实施例一:一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,包括开关本体、装接在所述开关本体上的开关、螺纹件30和在第一位置与第二位置之间活动的联动件40;所述联 动件40位于所述第一位置时,所述开关本体通过所述联动件带动所述螺纹件30转动,所述开关本体通过所述螺纹件30进行锁定或解锁;所述联动件40位于所述第二位置时,所述联动件40断开所述开关本体与所述螺纹件30之间的联动,所述开关本体无法通过所述螺纹件30进行锁定或解锁。本实用新型的排水阀开关可以安装在容置排水阀的水箱上或座便器上等,正向转动开关本体时,开关本体可通过所述螺纹件30锁定在水箱上或座便器上,反向转动开关本体时,开关本体可通过所述螺纹件30从水箱上或座便器上解锁下来。
组装所述排水阀开关时,先将所述联动件40放到所述第一位置,让开关本体通过所述联动件40联动所述螺纹件30,转动开关本体时,带动所述螺纹件30转动,从而将整个排水阀开关锁定在水箱上或座便器等其它装置上,当安装完成后,再将所述联动件40调整到所述第二位置,此时,所述开关本体与所述螺纹件30断开联动,即使是转动开关本体,也无法带动所述螺纹件30从安装位置旋出,保证排水阀开关不易被拆卸。
实施例二:请参阅图1,在实施例一的基础上,本实施例中,所述螺纹件30与所述开关本体能相对转动地装接在一起,所述联动件40活动装接在所述开关本体上,容易理解的,所述联动件40也可以选择活动装接在所述螺纹件30上。具体的,所述开关为按钮10,按钮10包括按钮装饰片,所述开关本体为按钮本体20,所述螺纹件30为两端开口的中空结构;一传动杆50穿设于所述螺纹件30,且传动杆50的一端与所述开关连接,向下按压所述按钮10时,按钮10带动传动杆50向下运动,传动杆50的下端致动排水阀的启动组件(未图示)从而打开排水阀进行排水。还包括按钮弹性件,当按压按钮10的外力撤去后,在按钮弹性件的作用下,按钮10带动传动杆50一起复位到初始位置。
本实施例中,所述联动件包括驱动部43,所述按钮10位于初始位置时,所述按钮10遮挡住所述驱动部43;所述按钮10被驱动后离开所述初始位置,并露出所述驱动部43以供驱动,使得所述联动件在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间活动。
请参阅图2,所述按钮本体20内形成有顶端开口的内腔21,所述内腔21的底部设有穿孔。所述按钮10和所述联动件40均活动安装在所述内腔21中,所述螺纹 件30能转动地轴向限位穿设于所述穿孔中,下述的螺纹件30上的联动配合部位于所述内腔21中,所述螺纹件上的螺纹部位于所述按钮本体20之外。
所述螺纹件30的一端穿过所述穿孔延伸进所述内腔21并靠近所述联动件40,且该端的螺纹件30的端部直径大于所述穿孔直径,保证螺纹件30不会从所述穿孔中脱落。
所述螺纹件30位于所述内腔21中的部分设有联动配合部,所述联动件40设有对应的联动部。当所述联动件40位于所述第一位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部周向传动配合;当所述联动件40位于所述第二位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部相分离。具体的,所述联动件40沿着所述螺纹件30的轴向在所述第一位置和第二位置之间活动。转动所述螺纹件30,在垂直所述螺纹件30的轴的平面上,所述联动配合部划出的投影轨迹与所述联动部的投影有重叠的部分,请参阅图3;当所述联动件40位于所述第一位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部在所述螺纹件30的轴向方向上位置相对应,转动所述螺纹件30,所述联动部与所述联动配合部相抵接进而形成周向传动配合。当所述联动件40位于所述第二位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部在所述螺纹件30的轴向方向上相互错开,所述螺纹件30能相对所述联动件40自由转动。
