背景技术
现有的手机等移动设备的夹持支架种类很多,大部分均为卡夹式结构或感应式结构,卡夹式结构需要双手进行操作,一手持移动设备,一手打开夹持支架,双手配合协作将移动设备放在夹持支架的夹臂之间,再放开夹持支架以夹紧移动设备,若在开车时或其他需要单手操作的场合使用则十分不便,感应式结构则需要应用到电子器件,易损坏或感应不灵敏,影响正常使用。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种夹持支架,旨在解决现有夹持支架需要双手协作完成电子设备的固定动作或需要电子器件完成感应十分不便的技术问题。
技术解决方案
一种夹持支架,用于固定移动设备,包括:
底壳;
夹持机构,包括位于所述底壳的一侧并凸出于所述底壳的第一夹持耳片以及位于所述底壳的另一侧并与所述第一夹持耳片相对设置的第二夹持耳片;
驱动机构,至少包括连接于所述第一夹持耳片并滑动连接于所述底壳的第一滑接件,所述第一夹持耳片能够带动所述第一滑接件能够朝向或背离所述第二夹持耳片运动,其中,所述夹持机构具有夹持所述移动设备的夹持状态和放开所述移动设备的放松状态;
复位机构,所述复位机构具有弹性且其两端分别连接于所述底壳及所述第一滑接件,所述复位机构具有在所述第一夹持耳片朝向所述第二夹持耳片运动后被压缩并产生弹性恢复力的压缩状态,以及释放弹性恢复力以使得所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运功的释放状态;
限位机构,连接于所述底壳,所述限位机构具有远离所述第一滑接件的解锁状态以及抵接于所述第一滑接件以限制所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运动的锁止状态;
其中,当对所述第一夹持耳片施加朝向所述第二夹持耳片的外力以使得所述第一夹持耳片朝向所述第二夹持耳片运动时,所述复位机构在所述夹持机构处于所述夹持状态时处于所述压缩状态,以使所述夹持机构夹持所述移动设备;
当所述限位机构由所述解锁状态切换为所述锁止状态时,所述夹持机构保持所述压缩状态;
当撤去所述外力且所述限位机构由所述锁止状态切换为所述解锁状态时,所述复位机构能够由所述压缩状态切换为所述释放状态,以使得所述夹持机构由所述夹持状态切换为所述放松状态。
在本发明的夹持支架中,所述限位机构还包括连接于所述底壳的转轴以及转动连接于所述转轴的锁止组件,所述锁止组件包括转动连接于所述转轴的转接件、连接于所述转接件并用于抵接于所述第一滑接件的锁止扣以及连接于所述转接件并用于手持控制的手持件。
在本发明的夹持支架中,所述锁止扣呈L形且其自由端能够抵接于所述第一滑接件以限制所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运动。

在本发明的夹持支架中,所述第二滑接件的一侧设有与所述大齿轮啮合的第二夹持齿条,所述第一夹持齿条及所述第二夹持齿条相对设置,所述大齿轮位于所述第一夹持齿条与所述第二夹持齿条之间并能够同时带动所述第一夹持齿条与所述第二夹持齿条朝向相反的方向运动。
在本发明的夹持支架中,所述底壳包括上底板、与所述上底板相对设置的下底板以及用于连接所述上底板和所述下底板的侧面板,所述上底板、所述下底板及所述侧面板共同围设形成容置腔,所述传动件位于所述容置腔内,所述侧面板开设有相对设置的两个插接孔以及与所述插接孔间隔设置的按压孔,所述第一滑接件与所述第二滑接件分别穿设于两所述插接孔,所述限位机构穿设于所述按压孔。

在需要进行夹持操作时,向第一夹持耳片施加朝向第二夹持耳片的作用力,以使得第一夹持耳片朝向第二夹持耳片运动从而进行夹持动作,直至第一夹持耳片与第二夹持耳片分别抵靠于移动设备的两侧,此时复位机构处于压缩状态,当限位机构由解锁状态切换为锁止状态时,夹持机构无法张开,即第一夹持耳片无法背离第二夹持耳片运动,这样夹持机构便能够固定夹持宽度以稳定夹持住移动设备,避免移动设备掉落;在需要取下移动设备时,只需将限位机构远离第一滑接件,以使得限位机构由锁止状态切换为解锁状态,此时复位机构由压缩状态切换为释放状态,第一夹持耳片得以在复位机构弹性恢复力的作用下背离第二夹持耳片运动,夹持机构张开,移动设备得以取下。本发明在使用时只需要单手控制,即单手在拿捏住移动设备后利用空余手指推动第一夹持耳片朝向第二夹持耳片运动以实现夹持机构对移动设备的夹持,或操作限位机构以使其远离第一滑接件以实现夹持机构的张开,以便取下移动设备。本发明采用机械结构控制,避免了电子器件控制时常出现的感应不灵敏的情况发生,方便快捷,节约成本。

