为实现上述目的,本申请提出的假肢腕部组件,包括基座以及连接件,所述连接件和所述基座的其中之一上设有卡接部,所述连接件和所述基座的其中另一上设有配合部;所述卡接部与所述配合部弹性卡接,所述卡接部具有第一位置和第二位置,当所述卡接部处于第一位置时,所述卡接部与所述配合部相分离,当所述卡接部处于第二位置时,所述卡接部与所述配合部卡接配合。
在一实施例中,所述配合部为开设于所述基座上的卡槽,所述卡接部设于所述连接件上,所述卡接部包括卡凸;
所述卡槽的槽壁包括卡接壁和抵接壁,所述卡凸卡持于所述卡接壁,所述卡凸背离所述卡接壁的一侧与所述抵接壁之间设有弹性复位件,被配置为所述卡凸与所述卡槽弹性卡接。
在一实施例中,所述连接件的外周壁上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽与所述卡槽相连通;所述卡接部还包括与所述卡凸固定连接的按压块,所述按压块沿第一方向可活动地安装在所述安装槽中。
在一实施例中,所述卡接部设有两个,两所述卡接部分设于所述连接件的相对两侧。
在一实施例中,所述安装槽的侧壁上凸设有沿所述第一方向延伸的导向块,所述按压块上设有与所述导向块适配的导向槽,所述导向块适配嵌设在所述导向槽中。
在一实施例中,所述基座包括本体和自所述本体向所述连接件一侧延伸的定位套筒,所述连接件可转动的套设在所述定位套筒上。
在一实施例中,所述基座上固设有第一齿形件,所述连接件上固设有与所述第一齿形件相啮合的第二齿形件,且所述第一齿形件与所述第二齿形件可周向转动地锁合连接。
在一实施例中,所述第一齿形件及所述第二齿形件的齿廓呈光滑弧形延伸设置。
在一实施例中,所述假肢腕部组件还包括弹性抵推件,所述弹性抵推件设于所述第一齿形件与所述基座之间和/或所述弹性抵推件设于所述第二齿形件与所述连接件之间。
在一实施例中,所述第一齿形件固设于所述基座;所述连接件对应所述第二齿形件设有环形凹槽,所述第二齿形件和所述环形凹槽之间设有所述弹性抵推件,所述弹性抵推件的一端抵接于所述环形凹槽的底壁面,所述弹性抵推件的另一端抵接于所述第二齿形件。
本申请假肢腕部组件通过在连接件和基座的其中之一上设置卡接部,在连接件和基座的其中另一上设置配合部,且使得卡接部和配合部弹性卡接,则卡接部处于第一位置,即卡接部与配合部相分离时,连接件从基座上分离,在卡接部处于第二位置时,即卡接部与配合部卡接配合时,连接件安装在基座上。由此仅通过切换卡接部的位置就能够实现连接件与基座的安装和拆卸,操作简单方便,则患者仅使用一只健手即能够操作基座与连接件之间的拆卸和安装,从而便于假肢末端执行器的拆装和更换;且整个假肢腕部组件结构简单,装配部件数量少,可制造性强,能够大大缩减制造成本。

本发明的实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
需要说明,若本申请实施例中有涉及方向性指示(诸如上、下、左、右、前、后……),则该方向性指示仅用于解释在某一特定姿态(如附图所示)下各部件之间的相对位置关系、运动情况等,如果该特定姿态发生改变时,则该方向性指示也相应地随之改变。

本申请提出一种假肢腕部组件。
在本申请实施例中,如图1、图2及图5所示,该假肢腕部组件,包括基座1以及连接件2,连接件2和基座1的其中之一上设有卡接部21,连接件2和基座1的其中另一上设有配合部11;卡接部21与配合部11弹性卡接,卡接部21具有第一位置和第二位置,当卡接部21处于第一位置时,卡接部21与配合部11相分离,当卡接部21处于第二位置时,卡接部21与配合部11卡接配合。
在本实施例中,基座1通过连接在义肢接收腔上实现与残肢的连接,基座1与义肢接收腔之间可以通过螺钉、卡接、螺纹连接等方式实现固定连接。该基座1与连接件2的形状通常设计为圆环形,以与手臂的形状相似,从而更加美观和更易于实现与手腕相同的功能。连接件2与假肢末端执行器相连接,则通过基座1和连接件2能够实现腕部的连接作用。卡接部21可以包括卡凸211、卡勾等,而配合部11相对应的可以为凹槽、卡槽等。卡接部21与配合部11实现弹性卡接可以有多种方式,如可以将卡接部21设置为弹性结构,则通过按压卡接部21就能够切换卡接部21与配合部11的配合关系,也可以通过设置弹性件,利用弹性件的弹性形变实现卡接部21在第一位置和第二位置上切换,当然其他与上述方式具有类似功能的结构和方法也同样适用。
