本发明提供的一种具有两种激发形式的活检针,使用时,利用上弦组件对内针和外针进行上弦,之后,利用激发装置将处于上弦状态的内针和外针激发,达到采集人体组织的目的,活检手术过程中,可根据穿刺活检的操作需求选择内针和外针的一次激发或两次激发。
该活检针集一次激发和两次激发的功能形式于一起,两种激发方式可以随时切换,解决了医生在应对繁琐复杂病灶环境时,该选择何种激发方式的活检针的问题,可以随时自如的提供最及时最适合病人的活检方案。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的示范性实施例做出说明,其中包括本发明实施例的各种细节以助于理解,应当将它们认为仅仅是示范性的。因此,本领域普通技术人员应当认识到,可以对这里描述的实施例做出各种改变和修改,而不会背离本发明的范围和精神。同样,为了清楚和简明,以下的描述中省略了对公知功能和结构的描述。
如图1-7所示,一种具有两种激发形式的活检针,包括内针1和套设在内针1外部的外针2,还包括上弦组件和激发组件;上弦组件包括第一上弦按钮3、第二上弦按钮13和限位块17,第一上弦按钮3与外针2的尾端连接,第二上弦按钮13与内针1的尾端连接,第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13的远离内针1一端分别设有卡钩19,限位块17上设有两个用于与卡钩19卡接的卡口20,第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13分别通过激发压簧12与限位块17之间连接;激发压簧12的弹出方向与活检针的进针方向一致。
激发组件包括第一推动件9、第二推动件10,一次激发装置和二次激发装置;第一推动件9上设有与第一上弦按钮3上的卡钩19相对设置的推板18,第二推动件10上设有与第二上弦按钮13上的卡钩19相对设置的推板18,推板18用于推动卡钩19移动,使卡钩19与卡口20分离,第一推动件9和第二推动件10的底部分别连接滑轨21,滑轨21的前端设有防脱挡板22,尾端设有推动板23,第一推动件9在防脱挡板22和推动板23之间具有第一滑动行程,第二推动件10在防脱挡板22和推动板23之间具有第二滑动行程;第一滑动行程大于第二滑动行程;两个滑动行程的方向平行于进针方向;如图4所示,第 一滑动行程为d1,第二滑动行程为d2。
一次激发装置包括用于第一推动件9和第二推动件10同步激发的后激发按钮7,后激发按钮7通过连接装置与滑轨21连接;二次激发装置包括用于第一推动件9和第二推动件10先后激发的第一按压部和第二按压部。
该活检针内针1和外针2的激发方式包括两种,分为一次激发和两次激发,两种激发方式可以随意切换使用,在进行穿刺手术时,可根据穿刺操作的需求选择适合的激发方式。
优选地,在第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13上分别上下平行设置两个卡钩19,相应的在限位块17上分别上下设置两组卡口20,在第一推动件9和第二推动件10上分别设置两个推板18,此结构使第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13上弦状态更稳定,降低误激发的几率。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,活检针还包括壳体,壳体包括底座6和上盖11,底座6扣于上盖11上从而围成腔室;限位块17、激发压簧12、第一推动件9和第二推动件10均设于腔室内,且位于底座6上;第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13部分伸入腔室内,壳体上设有用于安装后激发按钮7的通孔,第一按压部和第二按压部设于上盖11上,优选地,第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13并排设置。
活检针的上弦组件和激发组件主要集中设置在壳体的腔室中,部分需要操作的部件设置在壳体外,或设置在壳体上,包括部分第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13、后激发按钮7、第一按压部和第二按压部;通过设置壳体结构,方便对各零部件拼装,同时,壳体对零部件起到保护作用;再有壳体利于手握,在进行穿刺手术时方便医护人员手持,便于穿刺操作;优选地,可在壳体的表层设置防滑纹,避免出现手持打滑的现象。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,连接装置包括按钮弹簧和推杆25;推杆25具有平行的两臂,该两臂的第一端互相连接;后激发按钮7与限位块17之间通过按钮压簧8连接;推杆25两臂的第一端与后激发按钮7固定连接,两臂的第二端分别与第一推动件9和第二推动件10的滑轨21连接,优选地,推杆25的第二端与滑轨21一体成型。
