Definitions
- the present invention relates to an absorbent article including a functional layer.
- Patent Document 1 discloses an absorbent article including a functional layer having a function of causing a wearer to perceive a feeling of warmth or a feeling of coldness through the skin.
- the functional layer is mainly arranged on the anterior side (ventral side) in the longitudinal direction with respect to the absorbent body.
- the front portion in the longitudinal direction is longer than the shape of a general absorbent article.
- the wearer attaches the absorbent article so that the front portion of the absorbent article does not protrude outward from the front edge of the underwear (the opening of the waist). To do. At that time, in order to more reliably prevent the front end of the absorbent article from sticking out, the wearer may attach the absorbent article to the rear side (dorsal side) in the longitudinal direction by shifting it more than necessary. .. That is, it is conceivable that the position of the absorber suitable for absorbing the liquid excrement may shift to the rear side more than necessary.
- the region of the absorber is reduced in the region on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and excrement (eg, menstrual blood, urine) is not sufficiently absorbed by the absorber, and the excrement is not sufficiently absorbed from the front side of the absorbent article.
- excrement eg, menstrual blood, urine
- a method of shortening the length of the functional layer in the longitudinal direction can be considered, but the functional layer may not function sufficiently.
- an object of the present invention is that in an absorbent article having a functional layer on the front side in the longitudinal direction and a relatively long front portion, the front end portion of the absorbent article protrudes outward from the front edge of the underwear. Even if the wearer shifts the absorbent article to the rear side in the longitudinal direction more than necessary so as not to prevent it, the absorbent article that can suppress the leakage of liquid excrement from the front side in the longitudinal direction is provided. To provide.
- the absorbent article in the present invention has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction, and is located on the front side of the absorbing body including the absorbing body in the longitudinal direction and has a predetermined function.
- An absorbent article comprising a functional body including a layer, the center line extending in the width direction through the center of the cloaca contact area in the absorption body in the longitudinal direction, and the front end of the absorber.
- An absorbent article in which the distance to the edge is longer than the distance between the front edge of the absorber and the anterior edge of the absorbent article.
- the front end portion of the absorbent article does not protrude outward from the front edge of the underwear. It is possible to provide an absorbent article capable of suppressing leakage of liquid from the front side in the longitudinal direction even if the wearer attaches the absorbent article to the rear side in the longitudinal direction by shifting it more than necessary.
- FIG. 1 It is a top view which shows the structural example of the absorbent article which concerns on embodiment. It is sectional drawing along the longitudinal center line in FIG. It is a back view which shows the structural example of the absorbent article which concerns on embodiment. It is a top view which shows the other structural example of the absorbent article which concerns on embodiment.
- An absorbent main body having a longitudinal direction, a width direction and a thickness direction, including an absorbent body, and a functional main body located on the front side in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body and including a functional layer having a predetermined function
- An absorbent article comprising, in the longitudinal direction, the distance between the center line extending in the width direction through the center of the excretory opening contact area in the absorbent main body, and the front edge of the absorbent body, An absorbent article that is longer than the distance between the anterior edge of the absorber and the anterior edge of the absorbent article.

- the warming agent holding sheet 13 is composed of a sheet capable of holding a liquid (example: non-woven fabric), it can absorb excrement, though not as much as the absorber 11. Therefore, the warming agent holding sheet 13 can be regarded as a low absorption portion having a lower absorption performance than the absorber 11. Although the low absorption portion belongs to the warm feeling main body 5, it can assist the absorption of excrement in the front in the longitudinal direction L.
- the absorber 11 and the low absorption portion are continuous in the longitudinal direction L when viewed from the width direction W. It can be said that there is.
- the absorber 11 and a part of the low absorption part overlap in the thickness direction T in the overlapping part 15, and a part of the absorber 11 is on the skin side in a part of the low absorption part. It overlaps on the part of.

- An adhesive portion 71 extending along the longitudinal direction L is arranged at a substantially central portion in the direction W.
- the adhesive portions 72 are arranged in the regions at both ends in the width direction W.
- the other surface of the adhesive portion is temporarily fixed to the release sheet fixed to the individual wrapping sheet 43.
