Description

洗碗机及其排水方法
本申请是以中国申请号为201910127130.4,申请日为2019年2月20日的申请为基础,并主张其优先权,该中国申请的公开内容在此作为整体引入本申请中。
技术领域
本公开属于洗碗机技术领域,具体涉及一种洗碗机及其排水方法。
背景技术
当洗碗机洗涤工作结束,内壁中的水会顺着洗碗机内壁流入底部最低处,内部所有洗涤的水集中在杯碗底部,排水泵开始工作,排水泵将大部份水通过排水管路排入下水道,但是因叶轮式排水泵的叶轮结构,并不能将所有的水完全排干净,还会有小部分水附着残留在排水泵、排水管路中。这样洗碗机在长时间不使用的情况下,残留水会滋长细菌,产生异味,影响洗碗机的正常使用。
发明内容
本公开提供一种洗碗机,包括排水装置,排水装置包括:
排水管道,排水管道被构造成与洗碗机的排水管路连通以将洗碗机内的水排出;
阀,阀被设置在排水管道上以封闭或打开排水管道;以及
真空泵,真空泵被配置成与排水管道连通,以在阀封闭排水管道时将排水管道抽真空。
在一些实施例中,阀包括第一阀和第二阀,第一阀和第二阀在排水管道上间隔设置,第一阀相对于第二阀邻近于洗碗机的排水管路。
在一些实施例中,第一阀设置在排水管道的靠近洗碗机的排水管路的一端,第二阀设置在排水管道的远离洗碗机的排水管路的一端。
在一些实施例中,真空泵与在第一阀和第二阀之间的排水管道连通。
在一些实施例中,阀包括电磁阀。
在一些实施例中,还包括排水泵,排水管道与排水泵连通。
本公开还提供一种洗碗机的排水方法,包括:
关闭阀以将排水管道封闭;
启动真空泵以将排水管道抽真空;以及
打开阀以使排水管道与洗碗机的排水管路连通,使得通过排水管道内的负压将洗碗机 内部的水吸入排水管道。
在一些实施例中,阀包括第一阀和第二阀,第一阀和第二阀在排水管道上间隔设置,关闭阀以将排水管道封闭的步骤包括关闭第一阀和第二阀。
在一些实施例中,打开阀以使排水管道与洗碗机的排水管路连通的步骤包括:
打开第一阀,保持第二阀关闭;
等待时间T,以使得洗碗机内残留的水被吸入排水管道;以及
打开第二阀,将排水管道内的水排出。
在一些实施例中,时间T在1~2s之间。
在一些实施例中,还包括在关闭阀以将排水管道封闭之前,通过排水泵将洗碗机内的水经由排水管道排出。

具体实施方式
结合参见图1所示,本公开实施例提供的一种洗碗机,其包括排水装置,该排水装置包括:排水管道1,排水管道1与洗碗机2连通,用于洗碗机2的排水;真空泵3,真空泵3与排水管道1连通,以当排水管道1封闭时将排水管道1内部抽成负压或者真空。
排水装置包括阀阀设置在排水管道1上,用于封闭或打开排水管道1,当阀关闭时,排水管道1相对于外部环境是封闭的,当阀打开时,排水管道1相对于外观环境是敞开的。
在一些实施例中,阀包括第一阀4和第二阀5,第一阀4和第二阀5在排水管道1上间隔布置;真空泵3与第一阀4和第二阀5之间的排水管道1连通,当第一阀4和第二阀5关闭时,真空泵3将第一阀4和第二阀5之间的排水管道1抽成负压甚至真空。当第一阀4和第二阀5打开时,排水管道1是打开的,洗碗机2的内腔通过排水管道1与外部环境连通,洗碗机2内腔中的水可以顺排水管道1流出。如果只打开第一阀4,第二阀5保持关闭,排水管道1与洗碗机2的内腔连通,洗碗机2内的水可以流入排水管道1;如果打开第二阀5,保持第一阀4关闭,排水管道1与洗碗机2的内腔不通,排水管道1与外部连通,排水管道1中的水可以排出。
在一些实施例中,第一阀4设置在排水管道1的靠近洗碗机2的一端,和/或,第二阀5设置在排水管道1的远离洗碗机2的一端。这样两个阀4和5分别设置在排水管道1 的两端。
在一些实施例中,洗碗机2设有排水泵6,排水管道1与排水泵6连通。排水泵6使得洗碗机2内腔的水泵排入排水管道1,从而排干洗碗机2内腔的成股水流。但对洗碗机2内壁等表面附着的细密水珠、水渍却无法排出,从而造成了洗碗机2内的水分残留。
在一些实施例中,阀可以为电磁阀,例如第一电磁阀4和第二电磁阀5。
本公开还提供了一种上述洗碗机2的排水方法,解决洗碗机2内残留水分无法完全排净的问题。
该排水方法包括:
关闭阀,使得排水管道1内部封闭;
启动真空泵3,将排水管道1内部抽为负压或真空,真空泵3停止工作。此时排水管道1内气压远低于外部环境气压,也远低于洗碗机2内的外部环境气压;
打开阀,使排水管道1与洗碗机2连通,排水管道1的内负压将洗碗机2内的水吸入排水管道1中。
在一些实施例中,阀包括第一阀4和第二阀5,第一阀4和第二阀5在排水管道1上间隔布置,可选地,第一阀4和第二阀5且第一阀4设置在排水管道1的靠近洗碗机2的排水管路的一端,第二阀5设置在排水管道1的远离洗碗机2的排水管路的一端,关闭阀将排水管道1封闭的步骤包括:关闭第一阀4和第二阀5。由此,第一阀4、第二阀5之间的排水管道1被封闭,使得排水管道1内部构成封闭的空间。