本实施例中,请参阅图2至图6,所述联动件40包括调节片41和弹销42,所述弹销42形成所述联动部;所述螺纹件30位于所述开关本体20的内腔21中的部分的周部设有凸块31,所述凸块31形成所述联动配合部。所述调节片41活动装接在所述内腔21的内壁上设有的条形槽内,所述条形槽长度方向与所述螺纹件30的轴平行,所述弹销42通过弹性件44弹顶在所述调节片41底部和所述内腔21的底壁之间,弹性件44优选为压簧;所述调节片41与所述条形槽的侧壁上分别设有限位凸起和限位槽,当所述联动件40位于所述第一位置时,所述调节片41位于所述限位凸起与所述限位槽相分离的位置,所述弹销42在所述弹性件44的作用下与所述凸块31周向传动配合,当所述联动件40位于所述第二位置时,所述调节片41位于所述限位凸起与所述限位槽相限位配合的位置,所述调节片41克服所述弹性件44的弹性力使得所述弹销42与所述凸块31在所述螺纹件30的轴向方向上相互错开;所述调节片41上靠近所述按钮10的位置设有供人手或工具驱 动的所述驱动部43。具体的,驱动部43为一拨动槽,安装或者拆卸时,通过拨动槽以拨动调节片41的位置,从而改变弹销42的位置使得弹销42在与凸块31相对应和相错开的位置之间活动。请参阅图5和图6,所述按钮10位于初始位置时,所述按钮10遮挡住所述联动件40的驱动部43;为了能够拨动到开关本体内的调节片41,需驱动按钮10使得按钮10离开所述初始位置(如图7所示),从而才露出所述联动件40的驱动部43,这样,由于联动件40的位置十分隐蔽,对于不知道相应结构的人,就无法将所述排水阀开关完整的拆卸下来。
所述排水阀开关还包括螺纹件限位盖60,所述螺纹件限位盖60的盖底设有与所述螺纹件30的螺纹对应的螺孔,所述螺纹件限位盖60拧进所述螺纹件30延伸出所述开关本体的部分,通过所述螺纹件限位盖60和所述螺纹件30位于内腔21中的端部以将所述螺纹件30能相对转动地装接在所述开关本体上。
组装所述排水阀开关时,先按下开关,露出所述调节片41的驱动部,向上拨动调节片41,使得所述调节片41位于限位凸起与限位槽相分离的位置,弹销42在弹性件的作用下向上运动与所述凸块31周向传动配合,请参阅图5,此时,转动按钮本体20,通过调节片41、弹销42和凸块31带动螺纹件30转动,进而安装或者拆卸排水阀开关,也即实现对排水开关的锁定或解锁。安装好后,再向下拨动调节片41,使得所述调节片41位于所述限位凸起与所述限位槽相限位配合的位置,所述调节片41克服所述弹性件的弹性力使得所述弹销42与所述凸块31在所述螺纹件30的轴向方向上相互错开,请参阅图6,从而解除按钮本体20与螺纹件30的联动关系。
实施例三,一种排水阀,包括上述实施例中的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关。
由上述对本实用新型的描述可知,和现有技术相比,本实用新型的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关及排水阀,均包括开关、开关本体、螺纹件和具有联动作用的联动件,通过改变联动件的位置,实现开关本体与螺纹件之间连接关系的切换,当联动件位于第一位置使得开关本体与螺纹件具有联动关系时,通过转动开关本体,带动螺纹件,实现螺纹件的锁定与解锁,从而实现开关本体的锁定或解锁,当联动件位于第二位置使得所述开关本体与螺纹件断开联动关系时,开关本体与螺纹件相对独立,也即,所述开关本体无法通过所述螺纹件进行锁 定或解锁,即使转动开关本体,也无法旋出已经安装好的螺纹件,保证整个排水阀开关不易被拆下取走。
上面结合附图对本实用新型进行了示例性描述,显然本实用新型具体实现并不受上述方式的限制,只要采用了本实用新型的方法构思和技术方案进行的各种非实质性的改进,或未经改进将本实用新型的构思和技术方案直接应用于其它场合的,均在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,包括开关本体、装接在所述开关本体上的开关、螺纹件和在第一位置与第二位置之间活动的联动件;所述联动件位于所述第一位置时,所述开关本体通过所述联动件带动所述螺纹件转动,所述开关本体通过所述螺纹件进行锁定或解锁;所述联动件位于所述第二位置时,所述联动件断开所述开关本体与所述螺纹件之间的联动,所述开关本体无法通过所述螺纹件进行锁定或解锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述螺纹件与所述开关本体能相对转动地装接在一起,所述联动件活动装接在所述开关本体上或所述螺纹件上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述联动件包括驱动部,所述开关位于初始位置时,所述开关遮挡住所述驱动部;所述开关被驱动后离开所述初始位置,并露出所述驱动部以供驱动,使得所述联动件在所述第一位置与所述第二位置之间活动。