- the warming agent holding sheet 13 and the adhesive portion 72 are arranged at positions where they partially overlap each other or do not overlap each other at all in the thickness direction T. This is to prevent the warming agent 50 from reaching the adhesive portion 72 and deteriorating the adhesive portion 72.
- the adhesive portion 72 is formed at a position that does not overlap with the thickness direction T with respect to at least the central portion of the warming agent holding sheet 13 in the width direction W on which the warming agent 50 is arranged.
- the central portion 25 of the warming agent holding sheet 13 in the width direction W is the width of the warming agent holding sheet 13 on both sides of the width direction W from the longitudinal center line CL from the viewpoint of enhancing the warming function.
- the range is up to 30% of the width of the direction W, preferably up to 40%, and more preferably up to 45%.
- the individual package includes a longitudinal first fold line F1 (example: left fold line) and a longitudinal second fold line F2 (example: right fold line).
- the width direction first folding line F3 (example: front folding line) and the width direction second folding line F4 (example: rear folding line).
- the first folding line F1 in the longitudinal direction and the second folding line F2 in the longitudinal direction extend along the longitudinal direction L and are arranged in parallel with each other from one side in the width direction W to the other side at predetermined intervals.
- the first folding line F3 in the width direction and the second folding line F4 in the width direction extend along the width direction W and are arranged in parallel with each other from one side in the longitudinal direction L to the other side at predetermined intervals. That is, there are two longitudinal fold lines and two width fold lines.
- the first folding line F3 in the width direction is arranged in front of the sanitary napkin 1
- the second folding line F4 in the width direction is arranged behind the sanitary napkin 1.
- the first folding line F3 in the width direction is located at the front end of the absorption main body 3 and the rear end of the warmth main body 5.
- the first folding line F3 in the width direction is located on the CW side of the center line in the width direction from the front edge 11E1 in the longitudinal direction L of the absorber 11.
- first folding line F3 in the width direction and the second folding line F4 in the width direction are located on the front side and the rear side in the longitudinal direction L from the excretion port contact area 21 so as to avoid the excretion port contact area 21.
- the number of folding lines in the width direction is 1 or 3 or more.
- the sanitary napkin 1 when individually wrapped, the portion outside the width direction W from both folding lines (a pair) with the first folding line F1 in the longitudinal direction and the second folding line F2 in the longitudinal direction as the base axes together with the individual packaging sheet 43.
- the outer part of each) is folded toward the surface on the skin side.
- the outer portions of the longitudinal direction L from both fold lines are the surfaces on the skin side with the width direction first fold line F3 and the width direction second fold line F4 as the basic axes. Is folded towards.
- one end of the individual wrapping sheet 43 is fixed to the individual wrapping sheet 43 facing the individual wrapping sheet 43 with the fixing tape 45. Thereby, the individual package of the sanitary napkin 1 is formed.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is opened when it is used, that is, when the individual packaging is opened, in the reverse order of the procedure when the individual packaging is opened.
- the sanitary napkin 1 has a plurality of squeezing portions 31 and 33.
- the plurality of pressing portions 31 are arranged in a curved shape, continuously or intermittently, mainly in the absorption main body 3 so as to surround the excretion port contact area 21.
- the plurality of pressing portions 33 are arranged in the absorption main body 3 in a dot-like manner in a region surrounded by the plurality of pressing portions 31.
- the squeezed portions 31 and 33 are formed by squeezing the liquid permeable sheet 7 and the absorber 11 (the warming agent holding sheet 13 in the overlapping portion 15) from the skin side to the non-skin side.
- the shapes and arrangements of the plurality of pressing portions 31, 33 are arbitrary.
- the warmth body 5 is further formed by squeezing the liquid permeable sheet 7 and the warming agent holding sheet 13 (further absorber 11 in the overlapping portion 15) from the skin side to the non-skin side. It is provided with one or more pressing parts.
- the shape of the pressed part is arbitrary.
- the sanitary napkin 1 has a seal portion 29.
- the sealing portion 29 joins and seals the liquid permeable sheet 7 and the liquid impermeable sheet 9 at the peripheral portion 27 thereof by a known method such as heat sealing.
