배경기술
[2] 사람이주거하거나사무,작업등의 업무를보는내부공간은주기적으로
청소를함으로써깨끗하고쾌적한환경을유지하여야한다.청결하지못한 환경은육체적인건강은물론심리적으로도나쁜영향을미칠수있기 때문에 주기적인청소는매우중요하다.
[3] 보통청소는진공청소기등을이용하여건조상태의흩날리기 쉬운이물질과 먼지를흡입하여제거하고,이후물걸레나스팀 청소기등을이용하여남아있는 먼지와바닥에 점착되어 있는기타오물을깨끗이 제거하는식으로진행된다.
[4] 그런데청소를하다보면진공청소기로부스러기나먼지등을깨끗이
제거했다고생각하고습식 청소를하게되면의외로여기저기먼지가남아있는 일을경험하게된다.남아있는먼지는습식 청소의 효율을떨어뜨리게되는데, 빗자루나진공청소기로깨끗이 먼지를제거하지못하는이유는천장의조명 아래에서 바닥면에서높이 떨어진시야에는먼지같은작은이물질은잘보이지 않기 때문이다.

[24] 한편,본발명에서의 1고1)조명 (10)은도 5에도시된바와같이포물면 (110)의 초점에 배치된다.이는볼록한포물면 ( 0)의 외측에서내측으로조사되는빛이 포물면 ( 0)의내측의 어느지점에서모이는것을역이용한것으로,초점에 배치된

조명 (10)으로부터발광된빛은포물면 (110)을투과하며상하로 퍼지지 않고바닥과평행하게조사되게된다.
[25] 이처럼,본발명은바닥과평행으로직진하는빛이낮게깔리면서 멀리까지 조사되므로,먼지등과먼지등과같은이물질이 생성되는그림자와반사되는 빛을통해청소하는작업자의시야에 확연히나타나게되며,이로인해,넓은 면적을청소할때에도국부적으로청소가이루어지지 않아재작업을해야하는 수고를덜수있어,청소의효율이 향상된다.
[26] 상기 I고 0조명 (10)은도 2및도 4에도시된바와같이 평면이다각형을이루는 내부몸체 (300)의각측면에 배치되어,평면에서보았을때다양한각도로빛을 조사하여 이물질을확인할수있다.일 예로,내부몸체 (300)는평면에서보았을 때삼각형,사각형,오각형,육각형등과같은다각형 형태를이룰수있으며,각 측면에 1고1)조명 (10)이구비될수있다.이때, 1止1)조명 (10)은내부몸체 (300)의 각측면중앙에 배치되어상하방향으로조사되는각이동일하도록함이 바람직하다.
[27] 상기투과체 (100)는포물면 (110)의높이가내부몸체 (300)의높이와동일하도록 형성됨이 바람직하며,이처럼상하방향으로만빛이퍼지는것을방지하므로,
360ᄋ전방위에 대하여빛이조사될수있도록내부몸체 (300)의외측을둘러싸는 형태로형성됨이바람직하다.즉,도 2및도 4에도시된바와같이투과체 00)는 링 형태를이루어좌우방향으로는빛이 제한없이조사되어 넓은범위에서 멀리까지 빛이조사되도록할수있다.
[28] 이처럼 360ᄋ전방위에 대하여빛이조사되는본발명인더스트스캐너는청소기 2020/175870 1»(:1^1{2020/002614 등과같은청소기구와는별개로마련되어,도 6에도시된바와같이본발명을 중심으로전방위의바닥에존재하는이물질을청소하기에앞서확인할수있다.
[29] 상기내부몸체 (300)는도 2내지도 4,도 에도시된바와같이각측면에빛을 반사할수있는반사판 (자 0)이구비될수있다.이는적은양이라도 1고0 조명 (10)으로부터발광되어투과체 (100)를향하는빛의일부가반사되어돌아올 수있으므로,이를다시반사시켜외부를향해빛을보다집중시키기위함이다. 이때,상기 1고1)조명 (10)은반사판 (310)의중앙에관통하여구비됨으로써, 조명 (10)을중심으로일정범위내에서돌아오는빛을모두반사시키게된다.
