万户,目前常用的智能化家用电器主要有家用扫地机器人,拖地功能也越来越受到用户的重视。
目前带拖地功能的扫地机都会有特定水箱装置,分为电控水箱和重力水箱两种,电控水箱含有水泵,能控制出水量,用户体验好,但是成本高结构复杂易损坏,重力水箱依然十分普遍,成本低结构简单,而且可以选配,不用时随时取下。
然而,目前市面上的重力水箱,存在水箱拆装困难,而且注水不便的不足。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于扫地机的水箱,所述水箱注水方便,且便于实现在扫地机的机体上的安装和拆卸。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出扫地机,所述扫地机包括上述所述的用于扫地机的水箱。
根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于扫地机的水箱,所述水箱可抽拉地设在所述扫地机的机体的后侧,所述水箱包括:水箱下盖,所述水箱下盖的底部形成有容置槽;水箱上盖,所述水箱上盖与所述水箱下盖相连,以在所述水箱上盖与所述水箱下盖之间限定出储水腔;水箱释放按键,所述水箱释放按键设在所述容置槽处,所述水箱释放按键被构造成当触发所述水箱释放按键时所述水箱与所述机体脱离配合;复位件,所述复位件的一端与所述水箱释放按键相连且另一端与所述水箱下盖相连。

参照图9和图10,机体210上形成有卡槽部211,卡槽部211与卡扣部32相匹配。卡槽部211可以设在机体210的后端的中部,卡槽部211与卡扣部32在卡接位置和脱扣位置之间可转换,当水箱100安装在机体210上时,卡槽部211与卡扣部32处于所述卡接位置,当触发水箱释放按键3并将水箱100从机体210上拆卸时,卡槽部211与卡扣部32处于所述脱扣位置。
进一步地,参照图4,水箱上盖2上设有锁紧部22、第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24,锁紧部22位于第二过孔21的后侧且邻近第二过孔21设置,第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24设在水箱上盖2左右相对的两侧。例如,锁紧部22可以位于第二过 孔21的后侧的中部,并且锁紧部22可以邻近第二过孔21设置,第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24可以设在水箱上盖2左右相对的两侧。
结合图9和图10,机体210上设有锁紧位212、第一定位块213和第二定位块214,锁紧位212设在卡槽部211的后侧且与锁紧部22相匹配,第一定位块213与第一定位导槽23配合,第二定位块214与第二定位导槽24配合。例如,锁紧位212可以设在卡槽部211的后侧的中部,并且锁紧位212可以与锁紧部22相匹配,第一定位块213与第一定位导槽23配合,第二定位块214与第二定位导槽24配合。
根据本发明实施例的用于扫地机的水箱100,在将水箱100装配至机体210上时,第一定位导槽23与第一定位块213配合,第二定位导槽24与第二定位块214配合,卡扣部32与卡槽部211卡接,锁紧部22配合至锁紧位212处。当将水箱100从机体210上拆卸时,触发水箱释放按键3(例如向上触发等)使卡扣部32与卡槽部211脱扣,向后抽拉箱体210,使第一定位导槽23与第一定位块213脱离配合,第二定位导槽24与第二定位块214脱离配合,锁紧部22与锁紧位212脱离配合。
根据本发明的一些实施例,参照图7和图8,水箱释放按键3的内底壁形成有第一定位部33,水箱下盖1的底部形成有与第一定位部33相对应的第二定位部14,复位件4的一端与第一定位部33相连且另一端与第二定位部14相连。例如,第一定位部33与第二定位部14可以在上下方向上相对设置,复位件4的下端可以与第一定位部33相连,并且复位件4的上端可以与第二定位部14相连。
进一步地,在本发明的一些可选的示例中,第一定位部33可以为十字形凸筋,第二定位部14可以为定位套筒,所述定位套筒可以设在水箱下盖1的外底壁且向下延伸。复位件4可以为复位弹簧,复位件4的下端可以套设在十字形凸筋的外侧并止抵于水箱释放按键3的内底面(例如上表面),复位件4的上端可以穿设于所述定位套筒的内侧且止抵于所述定位套筒的内底面(例如水箱下盖1的外底壁)。
可选地,水箱上盖2的底壁形成有下凹的凸块25(参照图4和图5),水箱下盖1上形成有连通所述储水腔的出水孔15(参照图6和图7),凸块25与出水孔15间隙配合。例如,凸块25可以由水箱上盖2的底壁向下凹陷形成,凸块25向下凸出于水箱上盖2的外底壁,凸块25可以设在水箱上盖2沿前后方向上的中部或前侧;水箱下盖1上形成有出水孔15,出水孔15可以连通所述储水腔,凸块25适于配合在出水孔15内,并且出水孔15的尺寸可以稍大于凸块25的尺寸,这样可以在凸块25的外侧壁与出水孔15的内侧壁之间形成预定间隙,使得所述储水腔内的水可以经由所述预定间隙进一步流出。
