本发明揭示一种灰尘扫描仪,尤其是,其在接近拟清扫区的地板的高度照射光线使得地板上存在的碎渣、灰尘之类的各种异物清晰地显示于进行清扫工作的清洁工人的视野,包括:LED照明;透射体,含有垂直截面朝外侧鼓出的抛物面并且透明地形成而把位于内侧的所述LED照明所发出的光透射到外部;及,屏蔽板,挡住所述LED照明和透射体之间的上端与下端而予以密封;所述LED照明以预设间距隔离于透射体地配置在抛物面的焦点使得透射过所述抛物面的光不朝上下扩散而是平行于地板地照射。

Description

灰尘扫描仪
技术领域
本发明揭示一种灰尘扫描仪,尤其是一种能清晰地识别地板上存在的小异物而得以提高清扫效率的灰尘扫描仪。
背景技术
人们居住或办公或工作等进行业务的内部空间需要定期清洁以便维持干净舒适的环境。不干净的环境不仅影像肉身健康,还会对心理健康造成不良影像,因此定期清洁是非常重要的。
清扫时通常使用真空吸尘器等工具吸入处于干燥状态而容易飞散的异物与灰尘,之后利用湿抹布或蒸气吸尘器等工具把剩下的灰尘和黏附在地板的其它污物清除干净。
然而,在进行清扫时虽然认为已利用真空吸尘器把碎渣或灰尘等物清除干净,但进行湿式清洁时却出乎意料地发现到处残留着灰尘,这是很多人的共同经验。剩下的灰尘会使得湿式清洁的效率下降,扫帚或真空吸尘器无法把灰尘清除干净的原因在于,在天花板的照明下以比较远离地板面的高度观察时无法清晰地认出灰尘之类的小异物。
在清洁面积较小的居家重新进行干式清洁虽然比较麻烦但并不构成大问题,但是诸如大型建筑物的办公室等清洁面积很广并且数量较多时会降低清洁效率并增加工作时间。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决如前所述的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种灰尘扫描仪,其在接近拟清扫区的地板的高度照射光线使得地板上存在的碎渣、灰尘之类的各种异物清晰地显示于进行清扫工作的清洁工人的视野。
可实现所述目的的本发明灰尘扫描仪包括:LED照明;透射体,含有垂直截面朝外侧鼓出的抛物面并且透明地形成而把位于内侧的所述LED照明所发出的光透射到外部;及,屏蔽板,挡住所述LED照明和透射体之间的上端与下端而予以密封;所述LED照明以预设间距隔离于透射体地配置在抛物面的焦点使得透射过所述抛物面的光不朝上下扩散而是平行于地板地照射。
依据本发明,平行于地板地直线前进的光较低地铺开而能照射到远处,因此能通过灰尘之类异物所生成的影子和反射光清晰地显示到进行清扫工作的清洁工人的视野。
凭此,清扫较广阔的区域时也能避免某些部分没有清扫而需要重新进行清洁作业的问题,从而提高了清洁效率。