当第一阀4设置在排水管道1的靠近洗碗机2排水管路的一端,第二阀5设置在排水管道1的远离洗碗机2排水管路的一端时,打开阀使排水管道1与洗碗机2连通的步骤包括:
打开第一阀4,保持第二阀5关闭。当第一阀4打开后,排水管道1与洗碗机2连通,排水管道1内的气压远低于洗碗机2内的气压,在负压作用下,洗碗机2内的高压空气会急速涌入排水管道1内,形成高速气流,洗碗机2内的残留水渍会被气流裹挟到排水管道1内;
等待时间T,例如时间T=1~2s,洗碗机2内的残留水都吸入排水管道1中,并在排水管道1内汇集;
打开第二阀5,排水管道1内的水流排出。由于此时排水管道1内的气压已经与外部大气压相同,排水管道1内的水流不会被倒吸回。
利用第一阀4和第二阀5打开的时间差,利用真空负压原理,排除残留水渍,清除异味。
在一些实施例中,在关闭阀使得排水管道1内部封闭的步骤之前,启动排水泵6以将洗碗机2内腔中的水经由排水管道1排出。此时阀处于打开状态,排水管道1打开,排水 泵6启动,排出洗碗机2内的大部分的水,直至洗碗机2内再无成股水流排出。
本公开提供的洗碗机,相对于传统的洗碗机通过排水泵排水的方式,在洗碗机的排水管路上设置真空泵,将排水管路抽成负压或者真空,利用负压状态与正常气压产生的反压原理对洗碗机内部的残留水排空,以解决洗碗机的残留水导致内部滋生细菌、发臭异味等问题。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种洗碗机(2),包括排水装置,所述排水装置包括:
    排水管道(1),所述排水管道(1)被构造成与洗碗机所述洗碗机(2)的排水管路连通以将所述洗碗机内的水排出洗碗机;
    阀(4,5),所述阀(4,5)被设置在所述排水管道(1)上以封闭或打开所述排水管道(1);以及
    真空泵(3),所述真空泵(3)被配置成与所述排水管道(1)连通,以在所述阀(4,5)封闭所述排水管道(1)时将所述排水管道(1)抽真空。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其中所述阀包括第一阀(4)和第二阀(5),所述第一阀(4)和第二阀(5)在所述排水管道(1)上间隔设置,所述第一阀(4)相对于第二阀(5)邻近于所述洗碗机的排水管路。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机,其中所述第一阀(4)设置在所述排水管道(1)的靠近所述洗碗机洗碗机(2)的排水管路的一端,第二阀所述第二阀(5)设置在所述排水管道(1)的远离所述洗碗机洗碗机(2)的排水管路的一端。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的洗碗机,其中所述真空泵(3)与在所述第一阀(4)和第二阀(5)之间的所述排水管道(1)连通。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机,其中所述阀包括电磁阀。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的洗碗机,洗碗机还包括排水泵(6),所述排水管道(1)与所述排水泵(6)连通。
  7. 一种权利要求1所述的洗碗机(2)的排水方法,包括:
    关闭所述阀(4,5)以将所述排水管道(1)封闭;
    启动所述真空泵(3)以将所述排水管道(1)抽真空;以及
    打开所述阀(4,5)以使所述排水管道(1)与洗碗机所述洗碗机(2)的排水管路连通,使得通过所述排水管道(1)内的负压将所述洗碗机洗碗机(2)内部的水吸入所述排水管道(1)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的排水方法,其中所述阀包括第一阀(4)和第二阀(5),所述第一阀(4)和第二阀(5)在所述排水管道(1)上间隔设置,关闭阀以将排水管道(1)封闭的步骤包括关闭第一阀(4)和第二阀(5)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的排水方法,其中打开阀以使所述排水管道(1)与所述洗碗机洗碗机(2)的排水管路连通的步骤包括:
    打开第一阀(4),保持第二阀(5)关闭;
    等待时间T,以使得洗碗机洗碗机(2)内残留的水被吸入所述排水管道(1);以及
    打开第二阀(5),将所述排水管道(1)内的水排出。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的排水方法,其中所述时间T在1~2s之间。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述的排水方法,还包括在关闭所述阀(4,5)以将所述排水管道(1)封闭之前,通过排水泵(6)将洗碗机(2)内的水经由所述排水管道(1)排出。