- the non-skin side surface of the liquid permeable sheet 7 and the skin side surface of the absorber 11 and the warming agent holding sheet 13 are joined with an adhesive (example: hot melt adhesive) or the like.
- the non-skin side surface of the absorber 11 and the warming agent holding sheet 13 and the skin side surface of the liquid impermeable sheet 9 are joined with an adhesive (same as above) or the like.
- the sanitary napkin 1 has a warmth body 5 on the front side (ventral side) of the longitudinal direction L in addition to the absorption body 3. Therefore, the sanitary napkin 1 is longer in the longitudinal direction L as a whole as compared with the normal sanitary napkin. Therefore, when the wearer wears the sanitary napkin 1 on the underwear, the front part (warm body 5) in the longitudinal direction L protrudes outward from the front edge of the underwear (waist opening). Wear it while being aware not to. At that time, when the wearer shifts the sanitary napkin 1 to the rear side (dorsal side) of the longitudinal direction L more than necessary so as to prevent the front end of the sanitary napkin 1 from protruding more reliably. Can be considered.
- the position of the absorber 11 of the absorption body 3, which is suitable for absorbing liquid excrement may shift to the rear side more than necessary. In that case, in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the region of the absorber 11 is reduced, and the excrement is not sufficiently absorbed by the absorber 11 and may leak from the front side.
- the distance between the widthwise center line CW and the front edge 11E1 of the absorber 11 is set to the front edge 11E1 of the absorber 11. It is configured to be longer than the distance from the front edge of the sanitary napkin 1.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is configured such that the length of the front region 3a of the absorption body 3 is longer than the length of the warmth body 5 in the longitudinal direction L.
- the length of the region L in the longitudinal direction in which the absorber 11 exists is the length L in the longitudinal direction L in the region in which the absorber 11 does not exist. Longer than. Therefore, in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, a region of the absorber 11 capable of absorbing excrement (example: menstrual blood) can be sufficiently secured in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, in the longitudinal direction L, when a sanitary napkin 1 having a warm feeling body 5 on the front side and a relatively long front part is worn on the underwear, the wearer is concerned about the protrusion of the front end. Even if the sanitary napkin 1 is attached to the rear side by shifting it more than necessary, the area of the absorber 11 can be sufficiently secured in the area on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1, so that excrement does not leak from the front side. it can.
- the lower limit of the length of the front region 3a of the absorption main body 3 is preferably 110% or more of the length of the warm feeling main body 5, and more preferably 120. % Or more, and even more preferably 130% or more.
- the upper limit of the length of the front region 3a of the absorption body 3 is not particularly limited.
- the upper limit thereof is preferably 300% or less of the length of the warm feeling main body 5. It is more preferably 200% or less, and even more preferably 160% or less.
- the warmth of the warmth main body 5 is from the viewpoint of sufficiently obtaining the effect of the warmth of the warmth main body 5.
- the size of the absorber 11 in the front region 3a is from the center line CW in the width direction to the front edge of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, in other words, the warming agent holding sheet 13 is L in the longitudinal direction.
- the length of the absorber 11 in the front region 3a in the longitudinal direction L is larger than the length of the absorber 11 in the rear region 3b in the longitudinal direction L.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is put on (example: shorts) so that the excretory opening contact area 21 of the absorbent body 11 of the absorbent body 3 corresponds to the excretory opening of the wearer. ).
- the sanitary napkin 1 is fixed to the clothes so that the warming agent holding sheet 13 of the warming body 5 corresponds to the lower abdomen of the wearer.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is used in a state where the skin-side surface of the warmth body 5 is in contact with the skin of the wearer's lower abdomen.
- the warming agent holding sheet 13 is attached to the wearer. It has a shape such that it is arranged at a position corresponding to the lower abdomen. Therefore, the distance between the excretion port contact area 21 of the absorber 11 of the absorption body 3 and the warming agent holding sheet 13 of the warmth body 5 is the distance between the wearer's excretion port and the lower abdomen (on the skin surface). Distance) is approximately equal to.
