Abstract

본 발명은 촉매 담지 유-무기 하이브리드 복합입자에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 실란기능화 고분자 전구체(Alkoxysilane-functionalized Polyurethane Precursor)와 테트라에틸오소실리케이트(Tetraethyl Orthosilicate)를 일정시간 교반하여 제조된 상기 촉매 담지 입자에 폴리우레탄 반응용 촉매를 첨가하고 혼합하여 촉매 담지 유-무기 하이브리드 복합입자 제조하고, 제조된 촉매 담지 유-무기 하이브리드 복합입자를 통해 폴리우레탄 중합 개시 반응의 속도를 조절함으로써 원하는 가사시간(pot life)과 경화 속도를 조절하는 기술에 관한 것이다.