具体实施方式
本发明揭示一种灰尘扫描仪,其在接近拟清扫区的地板的高度照射光线使得地板上存在的碎渣、灰尘之类的各种异物清晰地显示于进行清扫工作的清洁工人的视野,包括:LED照明;透射体,含有垂直截面朝外侧鼓出的抛物面并且透明地形成而把位于内侧的所述LED照明所发出的光透射到外部;及,屏蔽板,挡住所述LED照明和透射体之间的上端与下端而予以密封;所述LED照明以预设间距隔离于透射体地配置在抛物面的焦点使得透射过所述抛物面的光不朝上下扩散而是平行于地板地照射。
本发明的权利范围并不局限于下面说明的实施例,本发明所述技术领域中具有一般知识者能在不脱离本发明的技术要旨的范围内进行各种变形。
下面结合图1至图10详细说明本发明灰尘扫描仪。
如图1至图4所示,本发明灰尘扫描仪包括直线行进性能优异的LED照明10、将所述LED照明10所发出的光透射到外部的透射体100,所述透射体100透明地形成而发挥透镜功能,如图5所示,包括垂直截面朝外侧鼓出的抛物面110。因此,位于透射体100内侧的所述LED照明10所发出的光透射过透射体100的抛物面110并折射后照射到外部。
此时,所述LED照明10和透射体100以预设间距隔离地配置,设有挡住所述LED照明10和透射体100之间的上端与下端而予以密封的屏蔽板200。所述屏蔽板200阻止LED照明10所发出的光往LED照明10和透射体100之间的空间的上侧与下侧前进而使得光只能往透射体100的外侧方向集中。
另一方面,如图5所示,本发明的LED照明10配置在抛物面110的焦点。其相反地利用了从鼓出的抛物面110的外侧往内侧照射的光线在抛物面110内侧的某一位置汇聚的现象,配置在焦点的LED照明10所发出的光透射抛物面110后并不往上下扩散而是平行于地板地照射。
如前所述,本发明由于平行于地板地直线前进的光较低地铺开而能照射到远处,因此能通过灰尘之类异物所生成的影子和反射光清晰地显示到进行清扫工作的清洁工人的视野,凭此,清扫较广阔的区域时能避免某些部分没有清扫而需要重新进行清洁作业的问题,从而提高了清洁效率。
如图2与图4所示,所述LED照明10配置在以平面构成多角形的内部本体300的各侧面,俯视查看时能以各种角度照光线线并检查异物。作为一例,俯视查看时内部本体300时其能构成诸如三角形、四角形、五角形、六角形之类的多角形形态,各侧面可以设有LED照明10。此时,优选地,LED照明10配置在内部本体300的各侧面中央以便使得往左右方向照射的角度相同。
优选地,所述透射体100中抛物面110的高度和内部本体300的高度相同地形成,由于如前所述地防止光线纵向扩散,因此优选地以围绕内部本体300的外侧的形态形成以便对360°全方位照射光线。即,如图2与图4所示,透射体100以环形态形成以便让光线往左右方向不受限制地照射而使得光线能在广阔范围内照射到较远之处。
如前所述,往360°全方位照射光线的本发明灰尘扫描仪则独立于吸尘器之类的清扫器具地配备,如图6所示,在开始清洁前能以本发明为中心检查全方位的地板上存在的异物。
如图2至图4、图5a所示,所述内部本体300可以在各侧面设有能反射光线的反射板310。这是为了下述理由,从LED照明10发出并朝向透射体100的光的一部分会被反射回来,即使是其量较少,最好还是将其予以反射以便让光线以更集中的方式朝向外部。此时,所述LED照明10以贯穿方式设于反射板310的中央,因此能将以LED照明10为中心的一定范围内进入的光线全部予以反射。
而且,如图5b所示,内部本体300的侧面可以设有反射镜320,该反射镜320形成漏斗形态并且直径较窄的一侧包裹LED照明10而且其内侧面能反射光线。反射镜320的功能和前述反射板310一样把一部分反射回来的光予以反射使光线朝外集中。
另一方面,如图5所示,所述透射体100如前所述地其外侧面形成鼓出的抛物面110,内侧面和外侧面一样地往外侧鼓出地形成而能够构成“凸新月形(convex meniscus)透镜”形态,当然其也能和外侧面相反地朝内侧鼓出而构成“双面凸出型透镜”形态。
而且,所述透射体100的内侧面也可以构成平面地形成而形成“平凸透镜”形态。即,所述透射体100可以让垂直截面形成半球形态,此时,能比前述两种形态节约透射体100的制作成本,以包裹内部本体300的形态形成透射体100时能保证一定程度的耐久性。
另一方面,虽然所述屏蔽板200能仅仅屏蔽发生于LED照明10和透射体100之间的光,但也可以如图1至图3、图5所示,为了让通过了透射体100的光的直线行进性能提升而延伸形成于和抛物面110的最外廓位置相同或更外侧位置。这是为了防止下述现象,即,所述LED照明10发出的光在透射体100的上端与下端折射而折射光的一部分可能无法平行于地板地照射而往上方或下方扩散。
而且,如图1至图3所示,本发明可设有下壳400,其构成板形态地置于地面并且在上侧设有具备LED照明10的内部本体300和将其包裹的透射体100。而且,在所述下壳400的上表面置放屏蔽板200,内部本体300与透射体100可设于所述屏蔽板200的上表面。
可以在所述内部本体300与透射体100的上端置放屏蔽板200,该屏蔽板200则对应于下壳400上表面的屏蔽板200,该屏蔽板200的上侧可设有上壳500,其内部含有诸如干电池之类的电源供应器510并且在外侧设有可打开或关闭LED照明10的开关520。
而且,虽然没有图示,但所述上壳500可以发挥出从外部插座接受电源后向LED照明10供应电源的控制单元功能。在设有电源控制工具的情形下和没有设有电源控制工具的情形下全都可以适用所述控制单元,其不仅发挥出将电源传达给LED照明10的功能,还能根据使用者的选择或既定的规则调节多个LED照明10的开闭时间、开闭顺序、照度等。
另一方面,作为一例,本发明可适用于实际吸入灰尘等异物的吸尘器的头部或湿抹布吸尘器等,此时,吸尘器的头部结构因素使得较难以让光线照射360°全方位的方式配备LED照明10,以只允许吸尘器的头部所指向的方向照射光线并检查异物的方式更有效。
因此,为了让在LED照明10的前方外侧以预设范围发光的光线透射,优选地,俯视查看所述透射体100和LED照明10之间的配置形态时如图7与图8所示地构成扇子形态,优选地,所述LED照明10如图9与图10所示地以朝向前方的方式设于吸尘器的头部。

Claims (5)

1.一种灰尘扫描仪,其特征在于,
包括:LED照明(10);透射体(100),包括垂直截面朝外侧鼓出的抛物面(110)并且透明地形成而将位于内侧的所述LED照明(10)所发出的光透射到外部;及,屏蔽板(200),挡住所述LED照明(10)和透射体(100)之间的上端与下端而予以密封;
所述LED照明(10)以预设间距隔离于透射体(100)地配置在抛物面(110)的焦点使得透射过所述抛物面(110)的光不朝上下扩散而是平行于地板地照射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘扫描仪,其特征在于,
所述屏蔽板(200)比抛物面(110)的最外侧更突出于外侧地延伸形成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘扫描仪,其特征在于,
所述LED照明(10)配置在以平面构成多角形的内部本体(300)的各侧面中央,所述透射体(100)以包裹内部本体(300)的外侧的形态形成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的灰尘扫描仪,其特征在于,
所述内部本体(300)在各侧面设有可反射光线的反射板(310),
所述LED照明(10)以贯穿方式设于反射板(310)的中央。
5.根据权利要求1所述的灰尘扫描仪,其特征在于,
所述透射体(100)的垂直截面形成半球形态。
