Description
本揭露涉及显示技术领域,特别涉及一种双面显示面板的背板结构、双面显示面板及双面显示面板的制作方法。
在现代通信行业中,手机、电视、平板、笔记本、数码相机等产品市场需求越来越大,各种显示设备也向可弯折发展。在柔性全面屏显示模块制造中,必然需要使用弯折工艺,如图1所示。参见图2,现在产品生产工艺中受制程精度限制,两段背板之间容易出现错位d,弯折后存在圆弧形状不佳(图中箭头所指处),半径R精度不稳定问题,降低产品品质,如图2的右方所示。
因此,目前亟需一种双面显示面板的背板结构、双面显示面板及双面显示面板的制作方法以解决上述问题。
现有背板结构容易出现错位,可挠性电路板弯折后存在圆弧形状不佳,半径精度不稳定的技术问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本揭示提供双面显示面板的背板结构包括一第一背板,一扶强材,以及一第二背板。所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面。所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面。所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。

相较于现有技术,为解决上述技术问题,本揭示提供的双面显示面板的背板结构、双面显示面板及双面显示面板的制作方法,保证了两段背板之间平齐,避免错位,改善圆弧形状,提升圆弧半径R精度,提升产品可靠性。本揭露通过所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐,解决现有背板结构容易出现错位,可挠性电路板弯折后存在圆弧形状不佳,半径R精度不稳定的技术问题。

具体的,双面显示面板1000还可包括触控面板50、触控面板的软性电路板70、偏光片80、玻璃外盖60等,本发明不限于此。
请参阅图5,本揭露还提出了一种双面显示面板的制造方法,包括步骤S101:提供一背板结构、步骤S102:提供一第一显示面板、一第二显示面板及一电连接于所述第一显示面板与所述第二显示面板的一可挠性电路板、步骤S103:将所述第一显示面板固定于所述背板结构的一表面、以及步骤S104:将所述第二显示面板固定于所述背板结构的另一表面。
请参阅图5与图6,其中,步骤S101:提供所述背板结构的步骤,包括步骤S101-1:提供一第一背板、步骤S101-2:提供一扶强材、步骤S101-3:将所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面、步骤S101-4:提供一第二背板、以及步骤S101-5:将所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面。其中所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
请参阅图4与图3,具体的,将扶强材30对准第一背板10的边缘贴合,制程容易且精度好控制。将第二背板20对准扶强材30的边缘贴合,制程容易且精度好控制。因为第二面板200此时尚未与第二背板20贴合,所以位于第一面板100与第二面板200之间的可挠性电路板300在此过程中并不会干扰贴合动作的精准度。将背板结构400组装完毕后,再来将第二面板200贴合至背板结构400,此时只需对准第二面板200与第一面板100即可。
请参阅图3,本揭露的一实施例的双面显示面板制造方法,其中将所述第一显示面板固定于所述背板结构的一表面的步骤中,将所述第一显示面板100固定于所述背板结构400的所述第一背板10的一表面。
具体的,所述第一背板10与所述扶强材30之间还包括一散热材40。
本揭露的一实施例的双面显示面板制造方法,其中将所述第二显示面板固定于所述背板结构的另一表面的步骤中,将所述第二显示面板200固定于所述背板结构400的所述第二背板20的一表面。
本揭露的双面显示面板的背板结构、双面显示面板及双面显示面板的制作方法,保证了两段背板之间平齐,避免错位,改善圆弧形状,提升圆弧半径R精度,提升产品可靠性。本揭露通过所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐,解决现有背板结构容易出现错位,可挠性电路板弯折后存在圆弧形状不佳,半径R精度不稳定的技术问题。

Claims (16)
- 一种双面显示面板的背板结构,包括:一第一背板,一扶强材,以及一第二背板,其中,所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面,所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面;所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其中,所述第二背板与所述扶强材为一体式设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其中,所述第一背板与所述扶强材之间还包括一散热材。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其中,所述散热材的边缘与所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求3所述的背板结构,其中,所述散热材的材料包括铜/石墨发泡复合材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的背板结构,其中,所述扶强材的材料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或环烯烃聚合物。
- 一种双面显示面板的结构,包括:一第一显示面板,一第二显示面板,一可挠性电路板,与一背板结构,其中,所述可挠性电路板电连接所述第一显示面板与所述第二显示面板,所述背板结构包括:一第一背板,一扶强材,以及一第二背板,其中,所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面,且所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面;其中,所述第一显示面板固定于所述第一背板背对所述扶强材的一表面;所述第二显示面板固定于所述第二背板背对所述扶强材的一表面,所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述第一背板与所述扶强材之间还包括一散热材。
- 根据权利要求8所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述散热材的边缘与所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求9所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述散热材的材料包括铜/石墨发泡复合材料。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述扶强材的材料包括聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯或环烯烃聚合物。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述第一显示板面的一边缘与所述第二显示面板的一边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双面显示面板的结构,其中,所述第二背板与所述扶强材为一体式设置。
- 根据权利要求7所述的双面显示面板的结构,还包括:触控面板;触控面板的软性电路板;偏光片;以及玻璃外盖。
- 一种双面显示面板的制作方法,包括:提供一背板结构;提供一第一显示面板、一第二显示面板及一电连接于所述第一显示面板与所述第二显示面板的一可挠性电路板;将所述第一显示面板固定于所述背板结构的一表面;以及将所述第二显示面板固定于所述背板结构的另一表面,其中,所述背板结构,包括:一第一背板,一扶强材,以及一第二背板,其中,所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面,所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面;所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
- 根据权利要求15所述的双面显示面板的制作方法,其中,提供所述背板结构的步骤,包括:提供一第一背板;提供一扶强材;将所述第一背板固定于所述扶强材的一表面;提供一第二背板;以及将所述第二背板固定于所述扶强材的另一表面,所述第一背板、所述扶强材及所述第二背板的边缘彼此对齐。
