Abstract
본 발명은 퍼프 살균용 패치에 관한 것으로, 특히 살균력을 갖는 구리로 된 실에 의해 그물 또는 천 형태로 제조하여 화장품 용기에 부착이 가능하도록 함으로써 퍼프를 살균할 수 있도록 한 퍼프 살균용 패치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 구리로 된 실이 주로 배치된 위사(緯絲)가 일정간격으로 배치되고, 합성수지재질로 된 실이 주로 배치된 경사(經絲)가 일정간격으로 배치되어 상기 위사와 경사가 그물 형태로 직조되어 패드층을 이루며, 상기 패드층의 하부면에는 부착층이 구비된다.

발명의실시를위한최선의형태
[31] 구리로된실이주로배치된위사(韓絲)가일정간격으로배치되고,
합성수지재질로된실이주로배치된경사(經絲)가일정간격으로배치되어상기 위사와경사가그물형태로직조되어패드층을이루며,상기패드층의 하부면에는부착층이구비된것을특징으로한다.
발명의실시를위한형태
[32] 전술한목적,특징및장점은첨부된도면을참조하여상세하게후술되며,이에 따라본발명이속하는기술분야에서통상의지식을가진자가본발명의기술적 사상을용이하게실시할수있을것이다.

설명이본발명의요지를불필요하게흐릴수있다고판단되는경우에는상세한 설명을생략한다.

[4이 도 1은본발명에의한퍼프살균용패치및이를구비한화장품용기의구조를 보인도로서,화장품용기의본체 (100)내부에는퍼프 (130)를이용하여화장을 하기위한파운데이션등의화장료가수용되어있고,본체 )의상측에는 힌지 (111)에의해본체 (100)의내부를개폐시키는퍼프수용덮개 (110)가 구비되어 있다.
[41] 상기퍼프수용덮개 (110)에는퍼프 (130)를안착시켜수용하기위한
퍼프수용공간 (112)이형성되어 있으며,아울러본체 (100)에는상기
퍼프수용공간 (112)을덮어서개폐시키기위한상부덮개 (120)가힌지 (121)에 회전하도록구성되어있다.
실에의해그물형태또는천형태로직조되거나편직된패드층 (202)이원형으로 구비되고,상기패드층 (202)의하부에는반복적으로떼었다붙였다할수있도록 점착력을갖는부착층 (201)이구비되어 있다.
[43] 상기의부착층 (201)은점착테이프일수있다.
[44] 따라서 ,퍼프수용공간 (110)에살균퍼프 (200)를부착층 (201)에의해접착시킨 다음그상부면에퍼프 (130)를올려놓아보관하게되면,살균력을갖는동사즉, 구리된실에의해살균이행해지는것이다.
[45] 이러한패드층 (202)은도 2에도시한바와같이 ,가로방향으로위사 (韓絲)가 일정간격마다배치되고,상하방향으로경사 (經絲)가일정간격마다배치되는데 , 상기위사는동사가주로배치되고,경사는합성수지재질로된실이주로 배치된다.
[46] 예를들면,위사는동사만배치되거나또는동사와합성수지재질로된실이 서로교번하여배치될수있으며,경사의경우에는합성수지재질로된실만 배치되거나또는합성수지재질의실과동사가서로교번하여배치될수있다.
[47] 이는동사의구리성분에의해살균력을유지하면서도직조가쉽도록하기위한 것인데,동사의경우에는나이론실의외측에구리입자를열압착하거나또는

4 분사에의해코팅시켜제조하게되며,이때위사와경사가동사로만배치된다면, 이를직조할때동사의위사와경사로배치된동사의구리입자가서로마찰을 일으켜떨어져나감으로써살균력을저하를가져올수있으며,또한제조비용이 증가된다.
[48] 그러나,위사는동사가주로배치되도록하고,경사는합성수지재질의실이 주로배치되도록하여그물형태로직조함으로써동사간의마찰이없게되어 구리입자가떨어져나가는경우가방지되는것이다.
[49] 물론,위사와경사모두동사만으로제조될수있으며,이러한패드층 (202)은 그물형태가아닌천형태로편직될수있다.
합성수지재질의실은 100데니어를사용하는것이바람직하다.
[51] 여기서,데니어 ((노 )는실의굵기를나타내는단위로서, 450111길이이며, 무게가 0.05은을가지도록하는실의굵기를나타내는것이다.
[52] 따라서,이러한동사와합성수지재질로된실에의해패드층 (202)을
형성함으로써인체에무해하며,비교적저렴한살균패치 (200)를제조할수있는 것이다.
[53] 상기의부착층 (201)의하부면에는이형지를부착하여퍼프수용공간 (112)에 부착시에는이형지를제거한다음부착시킬수있을것이다.
[54] 한편,패드층 (202)이제조된후하부면에부착층 (201)을형성하기전에
패드층 (202)이고르게펼쳐진상태를유지할수있도록 PE^필름등의
합성수지재질의필름또는판형태의실리콘을먼저부착한다음이후
부착층 (201)즉점착테이프를부착하게된다.
[55] 패드층 (202)의하부면에 필름을부착시키는경우에는도 5에서와같이
원단형태의패드층 (202)이제 1롤 (300)에감겨있고,또한모 필름 (203)은 제 2롤 (자 0)에감겨진상태에서 필름 (203)의상측에원단형태의
패드층 (202)을겹쳐서두개의압착롤형태로된프레스 (320)에투입하여 압착시키게된다.
[56] 이후, PE^필름 (203)과패드층 (202)이서로압착된상태에서 PE^필름 (203)의 하부면으로제 3롤 (330)에감긴부착층 (201)을압착롤 (340)에의해부착시키게 된다.
[57] 이때부착층 (201)의하부면에는이형지가부착되어 있어서,이후이형지를
제거한다음퍼프수용공간 (112)에부착시킬수있을것이다.
[58] 이렇게부착된패드층 (202), PE^필름 (203),그리고부착층 (201)이겹쳐서
부착된원단을원판의형태를가지도록프레스에의해절단함으로써하나의 살균패치 (200)가완성되는것이다.
[59] PE^필름 (203)대신실리콘을부착하는경우에는원판으로된실리콘판위에 패드층 (202)을부착한다음 300 340ᄋ (:의열압착기에서압착시키게된다.

