Description

一种铰接装置和旋转淋浴房门 技术领域
本申请涉及淋浴房门领域,具体涉及一种铰接装置和旋转淋浴房门。
背景技术
现有旋转淋浴房门的铰接装置一般采用合页,即将合页的一片固定于墙体,另一片固定于旋转门上,实现旋转开合。但合页式铰接装置现场安装麻烦,工期长。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于克服背景技术中存在的上述缺陷或问题,提供一种铰接装置和旋转淋浴房门,其用于安装简单,现场工期短的特点。
为达成上述目的,本申请采用如下技术方案:
第一技术方案涉及一种铰接装置,其包括铰接轴;第一座体,其设有第一轴孔和第一面,所述的第一面上开设有连通第一轴孔的第一槽;通过所述的第一槽得以驱动铰接轴在第一轴孔中沿铰接轴线方向滑动;和第二座体,其设有供所述的铰接轴伸入的第二轴孔。
第二技术方案基于第一技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括弹性件,所述的弹性件置于第一轴孔中,所述的弹性件恢复时驱动所述的铰接轴沿伸出第一轴孔的方向滑动。
第三技术方案基于第一技术方案,其中,所述的铰接轴外缘面上设有第一孔,所述的第一孔供拨杆贯穿第一槽后插入。
第四技术方案基于第一技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括顶丝,所述的铰接轴外缘面上设有贯穿铰接轴的第一螺纹孔;所述的顶丝穿过第一槽而与第一螺纹孔螺接并顶抵第一轴孔孔壁。
第五技术方案基于第一技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括第一盖体,所述的第一盖体覆盖所述的第一槽。
第六技术方案基于第一技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括第二盖体;所述的铰接轴外缘面设有垂直于铰接轴线的第二槽;所述的第二盖体上设有插片,所述的插片在第二盖体与第二座体固接时插入所述的第二槽。
第七技术方案基于第六技术方案,其中,所述的铰接轴面向所述的插片时的两侧均设有第二槽,所述的插片插入所述的铰接轴两侧的第二槽。
第八技术方案基于第七技术方案,其中,所述的第二槽为环槽。
第九技术方案基于第六技术方案,其中,所述的第二座体上开设有垂直于第二轴孔并与第二轴孔相接的第二孔,供所述的插片插入。
第十技术方案涉及一种旋转淋浴房门,其包括门楣和扇页,还包括上述第一至第九技术方案中任一项所述的一种铰接装置;所述的第一座体与门楣固接,所述的第二座体与扇页固接。
第十一技术方案基于第十技术方案,其中,所述的第二座体包括连为一体的顶板和靠板,所述的顶板从靠板的一端沿垂直于靠板的方向延伸;所述的靠板的内表面用于贴合扇页;所述的第二轴孔设置于顶板,其轴线平行于所述的靠板。
第十二技术方案基于第十技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括第三盖体;所述的第三盖体上设有带第二螺纹孔的支撑柱;所述的扇页设有安装孔,所述的安装孔套设于支撑柱上;所述的第二座体上设有通孔,供螺钉穿过后与支撑柱上的第二螺纹孔螺接。
第十三技术方案基于第十二技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括垫圈,所述的垫圈设置于安装孔与支撑柱之间。
第十四技术方案基于第十技术方案,其中,所述的铰接装置还包括连接件;所述的门楣设有轨道,所述的轨道底部开设有第三槽供所述的铰接轴伸出;所述的连接件与所述的第一座体夹持所述的第三槽两侧的轨道底部并用螺钉紧固。
由上述对本申请的描述可知,相对于现有技术,本申请具有的如下有益效果:
1、在第一技术方案中,第一座体和第二座体可以分别与淋浴房的预制件在加工工厂即完成连接,在现场安装时,由于通过第一槽可以驱动铰接轴在第一轴孔中滑动,因此可以很方便地让铰接轴先缩回第一轴孔,待第二座体上的第二轴孔对准第一轴孔后再驱动铰接轴伸入第二轴孔,实现铰接连接。这样实现铰接连接,现场安装便捷,现场工期短。
2、在第二技术方案中,通过设置弹性件,使铰接轴得以在无驱动时较为可靠地伸出第一轴孔,有利于铰接轴伸出方向与其自重方向相反的情况下安装铰接装置,例如,第一座体固接于地面或门坎,第二座体固接于门扇的情况。
