“旋转杯”就是这样的一种游乐设施。目前市面上的这款旋转杯虽说是适玩于不同年龄段人群,但仍属于低龄段进行娱乐的游乐设施,不少成年人碍于面子而不乘坐,它的可玩性与刺激性不够。
技术问题
针对现有技术中存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提供一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,游乐设备将旋转杯的游乐环境置于空中,可完成舱体公转及自转运动以及舱体的升降运动,加大了刺激性,加强了动手意识。
技术解决方案
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:

本游乐设备的工作过程和原理:启动电动机,电动机通过联轴器带动蜗杆开始转动,蜗杆带动与它相啮合的涡轮转动,从而带动公转轴转动,第一齿轮随公转轴的转动而转动,第一齿轮带动套在定轴上的第二齿轮转动,定轴不转动,第二齿轮带动与它相啮合的安装在顶盘上的内齿轮转动,内齿轮带动顶盘转动,顶盘带动公转臂转动,形成舱体的公转运动。任意方向转动舱体内的方向盘,方向盘固连在自转轴的顶部,因此带动自转轴转动,从而带动安装在自转轴上的中心轮转动,中心轮带动与它相啮合的行星轮转动,行星轮带动与它相啮合的第一内圈转动,第一内圈与座舱相连,从而座舱转动,完成舱体的自转运动。通过操作座舱内安装的控制面板,控制液压系统,进而控制液压缸的缸体运动,缸体运动带动升降臂进行转动,从而带动安装在升降臂末端的舱体完成升降倾斜运动。舱体在初始状态时保持水平,距离水平面的高度为2米,可通过简易的登机梯进入座舱。在此游乐设施安装时,公转臂上平面应与地面处于同一水平面。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:包括支座,转动式安装在支座上的顶盘,用于驱动顶盘旋转的驱动机构,多个沿着圆周方向均匀分布且均固定在顶盘上的公转臂,转动式安装在公转臂上的升降臂,安装在升降臂上的舱体,设有液压缸的液压系统;液压缸的一端固定在公转臂上,液压缸的另一端铰接在升降臂上;
    舱体包括与升降臂相对固定的底座,转动式安装在底座上的座舱,用于驱动座舱旋转的旋转机构;旋转机构包括转动式安装在底座上的自转轴,套装在自转轴上的中心轮,转动式安装在底座上的行星轮,安装在底座上的第一回转支承;中心轮和行星轮相互啮合,第一回转支承包括第一外圈和带有齿型的第一内圈,行星轮和第一内圈相互啮合,第一内圈与座舱固定连接,第一外圈与底座固定连接。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:底座设有内空腔,底座内的底部设有凸柱,行星轮通过轴承转动式地安装在凸柱上;行星轮有多个,多个行星轮沿着圆周方向均匀分布,每个行星轮均与第一内圈相啮合。
  3. 按照权利要求2所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:第一回转支承放置在底座的内部,第一内圈通过螺栓与座舱的底部固定在一起,第一外圈通过螺栓与底座固定在一起。
  4. 按照权利要求2所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:底座的外部设有套座,套座和底座固定在一起,套座固定在升降臂上;座舱内设有多个座椅,每个座椅上配有安全带。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:驱动机构包括电动机,通过联轴器安装在电动机上的蜗杆,固定在支座上的第一轴承支座,转动式安装在第一轴承支座上的公转轴,套装在公转轴上的涡轮,套装在公转轴上的第一齿轮,固定在支座上的定轴,套装在定轴上的第二齿轮,固定安装在顶盘上的内齿轮;蜗杆和涡轮相啮合,第一齿轮和第二齿轮相啮合,第二齿轮和内齿轮相啮合;顶盘通过第二回转支承和支座转动式安装在一起,第二回转支承包括第二外圈和第二内圈,第二内圈与顶盘相固定,第二外圈与支座相固定。
  6. 按照权利要求5所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:驱动机构还包括固定在支座上的第二轴承支座,蜗杆穿过第二轴承支座。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:升降臂上设有支撑杆。
  8. 按照权利要求4所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:座椅旁边设有控制面板,控制面板与液压系统信号连接。
  9. 按照权利要求1所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:座舱呈杯状形。
  10. 按照权利要求1所述的一种带空中旋转杯的游乐设备,其特征在于:自转轴的上端设有方向盘。
