- the conductor 3 1 forming the cable 30 is in direct contact with the contact 22 of the socket 20.
- the connector 1 According to the connector 1 according to the first embodiment as described above, the number of parts related to the connecting work is reduced, and the workability in the connecting work is improved. More specifically, since the flat plate-shaped cable 30 and the holder 10 are integrally formed, the operator or the like kneads the flat-plate-shaped cable 30 into the holder 10 and inserts the cable 30 into the holder. It is possible to omit the work process of holding the holder 10 once. The operator or the like need only handle the holder 10 integrated with the cable 30 and the socket 20 as the parts related to the connection work. Therefore, the workability in connection work is improved as compared with a conventional connector in which an operator or the like handles the cable 30, the holder 10, and the socket 20 as separate parts.
- the holding force of the cable 30 by the holder 10 is improved.
- the holding force of the holder 10 against the force of pulling the cable 30 out of the holder 10 is improved. Therefore, the reliability of the connector 1 and the cable 30 as a product is improved.
- the cable 30 has the cutout 321, and the cable 30 and the holder 10 are integrally molded including the cutout 321, so that the holder 10 holds the cable 30. Power is further improved. For example, because the cutout 3 21 of the cable 30 is embedded inside the base 11 of the holder 10, even if the cable 30 is pulled out from the holder 10, the cutout 3 21 will not be removed. Hooked on 1, cable ⁇ 0 2020/175 405 1 1 ⁇ (: 170? 2020 /007223
- the connector 1 since the flat plate-shaped cable 30 and the holder 10 are integrally formed, a gap is not formed between the cable 30 and the holder 10, and the cable 3 for the holder 10 is not formed. The 0 position is fixed. More specifically, the conductor 31 of the cable 30 is firmly fixed to the holder 10. Therefore, even if the holder 10 and the socket 20 are in a fitted state, the positional deviation of the contact portion between the conductor 3 1 of the cable 30 and the contact 22 of the socket 20 is as described above. It is more suppressed than the conventional connector.
- the conductor 3 1 of the cable 30 Since the portion of the conductor 3 1 of the cable 30 that comes into contact with the contact 2 2, that is, the second surface 3 1 3 is exposed from the holder 10, the conductor 3 1 of the cable 30 is directly used. Therefore, electrical connection with the contact 22 of the socket 20 can be easily obtained. For example, it is not necessary to use additional parts such as terminals different from the conductor 31 of the cable 30 to obtain the electrical connection with the contact 22 of the socket 20. The number of parts that are Therefore, the productivity of connector 1 is improved and the cost is reduced.
- the tip portion 311 of the conductor 31 of the cable 30 is embedded inside the extension portion 12, the tip portion 311 of the cable 30 may be broken due to, for example, manufacturing problems. Even if the cross section is not plated, corrosion such as oxidation can be suppressed. As a result, the deterioration of the cable 30 is suppressed, and the reliability of the connector 30 and, more specifically, the cable 30 attached to the holder 10 as a product is improved. Similarly, the tip 3 1 1 of the conductor 3 1 of the cable 30 is extended 1 ⁇ 0 2020/175 405 12 ⁇ (: 170? 2020 /007223
- the possibility that the front end 3 11 of the cable 30 is turned over and peeled off from the holder 10 due to some factor is reduced.
- the tip 311 of the conductor 31 is bent toward the extension 12 side, it is possible to fit the holder 10 integrally molded with the cable 30 and the socket 20 together.
- the holder 10 is easily attracted to the socket 20. Therefore, the workability in the fitting work is improved.
- the holder 10 has the partition wall 1 2 2 protruding from the extending portion 12 to the outside of the second surface 3 1 3 of the conductor 3 1 of the cable 3 0, so that the holder 10 can be connected to the cable 3 0. It is possible to suppress the contact between the adjacent conductors 31 among the plurality of conductors 31. This improves the electrical reliability of the connector 1.
- the partition walls 1 2 2 project so that an appropriate creepage distance can be obtained, so that a large current can be passed through the conductor 3 1.
- the partition wall 12 2 of the holder 10 is housed in the housing portion 2 15 of the socket 20, It is possible to suppress contact between the conductors 31 adjacent to each other and at the same time obtain an appropriate creepage distance. Since it is easy to manufacture, it is usual to integrally mold the conductor 31 in the same plane along the second surface 3 13 of the conductor 31.However, in the connector 1 according to the first embodiment, such a large size is obtained.
- the partition wall 1 2 2 is intentionally formed to accommodate signal transmission with electric current.
