Abstract
본 발명은, 동맥에서 2가지 동맥파를 측정하는 맥파측정 센서부; 및 상기 맥파측정 센서부에서 검출되는 2가지 동맥파로부터 혈압을 산출하는 혈압 산출부를 포함하는 혈압 측정 시스템 및 이를 이용한 혈압 측정 방법을 개시한다. 상기 혈압 측정 시스템의 상기 맥파측정 센서부는, 1개의 동맥파를 등압하에서 측정하고 다른 1개의 동맥파를 변동압하에서 측정하며; 상기 혈압 산출부는 상기 혈압 산출부는, 변동압하에서 측정되는 제2동맥파에 등압하에서 측정되는 제1동맥파를 매핑하여 매핑 동맥파를 산출하고, 상기 매핑 동맥파를 이용해서 혈압을 계산한다. 본 발명은 서로 다른 부위에서 검출되는 2가지 동맥파로부터 혈압값을 계산해서 출력할 수 있으므로, 종래의 오실로메트릭 방식 혈압계가 혈압 측정에 40초 이상의 시간이 소요되는 데 비해, 1주기 이상의 동맥파 특히 단 1주기의 동맥파만으로도 혈압을 계산해서 빠르게 산출할 수 있으며, 혈압 계산에 소요되는 시간이 획기적으로 감소될 수 있다.