示例性且不限制地,凸块25在水箱上盖2的底壁上的投影可以呈长圆形,对应地, 出水孔15在水箱下盖1上的投影也可以为长圆形。长圆形可以定义为:选取圆上位于同一直径上的两点或选取圆上关于圆心对称的两段弧线,沿直线或弧线对圆进行拉伸形成的图形。
在本发明的一些具体实施例中,水箱上盖2上形成有三个凸块25,三个凸块25可以在水箱上盖2的左右方向上均均匀或不均匀地间隔开布置,水箱下盖1上形成有三个出水孔15,三个出水孔15可以沿水箱下盖1的左右方向均匀或不均匀地间隔开布置。由此,有利于将水分散开来,便于清洁。
当然,在本发明的一些实施例中,凸块25与出水孔15也可以被构造成其他的形状例如圆形、椭圆形等,本发明对凸块25与出水孔15的形状、数量以及尺寸不作具体限定,实际应用中可以根据需要适应性设置。
进一步地,参照图1、图2以及图4,水箱100还包括:注水塞5,水箱上盖2上形成有注水孔26,注水塞5可拆卸地设在注水孔26处。当把注水塞5打开时,可以通过注水孔26向水箱(例如所述储水腔)内注水,当注水完成时,通过注水塞5可以将注水孔26封堵。
更进一步地,参照图1和图6,水箱100还包括:净化缓流件6,净化缓流件6设在水箱下盖1的内底壁。由此,通过净化缓流件6不仅可以对所述储水腔内的水进行过滤净化,还有利于降低水流的流动速度,改善清洁效果。
在本发明的一些实施例中,净化缓流件6可以为滤水棉。当然,在本发明的一些实施例中,净化缓流件6也可以为其他的结构形式。
可选地,水箱下盖1的内底壁形成有限位凸筋16以对净化缓流件6进行限位。由此,通过限位凸筋16可以对净化缓流件6进行限位,从而能够限制净化缓流件6在水箱下盖1上的运动。
例如,限位凸筋16可以包括一组或多组(在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上),图6中示出了两组限位凸筋16,限位凸筋16可以沿前后方向延伸,位于水箱下盖1的后侧的两个限位凸筋16可以为一组限位凸筋,位于水箱下盖1的前侧的两个限位凸筋16可以为一组限位凸筋,通过两组限位凸筋可以限制净化缓流件6沿左右方向上的运动。
进一步地,参照图1和图3,水箱100还包括:拖地布7,拖地布7设在水箱下盖1的底壁的外侧。可选地,拖地布7与水箱下盖1可以粘接,例如,拖地布7与水箱下盖1可以通过魔术贴粘接。由此,便于实现拖地布7在水箱下盖1上的安装和拆卸。
当然,在一些可选的实施例中,拖地布7与水箱下盖1也可以通过卡接等方式相连。
根据本发明的一些实施例,水箱上盖2与水箱下盖1可以通过超声波焊接相连。由 此,可以实现水箱上盖2与水箱下盖1之间的可靠连接,且可保证连接的密封性。
下面结合附图描述根据本发明的用于扫地机的水箱100的具体实施例。
根据本发明实施例的用于扫地机的水箱100,水箱100可抽拉地设在扫地机200的机体210的后侧,例如,在水箱100与机体210装配时,水箱100可以由后向前与机体210装配;当水箱100与机体210拆卸分离时,水箱100可以由前向后与机体210拆卸分离。
参照图1,水箱100包括:水箱下盖1、水箱上盖2、水箱释放按键3以及复位件4。
具体而言,结合图2和图3,水箱下盖1的底部形成有容置槽11(参照图7);水箱上盖2与水箱下盖1相连,这样可以在水箱上盖2与水箱下盖1之间限定出储水腔,所述储水腔内可以存储预定量的水;水箱释放按键3设在容置槽11处(参照图3),水箱释放按键3被构造成当触发所述水箱释放按键3时水箱100与机体210脱离配合。例如,水箱释放按键3被构造成在第一位置和第二位置之间可转换,在所述第一位置水箱100与机体210相连,在所述第二位置水箱100与机体210脱离配合。
如图1所示,复位件4的一端与水箱释放按键3相连且另一端与水箱下盖1相连。例如,复位件4的上端可以与水箱释放按键3相连,并且复位件4的下端可以与水箱下盖1相连,当释放所述水箱释放按键3后,在复位件4的作用下可以实现水箱释放按键3的复位。由此,通过将水箱100可抽拉地设在扫地机200的机体210的后侧,便于实现水箱100在机体210上的装配和拆卸,且无需将机体210翻转即可拆装,注水方便;另外,通过单手触发水箱释放按键3,向后抽拉即可实现水箱100与机体210的脱离,极大地简化了水箱100从机体210上拆卸的过程。
根据本发明实施例的用于扫地机的水箱100,通过将水箱100可抽拉地设在扫地机200的机体210的后侧,便于实现水箱100在机体210上的装配和拆卸,且无需将机体210翻转即可拆装,注水方便;另外,通过单手触发水箱释放按键3,向后抽拉即可实现水箱100与机体210的脱离,极大地简化了水箱100从机体210上拆卸的过程。
