Description

一种加强型自行滑动传送装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种传送装置,特别是指一种理货架上使用的加强型自行滑动传送装置。
背景技术
随着机械自动化的发展,自动化的产品越来越多的运用到了我们的日常生活中,例如现在的工业生产,商品货架或者医院等常常用到自动传送带做整理货架的装置。但是现在有的传送装置,通常主体部分采用塑胶件支撑,而为了加强其支撑力度,将在主体的滚轴座两侧增加铝合金条,但是由于其左右两端受力较大,除了货品向下的重力,还有护架或者护栏的抵挡力量集中在左右两端,护架或者护栏也是通过插拔的方式与传送装置两端的塞头连接,因此塞头的稳固性也会影响其使用说明,通常塞头与传送装置的主体也为一体式的结构,因此损坏后整条就需要更换,造成了浪费以及成本增加。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提出一种成本低,结构稳固,产品反复插拔能力提升的加强型自行滑动传送装置。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种加强型自行滑动传送装置,包括底座,塞头,多个滚轴及铝合金边,底座的前后两端分别固定一所述塞头,左右两侧分别固定一所述铝合金边,其中所述塞头包括固定插头以及加强部,所述固定插头包括主体部,主体部的一端设有延伸部,另一端设有连接部,所述连接部与所述底座连接,主体部包括一四方形框体,与连接部连接的左壁面底部设有缺口,与延伸部连接的右壁面的底端设有一凹槽;所述加强部为四方形结构,其上设有多个上下相通的通槽,所述加强部收容于所述主体部的四方形框体内,加强部的底部一端设有卡块与所述缺口对应,一端设有凸条与所述凹槽对应;所述连接部的两端分别设有一弹片,所述弹片尾部与所述连接部连接,头部与所述连接部之间设有间距,且头部的外表面上设有一装配结构;
所述底座包括多个滚轴座拼接而成,每一滚轴座上均设有安装滚轴的卡口,多个所述滚轴一一可旋转的固定于所述卡口内;
所述铝合金边包括一底边,底边一侧延伸设有一侧边,侧边再向外延伸一顶边,顶边与底边平行,所述侧边上设有一两端分别设有一装配位与所述结构对应。
本发明提供的加强型自行滑动传送装置,将塞头与底座拆分成独立的部件,进一步塞头又分成固定插头与加强部,加强部是与护栏护架反复插拔的部分,且作为一个受力区域,可以采用更加受力的塑胶材质制成,与底座部分的主体材质有所不同,加强部的材质更为牢固且强度更大,因此可以保证其反复插拔的寿命,并且有其材质更优,因此又能使得塞头的整体寿命增加。其组装也很简便,通过加强部与主体部的四方形框体的缺口与卡块,凹槽与凸条分别对应,将其卡在塞头上下方向不会发生移动,前后左右方向则受到四方形框体的作用 而不会产生移动,因此其组装方便,降低了替换的成本,以及加强了产品本身的强度,提高了耐插拔的能力。

所述底座包括多个滚轴8座3拼接而成,每一滚轴8座3上均设有安装滚轴8的卡口33,多个所述滚轴8一一可旋转的固定于所述卡口33内;每个滚轴8座3的宽度相同,但是长度可以根据实际情况设定,例如其中的滚轴8座3可以是另外的滚轴8座3的长度的一倍或者两倍,长度不同可以使得拼接时更为灵活,根据客户的需要使用不同长度的滚轴8座3进行拼接,从而节省加工时间以及减少材料的浪费。
所述铝合金边2包括一底边21,底边21一侧延伸设有一侧边22,侧边22再向外延伸一顶边23,顶边23与底边21平行,所述侧边22上设有一两端分别设有一装配位221与所述结构对应。铝合金边2用以加强底座的强度,保护底座。且由于自动滑行传送装置在使用过程中通常都需要进行多条组装在一起形成一个传送平台,因此在铝合金边2的顶边23上,其中一条铝合金边2的顶边23与底边21上设有L型台阶125,另外一条铝合金边2的顶边23与底边21上则向外延伸设有一侧翼,拼装时两两相邻的铝合金边2就可以构成一个重叠重合的结构使其在受力时可以形成整体平台的受力,从而加大其整体的承重力度。
优选的,所述装配结构71为凸块,所述装配位221为通孔341与凸块对应。在本实施例中采用的此结构,铝合金边2上设有通孔341,而弹片7上则为圆形凸块,当铝合金边2从一端滑入底座时,弹片7的圆形凸块将卡入通孔341内,从而将铝合金边2固定住,而当其需要退出时,只需要使用细小物件插入通孔341内,将凸块推出后即可以将铝合金退出,此方式可以保护铝合金边2,使其可以重复拆装,节省成本。
优选的,所述装配结构71为凹口,所述装配位221为凸包与凹口对应。其原理与上述相同,但是其结构上变化的是,凹口设置在弹片7上,凸包设置在铝合金边2上。其具体采用何种方式可以根据实际情况去选定,原来相同的都在此范围内。