[3이 또한,내부몸체 (300)의측면에는도 ¾에도시된바와같이깔때기형태를
이루면서좁은직경측이 1止1)조명 (10)을감싸도록구비되고내측면이빛을 반사할수있는반사경 (320)이구비될수있다.반사경 (320)은상술한
반사판 (자 0)과마찬가지로일부반사되어돌아오는빛을반사시켜외부를향해 빛이집중되도록하는역할을한다.
[31] 한편,상기투과체 (100)는도 5에도시된바와같이앞서설명한바와같이
외측면은볼록한포물면 (110)으로구성되며,내측면은외측면과마찬가지로 외측을향해볼록하게형성되어,’볼록메니스커스렌즈’형태를이룰수있음은 물론,외측면과반대로내측을향해볼록하게형성되어’양면볼록렌즈’형태를 이룰수도있다.
[32] 또한,상기투과체 (100)는내측면이평면을이루도록형성되어’평면볼록렌즈’ 형태를이룰수있다.즉,상기투과체 00)는상하방향단면이반구형태를이룰 수있으며 ,이경우위 2가지형태보다투과체 00)제작비용을절감할수있으며 , 내부몸체 (300)를둘러싸는형태로투과체 (100)를형성시일정이상의내구성을 보장할수있다는효과를얻을수있다.
[33] 한편,상기차단판 (200)은 I고 0조명 (10)과투과체 (100)사이에서만발생되는 빛을차단할수도있으나,도 1내지도 3,도 5에도시된바와같이투과체 (100)를 통과한빛에대한직진성향상을위하여포물면 ( 0)의최외곽지점과
동일하거나그보다외측까지연장형성될수있다.이는상기 1고0
조명 (10)으로부터발광된빛은투과체 (100)의상단과하단에서굴절되는데, 굴절된빛중일부는바닥과평행하게조사되지못하며상방이나하방으로퍼질 수있는바,이를방지하기위함이다.
[34] 그리고본발명은도 1내지도 3에도시된바와같이판형태를이루며지면에 놓여지고,상측에 1고1)조명 (10)이구비된내부몸체 (300)와이를둘러싸는 투과체 (100)가구비되는하부케이스 (400)가구비될수있다.또한,상기
하부케이스 (400)의상면에는차단판 (200)이놓이고,상기차단판 (200)의상면에 내부몸체 (300)와투과체 (100)가구비될수있다.
[35] 상기내부몸체 (300)와투과체 (100)의상단에는하부케이스 (400)의상면에놓인 차단판 (200)에대응되는차단판 (200)이놓여질수있으며,해당차단판 (200)의 상측에는내부에건전지와같은전원공급수단 ( 0)을포함하고,외측에 1고0 2020/175870 1»(:1^1{2020/002614 조명 (10)을온오프할수있는스위치 (520)가구비되는상부케이스 (500)가구비될 수있다.
[36] 또한,도면에도시되지는않았으나,상기상부케이스 (500)는외부의
콘센트로부터전원을공급받아 1고1)조명 (10)으로전원을공급하는제어부가될 수있다.상기제어부는전원제어수단이구비되는경우와구비되지않는경우 모두에적용될수있으며,전원을 1止1)조명 (10)으로전달하는역할뿐만아니라, 사용자의선택또는정해진규칙에따라다수의 1고1)조명 (10)의온오프시간, 온오프순서,조도등을조절할수있다.
[37] 한편,본발명은일예로먼지등이물질이실질적으로흡입되는청소기의
헤드나물걸레청소기등에적용될수있으며,이때청소기의헤드구조상
360ᄋ전방위에대하여빛이조사되도록 1止1)조명 (10)을구비하기어려울뿐만 아니라청소기의헤드가향하는방향에대하여만빛이조사되도록하여 이물질을확인하는것이효과적이다.
[38] 따라서,상기투과체 (100)는 조명 (10)의전방외측에서소정의범위로
발광되는빛을투과시키기위하여, 1고1)조명 (10)과의배치된형태가평면에서 보았을때,도 7및도 8에도시된바와같이부채꼴형태를이룸이바람직하며, 상기 조명 (10)은도 9및도 에도시된바와같이청소기의헤드에전방을 향하도록구비됨이바람직하다.
