为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种颈部按摩仪,包括承载件、二手柄、电极组件、中空的柔性套及电脉冲发生装置,该二手柄连接在该承载件的两端,该电脉冲发生装置与该电极组件电连接,该电脉冲发生装置设置在该其中一手柄内,该柔性套将该承载件套设在其内,并张紧于该承载件上,该电极组件设置在该柔性套上。
优选地,所述承载件为弧形片体,其包括二长边及二短边,该承载件沿着该二长边延伸设置卡条,该柔性套对应开设卡槽,该卡条嵌设于该卡槽内。
优选地,所述卡条的数量为2根,该二卡条各自设置在该其中一长边上,并且该二卡条呈对称分布。
优选地,所述二短边各设置有安装头,该二手柄各自固定连接在该对应的安装头上。
优选地,所述每一手柄包括外壳以及与该外壳相扣合的内壳,该外壳螺纹连接在该安装头上,该内壳进一步可拆卸地卡持在该安装头上。
优选地,所述安装头上凸设锁止块,该柔性套对应开设锁止槽,该锁止块锁止于该锁止槽内。
优选地,所述外壳设置抓扣,该柔性套对应开设扣孔,该抓扣钩挂于该扣孔内。
优选地,所述柔性套两端具有台阶结构,该颈部按摩仪还包括装饰环,该装饰环套设在该台阶结构上,并抵顶于该柔性套与该其中一手柄之间。
优选地,所述柔性套上一体成型有安装凸台,该电极组件安装在该安装凸台上,该电极组件藉由该安装凸台的折叠变形作360°浮动摇摆。
优选地,所述所述承载件为抗变形件或弹性臂。
本发明还提供一种电极片安装结构,包括电极片、括承载件及中空的柔性套,该柔性套将该承载件套设在其内,并张紧于该承载件上,该电极片设置在该柔性套上。
优选地,所述柔性套上一体成型有安装凸台,该电极片安装在该安装凸台上,藉由该安装凸台的折叠变形作360°浮动摇摆。
优选地,所述承载件为抗变形件或弹性臂。
优选地,所述承载件为弧形片体,其包括二长边及二短边,该承载件沿着该二长边延伸设置卡条,该柔性套对应开设卡槽,该卡条嵌设于该卡槽内。
优选地,所述卡条的数量为2根,该二卡条各自设置在该其中一长边上,并且该二卡条呈对称分布。
本发明的有益效果是:
所述颈部按摩仪通过设置柔性套来取代硅胶内壳,而该柔性套可以直接套设在该弹性臂上,无需额外通过粘接的方式,如此避免了背景技术所提及的胶水外溢所带来的一系列问题,从而大大提升了组装效率及消费体验。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明,本发明实施例中所有方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……)仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。
另外,在本发明中如涉及“第一”、“第二”等的描述仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示其相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括至少一个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是至少两个,例如两个,三个等,除非另有明确具体的限定。

另外,本发明各个实施例之间的技术方案可以相互结合,但是必须是以本领域普通技术人员能够实现为基础,当技术方案的结合出现相互矛盾或无法实现时应当认为这种技术方案的结合不存在,也不在本发明要求的保护范围之内。
本发明提出一种颈部按摩仪。
请参阅图1至图5所示的本发明颈部按摩仪的较佳实施方式,所述颈部按摩仪10包括承载件11、二手柄12、中空的柔性套13、电极组件14、电脉冲发生装置15及电池16。该二手柄12固定连接在该承载件11的两端。该电脉冲发生装置15设置在其中一手柄12内,并与该电极组件14电连接。该电池16则设置在另外一手柄12内。该柔性套13将该承载件11套设在其内,并张紧于该承载件11上。该电极组件14设置在该柔性套13上。
需要特别说明的是,该柔性套13的柔性与诸如塑胶壳体的刚性是彼此相对而言,因此用“柔性”阐述并不会带来说明书不清楚的缺陷。
