另一种可行的实现方式为,当用户(如A老师)针对用户终端显示界面上显示的订课系统进行订课查询操作时,用户终端获取用户标识以及课程日期并生成订课信息获取请求,如图2所示。而用户的操作方式可以是选择订课系统上的课程日期选项、订课老师选项,并点击订课系统上的订课查询按键。或者直接语音输入“查询A老师在某个日期(2019.1.1)的订课信息”。
S102,所述应用服务器接收所述订课信息获取请求,并获取所述订课信息获取请求中的所述课程日期以及所述用户标识;
应用服务器在接收到订课信息获取请求后,读取请求中携带的信息,如课程日期、用户标识。
在该订课信息获取请求中,还可包括用户终端的终端标识,当应用服务器在对请求响应后得到请求的响应结果,从而可将该响应结果反馈给该终端标识对应的用户终端。尤其在应用服务器同时接收到多个用户终端分别发送的订课信息获取请求时,则将所得到的响应结果分别反馈至各终端标识对应的用户终端。
其中,所述终端标识用于唯一识别用户终端,可以包括终端ID、终端序列号、终端MAC地址等。
S103,所述应用服务器基于所述课程日期以及用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息,并将所述订课信息发送至所述用户终端;
订课信息集合即包含了多个订课信息的数据库。可以是课程日期以及订课标识对应的订课信息。该订课信息即为学生在老师所开设的课程中进行选择而生成。订课信息可以包括开课时间、订课人数、课程等级、课程名称等相关信息。
如表3所示为应用服务器所存储的一种订课信息集合,当应用服务器所获取到的用户标识为“A”,课程日期为“2019.1.1”,则通过在表3依次遍历,从而可确定对应的订课信息为“8:00~10:00 20人”。

预设间隔提示时长是指离课程开始时间的时长,该时长可以由用户在用户终端上的APP进行设置。也可以由用户在提示终端上进行设置。当然,在设置完成后还可进行更改。
若该预设间隔提示时长是在用户终端上通过APP进行设置的,可以在用户终端向提示终端发送订课信息时,将该预设间隔提示时长一并发送。也可以是提示终端在接收到用户终端发送的订课信息后向用户终端发送时长获取请求后得到。还可以是在用户设置完成后,用户终端将该预设间隔提示时长发送至提示终端进行保存。
提示终端通过比对课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长,计算两者的差值,从而可确定具体的提示时刻。例如,课程开始时间为8:00,预设间隔提示时长为2小时,从而可以得到提示时刻为6:00,或者预设间隔提示时长为半小时,从而提示时刻为7:30。此外,预设间隔提示时长也可以设置多个,如,同时设置2小时、半小时,则提示时刻为6:00以及7:30。因此,在当前时刻到达提示时刻时,例如当前为6:00和/或7:30,则输出提示信息以提示用户上课。
其中,输出提示信息的方式可以有多种,如语音、文本、视频、闪烁指示灯、音量大小等。而这些提示方式可以在用户终端上的APP上进行设置,也可以直接在提示终端上进行设置。
例如,一种可行的设置界面如图3所示,其中可对“音量大小”、“提示风格”、“间隔时长”、“重复次数”、“铃声”以及“停止方式”等信息进行个人化设置,从而可以提升用户体验。
可选的,由于用户终端与提示终端之间采用短距离通信方式进行通信, 当两者之间的连接超过连接范围时,所述提示终端输出连接失败提示信息,以提示用户重新建立用户终端与提示终端之间的通信连接,进而避免因连接中断而导致提示失败。
例如,一种可行的连接中断提示信息如图4所示,在用户终端上或者提示终端上弹出提示框,并指示“超过通信连接范围,请重新连接”。
可选的,在提示终端输出上课提示后,用户可在用户终端的APP上进行提示确认,从而关闭提示终端上输出的上课提示信息。可选的,也可以在提示终端上进行提示确认以关闭提示信息。
例如,如图5所示,为用户终端上所展示的一种提示信息的输出界面图,用户可点击该界面上的“确定”按键关闭提示,也可以选择“取消”按键,并在预设时长(如10分钟)后再次通过提示终端进行提醒。
可选的,如图6所示,所述方法还可包括以下步骤:
S107,所述应用服务器获取与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息;
订课修改信息是指所订阅的课程被更改,如上课时间更改、上课地点更改、取消订阅等相关信息。
而应用服务器获取订课修改信息,一种可行的方式为应用服务器周期性或者定时查询订课表,并将当前获取的订课表与前一时刻获取的订课表进行比对,若比对结果一致,则确定无订课修改信息,若比对结果不一致,则将不一致的订课修改信息提取并记录。另一种可行的方式为,用户终端或者提示终端向应用服务器发起修改信息查询请求,从而触发应用服务器将当前获取的订课表与前一时刻获取的订课表进行比对,当然,可以理解为在修改信息查询请求中包含用户终端的终端标识或者提示终端的终端标识,从而使得应用服务器在查询时,只针对某个用户进行查询。
当然,为了保证订课修改信息获取的准确性以及智能性,优选为应用服务器自动查询订课修改信息。
S108,所述应用服务器将所述订课修改信息发送至所述提示终端;
如图7所示,应用服务器直接到所查询到的订课修改信息发送至提示终端。而为了保证订课修改信息发送的及时性与准确性,可预先在应用服务器 中存储提示终端与用户标识的对应关系表,从而在向提示终端发送订课修改信息时,可只发送与目标用户标识对应的订课修改信息至该目标用户标识对应的提示终端。
