优选地,请参阅图2,每个固定柱41上均设有多个限位块42,多个限位块42沿固定柱41的周向间隔设置,减小了固定柱41的遮光厚度,提高了地砖屏的显示效果,同时减轻了前体4的重量,节省了材料。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,穿过PCB板3的多个固定柱41均匀分布在PCB板3上,以保证前体4与后体2之间的受力的均匀性,同时保证固定柱41对PCB板3的限位更加稳定,避免了在使用地砖屏时PCB板3移动。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,PCB板3包括多块固定连接的子板,以便制造、搬运、安装和维修子板。
优选地,每块子板上穿过的固定柱41的数量相同且均匀分布。
优选地,每个地砖屏由四块子板拼接而成。
可选地,地砖屏可以拼接为更大的地砖屏组。
在一实施例中,请参阅图3及图4,后体2上固设有多个透明的支撑柱21,支撑柱21穿过PCB板3并与前体4抵接,支撑柱21避开固定柱41,支撑柱21能支撑前体4,将前体4所受的压力传递到后体2上,避免前体4受力过大而 压坏PCB板3,并且透明的支撑柱21不遮光,提高了地砖屏的显示效果。
具体地,PCB板3上设有供支撑柱21穿过的通孔。
可选地,支撑柱21与后体2一体成型。
具体地,限位块42与支撑柱21共同支撑前体4,避免前体4压坏PCB板3,增加了前体4的受力强度。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,还包括透明的面板5,面板5固定于前体4的背离PCB板3的一侧,透明的面板5具有防滑的作用,还不影响地砖屏的正常显示;面板5还有保护前体4的作用,避免前体4上受力集中时前体4损坏。
优选地,面板5为透明玻璃。
优选地,面板5为钢化玻璃,耐磨性好。
在一实施例中,面板5粘接于前体4上,使得光线能直接穿过前体4和面板5到达外部,从而提高地砖屏的显示效果。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,还包括盖板6,盖板6设于前体4与PCB板3之间,盖板6上设有多个容纳孔,灯珠嵌于容纳孔内;
盖板6上还设有多个供固定柱41穿过的通孔。盖板6用于保护灯珠,避免前体4压坏灯珠;盖板6还有限位灯珠的作用,避免灯珠在受到磕碰等意外时从PCB板3上掉落。
具体地,盖板6上还设有供支撑柱21穿过的通孔。
优选地,前体4、盖板6和后体2均由PC制造而成。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,还包括固定件,后体2上设有安装孔,固定柱41穿过安装孔,固定件将固定柱41固定在后体2上,固定件位于PCB板3的背面,而灯珠发出的光是从PCB板3的正面射出的,因此固定件不会遮挡灯珠发出的光,从而提高了地砖屏的显示效果。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1及图2,固定柱41上设有固定孔,固定件能伸入固定孔内且与固定孔的内壁抵接,以便通过固定件与固定孔的内壁之间的摩擦力,用固定件将固定柱41固定在后体2上。
具体地,固定孔沿固定柱41的轴向延伸。
优选地,请参阅图2,固定件为螺钉,固定孔为螺纹孔,固定柱41通过螺钉固定在后体2上。
在一实施例中,请参阅图4,后体2上固设有定位柱103,箱体1上设有定位孔,定位柱103能伸入定位孔内,避免在使用地砖屏时后体2移动,并且在将后体2安装在箱体1上时,可先将定位柱103插入定位孔内,将后体2定位在箱体1上后再固定,结构简单,操作方便。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,还包括后盖7、电源8和转接板9,后盖7固定于箱体1的背离后体2的一侧,电源8设于后盖7内,转接板9固定在后盖7内且位于电源8与箱体1之间,后盖7用于固定并保护电源8和转接板9,电源8用于向PCB板3提供电力,转接板9用于转换或传输信号。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1及图5,还包括第一密封圈10、第二密封圈101和第三密封圈102,第一密封圈10设于后体2与前体4之间,PCB板3嵌于第一密封圈10内,第一密封圈10能防止水从PCB板3的侧面进入,避免PCB板3短路;
第二密封圈101设于箱体1与后体2之间,第二密封圈101能防止水从箱体1与后体2之间进入,避免PCB板3短路;
第三密封圈102设于电源8与箱体1之间,第三密封圈102能防止水后盖7与箱体1之间进入到后盖7内,再从转接板9的侧面进入,避免PCB板3短路。
具体地,第一密封圈10设为多个,第二密封圈101设为多个,第三密封圈102设为一个。
优选地,第一密封圈10设为四个,第二密封圈101设为四个。
在一实施例中,请参阅图1,还包括用于固定箱体1的固定机构,固定机构设于箱体1的底部,以便在使用时将箱体1固定在地面上,避免箱体1移位而造成地砖屏与地砖屏之间的间隙过大,影响显示效果。

Claims (15)

  1. 地砖屏,包括箱体、后体、PCB板和前体,所述后体固定在所述箱体上,所述PCB板设于所述后体与所述前体之间,所述PCB板上设有灯珠,其特征在于:所述前体上固设有多个透明的固定柱,所述固定柱穿过所述PCB板且与所述后体固定连接,所述固定柱避开所述灯珠。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:所述固定柱与所述前体一体成型。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:多个所述固定柱的靠近所述前体的一端均固设有限位块,多个所述限位块自靠近所述前体的一端至远离所述前体的一端的长度相同,所述限位块能与所述PCB板或所述后体抵接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:每个所述固定柱上均设有多个所述限位块,多个所述限位块沿所述固定柱的周向间隔设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:穿过所述PCB板的多个所述固定柱均匀分布在所述PCB板上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:所述后体上固设有多个透明的支撑柱,所述支撑柱穿过所述PCB板并与所述前体抵接,所述支撑柱避开所述固定柱。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括透明的面板,所述面板固定于所述前体的背离所述PCB板的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:所述面板粘接于所述前体上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括盖板,所述盖板设于所述前体与所述PCB板之间,所述盖板上设有多个容纳孔,所述灯珠嵌于所述容纳孔内;
    所述盖板上还设有多个供所述固定柱穿过的通孔。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括固定件,所述后体上设有安装孔,所述固定柱穿过所述安装孔,所述固定件将所述固定柱固定在所述后体上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:所述固定柱上设有固定孔,所述固定件能伸入所述固定孔内且与所述固定孔的内壁抵接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:所述后体上固设有定位柱,所述箱体上设有定位孔,所述定位柱能伸入所述定位孔内。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括后盖、电源和转接板,所述后盖固定于所述箱体的背离所述后体的一侧,所述电源设于所述后盖内,所述转接板固定在后盖内且位于所述电源与所述箱体之间。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括第一密封圈、第二密封圈和第三密封圈,所述第一密封圈设于所述后体与所述前体之间,所述PCB板嵌于所述第一密封圈内;
    所述第二密封圈设于所述箱体与所述后体之间;
    所述第三密封圈设于所述电源与所述箱体之间。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任意一项所述的地砖屏,其特征在于:还包括用于固定所述箱体的固定机构,所述固定机构设于所述箱体的底部。