请一并参阅图5、图6、图7及图8,所述承载件11包括二长边111及二短边112。该承载件11沿着该二长边111延伸设置卡条113,该柔性套13对应开设卡槽131,该卡条113嵌设于该卡槽131内。如此,限制了该柔性套13在绕该长边113转动的自由度,即防止了该柔性套13绕该承载件11转动而移位,并进而确保了柔性套13上的电极组件14的位置稳定。在本实施方式中,该承载件11为弹性臂。该颈部按摩仪10通过该承载件11的变形而夹 持于人体的脖子上。
进一步地,所述柔性套13呈弧形状,该承载件11呈弧形状,该柔性套13的弯曲弧度与该承载件11的弯曲弧度相当。这样设计的原理是:当该柔性套13的弯曲弧度与该承载件11的弯曲弧度不太一致时,该柔性套13套设在该承载件11上所各处绷紧的程度会很不一样,这不仅影响到美观,严重时还会出现局部松弛移位的不良状况。
在本实施方式中,所述卡条113的数量为2根,该二卡条113各自设置在该其中一长边111上,并且该二卡条113呈对称分布,如此可以较为顺畅地将该柔性套13套设在该承载件11上。
请一并参阅图1、图3及图5,所述二短边112各设置有安装头114。该二手柄12各自固定连接在该对应的安装头114上。将该手柄12直接装设在该承载件11的安装头114上,而无需通过第三方结构元件,不仅节约了成本,还提升了安装效率。
请再次参阅图3及图4,所述手柄12包括外壳121以及与该外壳121相扣合的内壳122。该外壳121包括连接端1211以及与该连接端1211相对的自由端1212。该连接端1211螺纹连接于该安装头114上。该连接端1211呈微弯曲状,在该手柄12被用力往外掰动时,该连接端1211会发生微小形变,从而迫使该自由端1212以该安装头114为支点发生微小摆动。该外壳121上还设置有若干围绕该电池16的卡孔1213,该内壳122对应设置卡钩1221。通过该卡钩1221与该卡孔1213实现了将该外壳121与该内壳122相扣合。此外,该内壳122上还设置卡块1222,该安装头114对应开设卡口1141,该卡块1222进一步可拆卸地卡持在该卡口1141内。该卡块1222的设置位置与该外壳121的连接端1211相对应。
更进一步地,如图4、图5、图6及图7所示,所述安装头114上还凸设若干锁止块1142,该柔性套13对应该锁止块1142开设若干锁止槽132,该锁止块1142锁止于该锁止槽132内。如此,可以限制该柔性套13在该长边111延伸方向上的自由度,即防止了该柔性套13沿着该长边111滑动而移位,并进而确保该柔性套13上的电极组件14的位置稳定。
如图3及图6所示,更进一步地,所述外壳121上还设置抓扣1214,该柔性套13对应开设扣孔133,该抓扣1214钩挂于该扣孔133内。如此,进一 步限制了该柔性套13在该长边111延伸方向上的自由度。需要说明的是,将该抓扣1214设置在该外壳121上,是因为该外壳121率先螺纹连接在该安装头114上,无需同时考虑与该内壳122的扣合,从而更容易将该抓扣1214钩挂于该扣孔133内。
如图3、图4及图7所示,所述颈部按摩仪10还包括二装饰环17。对应地,该柔性套13两端具有台阶结构134。每一该装饰环17套设在该台阶结构134上,并抵顶于该柔性套13与该其中一手柄12之间。该装饰环17为套环结构,可以确保该锁止块1142更为稳定地锁止于该锁止槽132内,避免在将该内壳122卡持在该外壳121及该安装头114上时造成该锁止块1142由该锁止槽132内脱离。
更进一步地,如图7及图8所示,所述柔性套13上设置有安装凸台135,该电极组件14安装在该安装凸台135上,该电极组件14藉由该安装凸台135的折叠变形作360°浮动摇摆。另外,该中空的柔性套13与该承载件11套装之后所存在的间隙136更方便了该电极组件14的360°浮动摇摆。
更进一步地,所述柔性套13的材质为硅胶。硅胶材质具有价格低廉且亲肤的优点。
需安装该颈部按摩仪10时,首先将该柔性套13套设在该承载件11上,并使得该承载件11的二安装头114均衡外露,此时该卡条113嵌设于该卡槽131内,且该锁止块1142锁止于该锁止槽132内;然后将该二装饰环17各自套设在对应的安装头114上;接着将该外壳121的连接端1211螺纹连接于该安装头114上;随后将该内壳122率先卡持于该外壳121上;最后将该内壳122的卡块1222卡持在该安装头114的卡口1141内,并将该电极组件14安装在该柔性套13的安装凸台135上即可。
