  4. 如权利要求1所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述长条状金属箔包括有第一长边、第二长边、第三短边和第四短边,所述第一长边和所述第二长边相平行,所述第三短边和所述第四短边至少其中之一与所述第一长边所形成夹角与所述第一夹角相等。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述第一长边和所述第三短边形成的夹角大小在30-60°之间;或者,
    所述第一长边、第二长边、第三短边和第四短边形成平行四边形,且该平行四边形的锐角大小在30-60°之间。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述管状体呈弯折状设置。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述金属箔呈长条状设置,所述金属箔的宽度为1-10cm之间,或者;
    所述金属箔的交叠部分的宽度占其自身宽度的1/3-1之间。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,卷绕成管状体后,所述金属箔靠近所述管状体一端的一个边位于同一平面上。
  9. 如权利要求2任一项所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述防割伤部为所 述管状体的出口端向所述流通腔的方向翻边所形成的折边;或者,
    所述防割伤部为所述管状体的出口端向远离所述流通腔的方向翻边所形成的折边;或者,
    所述防割伤部为一固定在所述管状体的出口端的一吸头。
  10. 如权利要求1-9任一项所述的金属吸管,其特征在于,所述金属箔为铜箔或者铝箔。