3、在第三技术方案中,通过在铰接轴外缘面设置第一孔,供拨杆贯穿第一槽后插入,使铰接轴得以很方便地被拨杆驱动在第一轴孔中滑动。
4、在第四技术方案中,通过设置顶丝,使铰接轴得以固定其在第一轴孔中的位置,而顶丝的内六角孔与扳手配合,也容易驱动铰接轴沿第一轴孔滑动。
5、在第五技术方案中,通过设置第一盖体,使其覆盖第一槽,避免第一轴孔中积灰或生锈,也更为美观。
6、在第六技术方案中,通过让第二盖体上的插片插入铰接轴上的第二槽,使铰接轴伸入第二轴孔更为可靠,且无法退出第二轴孔。避免因各种误撞或变形或结构松散等原因,导致铰接轴退出第二轴孔,门扇倒下。
7、在第七技术方案中,插片插入铰接轴两侧的第二槽,使插片对铰接轴的限位更可靠,也进一步防止铰接轴因受力弯曲变形,同时分担了紧固件的受力,使紧固件更不易因受力太大而断裂,导致连接失效。
8、在第八技术方案中,第二槽为环槽,更易加工。
9、在第九技术方案中,第二座体上开设有第二孔,供插片插入,使插片的受力得以传递给第二座体,进一步分担了插片的受力,使连接更牢固。
10、在第十技术方案中,第一座体与门楣固接,第二座体与扇页固接,实现了旋转淋浴房门的铰接连接。
11、在第十一技术方案中,第二座体被设置为L形,有利于铰接轴也扇页处于同一垂直平面上,避免铰接轴受门前后方向上的剪切力。
12、在第十二技术方案中,第三盖体上的支撑柱供扇页上的安装孔套设后与第二座体通过螺钉连接,实现了第二座体与扇页的固接。
13、在第十三技术方案中,通过设置垫圈,使玻璃扇页更不易损坏。
14、在第十四技术方案中,通过第一座体与连接件夹持轨道底部并用螺钉紧固,实现了第一座体与门楣的固接。

参见图1至图3,图1至图3示出了本实施例中的铰接装置100。如图2所示,铰接装置100包括铰接轴10、第一座体20、第二座体30、弹性件40、顶丝50、第一盖体60、第二盖体70、第三盖体80、垫圈90、垫片110和连接件120。
其中,铰接轴10上端面开设有弹簧安装孔13,而其外缘面上设有贯穿铰接轴10的第一螺纹孔11,在第一螺纹孔11下方,外缘面上还开设有垂直于铰接轴线的第二槽12,第二槽12为环槽。当然,第二槽12也可以不是环槽,例如,在铰接轴的外缘面两侧对称地开设横槽,或只在一侧开设横槽。只是环槽更易加工成形。
第一座体20的下端面设有第一轴孔21(第一轴孔21在图7中示出),第一轴孔21在本实施例中是盲孔,如图2所示,与第一座体20的下端面垂直地设有第一面22,在本实施例中即为前端面,在第一面22上开设有连通第一轴孔21的第一槽23,一般地,如本实施例所示,第一槽23呈圆角长方形,其长度方向与第一轴孔21的轴线方向平行;通过第一槽23,安装人员得以驱动铰接轴10在第一轴孔21中沿铰接轴线方向上下滑动。
第二座体30包括连为一体的顶板33和靠板34,顶板33从靠板34的上端沿垂直于靠板34的方向延伸,彼此成L形。靠板34的内表面,即与顶板33延伸方向相同的表面用于贴合薄的门扇,例如本实施例中的扇页300,这在后面再详细论述。顶板33上开设有与靠板33平行的第二轴孔31,在本实施例中,第二轴孔31也是盲孔(图中未示出)。如图3所示,在靠板34背对顶板33延伸方向的一面还开设有两个第二孔32,第二孔32与第二轴孔31相接并垂直于第二轴孔31的轴线。在靠板34上还开设有两个通孔35和两个第三盖体安装孔36。
弹性件40在本实施例中使用弹簧,本实施例中,弹性件40一端抵靠第一轴孔21(盲孔)的孔底,另一端置于铰接轴10的弹簧安装孔13内,其安装位置决定了铰接轴10伸进第一轴孔21时弹性件40压缩,而弹性件40恢复时驱动铰接轴10沿伸出第一轴孔21的方向滑动。
顶丝50,其穿过第一槽23而与第一螺纹孔11螺接,并通过顶抵第一轴孔21的孔壁固定铰接轴10与第一轴孔21沿铰接轴线的位置。
第一盖体60,其扣合于第一槽23上,以覆盖第一槽23。
第二盖体70上设有两个插片71及两个插柱72。其中,两个插片71用于在第二盖体70与第二座体30通过插柱72与第三盖体安装孔36之间的插接配合完成固定时,插入第二座体30上的两个第二孔32,并插入铰接轴的第二槽12中。本实施例中,插片71与第二孔32宽度匹配。