- the warming agent 50 (functional agent) of the warming agent holding sheet 13 contains a warming component that activates the TRP channel and a solvent component. Therefore, when the sanitary napkin 1 is fixed to the clothes and used, the warming agent 50 contained in the warming agent holding sheet 13 permeates the liquid permeable sheet 7 and comes into contact with the wearer's skin. It is possible to efficiently activate the TRP channel of the warming agent contact portion in contact with the warming component on the wearer's skin, and efficiently impart warmth to the wearer's lower abdomen.
- the TRP channel of the warming agent contact portion that was in contact with the warmth component in the skin of the wearer's lower abdomen is activated, and as a result, via the sympathetic nervous system. It can be expected that heat is generated from the contact portion of the warming sensation agent and the temperature of the contact portion of the warming sensation component on the skin of the wearer is raised. As a result, it is expected to warm the part of the wearer near the uterus, discharge the pain substance prostaglandin, and relieve the wearer's menstrual pain. By warming the part near the wearer's uterus, it is expected to reduce the wearer's premenstrual syndrome, coldness, and menopause. By promoting blood circulation (promoting lymphatic flow), waste products are discharged, coldness is improved, fat burning is improved, and immunity is improved.
- the warming body (functional body) 5 includes a low absorption portion (example: warming agent holding sheet 13) having a lower absorption performance than the absorber 11.
- the low-absorption portion is a portion in which the amount of liquid excrement (eg, menstrual blood) absorbed is lower than that of the absorber 11, but the excrement can be absorbed to some extent. Therefore, even if a part of excrement leaks from the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the excrement is captured by the low absorption portion. be able to. Thereby, it is possible to further suppress the leakage of excrement from the front side in the longitudinal direction of the sanitary napkin 1.
- the absorber 11 and the low absorption portion are continuous in the longitudinal direction L when viewed from the width direction W. Therefore, both are substantially adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L. Therefore, even if a part of excrement leaks from the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the excrement is discharged in the adjacent low absorption portion. Can be easily captured. Thereby, it is possible to more easily suppress the liquid from leaking from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L.
- continuous in the longitudinal direction L when viewed from the width direction W means that one of the absorber 11 and the low absorption portion is in contact with the other in the longitudinal direction L, overlaps in the thickness direction T, and is in the width direction. Includes at least one case of being adjacent to (not necessarily in contact with) W.
- a part of the absorber 11 and a (at least) part of the low absorption portion overlap in the thickness direction T (example: example: Overlapping part 15).
- a part or all of the low absorption portion and a part of the absorber 11 overlap in the thickness direction T. Therefore, even if liquid excrement reaches the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L in the region on the front side in the longitudinal direction L of one sanitary napkin, the excrement remains in the overlapping low absorption portion. Can be transferred and absorbed. As a result, it is possible to more easily suppress the leakage of excrement from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L.
- a part of the absorber 11 overlaps the skin side part of a part of the low absorption part (example: warming agent holding sheet 13) (example: overlapping part 15). ). That is, in the overlapping portion, a part of the absorber 11 rides on a part of the low absorption portion and can be closer to the skin side. Thereby, in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the transmission leakage of the liquid excrement leaking along the skin surface can be more reliably suppressed, and therefore, from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L. It is possible to more surely prevent the excrement from leaking.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is pressed while overlapping a part of the absorber 11 and a part of the low absorption part (example: warming agent holding sheet 13) in the thickness direction T.
- a part of the front side of the pressing portion 31 in the longitudinal direction L is further provided. Therefore, even if liquid excrement moves toward the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the pressing portion 31 moves the excrement.
- the excrement can be diffused to the deep part of the absorber 11 or other places by blocking it. As a result, it is possible to more reliably suppress the leakage of excrement from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L.
- the sanitary napkin 1 has the absorber 11 in the overlapping portion 15 in which the absorber 11 and the functional layer (example: warming agent holding sheet 13) overlap in the thickness direction T.
- a squeezed portion formed by squeezing a part (on the front side of the longitudinal direction L) and a part (rear side of the longitudinal direction L) of the functional layer in the thickness direction T (example: the longitudinal direction L of the squeezed portion 31). Part of the front side of) is further provided.
- the liquid excrement that has moved toward the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L is blocked by the pressing portion 31, and the excrement leaks from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L. Can be surely suppressed.