请参照图2和图3,进一步地,传动件33包括转动连接于底壳10的大齿轮,其中,第一滑接件31的一侧设有与大齿轮啮合的第一夹持齿条311,第一夹持齿条311呈条状,第一滑接件31的运动能够带动大齿轮转动。第二滑接件32的一侧设有与大齿轮啮合的第二夹持齿条321,第二夹持齿条321呈条状,大齿轮通过转动又能够带动第二滑接件32靠近或远离第一夹持耳片21,也就是说使用者通过控制第一夹持耳片21靠近或背离第二夹持耳片22运动使得第二夹持耳片22靠近或远离第一夹持耳片21运动。优选地,第一夹持齿条311及第二夹持齿条321相对设置,大齿轮位于第一夹持齿条311与第二夹持齿条321之间并能够同时使得第一夹持齿条311与第二夹持齿条321朝向相反的方向运动。如图所示,在本发明实施例中,第一滑接件31位于大齿轮上方,第二滑接件32位于大齿轮下方,当使用者推动第一夹持齿条311使其朝向第二夹持耳片22运动时,大齿轮顺时针旋转,同时带动第二夹持齿条321朝向第一夹持耳片21运功,即第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22相互靠近,进行夹持动作;当使用者撤去对第一夹持耳片21的外力并将限位机构50由锁止状态切换为解锁状态时,第一滑接件31在复位机构40的弹性恢复力作用下背离第二夹持耳片22运动,大齿轮逆时针旋转,同时带动第二夹持齿条321背向第一夹持耳片21运功,即第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22相互远离,放开移动设备。
请参照图1和图2,具体地,底壳10包括上底板11、与上底板11相对设置的下底板12以及用于连接上底板11和下底板12的侧面板13,上底板11、下底板12及侧面板13共同围设形成容置腔,传动件33位于容置腔内,侧面板13开设有相对设置的两个插接孔101以及与插接孔101间隔设置的按压孔102,第一滑接件31与第二滑接件32分别穿设于两插接孔101,第一限位件穿设于按压孔102并能够在解锁状态下沿按压孔102的延伸方向滑动。上底板11用于移动设备抵靠,以限制移动设备的位置,在本发明实施例中,上底板11及下底板12均为圆形。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,夹持支架还包括连接于第一滑接件31的第一扭簧81、连接于第二滑接件32的第二扭簧82、转动连接于第一夹持耳片21朝向第二夹持耳片22的一侧的第一滚轮711以及转动连接于第二夹持耳片22朝向第一夹持耳片21的一侧的第二滚轮712。
其中,第一夹持耳片21转动连接于第一滑接件31,第一扭簧81的一端连接于第一滑接件31且其另一端连接于第一夹持耳片21,第二夹持耳片22转动连接于第二滑接件32,第二扭簧82的一端连接于第二滑接件32且其另一端连接于第二夹持耳片22。第一扭簧81对第一夹持耳片21起到了限位作用,在自由状态下由于第一扭簧81的支撑作用第一夹持耳片21与第一滑接件31之间保持一定的夹角,当第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22夹持移动设备时可将二者的距离调节为略小于移动设备的宽度,这样在夹持过程中,第一夹持耳片21张开,第一扭簧81发生扭转并具有恢复原状的扭转恢复力,以将移动设备卡接在第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22之间,第二扭簧82与第一扭簧81的工作过程及原理类似,此处不赘述。这样使用者在使用时便可以先调整第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22之间的距离,再将移动设备推入二者之间的空隙,通过第一扭簧81与第二扭簧82的扭转力夹持住移动设备。