参照图1并结合图3,根据本发明的一些实施例,水箱释放按键3可枢转地设在容置槽11处。例如,水箱释放按键3设在容置槽11处,并且水箱释放按键3在容置槽11处可转动,这样更有利于用户单手操作水箱释放按键3,且操作更加省力。
进一步地,水箱释放按键3与水箱下盖1中的其中一个上设有枢转轴31且另一个上设有枢转孔12,枢转轴31与枢转孔12相匹配。例如,在本发明的一些可选的示例中,可以是水箱释放按键3上设有枢转轴31,并且水箱下盖1上设有枢转孔12,枢转轴31与枢转孔12相匹配。在本发明的一些可选的示例中,也可以是水箱下盖1上设有枢转 轴31,并且水箱释放按键3上设有枢转孔12,枢转轴31与枢转孔12相匹配。由此,通过枢转轴31与枢转孔12的配合,易于实现水箱释放按键3的枢转,且便于用户操作。
例如,图8中示出的是水箱释放按键3上设有枢转轴31,图6和图7中示出的是水箱下盖1上设有枢转孔12,具体地,枢转轴31包括两个,两个枢转轴31对称布置在水箱释放按键3左右相对的两侧;枢转孔12包括两个,两个枢转孔12对称布置在容置槽11的左右相对的两个侧壁处。
可选地,水箱释放按键3的自由端形成有向上凸出的卡扣部32(参照图8),水箱下盖1上形成有连通容置槽11的第一过孔13(参照图6和图7),水箱上盖2上形成有与第一过孔13相对应的第二过孔21(参照图4和图5),卡扣部32穿过第一过孔13和第二过孔21(参照图2)且凸出水箱上盖2的上表面设置;机体210上形成有与卡扣部32相匹配的卡槽部211。
例如,水箱释放按键3的邻近机体210的一端(参照图8中水箱释放按键3的前端)可以形成有卡扣部32,卡扣部32可以向上凸出,水箱下盖1上形成有第一过孔13,第一过孔13可以连通容置槽11设置,水箱上盖2上形成有第二过孔21,第二过孔21与第一过孔13在上下方向上至少部分相对,卡扣部32穿过第一过孔13和第二过孔21,并且卡扣部32可以凸出水箱上盖2的上表面设置,卡扣部32可以由下至上依次穿过第一过孔13和第二过孔21,卡扣部32的顶部可以向上凸出第二过孔21设置。
参照图9和图10,机体210上形成有卡槽部211,卡槽部211与卡扣部32相匹配。卡槽部211可以设在机体210的后端的中部,卡槽部211与卡扣部32在卡接位置和脱扣位置之间可转换,当水箱100安装在机体210上时,卡槽部211与卡扣部32处于所述卡接位置,当触发水箱释放按键3并将水箱100从机体210上拆卸时,卡槽部211与卡扣部32处于所述脱扣位置。
进一步地,参照图4,水箱上盖2上设有锁紧部22、第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24,锁紧部22位于第二过孔21的后侧且邻近第二过孔21设置,第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24设在水箱上盖2左右相对的两侧。例如,锁紧部22可以位于第二过孔21的后侧的中部,并且锁紧部22可以邻近第二过孔21设置,第一定位导槽23和第二定位导槽24可以设在水箱上盖2左右相对的两侧。
结合图9和图10,机体210上设有锁紧位212、第一定位块213和第二定位块214,锁紧位212设在卡槽部211的后侧且与锁紧部22相匹配,第一定位块213与第一定位导槽23配合,第二定位块214与第二定位导槽24配合。例如,锁紧位212可以设在卡槽部211的后侧的中部,并且锁紧位212可以与锁紧部22相匹配,第一定位块213与第一定位导槽23配合,第二定位块214与第二定位导槽24配合。
根据本发明实施例的用于扫地机的水箱100,在将水箱100装配至机体210上时,第一定位导槽23与第一定位块213配合,第二定位导槽24与第二定位块214配合,卡扣部32与卡槽部211卡接,锁紧部22配合至锁紧位212处。当将水箱100从机体210上拆卸时,触发水箱释放按键3(例如向上触发等)使卡扣部32与卡槽部211脱扣,向后抽拉箱体210,使第一定位导槽23与第一定位块213脱离配合,第二定位导槽24与第二定位块214脱离配合,锁紧部22与锁紧位212脱离配合。
根据本发明的一些实施例,参照图7和图8,水箱释放按键3的内底壁形成有第一定位部33,水箱下盖1的底部形成有与第一定位部33相对应的第二定位部14,复位件4的一端与第一定位部33相连且另一端与第二定位部14相连。例如,第一定位部33与第二定位部14可以在上下方向上相对设置,复位件4的下端可以与第一定位部33相连,并且复位件4的上端可以与第二定位部14相连。

根据本发明第二方面实施例的扫地机200,当从机体210上拆卸水箱100时,单手向上触发水箱释放按键3,向后抽拉水箱100即可实现水箱100与机体210的分离;当 将水箱100安装在机体210上时,将水箱100沿水平方向由后向前推至机体210的后侧,即可以实现水箱100与机体210的装配,水箱100拆装方便可靠,结构简单成本低廉。

