Description

一种圆柱形LED显示屏 技术领域
本实用新型涉及显示设备领域,尤其是一种圆柱形LED显示屏。
背景技术
LED显示屏广泛用于广场、户外、楼层外壁上,通过控制半导体发光二极管的显示方式用来显示文字、图像、视频等各种信息,从而达到向观众展示广告和宣传影像的目的。LED平面显示屏已发展多年,但现有的LED平面显示屏只是平面安装,且不可弯曲,占墙体面积较大,需要专业人员安装。因此市面上出现了用柔性线路板制成的圆柱形显示屏,可安装在任何需要安装的地方,用吊环吊杆即可安装,把播放广告内容和照明进行了完美的结合,即承载了原显示屏滚动播放画面的性质,不需要请专业安装人员安装,从而实现安装简便,视觉效果突出,费用低廉的特点,非常适合广泛应用。
然而圆柱形显示屏的柔性LED显示模组之间的平整度会影响圆柱形显示屏的显示质量,因此如何解决柔性LED显示模组之间的平整度成为了本实用新型所要解决的首要问题。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述问题,本实用新型提出一种可以调整柔性LED显示模组之间的平整度,以提供显示质量的圆柱形LED显示屏。
本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现的:
本实用新型提出一种圆柱形LED显示屏,包括固定架、多个柔性LED显示模组、多个安装件,所述柔性LED显示模组呈弧形,所述固定架呈圆柱形,所述柔性LED显示模组固定在所述固定架的外周,所述固定架上设有多个定位孔,所述柔性LED显示模组的背部凸设有多个定位柱,所述安装件贯穿所述定位孔, 且所述安装件一端止于所述固定架,另一端插入所述定位柱,所述安装件用于调节所述固定架和所述定位柱之间的间距从而调整相邻的柔性LED显示模组之间的平整度。
进一步的,所述固定架包括互相拼接的第一架体、第二架体。
进一步的,所述第一架体、所述第二架体均呈半圆形。
进一步的,所述固定架的直径随着所述第一架体和所述第二架体之间的套叠面积增大而减小。
进一步的,所述第一架体、所述第二架体上均设有多个拼接孔,所述拼接孔用于所述第一架体和所述第二架体之间的固定。
进一步的,还包括设置在固定架端部的第一端盖、第二端盖。
进一步的,还包括安装杆,所述安装杆与所述第一端盖固定连接,所述安装杆用于所述圆柱形LED显示屏的对外安装。

为了更加清楚、完整的说明本实用新型的技术方案,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
请参考图1-图5,本实用新型提出一种圆柱形LED显示屏,包括固定架1、多个柔性LED显示模组3、多个安装件2,所述柔性LED显示模组3呈弧形,所述固定架1呈圆柱形,所述柔性LED显示模组3固定在所述固定架1的外周,所述固定架1上设有多个定位孔10,所述柔性LED显示模组3的背部凸设有多个定位柱30,所述安装件2贯穿所述定位孔10,且所述安装件2一端止于所述固定架1,另一端插入所述定位柱30,所述安装件2用于调节所述固定架1和所述定位柱30之间的间距4从而调整相邻的柔性LED显示模组3之间的平整度。
在本实施方式中,所述安装件2为螺钉,所述定位柱30固定在所述柔性LED显示模组3的背部,且所述定位柱30的内部设有螺纹。
在本实施方式中,所述安装件2用于调节所述固定架1和所述定位柱30之间的间距4,消除相邻的柔性LED显示模组3之间的高度差,从而调整相邻的柔性LED显示模组3之间的平整度,以提供显示质量。
在本实施方式中,所述安装件2、所述定位柱30、所述定位孔10之间的配合同时还用于将所述柔性LED显示模组3固定在所述固定架1上。
在本实施方式中,所述柔性LED显示模组3呈弧形,所述柔性LED显示模组3拼接成与所述固定架1外周适配的圆柱形。
进一步的,所述固定架1包括互相拼接的第一架体11、第二架体12。
进一步的,所述第一架体11、所述第二架体12均呈半圆形。
进一步的,所述固定架1的直径随着所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12之间的套叠面积增大而减小。
在本实施方式中,当所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12之间的套叠面积越大,则所述固定架1的直径就越小,当所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12恰好对接时,也就是所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12之间的套叠面积为0时,所述固定架1的直径达到最大。
在本实施方式中,通过设置呈半圆形的所述第一架体11、所述第二架体12,可以保证所述固定架1的圆度,方便所述固定架1的生产制造,同时可以调整固定架1的直径,以使得所述固定架1满足多个应用场景的需求。
进一步的,所述第一架体11、所述第二架体12上均设有多个拼接孔13,所述拼接孔13用于所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12之间的固定。
在本实施方式中,拼接孔13位于所述第一架体11、所述第二架体12上的不同位置,所述第一架体11的拼接孔13和所述第二架体12的拼接孔13对接,然后利用螺纹连接的方式实现所述第一架体11和所述第二架体12之间的固定。
进一步的,还包括设置在固定架1端部的第一端盖5、第二端盖6。所述第一端盖5、第二端盖6盖合所述固定架1的端部。
进一步的,还包括安装杆7,所述安装杆7与所述第一端盖5固定连接,所述安装杆7用于所述圆柱形LED显示屏的对外安装。
在本实施方式中,通过所述安装杆7,使得本实用新型的圆柱形LED显示屏实现吊装。

  1. 一种圆柱形LED显示屏,其特征在于,包括固定架、多个柔性LED显示模组、多个安装件,所述柔性LED显示模组呈弧形,所述固定架呈圆柱形,所述柔性LED显示模组固定在所述固定架的外周,所述固定架上设有多个定位孔,所述柔性LED显示模组的背部凸设有多个定位柱,所述安装件贯穿所述定位孔,且所述安装件一端止于所述固定架,另一端插入所述定位柱,所述安装件用于调节所述固定架和所述定位柱之间的间距从而调整相邻的柔性LED显示模组之间的平整度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的圆柱形LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述固定架包括互相拼接的第一架体、第二架体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的圆柱形LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一架体、所述第二架体均呈半圆形。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的圆柱形LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述固定架的直径随着所述第一架体和所述第二架体之间的套叠面积增大而减小。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的圆柱形LED显示屏,其特征在于,所述第一架体、所述第二架体上均设有多个拼接孔,所述拼接孔用于所述第一架体和所述第二架体之间的固定。