请参照图1至图3,具体地,第一滚轮711的转动轴线的延伸方向垂直于第一滑接件31的运动方向,第二滚轮712的转动轴线的延伸方向垂直于第二滑接件32的运动方向。这样便能够将移动设备沿垂直于上底板11方向朝向上底板11运动以夹持至第一夹持耳片21与第二夹持耳片22之间,第一滚轮711与第二滚轮712能够随着移动设备的移动而发生转动,以避免移动设备与第一夹持耳片21或第二夹持耳片22之间的磨损,减小了移动设备插接的摩擦力。
请参照图1至图3,优选地,第一滚轮711包括转动连接于第一夹持耳片21的第一滚轮711以及套接于第一滚轮711的第一防滑件721,第二滚轮712包括转动连接于第二夹持耳片22的第二滚轮712以及套接于第二滚轮712的第二防滑件722。第一防滑件721能够起到防滑作用,以使得第一滚轮711能够跟随移动设备的运动而运动,减少磨损。
请参照图1和图2,进一步地,夹持支架还包括连接于底壳10并用于与外界设备连接的固定机构60。固定机构60用以夹持在外接设备上,外接设备可以为汽车内饰或其他需要固定移动设备的结构。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种夹持支架,用于固定移动设备,其特征在于,包括:
    底壳;
    夹持机构,包括位于所述底壳的一侧并凸出于所述底壳的第一夹持耳片以及位于所述底壳的另一侧并与所述第一夹持耳片相对设置的第二夹持耳片;
    驱动机构,至少包括连接于所述第一夹持耳片并滑动连接于所述底壳的第一滑接件,所述第一夹持耳片能够带动所述第一滑接件能够朝向或背离所述第二夹持耳片运动,其中,所述夹持机构具有夹持所述移动设备的夹持状态和放开所述移动设备的放松状态;
    复位机构,所述复位机构具有弹性且其两端分别连接于所述底壳及所述第一滑接件,所述复位机构具有在所述第一夹持耳片朝向所述第二夹持耳片运动后被压缩并产生弹性恢复力的压缩状态,以及释放弹性恢复力以使得所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运功的释放状态;
    限位机构,连接于所述底壳,所述限位机构具有远离所述第一滑接件的解锁状态以及抵接于所述第一滑接件以限制所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运动的锁止状态;
    其中,当对所述第一夹持耳片施加朝向所述第二夹持耳片的外力以使得所述第一夹持耳片朝向所述第二夹持耳片运动时,所述复位机构在所述夹持机构处于所述夹持状态时处于所述压缩状态,以使所述夹持机构夹持所述移动设备;
    当所述限位机构由所述解锁状态切换为所述锁止状态时,所述夹持机构保持所述压缩状态;
    当撤去所述外力且所述限位机构由所述锁止状态切换为所述解锁状态时,所述复位机构能够由所述压缩状态切换为所述释放状态,以使得所述夹持机构由所述夹持状态切换为所述放松状态。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述限位机构还包括连接于所述底壳的转轴以及转动连接于所述转轴的锁止组件,所述锁止组件包括转动连接于所述转轴的转接件、连接于所述转接件并用于抵接于所述第一滑接件的锁止扣以及连接于所述转接件并用于手持控制的手持件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述锁止扣呈L形且其自由端能够抵接于所述第一滑接件以限制所述第一夹持耳片背离所述第二夹持耳片运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述手持件包括滑接于所述底壳并能够朝向或背离所述第一滑接件运动的按压杆以及其一端转动连接于所述按压杆且其另一端连接于所述转接件的连接杆,所述按压杆能够在朝向所述第一滑接件运动时带动所述锁止扣背离所述第一滑接件运动,以使得所述限位机构由所述锁止状态切换为所述解锁状态,并在背离所述第一滑接件运动时带动所述锁止扣朝向所述第一滑接件运动,以使得所述限位机构由所述解锁状态切换为所述锁止状态。