本申请假肢腕部组件通过在连接件2和基座1的其中之一上设置卡接部21,在连接件2和基座1的其中另一上设置配合部11,且使得卡接部21和配合部11弹性卡接,则卡接部21处于第一位置,即卡接部21与配合部11相分离时,连接件2从基座1上分离,在卡接部21处于第二位置时,即卡接部21与配合部11卡接配合时,连接件2安装在基座1上。由此仅通过弹性卡接并切换卡接部21的位置就能够实现连接件2与基座1的安装和拆卸,操作简单方便,患者仅使用一只健手即能够操作基座1与连接件2之间的拆卸和安装,从而能够便于患者自己拆装和替换假肢末端执行器,增强患者独自使用的可操作性;且整个腕部组件的结构简单,装配部件数量少,可制造性强,能够大大缩减制造成本。
进一步地,请参照图5,配合部11为开设于基座1上的卡槽,卡接部21设于连接件2上,卡接部21包括卡凸211;
卡槽的槽壁包括卡接壁111和抵接壁112,卡凸211卡持于卡接壁111,卡凸211背离卡接壁111的一侧与抵接壁112之间设有弹性复位件3,被配置为卡凸211与卡槽弹性卡接。
在本实施例中,可以理解的是,弹性复位件3可以为压缩弹簧,卡槽的尺寸大于卡凸211的尺寸,卡凸211能够卡持在卡接壁111上,实现与卡槽的卡紧连接。在卡凸211与抵接壁112之间的间隙中设置弹性复位件3,则在外力按压卡凸211时,弹性复位件3压缩,使得卡凸211能够脱离卡接壁111,朝抵接壁112移动,从而能够将卡凸211从卡槽中脱离出来,实现连接件2与基座1的分离。在将连接件2安装至基座1上时,首先通过按压卡接部21,使得压缩弹簧处于压缩状态,将卡接部21对应安装至卡槽内,此时撤销外力,压缩弹簧复位,推动卡接部21移动至卡凸211与卡接壁111相卡接,实现基座1与连接件2之间的卡接连接。该弹性卡接结构的结构简单,设计巧妙,能够快速简单的实现基座1与连接件2之间的拆装。
进一步地,请一并参照图1,连接件2的外周壁上开设有安装槽22,安装槽22与卡槽相连通;卡接部21还包括与卡凸211固定连接的按压块212,按压块212沿第一方向可活动地安装在安装槽22中。
在本实施例中,第一方向可以与基座1的轴向方向相一致,也可以与基座1的轴向方向相垂直,只需能够实现沿第一方向按压按压块212将连接件2从基座1上脱离出来即可。通过使得安装槽22与卡槽相连通,卡凸211与按压块212固定连接,按压块212可活动安装在安装槽22内,则通过按压按压块212,使其在安装槽22内移动,便可以带动卡凸211在卡槽内移动,从而切换卡凸211与卡槽的分离状态和卡接配合状态,实现连接件2与基座1的拆卸和安装。具体的,弹性复位件3的一端抵接安装槽22的槽壁面,另一端抵接按压块212的背离卡接壁111的一侧。则通过外力按压按压块212,按压块212在安装槽22内移动,使得弹性复位件3压缩,卡凸211退离卡接壁111,从而实现卡凸211脱离卡槽,而当需要将连接件2安装至基座1时,先通过外力对按压件施加按压力,压缩弹性复位件3,当卡凸211安装至卡槽内时,撤销按压力,弹性复位件3复位,推动卡凸211与卡接壁111卡接连接,实现卡凸211与卡槽的卡紧配合。
在一实施例中,连接件2上设有沿第一方向延伸的支撑柱,压缩弹簧套设在支撑柱上。通过将压缩弹簧套设在支撑柱上能够对压缩弹簧起到支撑固定以及导向的作用。该支撑柱的长度可以根据具体使用需求进行设定,为了使得支撑柱的支撑效果更好,该支撑柱的长度大于压缩弹簧的长度的一半。当然,也可以使得支撑柱的长度长于压缩弹簧的长度,在按压块212上对应支撑柱的侧壁上开设避让孔,以使得支撑柱在按压块212沿第一方向移动时进行避位。
进一步地,卡接部21设有两个,两卡接部21分设于连接件2的相对两侧。