例如,如表4所示为应用服务器所获取到的在课程日期所有用户标识对应的订课修改信息表,应用服务器可基于“用户标识”项分别发送对应的“订课修改信息”,也就是说,应用服务器将“订课修改1”发送给A对应的提示终端,将“订课修改2”发送给D对应的提示终端,并按照相同的方式依次进行发送,从而可以确保有订课修改信息的老师可以分别接收到自己的订课修改信息。

在本申请实施例中,用户终端向应用服务器发送携带课程日期以及用户标识的订课信息获取请求,应用服务器基于所述课程日期以及所述用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息并发送至用户终端,用户终端再将订课信息发送至提示终端,提示终端基于订课信息中的课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长输出上课提示信息。通过预设的请求触发条件以及预设的间隔提示时长就可以智能的输出上课提示信息,提高了对用户上课提示的智能性。同时,通过用户终端上APP控制提示终端进行提示,不需要模拟闹钟持续提醒,降低了开发成本,且在用户关闭了APP系统推送或者设置了静音模式或勿扰模式等场景下不影响上课提示信息的输出,从而可以有效提高上课提示的准确性。此外,当订课信息修改时,应用服务器直接将订课修改信息发送至提示终端以对用户进行提示,提高了订课修改信息提示的及时性。
请参见图10,为本申请实施例提供了另一种提示信息输出方法的流程示意图,以提示终端侧为例进行描述,如图10所示,本申请实施例的所述方法可以包括以下步骤:
S201,提示终端接收用户终端发送的与课程日期以及用户标识对应的订 课信息,获取所述订课信息中的课程开始时间;
订课信息可以是用户终端向应用服务器请求得到后转发至提示终端的,也可以是应用服务器自动查询后发送给用户终端,并由用户终端转发至提示终端的。

在订课信息中可以包括课程开始时间、课程结束时间、上课位置以及订课人数等相关信息,而提示终端获取的订课信息中的课程开始时间可以为对该课程信息进行解析并提取。所提取的课程开始时间包括至少一个,也就是说,该用户标识指示的用户在课程日期内需要上至少一节课程。
S202,所述提示终端基于所述课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长,计算提示时刻;

下面将结合附图17,对本申请实施例提供的提示信息输出系统及其装置进行详细介绍。需要说明的是,附图17所示的提示信息输出系统,用于执行本申请图1-图16所示实施例的方法,为了便于说明,仅示出了与本申请实施例相关的部分,具体技术细节未揭示的,请参照本申请图1-图16所示的实施例。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种提示信息输出方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    提示终端接收用户终端发送的与课程日期以及用户标识对应的订课信息,获取所述订课信息中的课程开始时间;
    所述提示终端基于所述课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长,计算提示时刻;
    在当前时刻到达所述提示时刻时,所述提示终端输出上课提示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述提示终端接收应用服务器发送的与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息,基于所述订课修改信息输出修订提示信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述提示终端接收所述用户终端发送的与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息,基于所述订课修改信息输出修订提示信息。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述提示终端获取第一信息提示方式;
    所述提示终端输出上课提示信息,包括:
    所述提示终端采用所述第一信息提示方式输出上课提示信息。
  5. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述提示终端获取第二信息提示方式;
    所述基于所述订课修改信息输出修订提示信息,包括:
    所述提示终端基于所述订课修改信息并采用所述第二信息提示方式输出修订提示信息。
  6. 一种提示信息输出方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    用户终端向应用服务器发送携带课程日期以及用户标识的订课信息获取请求,所述订课信息获取请求用于指示所述服务器基于所述课程日期以及所述用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息;
    所述用户终端接收所述应用服务器发送的所述订课信息;