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述锁止组件还包括其一端连接于所述底壳且其另一端连接于所述按压杆的弹性件,所述弹性件的延伸方向与所述按压杆的运动方向一致,当对所述按压杆施加外力以使得所述按压杆朝向所述第一滑接件运动时,所述弹性件压缩并产生弹性恢复力,当撤去所述外力时,所述按压杆在所述弹性件的弹性恢复力的作用下背离所述第一滑接件运动。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述第一滑接件朝向所述限位机构的一侧具有插接面,所述插接面开设有多条间隔设置且平行排布的插接槽,所述插接槽的延伸方向垂直于所述第一滑接件的运动方向,所述限位机构与所述插接槽适配插接且具有与所述插接面抵接的抵接面。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述插接槽的截面呈V形,所述插接槽朝向所述第一夹持耳片的侧壁的坡度能够使得所述第一滑接件在朝向所述第二夹持耳片运动时对所述限位机构施加垂直于所述侧壁的作用力,以使得所述限位机构沿所述侧壁向外滑动并使得所述弹性件被压缩,还使得所述限位机构在运动至相邻所述插接槽时在所述弹性件的弹性恢复力作用下重新抵接于所述插接槽的槽壁。
  8. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述驱动机构还包括连接于所述第二夹持耳片并滑动连接于所述底壳的第二滑接件以及连接于所述底壳的传动件,所述传动件能够通过自身运动带动所述第一滑接件运动与所述第二滑接件同时朝向相反方向运动,以使所述第一夹持耳片与所述第二夹持耳片相向运动以夹持所述移动设备,或与所述第二夹持耳片相背运动以放开所述移动设备。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述传动件包括转动连接于所述底壳的大齿轮,所述第一滑接件的一侧设有与所述大齿轮啮合的第一夹持齿条。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述第二滑接件的一侧设有与所述大齿轮啮合的第二夹持齿条,所述第一夹持齿条及所述第二夹持齿条相对设置,所述大齿轮位于所述第一夹持齿条与所述第二夹持齿条之间并能够同时带动所述第一夹持齿条与所述第二夹持齿条朝向相反的方向运动。
  11. 如权利要求8所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述底壳包括上底板、与所述上底板相对设置的下底板以及用于连接所述上底板和所述下底板的侧面板,所述上底板、所述下底板及所述侧面板共同围设形成容置腔,所述传动件位于所述容置腔内,所述侧面板开设有相对设置的两个插接孔以及与所述插接孔间隔设置的按压孔,所述第一滑接件与所述第二滑接件分别穿设于两所述插接孔,所述限位机构穿设于所述按压孔。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述夹持支架还包括连接于所述第一滑接件的第一扭簧,所述第一夹持耳片转动连接于所述第一滑接件,所述第一扭簧的一端连接于所述第一滑接件且其另一端连接于所述第一夹持耳片;所述夹持支架还包括连接于所述第二滑接件的第二扭簧,所述第二夹持耳片转动连接于所述第二滑接件,所述第二扭簧的一端连接于所述第二滑接件且其另一端连接于所述第二夹持耳片。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述夹持支架还包括转动连接于所述第一夹持耳片朝向所述第二夹持耳片的一侧的第一滚轮以及转动连接于所述第二夹持耳片朝向所述第一夹持耳片的一侧的第二滚轮,所述第一滚轮的转动轴线的延伸方向垂直于所述第一滑接件的运动方向,所述第二滚轮的转动轴线的延伸方向垂直于所述第二滑接件的运动方向。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述第一滚轮包括转动连接于所述第一夹持耳片的第一滚轮以及套接于所述第一滚轮的第一防滑件,所述第二滚轮包括转动连接于所述第二夹持耳片的第二滚轮以及套接于所述第二滚轮的第二防滑件。
  15. 如权利要求1至7任一项所述的夹持支架,其特征在于,所述夹持支架还包括连接于所述底壳并用于与外界设备连接的固定机构。
