Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method and device for packaging the flesh of an automatically peeled and de-cored pineapple in a container.
  • WO 2014/184298 describes a device for processing a pineapple which is provided with a carrier for carrying the pineapple to be processed, a first processing unit for removing the ends of the pineapple and a second processing unit which comprises a pusher with a knife with two concentric blades, wherein the pineapple without ends is pushed by the knife by means of the pusher for simultaneously de-coring and peeling the pineapple.