第三盖体80上设有两个带第二螺纹孔的支撑柱82。
垫圈90、垫片110和连接件120用于连接门楣200和扇页300,在下面再细述。
参见图4至图7,图4至图7示出了本实施例中的旋转淋浴房门。如图4至图7所示,旋转淋浴房门包括门楣200、扇页300、门坎(未示出)及两个上述的铰接连接装置100,分别是上铰接装置和下铰接装置。
其中,如图5至图7所示,门楣200设有轨道,轨道底部开设有第三槽201。
扇页300为玻璃门扇页,其上开设有安装孔(图中未示出)。
门坎固接于地面上,其也设有轨道,轨道上部开设有第三槽201。
上铰接装置中的连接件120如图5所示嵌入门楣200的第三槽201两侧的轨道内,并与第一座体20夹持第三槽201两侧的轨道底部,再用螺钉紧固。
上铰接装置中的垫圈90套设于支撑柱82上,垫片110套设于垫圈90上并贴合第三盖体 80的本体。扇页300以安装孔套设于垫圈90上的方式与第三盖体80结合。设置垫圈,使扇页300更不易损坏。然后第二座体30的靠板34贴靠扇页300,并使顶板33位于扇页300的顶上。再用螺钉穿过第二座体30上的通孔35与第三盖体80上的支撑柱82的第二螺纹孔螺接,使扇页300被夹紧于垫片110与第二座体30的靠板34之间。本实施例中,第二座体30与扇页300固接后,第二轴孔31位于扇页300的上方。
下铰接装置与门坎和扇页的连接方式与上述的连接方式相同,但下铰接装置的第一座体20、连接件120与门坎固接后,第一座体20的第一轴孔21开口朝上。
旋转淋浴房门的具体安装过程详细描述如下:
第一步,将上、下铰接装置的第二座体30、第三盖体80、垫圈90、垫片110与扇页300按如上所述的方式连接;
第二步,将下铰接装置的第一座体20、连接件120与门坎按如上所述的方式连接。
第三步,将上铰接装置的第一座体20、连接件120与门楣按如上所述的方式连接。
第四步,将下铰接装置的弹性件40置入铰接轴10的弹簧安装孔13内。
第五步,将下铰接装置的铰接轴10和弹性件40以弹性件40朝下的方向置入第一座体20的第一轴孔21(此时其开口向上)内。
第六步,将上铰接装置的弹性件40置入铰接轴10的弹簧安装孔13内。
第七步,将上铰接装置的铰接轴10和弹性件40以弹性件40朝上的方向置入第一座体20的第一轴孔21(此时其开口向下)内,并用顶丝50穿过第一槽23与铰接轴10的第一螺纹孔11螺接,再如图6和图7,用扳手400插入顶丝50的内六角孔中,并扳动铰接轴10使其压缩弹性件40,直至铰接轴10不再露出第一轴孔21或只露出一点点,再用扳手400拧紧顶丝50,直至将铰接轴10与第一轴孔21的孔壁固定住。
第八步,安装扇页,将下铰接装置的铰接轴10插入下铰接装置的第二轴孔31中,再将上铰接装置的第二轴孔31对准上铰接装置的铰接轴10。用扳手400松开上铰接装置的顶丝50,使上铰接装置的铰接轴10受弹性件40的恢复力驱动插入上铰接装置的第二轴孔31中。
第九步,当上铰接装置的铰接轴10可靠地顶抵第二轴孔31的孔底(其为盲孔)时,安装上铰接装置的第二盖体70,使其插片71插入第二座体30上的第二孔32,并进一步插入铰接轴10的第二槽12内,此时,第二盖体70的插柱72插入第二座体30的第三盖体安装孔36内,实现第二盖体70与第二座体30的固定连接。
第十步,与第九步相同地,完成下铰接装置中第二盖体70与第二座体30的固定连接。
第十一步,将上、下铰接装置的第一盖体60盖设于各自的第一槽23上,完成所有连接。
上述的第一步、第二步和第三步均可以在加工工厂完成连接,现场安装时,只需要完成其后的步骤,即可实现旋转淋浴房门的安装,此过程中,除扳手400外,无需其他工具,现 场安装便捷,现场工期短。
上述过程中,通过设置弹性件40,使铰接轴10得以在无驱动时较为可靠地伸出第一轴孔11,有利于下铰接装置中,铰接轴10伸出方向与其自重方向相反的情况下安装铰接装置。
上述过程中,通过设置顶丝50,使铰接轴10得以固定其在第一轴孔21中的位置,而顶丝的内六角孔与扳手400配合,也容易驱动铰接轴沿第一轴孔滑动。
第一盖体60覆盖第一槽12,避免第一轴孔21中积灰或生锈,也更为美观。
通过让第二盖体70上的插片71插入铰接轴10上的第二槽12,使铰接轴10伸入第二轴孔31更为可靠,且无法退出第二轴孔31。避免因各种误撞或变形或结构松散等原因,导致铰接轴10退出第二轴孔31,使门扇倒下。