一次激发装置的目的是按下后激发按钮7后一次性地激发内针1和外针2,因此,通过推杆25的两臂传动后激发按钮7的推力,可同时推动第一推动件9和第二推动件10,实现一次激发,在一次激发过程中,需要内针1先进针,外针2后进针,即两者弹出时机存在时间差,为达该目的,本实施例提出将第一滑动行程设置大于第二滑动行程;当推杆25的两臂同步移动时,首先推动两个滑轨21移动,由于第二滑动行程相对较短,第二推动件10所在的滑轨21上的推动板23先推动第二推动件10移动,使第二推动件10推动第二上弦按钮13的卡钩19与卡口20分离,激发内针1,使内针先进针,之后,推杆25的两臂继续带动滑轨21移动,第一推动件9所在的滑轨21上的推动板23先推动第一推动件9移动,使第一推动件9推动第一上弦按钮3的卡钩19与卡口20分离,激发外针2,使外针后进针,完成内针1、外针2的先后进针,优选地,第一滑动行程d1为0.5mm,第二滑动行程d2为0.1mm。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,上盖11上位于第一推动件9和第二推动件10的上方设有窗口,窗口上设有第一弹性片14和第二弹性片15;第一弹性片14与第一按压部连接,第二弹性片15与第二按压部连接。优选地,第一弹性片14和第二弹性片15与上盖11一体成型,窗口的边缘设有凸起的保护壁16。
二次激发装置的目的分别激发内针1和外针2,第一弹性片14连接第一按压部,第二弹性片15连接第二按压部,手动按下第一弹性片 14或第二弹性片15后,带动第一按压部或第二按压部产生相应的移动,进而推动第一推动件9或第二推动件10,实现内针1或外针2的激发。如,第一按压部和第二按压部上设置倾斜的斜面,第一推动件9和第二推动件10上设有第一按压部和第二按压部对应的斜面,当第一按压部或第二按压部移动时,即产生向下的移动,竖直方向的力由两个斜面转换为水平方向的推力,进而推动第一推动件9和第二推动件10移动。具体的,先手动按下第二弹性片15,第二按压部推动第二推动件10移动,使第二上弦按钮13的卡钩19与卡口20分离,激发内针1,之后,手动按下第一弹性片14,第一按压部推动第一推动件9移动,使第一上弦按钮3的卡钩19与卡口20分离,激发外针2,从而完成穿刺操作。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,一次激发装置还包括侧激发按钮5,推杆25的其中一臂上设有向远离后激发按钮7方向延伸的连接板,连接板的远离推杆25的一端与侧激发按钮5连接,侧激发按钮5的自由端位于壳体的外侧。
侧激发按钮5和后激发按钮7的作用相同,均是实现内针1和外针2的一次激发;两者的区别在于,一个位于可壳体的尾端,一个位于壳体的侧部,在穿刺过程中,如果出现一侧的按钮操作不便的情况,可操作另一侧的按钮,如,当后激发按钮7被遮挡,无法按压时,可操作侧激发按钮5进行一次激发操作。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,底座6上设有向外延伸的延伸部24,延伸部24位于第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13下方,延伸部24上设有前盖板4并且端部设有穿孔;第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13的底部分别设置限位板,限位板与第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13之间具有限定间隔,前盖板4插接于间隔内,外针2与第一上弦按钮3底部的限位板连接,内针1与第二上弦按钮13底部的限位板连接,内针1和外针2由穿孔穿出。
延伸部24用于限位第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13,在第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13的下方均设置限位板,限位板与第一上弦按钮3/第二上弦按钮13之间形成插口,插接在前盖板4上,可避免第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13沿垂直前盖板4方向移动。
可选地,第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13上设有沿滑动行程的方向设置的导向板,底座6上设有与导向板连接的导向槽。利用导向板和导向槽,可实现水平方向的限位,同时,对第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13起到导向作用。通过对第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13的限位,可使其在规定的移动范围内进行上弦和激发,确保穿刺操作的正常进行。
作为本实施例的优选实施方式,第一上弦按钮3、第二上弦按钮13、第一弹性片14和第二弹性片15的表面分别设有刻字表层。活检针在使用时具有先后顺序,即需要先打出内针1,再打出外针2,为了降低医护人员混淆或操作错误的几率,可在相应的键位上设置刻字表层。刻字表层上标记数字,以起到提示作用。
本实施例中的具有两种激发形式的活检针使用时,先按压第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13,分别是其上的卡钩19与限位块17上的卡口20卡接,第一上弦按钮3和第二上弦按钮13按压无先后。一次激发操作时,手动按压后激发按钮7或侧激发按钮5,推杆25的两臂带动滑轨21移动,先后抵消第二滑动行程和第一滑动行程后,依次推动第二推动件10和第一推动件9,即分别激发内针1和外针2,完成一次激发。二次激发操作时,手动按压第二弹性片15,第二按压部推动第二推动件10移动,激发内针1,之后,手动按压第一弹性片14,第一按压部推动第一推动件9移动,激发外针2,完成二次激发。
