具体实施方式
为了对本专利申请的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本专利申请的具体实施方式。
下面详细描述本专利申请的饮品胶囊的实施例,这些实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。
在本专利申请的饮品胶囊的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“前”、“后”、“上”、“下”、“上端”、“下端”、“上部”、“下部”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本专利申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本专利申请的限制。此外,术语“第一”、“第二”等仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性。
如图1至图12所示,为根据本申请的饮品胶囊的一实施例。该实施的饮品胶囊包括一支架10,支架10可以由食品级材料制成,例如塑胶等材料。支架10具有第一开口101和第二开口102,支架10包括内侧壁11以及位于内侧壁11的内侧的多个隔板12,内侧壁11和隔板12可以一体成型,例如一体注塑成型,隔板12由内侧壁11的内侧表面向柱状空间100的中心轴线延伸。内侧壁11的内侧形成一柱状空间100,第一开口101和第二开口102分别位于柱状空间100的两端,隔板12将柱状空间100分割成多个存储空间110,存储空间110内填充有冲泡材料(未示出)。冲泡材料可以是中药饮片、草本材料或茶,草本材料包括植物的根、茎、叶、花朵和果实中的一种或多种,茶叶可以是市场销售的各种茶叶,中药饮片可以是炮制好的各种中药材。冲泡材料也可以是咖啡和其他饮料。
参看图1、图2、图7和图8,在本实施例中,内侧壁11的内侧表面上形成有8个隔板12,8个隔板12由内侧壁11的内侧表面向柱状空间100的中心轴线延伸并交汇于中心轴线处,8个隔板12将柱状空间100均匀分隔成8个 存储空间110。内侧壁11及其内侧的隔板12为冲泡材料的膨胀提供了空间,不会因为冲泡材料无法膨胀而影响冲泡的效果。而且隔板12可以在内侧壁11内侧形成多个流道,使冲泡时液体可以在内侧壁11内侧空间内均匀流淌,充分浸泡冲泡材料。在支架10的内侧壁11的第二端还设置有多个端板14,端板14的数量与隔板12的数量相同,端板14与隔板12对应设置,且端板14与隔板12垂直,端板14的主要作用是在支架10的第二端起到更好的支撑作用。端板14为隔板12的底座和加强面,使内部的隔板12不易缩水弯曲,并为热封提供了良好的工作平面,使封装时压力更均匀。
参看图1和图2,本实施例的饮品胶囊的支架10的第一端,也即内侧壁11的第一端,设置有用于覆盖第一开口101的第一滤纸21和第一密封膜31,第一密封膜31位于第一滤纸21的外侧,支架10的第二端,也即内侧壁11的第二端,设置有用于覆盖第二开口102的第二滤纸22和第二密封膜32,第二密封膜32位于第二滤纸22的外侧。第一密封膜31和第一滤纸21通过热封的形式设置于内侧壁11的第一端,第二密封膜32和第二滤纸22通过热封的形式设置于内侧壁11的第二端,内侧壁11材质及形状便于热封的进行。第一密封膜31和第二密封膜32可以是纤维膜或其他常规适用的薄膜材料,以能够易于穿刺为宜。第一滤纸21和第二滤纸22可以是任何常规适用的滤纸,以能够满足冲泡材料的过滤为宜。第一密封膜31和第二密封膜32还可以半透明膜,这样检测者可以通过观察端板14和第二密封膜32的贴合程度,快速并充分的检验热封良率,提高热封后的检测效率。