第二槽12为环槽,使插片71对铰接轴10的限位更可靠,也进一步防止铰接轴10因受力弯曲变形,同时分担了螺钉的受力,使螺钉更不易因为受力太大而断裂,导致连接失效。
第二座体30的第二孔32供插片71插入并与插片71匹配,使插片71的受力得以传递给第二座体30,进一步分担了插片71的受力。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种铰接装置,其特征是,包括:
    铰接轴;
    第一座体,其设有第一轴孔和第一面,所述的第一面上开设有连通第一轴孔的第一槽;
    通过所述的第一槽得以驱动铰接轴在第一轴孔中沿铰接轴线方向滑动;和
    第二座体,其设有供所述的铰接轴伸入的第二轴孔。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括弹性件,所述的弹性件置于第一轴孔中,所述的弹性件恢复时驱动所述的铰接轴沿伸出第一轴孔的方向滑动。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接轴外缘面上设有第一孔,所述的第一孔供拨杆贯穿第一槽后插入。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括顶丝,所述的铰接轴外缘面上设有贯穿铰接轴的第一螺纹孔;所述的顶丝穿过第一槽而与第一螺纹孔螺接并顶抵第一轴孔孔壁。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括第一盖体,所述的第一盖体覆盖所述的第一槽。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括第二盖体;所述的铰接轴外缘面设有垂直于铰接轴线的第二槽;所述的第二盖体上设有插片,所述的插片在第二盖体与第二座体固接时插入所述的第二槽。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的铰接轴面向所述的插片时的两侧均设有第二槽,所述的插片插入所述的铰接轴两侧的第二槽。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的第二槽为环槽。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的一种铰接装置,其特征是,所述的第二座体上开设有垂直于第二轴孔并与第二轴孔相接的第二孔,供所述的插片插入。
  10. 一种旋转淋浴房门,包括门楣和扇页,其特征是,还包括如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的一种铰接装置;所述的第一座体与门楣固接,所述的第二座体与扇页固接。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的一种旋转淋浴房门,其特征是,所述的第二座体包括连为一体的顶板和靠板,所述的顶板从靠板的一端沿垂直于靠板的方向延伸;所述的靠板的内表面用于贴合扇页;所述的第二轴孔设置于顶板,其轴线平行于所述的靠板。
  12. 如权利要求10所述的一种旋转淋浴房门,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括第三盖体;所述的第三盖体上设有带第二螺纹孔的支撑柱;所述的扇页设有安装孔,所述的安装孔套设于支撑柱上;所述的第二座体上设有通孔,供螺钉穿过后与支撑柱上的第二螺 纹孔螺接。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的一种旋转淋浴房门,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括垫圈,所述的垫圈设置于安装孔与支撑柱之间。
  14. 如权利要求10所述的一种旋转淋浴房门,其特征是,所述的铰接装置还包括连接件;所述的门楣设有轨道,所述的轨道底部开设有第三槽供所述的铰接轴伸出;所述的连接件与所述的第一座体夹持所述的第三槽两侧的轨道底部并用螺钉紧固。