5 그물형태의패드층 (202)을갖는살균패치 (200)가퍼프수용공간 (112)이
부착되고,그패드층 (202)의상측으로퍼프 (130)가놓이게되는데,이때사용된 퍼프 (130)에는고형파운데이션,액상파운데이션,겔상파운데이션등의 화장료가묻어있게되고,퍼프 (130)의사용에의해이화장료는그물형태로된 패드층 (202)의묻거나끼게됨으로써동사가화장료에파묻히게된다.
[61] 이로인하여살균력이현저히저하되어살균패치로서정상적인역할을하지 못하게된다.
[62] 따라서 ,살균력이저하된살균패치 (200)를번거롭게교환하지않고,적층된
패드층의가장상측에위치한패드층을하나씩제거할수있도록함으로써 깨끗한상태로장시간사용이가능하도록한다.
[63] 이를위하여가장하부로부터제 1부착층 ( 0),제 1패드층 (220),제 2부착층 (230), 제 2패드층 (240),제 3부착층 (250),제 3패드층 (260)이상향으로차례로적층되는 구조를가지게된다.
[64] 또한,각부착층 (210, 230, 250)에는측방향으로돌출된태그 (211,231, 251)가
형성되어 있으며,이러한태그 (211, 231, 251)는서로겹쳐지지않게위치하게 된다.
[65] 따라서,도 4에서와같이퍼프수용공간 (112)에이러한적층된살균패치 (200)가 부착되고,퍼프 (130)가상측으로놓여서사용되며,상측의제 3패드층 (260)이 오염된경우에태크 (251)를잡고서뜯게되면,제 3부착층 (250)이
제 2패드층 (240)으로부터박리됨으로써제거될수있다.
[66] 그러므로,오염되지않은제 2패드층 (240)이노출되어퍼프 (130)를살균할수 있는것이다.
[67] 마찬가지로,제 2패드층 (240)이오염된경우에는상기의과정에의해
제 2패드층 (240)을제거함으로써오염되지않은제 1패드층 (220)이노출되도록 한다.
[68] 이상으로본발명내용의특정한부분을상세히기술하였는바,당업계의
통상의지식을가진자에게있어서,이러한구체적기술은단지바람직한실시 예일뿐이며,이에의해본발명의범위가제한되는것이아닌점은명백할 것이다.
[69] 따라서,본발명의실질적인범위는첨부된청구항들과그것들의등가물에
의하여정의된다고할것이다.
Claims
[청구항 1] 구리로된실이주로배치된위사(韓絲)가일정간격으로배치되고, 합성수지재질로된실이주로배치된경사(經絲)가일정간격으로 배치되어상기위사와경사가그물형태로직조되어패드층을이루며, 상기패드층의하부면에는부착층이구비된것을특징으로하는퍼프 살균용패치.
[청구항 2] 나이론실에구리입자가코팅된동사에의해직조또는편직에의해그물 또는천형태의패드층이구비되고,상기패드층의하부면에는부착층이 구비된것을특징으로하는퍼프살균용패치.
[청구항 3] 제 1항또는제 2항중어느한항에 있어서,상기패드층과부착층은
복수개가적층되도록구성된것을특징으로하는퍼프살균용패치.
[청구항 4] 제 1항에 있어서,상기위사또는경사는구리로된실과합성수지재질로 된실이서로교번하면서위치하도록직조된것을특징으로하는퍼프 살균용패치.
[청구항 5] 제 1항또는제 2항중어느한항에 있어서 ,상기패드층의하부면에는 합성수지재질의필름또는실리콘이부착되고,상기필름실리콘의 하부면에부착층이부착된것을특징으로하는퍼프살균용패치.