    所述用户终端将所述订课信息发送至提示终端,所述订课信息用于指示所述提示终端基于所述订课信息中的课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长输出上课提示信息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端接收所述应用服务器发送的与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息,并将所述订课修改信息发送至所述提示终端,所述订课修改信息用于指示所述提示终端基于所述订课修改信息输出修订提示信息。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端获取针对所述订课信息输入的第一信息提示方式,将所述第一信息提示方式发送至所述提示终端,所述第一信息提示方式用于指示所述提示终端采用所述第一信息提示方式输出上课提示信息。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述用户终端获取针对所述订课修改信息输入的第二信息提示方式,将所述第二信息提示方式发送至所述提示终端,所述第二信息提示方式用于指示所述提示终端采用所述第二信息提示方式输出修订提示信息。
  10. 一种提示信息输出方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    应用服务器接收用户终端发送的订课信息获取请求,获取所述订课信息获取请求中的课程日期以及用户标识;
    所述应用服务器基于所述课程日期以及用户标识在订课信息集合中查找 订课信息;
    所述应用服务器将所述订课信息发送至所述用户终端,所述订课信息用于指示所述用户终端将所述订课信息发送至提示终端输出上课提示。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器获取与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息;
    所述应用服务器将所述订课修改信息发送至所述提示终端,所述订课修改信息用于指示所述提示终端基于所述订课修改信息输出修订提示信息。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    所述应用服务器获取与所述课程日期以及所述用户标识对应的订课修改信息;
    所述应用服务器将所述订课修改信息发送至所述用户终端,所述订课修改信息用于指示所述用户终端将所述订课修改信息发送至所述提示终端输出修订提示信息。
  13. 一种提示信息输出装置,其特征在于,所述方法装置包括:
    时间获取模块,用于接收用户终端发送的与课程日期以及用户标识对应的订课信息,获取所述订课信息中的课程开始时间;
    时刻计算模块,用于基于所述课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长,计算提示时刻;
    上课提示输出模块,用于在当前时刻到达所述提示时刻时,输出上课提示信息。
  14. 一种提示信息输出装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    请求发送模块,用于向应用服务器发送携带课程日期以及用户标识的订课信息获取请求,所述订课信息获取请求用于指示所述服务器基于所述课程日期以及所述用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息;
    信息接收模块,用于接收所述应用服务器发送的所述订课信息;
    信息发送模块,用于将所述订课信息发送至提示终端,所述订课信息用于指示所述提示终端基于所述订课信息中的课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长输出上课提示信息。
  15. 一种提示信息输出装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    请求接收模块,用于接收用户终端发送的订课信息获取请求,获取所述订课信息获取请求中的课程日期以及用户标识;
    信息查找模块,用于基于所述课程日期以及用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息;
    信息发送模块,用于将所述订课信息发送至所述用户终端,所述订课信息用于指示所述用户终端将所述订课信息发送至提示终端输出上课提示。
  16. 一种提示信息输出系统,其特征在于,包括应用服务器、用户终端以及提示终端,其中:
    所述用户终端,用于向所述应用服务器发送携带课程日期以及用户标识的订课信息获取请求;
    所述应用服务器,用于接收所述订课信息获取请求,并获取所述订课信息获取请求中的所述课程日期以及所述用户标识;
    所述应用服务器,还用于基于所述课程日期以及用户标识在订课信息集合中查找订课信息,并将所述订课信息发送至所述用户终端;
    所述用户终端,还用于接收所述订课信息,并将所述订课信息发送至所述提示终端;
    所述提示终端,用于接收所述订课信息,获取所述订课信息中的课程开始时间;
    所述提示终端,还用于基于所述课程开始时间以及预设间隔提示时长,计算提示时刻,并在当前时刻到达所述提示时刻时,输出上课提示信息。
  17. 一种计算机存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机存储介质存储有多 条指令,所述指令适于由处理器加载并执行如权利要求1~5或6~9或10~12任意一项的方法步骤。
  18. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器和存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序适于由所述处理器加载并执行如权利要求1~5或6~9或10~12任意一项的方法步骤。