- FIG. 4 is a plan view showing another configuration example of the absorbent article according to the embodiment.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is provided at an overlapping portion 15 where the absorber 11 and the functional layer (eg, warming agent holding sheet 13) overlap in the thickness direction T.
- a squeezed portion 31a formed by squeezing a part of the absorber 11 (on the front side of the longitudinal direction L) and a part of the functional layer (on the rear side of the longitudinal direction L) in the thickness direction T is further provided.
- the liquid excrement that has moved toward the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L is blocked by the pressing portion 31a, and the excrement is excreted from the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L. Can be surely suppressed from leaking.
- the dimension (width) of the pressed portion 31a occupies at least 30% or more, preferably 50% or more, and more preferably 70% or more of the dimension (width) of the absorber 11. As a result, the rigidity of the absorber 11 at the overlapping portion 15 can be increased.
- the sanitary napkin 1 is too long in the longitudinal direction L, and is twisted in a portion in the middle of the longitudinal direction L, for example, an intermediate portion between the absorber 11 and the functional layer (example: warming agent holding sheet 13).
- the squeezing portion 31a can suppress the phenomenon that the width is inserted.
- one of a plurality of folding axes (example: first folding line F3 in the width direction and second folding line F4 in the width direction) extending in the width direction W (example: first folding line F3 in the width direction) is
- the absorber 11 is located on the width direction center line CW side of the front edge 11E1 and on the front side of the width direction center line CW. That is, in the longitudinal direction L, the folding axis (first folding line F3 in the width direction) exists on the width direction center line CW side of the front edge 11E1 at the front end portion of the absorber 11.
- the absorber 11 is bent at least by its folding shaft.
- the absorbent body 11 is folded by its folding shaft.
- the mark that was bent remains. Therefore, even if liquid excrement moves toward the front edge of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction in the region on the front side of the sanitary napkin 1 in the longitudinal direction L, the movement is due to the trace of the folding axis. Can be dammed to diffuse excrement into the deep part of the absorber 11 or other places. Thereby, leakage of excrement from the front side in the longitudinal direction L of the sanitary napkin 1 can be more reliably suppressed.
- the basis weight on the front side (front region 3a) of the absorber 11 in the longitudinal direction L with respect to the width direction center line CW is the longitudinal direction L with respect to the width direction center line CW in the absorber 11. It is higher than the basis weight on the rear side (rear region 3b). That is, the amount of liquid excrement that can be absorbed is higher on the front side in the longitudinal direction than on the rear side than on the width direction center line CW. Therefore, even if the wearer attaches the sanitary napkin 1 to the rear side of the longitudinal direction L more than necessary by paying attention to the protrusion of the front end portion of the sanitary napkin 1, the sanitary napkin 1 is attached in the longitudinal direction. Since the region of the absorber 11 can be more sufficiently secured in the region on the front side of L, it is possible to more reliably suppress the leakage of excrement from the front side in the longitudinal direction L.
- the functional component contained in the functional agent (example: warming agent 50) contained in the functional layer having a predetermined function (example: warming agent holding sheet 13) is a warming component.

- the functional agent may be protected by a water-disintegrating protective material, such as microcapsules, to prevent the sanitary napkin 1 from volatilizing or moving to other areas before it is used.
- a water-disintegrating protective material such as microcapsules
- microcapsules contain functional agents and disintegrate when exposed to liquids (eg menstrual blood, urine, sweat), releasing the functional agents to the outside.
- the released functional agent exerts a predetermined function on the wearer by vaporizing due to the wearer's body temperature or the like or by coming into contact with the wearer's skin.
- Examples of the material of the microcapsule include sugars, for example, monosaccharides (example: glucose), disaccharides (example: sucrose) and polysaccharides (examples: dextrin, glucomannan, sodium alginate, water-soluble starch), gelatin, Examples thereof include water-soluble polymers (eg, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinyl acetate) and the like.

- Microcapsules are commercially available, and examples thereof include INCAP TM, which is commercially available from Symrise. Further, the microcapsules are produced, for example, by dissolving the material of the microcapsules in water to form an aqueous solution, mixing the functional agent and the surfactant with the aqueous solution, and drying under reduced pressure while spraying the aqueous solution. Description