参看图2、图4、图6、以及图8至图10,在本实施例中,支架10还包括一外侧壁15,外侧壁15由内侧壁11的一端先向外延伸然后向内侧壁11的另一端延伸,内侧壁11与外侧壁15之间形成一环形凹槽16,外侧壁15外侧还形成有环形挡片13。支架10还包括由内侧壁11的外表面向外延伸形成的多个肋板17,每个肋板17对应一个隔板12,即肋板17与隔板12一一对应,肋板17位于隔板12延伸方向上,多个肋板17位于环形凹槽16内。这种结构设 计使饮品胶囊胶囊在不增加材料壁厚的情况下,可用上下结构的模具加工出模,而不增加生产成本,既提高了生产质量,也可以方便支架由模具中取出,以便更好、更高效地注塑。肋板17的存在,还可以在冲泡时,使环形挡片13能够承受更高的压力,比如19巴(bar)的冲泡压力,而不轻易变形。此外,由于顶部和底部都有充分的热封平面,可同时达到密封膜热封的接触面积要求。充分的热封使胶囊在冲泡时,可以承受更高压力,从而达到更好的冲泡效果。内侧壁11和外侧壁15之间的凹槽16的设计,增加了支架10的韧性和沿边承压能力,令胶囊在冲泡腔内密封时,用于定位的制具更容易夹紧胶囊,而不会造成胶囊壳受压损坏。此外,参看图9和图10,外侧壁15位于环形挡片13上面的部分和位于环形挡片13下面的部分具有配合锥面151、152,该结构设计令饮品胶囊在冲泡时,与密封腔接触的前后圈大小一致,密封的腔体不会因胶囊前后形状不一样而产生空隙。
图11和图12示出了本申请的饮品胶囊1用于冲泡系统2的示意图,如图所示,将饮品胶囊1可以正向或反向装入到冲泡系统2中,饮品胶囊在放入腔体时,用户不需要区分前后,任何方向都可放入,由于饮品胶囊前后承受的背压完全一致,不会因为压力不均匀而影响冲泡效果,冲泡系统2将利用针盘将第一密封膜31和第二密封膜32刺穿,然后注入热水进行冲泡,第一滤纸21和第二滤纸22起到过滤的作用。冲泡液体由饮品胶囊的第二端的第二密封膜32的刺孔均匀进入,由第一端的第一密封膜31中间流出,第一过滤纸21和第二过滤纸22可对冲泡材料进行充分过滤,有效过滤水中杂质,令冲泡出的液体更加均匀细腻。
参看图12至图17,为本申请的饮品胶囊的另一实施例的示意图。该实施例的饮品胶囊的结构与图1至图12所示的饮品胶囊的实施例的结构类似,不同之处在于,在图12和图17所示的实施例中,支架10的环形挡片13直接由内侧壁11的外侧表面向外延伸形成,环形挡片13可以形成于内侧壁11的中部,内侧壁11与环形挡片13可以一体成型。环形挡片13提供了固定饮品胶 囊的位置,方便饮品胶囊在冲泡系统中的定位。环形挡片13也提供了密封端面,当饮品胶囊置于冲泡系统中时,冲泡系统的密封圈压紧在环形挡片13上,可以在环形挡片13的一侧形成密封空间,以便于内侧壁11内部的冲泡材料的浸泡。环形挡片13和内侧壁11的这种设计也可以保证当冲泡腔打开时,使用过的饮品胶囊可以向下掉落并精确地落下。
本申请的饮品胶囊采用可降解材料制成,支架10、第一滤纸21、第二滤纸22、第一密封膜31、第二密封膜32都可以降解,饮品胶囊冲泡完成后不需要任何后续工艺即可以整体自然降解。
本申请的饮品胶囊,由于支架10的内侧壁11及内部的隔板12可以起到支撑的作用,留足内部空间,在包装运输等过程中避免对内部冲泡材料造成挤压,影响冲泡效果。支架10的内侧壁11及内部的隔板12使冲泡材料在柱状空间100内均匀分布,冲泡材料膨胀后不会产生堆积挤压,液体可以充分流入,浸泡材料。也可以让冲泡材料在膨胀时表面平整,使密封膜可以顺利碰到刺盘表面,达到理想穿刺效果,且冲泡材料不会因膨胀而对穿刺孔造成堵塞,而支架本身不接触针盘,不会影响穿刺。内侧壁11内的隔板12在冲泡过程中对液体起到引流作用,令液体循环在隔板12分隔的空间内,充分浸泡内侧壁11内侧所有空间,不会因冲泡材料形状不匀而导致液体流道不稳定,达到最好的萃取效果。内侧壁11及隔板12为第一滤纸21和第二滤纸22提供支撑,垫起滤纸,使冲泡材料不会因为挤压滤纸而影响过滤效果。