在本实施例中,通过设置两个卡接部21分设在连接件2的相对两侧,则使得连接件2与基座1的两侧受到均匀的卡接力,卡接效果更好,且设置两个卡接部21方便人手操作,便于拆装,更加符合人体工学原理。优选地,卡槽呈环形设有一个,安装槽22设有两个,两安装槽22均与卡槽连通,两个安装槽22分设于连接件2的相对两侧。设置一个环形的卡槽,则两个卡凸211均与卡槽相配合,在连接件2相对于基座1旋转时,卡凸211能够在卡槽内沿周向移动,从而使得两个卡凸211能够始终保持与卡槽的卡接配合,进而保持连接件2与基座1的连接。为了使得卡凸211相对卡槽的旋转移动更加方便,卡凸211优选的为与环形卡槽相适配的环状卡凸211。
进一步地,安装槽22的侧壁上凸设有沿第一方向延伸的导向块23,按压块212上设有与导向块23适配的导向槽100,导向块23适配嵌设在导向槽100中。
在本实施例中,导向块23可以为导向杆或导轨,优选地,该导向块23为截面呈燕尾状的导轨。按压块212的导向槽100与导向块23配合一方面能够为按压块212的移动提供导向作用,另一方面导向块23也起到连接作用,使得按压块212通过导向块23活动连接在安装槽22内。
进一步地,基座1包括本体12和自本体12向连接件2一侧延伸的定位套筒13,连接件2可转动套设在定位套筒13上。
在本实施例中,通过在基座1上设置定位套筒13,连接件2套设在定位套筒13上,一方面可以增大连接件2与基座1的接触面积,便于实现连接件2与基座1的定位连接,另一方面能够实现连接件2与基座1的可旋转连接,实现假肢末端执行器的周向旋转。可以理解的是,可以通过在连接件2上设置一套筒实现连接件2与定位套筒13的可转动连接,也可以是直接在连接件2的中部开设一个与该定位套筒13适配的孔进行套接配合。在其他实施例中,也可以是将基座1套设在连接件2的套筒上实现连接件2与基座1之间的可转动连接。在一较佳实施例中,定位套筒13与连接件2之间设有一轴承。该轴承被紧压在定位套筒13上,则能够减小连接件2与定位套筒13旋转时的摩擦,从而增长假肢腕部组件的使用寿命。
当卡接部21设置有两个,两个卡接部21分设于连接件2的相对两侧时,则在其中一个卡接部21与配合部11意外脱离的情况下,定位套筒13的圆柱形结构能够防止连接件2倾斜,使得连接件2和基座1保持锁定的状态。
在一较佳实施例中,连接件2及基座1对应定位套筒13的中心设有一个中心孔。该中心孔允许电线从义肢接受腔连接到假肢末端执行器上,则在进行末端执行器及接受腔的分离,即连接件2与基座1的分离时,仅需要先按压按压块212,使得连接件2从基座1上分离,然后将电线接头彼此断开。可以通过在该中心孔至设置电动快拆组件,实现连接件2与基座1及电线接头的一步分离。
进一步地,请参照图1及图2,基座1上固设有第一齿形件14,连接件2上固设有与第一齿形件14相啮合的第二齿形件24,且第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24可周向转动地锁合连接。
在本实施例中,可以理解的是,该第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24的形状大致呈环形,则能够使得第一齿形件14相对第二齿形件24周向转动。第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24可以由塑料或者任何类似的材料制成,以减少两者之间的摩擦力,从而使得用户可以更加舒适的旋转末端执行器。第一齿形件14的直径可以与第二齿形件24的直径相同,使得第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24的齿设置在两者相对的端面上,则第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24的齿在基座1的轴向上相啮合,在旋转第二齿形件24时,第二齿形件24上的齿与第一齿形件14上的齿脱离后得以旋转,当旋转停止后,第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24依据保持锁合状态。也可以通过使得第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24相套接,将齿设在第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24相互啮合的表面上,同样可以实现第一齿形件14相对第二齿形件24的周向转动锁合连接。
