L'invention concerne un demi-produit tubulaire en matière fibreuse comprenant au moins une couche de fibres de renforcement se présentant sous la forme d'un tissage triaxial (12). Une couche supplémentaire de fibres (18) à délimitation locale est agencée dans au moins une zone partielle (I) en périphérie du demi-produit en matière fibreuse (10). Cette invention concerne en outre un profilé creux en plastique renforcé par des fibres et un procédé pour produire le demi-produit en matière fibreuse et un profilé creux en plastique renforcé par des fibres.