上面结合附图对本专利申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本专利申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本专利申请的启示下,在不脱离本专利申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本专利申请的保护之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种饮品胶囊,其特征在于,包括一支架,所述支架具有第一开口和第二开口,所述支架包括内侧壁以及位于内侧壁的内侧的多个隔板,所述内侧壁的内侧形成一柱状空间,所述第一开口形成于所述柱状空间的一端,所述第二开口形成于所述柱状空间的另一端,所述隔板将所述柱状空间均匀分隔成多个存储空间,所述存储空间内填充有冲泡材料,所述支架的第一端设置有用于覆盖所述第一开口的第一滤纸和第一密封膜,所述第一密封膜位于所述第一滤纸的外侧,所述支架的第二端设置有用于覆盖所述第二开口的第二滤纸和第二密封膜,所述第二密封膜位于第二滤纸的外侧;
    所述隔板由所述内侧壁的内侧表面向所述柱状空间的中心轴线延伸,或者所述隔板由所述内侧壁的内侧表面向所述柱状空间的中心轴线延伸并交汇于中心轴线处;
    所述支架的第二端具有由所述内侧壁的端面向内延伸形成的多个端板,每个所述端板对应一个所述隔板并与所述隔板连为一体,所述端板与所述隔板相垂直;
    所述支架还包括一外侧壁,所述外侧壁由所述内侧壁的一端先向外延伸然后向所述内侧壁的另一端延伸,所述内侧壁与所述外侧壁之间形成一环形凹槽,所述外侧壁的外侧还形成有环形挡片;
    所述支架还包括由所述内侧壁的外表面向外延伸形成的多个肋板,每个所述肋板对应一个所述隔板,多个所述肋板位于所述环形凹槽内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述冲泡材料为中药饮片、草本材料或茶,所述草本材料包括植物的根、茎、叶、花朵和果实中的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜和第二密封膜为纤维膜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜和第二密封膜为半透明膜。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述外侧壁位于所述环形挡片上面的部分和位于所述环形挡片下面的部分具有配合锥面。
  6. 一种饮品胶囊,其特征在于,包括一支架,所述支架具有第一开口和第二开口,所述支架包括内侧壁以及位于内侧壁的内侧的多个隔板,所述内侧壁的内侧形成一柱状空间,所述第一开口形成于所述柱状空间的一端,所述第二开口形成于所述柱状空间的另一端,所述隔板将所述柱状空间均匀分隔成多个存储空间,所述存储空间内填充有冲泡材料,所述支架的第一端设置有用于覆盖所述第一开口的第一滤纸和第一密封膜,所述第一密封膜位于所述第一滤纸的外侧,所述支架的第二端设置有用于覆盖所述第二开口的第二滤纸和第二密封膜,所述第二密封膜位于第二滤纸的外侧;
    所述隔板由所述内侧壁的内侧表面向所述柱状空间的中心轴线延伸,或者所述隔板由所述内侧壁的内侧表面向所述柱状空间的中心轴线延伸并交汇于中心轴线处;
    所述支架的第二端具有由所述内侧壁的端面向内延伸形成的多个端板,每个所述端板对应一个所述隔板并与所述隔板连为一体,所述端板与所述隔板相垂直。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述支架还包括一外侧壁,所述外侧壁由所述内侧壁的一端先向外延伸然后向所述内侧壁的另一端延伸,所述内侧壁与所述外侧壁之间形成一环形凹槽,所述外侧壁的外侧还形成有环形挡片。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述支架还包括由所述内侧壁的外表面向外延伸形成的多个肋板,每个所述肋板对应一个所述隔板,多个所述肋板位于所述环形凹槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述第一密封膜和第 二密封膜为半透明膜。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的饮品胶囊,其特征在于,所述外侧壁位于所述环形挡片上面的部分和位于所述环形挡片下面的部分具有配合锥面。