所述颈部按摩仪10通过设置柔性套13来取代硅胶内壳,该柔性套13可以直接套设在该承载件11上,而无需额外通过粘接的方式,如此避免了背景技术所提及的胶水外溢所带来的一系列问题,从而大大提升了组装效率及消费体验。还有,该颈部按摩仪10通过该安装头114来辅助装配该手柄12的外壳121及内壳122,拆卸时只需手动往外掰动该手柄12并利用该外壳121的微变形以将该内壳122的卡块1222由该安装头114处脱离,拆卸非常方便。
可以理解,在其它实施方式中,该承载件11也可以为抗变形件,而该二 手柄12活动铰接于该承载件11的两端,该二手柄12与该承载件11之间设置有扭簧,借助于该扭簧的弹力该二手柄12得以夹持在人体的脖子上。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种颈部按摩仪,包括承载件、二手柄、电极组件及电脉冲发生装置,该二手柄连接在该承载件的两端,该电脉冲发生装置与该电极组件电连接,该电脉冲发生装置设置在该其中一手柄内,其特征在于:所述颈部按摩仪还包括中空的柔性套,该柔性套将该承载件套设在其内,并张紧于该承载件上,该电极组件设置在该柔性套上。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述承载件为弧形片体,其包括二长边及二短边,该承载件沿着该二长边延伸设置卡条,该柔性套对应开设卡槽,该卡条嵌设于该卡槽内。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述卡条的数量为2根,该二卡条各自设置在该其中一长边上,并且该二卡条呈对称分布。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述二短边各设置有安装头,该二手柄各自固定连接在该对应的安装头上。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述每一手柄包括外壳以及与该外壳相扣合的内壳,该外壳螺纹连接在该安装头上,该内壳进一步可拆卸地卡持在该安装头上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述安装头上凸设锁止块,该柔性套对应开设锁止槽,该锁止块锁止于该锁止槽内。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述外壳设置抓扣,该柔性套对应开设扣孔,该抓扣钩挂于该扣孔内。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述柔性套两端具有台阶结构,该颈部按摩仪还包括装饰环,该装饰环套设在该台 阶结构上,并抵顶于该柔性套与该其中一手柄之间。
  9. 如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述柔性套上一体成型有安装凸台,该电极组件安装在该安装凸台上,该电极组件藉由该安装凸台的折叠变形作360°浮动摇摆。
  10. 如权利要求1至7任意一项所述的颈部按摩仪,其特征在于:所述所述承载件为抗变形件或弹性臂。
  11. 一种电极片安装结构,包括电极片,其特征在于:所述电极片安装结构还包括承载件及中空的柔性套,该柔性套将该承载件套设在其内,并张紧于该承载件上,该电极片设置在该柔性套上。
  12. 如权利要求11所述的电极片安装结构,其特征在于:所述柔性套上一体成型有安装凸台,该电极片安装在该安装凸台上,藉由该安装凸台的折叠变形作360°浮动摇摆。
  13. 如权利要求11所述的电极片安装结构,其特征在于:所述承载件为抗变形件或弹性臂。
  14. 如权利要求11所述的电极片安装结构,其特征在于:所述承载件为弧形片体,其包括二长边及二短边,该承载件沿着该二长边延伸设置卡条,该柔性套对应开设卡槽,该卡条嵌设于该卡槽内。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的电极片安装结构,其特征在于:所述卡条的数量为2根,该二卡条各自设置在该其中一长边上,并且该二卡条呈对称分布。