本发明提供的加强型自行滑动传送装置,通过将塞头与底座拆分成独立的部件,进一步塞头又分成固定插头与加强部,加强部是与护栏护架反复插拔的部分,且作为一个受力区域,可以采用更加受力的塑胶材质制成,与底座部分的主体材质有所不同,加强部的材质更为牢固且强度更大,因此可以保证其反复插拔的寿命,并且有其材质更优,因此又能使得塞头的整体寿命增加。其组装也很简便,通过加强部与主体部的四方形框体的缺口与卡块,凹槽与凸条分别对应,将其卡在塞头上下方向不会发生移动,前后左右方向则受到四方形框体的作用而不会产生移动,因此其组装方便,降低了替换的成本,以及加强了产品本身的强度,提高了耐插拔的能力

Claims (10)

  1. 一种加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,包括底座,塞头,多个滚轴及铝合金边,底座的前后两端分别固定一所述塞头,左右两侧分别固定一所述铝合金边,其中所述塞头包括固定插头以及加强部,所述固定插头包括主体部,主体部的一端设有延伸部,另一端设有连接部,所述连接部与所述底座连接,主体部包括一四方形框体,与连接部连接的左壁面底部设有缺口,与延伸部连接的右壁面的底端设有一凹槽;所述加强部为四方形结构,其上设有多个上下相通的通槽,所述加强部收容于所述主体部的四方形框体内,加强部的底部一端设有卡块与所述缺口对应,一端设有凸条与所述凹槽对应;所述连接部的两端分别设有一弹片,所述弹片尾部与所述连接部连接,头部与所述连接部之间设有间距,且头部的外表面上设有一装配结构;
    所述底座包括多个滚轴座拼接而成,每一滚轴座上均设有安装滚轴的卡口,多个所述滚轴一一可旋转的固定于所述卡口内;
    所述铝合金边包括一底边,底边一侧延伸设有一侧边,侧边再向外延伸一顶边,顶边与底边平行,所述侧边上设有一两端分别设有一装配位与所述结构对应。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述装配结构为凸块,所述装配位为通孔与凸块对应。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述装配结构为凹口,所述装配位为凸包与凹口对应。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述右壁面的顶部还设有多个弧形口,所述通槽的槽口与所述弧形口连接,所述通槽的槽口包括两平行的长边与设于长边一端的弧形边。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述加强部的顶面上设有多根加强筋。
  6. 如权利要求1或5所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述左壁面的中部的设有一倒勾结构,所述加强部与倒勾相触的面上凹设有一台阶与所述倒勾结构对应。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,每一滚轴座均包括一体成型的底板及设于底板两侧的侧板,每一所述侧板上分别设有多个卡板,两两卡板之间形成用于卡接滚轴的卡口,每一所述卡板包括一T形板及一弧形板叠致而成,每一所述T形板一横向的耳部及与之相连的设于中部向立部,所述弧形板上端窄下端宽,且弧形板在与T形板的耳部位置重叠的位置处宽度小于耳部,在与立部重叠的位置处宽度大于立部而小于耳部,每一所述T形板外侧分别设有一凸台,凸台的高度低于T形板,底部与T形板齐平,所述铝合金边的顶边抵接于凸台顶面,侧边抵接于凸台的侧面,底边与凸台底面及底板底面相连。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述底板上设有多个加强条,每一加强条分别设于两两相对的卡板之间。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述底板在设于两两相邻的加强条之间均设有一通孔。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的加强型自行滑动传送装置,其特征在于,所述弧形板的顶端低于T形板的顶端或与T形板的顶端相同;所述T形板与所述弧形板及所述凸台为一体成型结构。