进一步地,第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24的齿廓呈光滑弧形延伸设置。在旋转第二齿形件24时,外力施加在齿上的力会产生一个旋转分力,使得第一齿形件14及第二齿形件24的齿廓呈光滑弧形延伸设置,则第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24的齿不用完全分离即可以实现旋转,从而使得第二齿形件24相对第一齿形件14的周向旋转更加省力,且在旋转到位后,使用者可以轻易停止旋转,而第一齿形件14和第二齿形件24依旧保持锁合。
进一步地,假肢腕部组件还包括弹性抵推件4,弹性抵推件4设于第一齿形件14与基座1之间和/或弹性抵推件4设于第二齿形件24与连接件2之间。
在本实施例中,该弹性抵推件4可以为压缩弹簧。可以理解的是,第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24相对设置,则第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24的轴向与基座1和连接件2的轴向方向相一致。该弹性抵接件设置在第二齿形件24及基座1之间时,则第二齿形件24可以沿轴向伸缩移动,在对第二齿形件24施加扭转力时,第二齿形件24给第一齿形件14向后的推力,从而压缩弹性抵推件4,使得第二齿形件24相对第一齿形件14的旋转更加省力、方便,在扭转到所需位置时,弹性抵推件4的弹性回复力使得第一齿形件14与第二齿形件24保持啮合锁定的状态,从而能够保持末端执行器在常规使用期间保持在正常位置,以抵抗在预期外力所导致的不希望发生的旋转。同理可知,当弹性抵推件4设于第一齿形件14和连接件2之间时,其原理及效果与将弹性抵推件4设在第二齿形件24和基座1之间相类似,可以根据上述分析进行合理推导,在此不做重复赘述。
在一较佳实施例中,第二齿形件24的周面上开设有固定孔,连接件2上设有连接孔,假肢腕部组件还包括销钉,销钉穿设连接孔及固定孔以将第二齿形件24固定在连接件2上。如此,可以防止第一齿形件14与连接件2之间的旋转运动,同时防止第二齿形件24从连接件2上脱落。
进一步地,第一齿形件14固设于基座1;连接件2对应第二齿形件24设有环形凹槽25,第二齿形件24和环形凹槽25之间设有弹性抵推件4,弹性抵推件4的一端抵接于环形凹槽25的底壁面,弹性抵推件4的另一端抵接于第二齿形件24。
在本实施例中,第一齿形件14可以嵌设在基座1上,可以通过螺钉、销钉、卡接等方式连接在基座1上。在连接件2上对应第二齿形件24处设有环形凹槽25,且使得弹性抵推件4的一端与环形凹槽25的底壁面,另一端抵接与第二齿形件24,则在使得第二齿形件24相对于第一齿形件14旋转时,第二齿形件24可以沿轴向移动至环形凹槽25内。环形凹槽25的设置为第二齿形件24提供轴向移动的空间,能够缩短整个假肢腕部组件的高度,使得整体结构更加紧凑简洁。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种假肢腕部组件,其中,包括:
    基座;以及
    连接件,所述连接件和所述基座的其中之一上设有卡接部,所述连接件和所述基座的其中另一上设有配合部;所述卡接部与所述配合部弹性卡接,所述卡接部具有第一位置和第二位置,当所述卡接部处于第一位置时,所述卡接部与所述配合部相分离,当所述卡接部处于第二位置时,所述卡接部与所述配合部卡接配合。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述配合部为开设于所述基座上的卡槽,所述卡接部设于所述连接件上,所述卡接部包括卡凸;