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述螺纹件设有联动配合部,所述联动件设有对应的联动部;当所述联动件位于所述第一位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部周向传动配合;当所述联动件位于所述第二位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部相分离。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述开关为按钮,所述开关本体为按钮本体;所述按钮本体内形成有顶端开口的内腔,所述内腔的底部设有穿孔;所述按钮和所述联动件均活动安装在所述内腔中,所述螺纹件能转动地轴向限位穿设于所述穿孔中,所述螺纹件上的联动配合部位于所述内 腔中,所述螺纹件上的螺纹部位于所述按钮本体之外。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述联动件沿着所述螺纹件的轴向在所述第一位置和第二位置之间活动;转动所述螺纹件,在垂直所述螺纹件的轴的平面上,所述联动配合部划出的投影轨迹与所述联动部的投影有重叠的部分;当所述联动件位于所述第一位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部在所述螺纹件的轴向方向上位置相对应,转动所述开关本体,所述联动部与所述联动配合部相抵接进而形成周向传动配合;当所述联动件位于所述第二位置时,所述联动部与所述联动配合部在所述螺纹件的轴向方向上相互错开,所述螺纹件能相对所述联动件自由转动。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述联动件包括调节片和弹销,所述弹销形成所述联动部;所述螺纹件位于所述开关本体中的部分的周部设有凸块,所述凸块形成所述联动配合部。
  8. 根据权利要求7述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述调节片活动装接在所述开关本体上设有的条形槽内,所述条形槽长度方向与所述螺纹件的轴平行,所述弹销通过弹性件弹顶在所述调节片和所述开关本体之间;所述调节片与所述条形槽的侧壁上分别设有限位凸起和限位槽;当所述联动件位于所述第一位置时,所述调节片位于所述限位凸起与所述限位槽相分离的位置,所述弹销在所述弹性件的作用下与所述凸块周向传动配合,当所述联动件位于所述第二位置时,所述调节片位于所述限位凸起与所述限位槽相限位配合的位置,所述调节片克服所述弹性件的弹性力使得所述弹销与所述凸块在所述螺纹件的轴向方向上相互错开;所述调节片上靠近所述按钮的位置设有供人手或工具驱动的驱动部。
  9. 根据权利要求5的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述螺纹件的一端位于所述内腔中,且该端的螺纹件的端部直径大于所述穿孔直径;还包括螺纹件限位盖,所述螺纹件限位盖设有与所述螺纹件的螺纹对应的螺孔,所述螺纹件限位盖拧进所述螺纹件延伸出所述开关本体的部分,通过所述螺纹件限位盖和所述螺纹件位于内腔中的端部以将所述螺纹件能相对转动地装接在所述开关本体上。
  10. 根据权利要求1一种带离合结构的排水阀开关,其特征在于,所述螺纹件为两端开口的中空结构;一传动杆穿设于所述螺纹件,且所述传动杆的一端与所述开关连接。
  11. 一种排水阀,其特征在于,包括权利要求1至10任一项所述的一种带离合结构的排水阀开关。