该活检针集一次激发和两次激发的功能形式于一起,两种激发方 式可以随时切换,解决了医生在应对繁琐复杂病灶环境时,该选择何种激发方式的活检针的问题,可以随时自如的提供最及时最适合病人的活检方案。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种具有两种激发形式的活检针,包括内针(1)和套设在内针(1)外部的外针(2),其特征在于,还包括上弦组件和激发组件;
    上弦组件包括第一上弦按钮(3)、第二上弦按钮(13)和限位块(17),第一上弦按钮(3)与外针(2)的尾端连接,第二上弦按钮(13)与内针(1)的尾端连接,第一上弦按钮(3)和第二上弦按钮(13)的远离内针(1)的一端分别设有卡钩(19),限位块(17)上设有两个用于与卡钩(19)卡接的卡口(20),第一上弦按钮(3)和第二上弦按钮(13)分别通过激发压簧(12)与限位块(17)连接;激发压簧(12)的弹出方向与活检针的进针方向一致;
    激发组件包括第一推动件(9)、第二推动件(10),一次激发装置和二次激发装置;第一推动件(9)上设有与第一上弦按钮(3)上的卡钩(19)相对设置的推板(18),第二推动件(10)上设有与第二上弦按钮(13)上的卡钩(19)相对设置的推板(18),推板(18)用于推动卡钩(19)移动,使卡钩(19)与卡口(20)分离,第一推动件(9)和第二推动件(10)的底部分别连接滑轨(21),滑轨(21)的前端设有防脱挡板(22),尾端设有推动板(23),第一推动件(9)在防脱挡板(22)和推动板(23)之间具有第一滑动行程;第二推动件(10)在防脱挡板(22)和推动板(23)之间具有第二滑动行程;第一滑动行程大于第二滑动行程;两个滑动行程的方向平行于进针方向;
    一次激发装置包括用于第一推动件(9)和第二推动件(10)同步激发的后激发按钮(7),后激发按钮(7)通过连接装置与滑轨(21)连接;
    二次激发装置包括用于第一推动件(9)和第二推动件(10)先后激发的第一按压部和第二按压部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述活检针还包括壳体,所述壳体包括底座(6)和上盖(11), 所述底座(6)扣于所述上盖(11)上从而围成腔室;
    所述限位块(17)、所述激发压簧(12)、所述第一推动件(9)和所述第二推动件(10)均设于所述腔室内,且位于所述底座(6)上;
    所述第一上弦按钮(3)和所述第二上弦按钮(13)部分伸入所述腔室内,所述壳体上设有用于安装所述后激发按钮(7)的通孔,所述第一按压部和第二按压部设于所述上盖(11)上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述连接装置包括按钮弹簧(8)和推杆(25);
    所述推杆(25)具有平行的两臂,该两臂的第一端互相连接;
    所述后激发按钮(7)与所述限位块(17)之间通过所述按钮压簧(8)连接;所述推杆(25)两臂的第一端与所述后激发按钮(7)固定连接,所述两臂的第二端分别与所述第一推动件(9)和所述第二推动件(10)的所述滑轨(21)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述上盖(11)上位于所述第一推动件(9)和所述第二推动件(10)的上方设有窗口,所述窗口上设有第一弹性片(14)和第二弹性片(15);
    所述第一弹性片(14)与所述第一按压部连接,所述第二弹性片(15)与所述第二按压部连接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述一次激发装置还包括侧激发按钮(5),所述推杆(25)的其中一臂上设有向远离所述后激发按钮(7)方向延伸的连接板,所述连接板的远离所述推杆(25)的一端与所述侧激发按钮(5)连接,所述侧激发按钮(5)的自由端位于所述壳体的外侧。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述底座(6)上设有向外延伸的延伸部(24),所述延伸部(24)位于所述第一上弦按钮(3)和所述第二上弦按钮(13)下方,所述延 伸部(24)上设有前盖板(4)并且端部设有穿孔;
    所述第一上弦按钮(3)和所述第二上弦按钮(13)的底部分别设置限位板,所述限位板与所述第一上弦按钮(3)和所述第二上弦按钮(13)之间具有限定间隔,所述前盖板(4)插接于所述间隔内,所述外针(2)与所述第一上弦按钮(3)底部的限位板连接,所述内针(1)与所述第二上弦按钮(13)底部的限位板连接,所述内针(1)和所述外针(2)由所述穿孔穿出。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述第一上弦按钮(3)和所述第二上弦按钮(13)上设有沿所述滑动行程的方向设置的导向板,所述底座(6)上设有与所述导向板连接的导向槽。
  8. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述第一上弦按钮(3)、第二上弦按钮(13)、所述第一弹性片(14)和所述第二弹性片(15)的表面分别设有刻字表层。
  9. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述第一滑动行程为0.5mm,所述第二滑动行程为0.1mm。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的具有两种激发形式的活检针,其特征在于,所述第一弹性片(14)和所述第二弹性片(15)与所述上盖(11)一体成型,所述窗口的边缘设有凸起的保护壁(16)。