    所述卡槽的槽壁包括卡接壁和抵接壁,所述卡凸卡持于所述卡接壁,所述卡凸背离所述卡接壁的一侧与所述抵接壁之间设有弹性复位件,被配置为所述卡凸与所述卡槽弹性卡接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述连接件的外周壁上开设有安装槽,所述安装槽与所述卡槽相连通;所述卡接部还包括与所述卡凸固定连接的按压块,所述按压块沿第一方向可活动地安装在所述安装槽中。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述弹性复位件的一端抵接所述安装槽的槽壁面,另一端抵接所述按压块的背离所述卡接壁的一侧。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述连接件上设有沿所述第一方向延伸的支撑柱,所述弹性复位件为压缩弹簧,所述压缩弹簧套设在所述支撑柱上。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述支撑柱的长度大于所述压缩弹簧的长度的一半。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述卡接部设有两个,两所述卡接部分设于所述连接件的相对两侧。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述基座及所述连接件呈圆环形设置。
  9. 如权利要求3所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述卡槽呈环形设置,所述安装槽设有两个,两所述安装槽均与所述卡槽连通,两所述安装槽分设于所述连接件的相对两侧。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述卡凸为与所述环形卡槽适配的环形卡凸。
  11. 如权利要求3所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述安装槽的侧壁上凸设有沿所述第一方向延伸的导向块,所述按压块上设有与所述导向块适配的导向槽,所述导向块适配嵌设在所述导向槽中。
  12. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述基座包括本体和自所述本体向所述连接件一侧延伸的定位套筒,所述连接件可转动的套设在所述定位套筒上。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述定位套筒与所述连接件之间设有轴承。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述连接件及所述基座对应所述定位套筒的中心设有中心孔。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述连接件上设有朝所述基座一侧延伸的套筒,所述基座可转动的套设在所述套筒上。
  16. 如权利要求1所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述基座上固设有第一齿形件,所述连接件上固设有与所述第一齿形件相啮合的第二齿形件,且所述第一齿形件与所述第二齿形件可周向转动地锁合连接。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述第一齿形件及所述第二齿形件的齿廓呈光滑弧形延伸设置。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述假肢腕部组件还包括弹性抵推件,所述弹性抵推件设于所述第一齿形件与所述基座之间和/或所述弹性抵推件设于所述第二齿形件与所述连接件之间。
  19. 如权利要求16所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述第二齿形件的周面上开设有固定孔,所述连接件上设有连接孔,所述假肢腕部组件还包括销钉,所述销钉穿设所述连接孔及所述固定孔以将所述第二齿形件固定在所述连接件上。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的假肢腕部组件,其中,所述第一齿形件固设于所述基座;所述连接件对应所述第二齿形件设有环形凹槽,所述第二齿形件和所述环形凹槽之间设有所述弹性抵推件,所述弹性抵推件的一端抵接于所述环形凹槽的底壁面,所述弹性抵推件的另一端抵接于所述第二齿形件。