  1. 一种用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱可抽拉地设在所述扫地机的机体的后侧,所述水箱包括:
    水箱下盖,所述水箱下盖的底部形成有容置槽;
    水箱上盖,所述水箱上盖与所述水箱下盖相连,以在所述水箱上盖与所述水箱下盖之间限定出储水腔;
    水箱释放按键,所述水箱释放按键设在所述容置槽处,所述水箱释放按键被构造成当触发所述水箱释放按键时所述水箱与所述机体脱离配合;
    复位件,所述复位件的一端与所述水箱释放按键相连且另一端与所述水箱下盖相连。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱释放按键可枢转地设在所述容置槽处。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱释放按键与所述水箱下盖中的其中一个上设有枢转轴且另一个上设有枢转孔,所述枢转轴与所述枢转孔相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,
    所述水箱释放按键的自由端形成有向上凸出的卡扣部,所述水箱下盖上形成有连通所述容置槽的第一过孔,所述水箱上盖上形成有与所述第一过孔相对应的第二过孔,所述卡扣部穿过所述第一过孔和所述第二过孔且凸出所述水箱上盖的上表面设置;
    所述机体上形成有与所述卡扣部相匹配的卡槽部。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,
    所述水箱上盖上设有锁紧部、第一定位导槽和第二定位导槽,所述锁紧部位于所述第二过孔的后侧且邻近所述第二过孔设置,所述第一定位导槽和所述第二定位导槽设在所述水箱上盖左右相对的两侧;
    所述机体上设有锁紧位、第一定位块和第二定位块,所述锁紧位设在所述卡槽部的后侧且与所述锁紧部相匹配,所述第一定位块与所述第一定位导槽配合,所述第二定位块与所述第二定位导槽配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱释放按键的内底壁形成有第一定位部,所述水箱下盖的底部形成有与所述第一定位部相对应的第二定位部,所述复位件的一端与所述第一定位部相连且另一端与所述第二定位部相连。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述第一定位部为十字 形凸筋,所述第二定位部为定位套筒。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述定位套筒设在所述水箱下盖的外底壁且向下延伸。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述复位件为复位弹簧,所述复位弹簧的下端套设在所述十字形凸筋的外侧并止抵于所述水箱释放按键的内底面,所述复位弹簧的上端穿设于所述定位套筒的内侧且止抵于所述定位套筒的内底面。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱上盖的底壁形成有下凹的凸块,所述水箱下盖上形成有连通所述储水腔的出水孔,所述凸块与所述出水孔间隙配合。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述凸块由所述水箱上盖的底壁向下凹陷形成,所述凸块向下凸出于所述水箱上盖的外底壁。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述凸块设在所述水箱上盖沿前后方向上的中部或前侧,所述凸块在所述水箱上盖的底壁上的投影呈长圆形、圆形或椭圆形。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱还包括:注水塞,所述水箱上盖上形成有注水孔,所述注水塞可拆卸地设在所述注水孔处。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱还包括:净化缓流件,所述净化缓流件设在所述水箱下盖的内底壁。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述净化缓流件为滤水棉。
  16. 根据权利要求14或15所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱下盖的内底壁形成有限位凸筋以对所述净化缓流件进行限位。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述水箱还包括:拖地布,所述拖地布设在所述水箱下盖的底壁的外侧。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的用于扫地机的水箱,其特征在于,所述拖地布与所述水箱下盖粘接或卡接。
