本发明即针对现有技术问题所存在的缺陷研发而提出。

如图1-9所示,本发明一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,包括容器本体1,所述容器本体1的形状除了常规的容器瓶体形状外,海波扩其他的形状,所述容 器本体1口部连接有用于向容器本体1内腔打气的打气盖组件2,所述容器本体1的口部根据需要,可以设置在侧面、顶部或底部,所述打气盖组件2包括盖连接座201和活动盖202,所述盖连接座201上下开口且下开口与容器本体1口部连接,所述活动盖202可活动连接于盖连接座201的上开口,所述盖连接座201与活动盖202之间设有可滑动密封接触的活塞环203,所述盖连接座201与活动盖202连接后形成有充气腔室204,当活动盖相对盖连接座向下运动而压缩充气腔室时,活塞环则使得活动盖与盖连接座密封滑动接触,而当活动盖复位时,外界空气则可以通过活塞环与活动盖或该连接座之间的间隙而进入充气腔室,所述充气腔室204与容器本体1之间设有当活动盖202相对盖连接座201活动而压缩充气腔室204而使得充气腔室204内的气体单向进入容器本体1内腔的第一单向阀205,所述盖连接座201或活动盖202上设有用于限制活动盖202相对盖连接座201活动行程进而调节压缩充气腔室204体积变化的定量调节机构3,所述容器本体1内腔还可连通有出液导管组件4。因此,通过在活动盖或盖连接座上设有定量调节机构,进而可限制活动盖相对盖连接座的活动行程,控制充气腔室内的气体进入容器本体内腔的量,故可定量的压出相应体积的溶液。
如图1-3所示,所述定量调节机构3设在盖连接座201上,所述定量调节机构3包括设在盖连接座201上的调节螺纹31,所述调节螺纹31上连接有当活动盖202相对盖连接座201向下运动时可抵触活动盖202以限制活动盖202继续向下运动的调节环32,调节环32具有与调节螺纹配合的内螺纹,通过转动调节环,故可增加或减小活动盖向下运动的行程,可在盖连接座201侧面相应设置有刻度标识,使用者根据需要,通过将调节环转动到不同刻度标识位置,当活动盖下压时,即可从出液导管组件中导出定量的溶液。
如图6-9所示,所述定量调节机构3设在活动盖202上,所述定量调节机构3包括设在活动盖202上的调节螺纹孔33,所述调节螺纹孔33连接有当活动盖202相对盖连接座201向下运动时可抵触充气腔室204底部以限制活动盖202继续向下运动的调节螺柱34,通过转动调节螺柱34,调节螺柱34的下端距离充气腔室的底部则相应变化,故可增加或减小活动盖向下运动的行程,可在调节螺柱34侧面相应设置有刻度标识,使用者根据需要,通过将调节螺柱34转动到不同刻度标识位置,当活动盖下压时,即可从出液导管组件中导出定量的溶液。
如图4-5所示,所述定量调节机构3设在活动盖202上,所述定量调节机构3包括设在活动盖202上的调节螺纹31,所述调节螺纹31上连接有当活动盖202相对盖连接座201向下运动时可抵触盖连接座201以限制活动盖202继续向下运动的调节环32。调节环32具有与调节螺纹配合的内螺纹,通过转动调节环,故可增加或减小活动盖向下运动的行程,可在活动盖202侧面相应设置有刻度标识,使用者根据需要,通过将调节环转动到不同刻度标识位置,当活动盖下压时,即可从出液导管组件中导出定量的溶液。
为了便于安装第一单向阀,所述盖连接座201上下开口之间设有隔板206,所述隔板206形成充气腔室204的底部。
如图1-5所示,所述活动盖202上设有补气孔5,活动盖上设有补气孔,使用时,使用者用手堵住补气孔,向下按压活动盖,位于充气腔室内的空气则可单向进入容器本体内腔,当活动盖复位时,使用者的手则将补气孔打开,故外界空气可迅速进入充气腔室内,所以,具有打气及出液高效的特点。
如图5所示,所述充气腔室204内设有用于使活动盖202相对盖连接座201自动复位的弹性件6。在充气腔室内设置有弹性件,活动盖可相对盖连接座自动复位,具有使用方便及省力的特点。
所述弹性件6为弹簧片,该弹簧片的上端与活动盖202连接,且该弹簧片的下端始终抵触于充气腔室204。充气腔室204底部中间向上凸起,初始状态时,该弹簧片的下端始终抵触于充气腔室204底部凸起的上表面,当向下按压活动盖时,弹簧片下端则偏离充气腔室204底部凸起而朝外侧滑动。当使用者松开时,活动盖在弹簧片的作用下则自动复位。
如图1、2和6所示,所述出液导管组件4包括设置于盖连接座201上的出液嘴41,所述出液嘴41内端口连接有伸入容器本体1内腔的导管42。当活动盖往复地向容器本体内腔充气时,其容器本体内腔的溶液则先进入导管,再从出液嘴流出。
如图3、4、7和8所示,所述出液导管组件4包括设置于容器5本体1底部的导管42。当活动盖往复地向容器本体内腔充气时,其容器本体内腔的溶液由底部则从导管流出。
如图5和9所示,所述出液导管组件4包括设置于容器本体1外侧的出 液嘴41,所述出液嘴41内端口连接有向容器本体1内腔底部延伸的导管42,该导管可与容器本体一体连接成型,当活动盖往复地向容器本体内腔充气时,其容器本体内腔的溶液则先进入导管,再从出液嘴流出。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于包括容器本体(1),所述容器本体(1)口部连接有用于向容器本体(1)内腔打气的打气盖组件(2),所述打气盖组件(2)包括盖连接座(201)和活动盖(202),所述盖连接座(201)上下开口且下开口与容器本体(1)口部连接,所述活动盖(202)可活动连接于盖连接座(201)的上开口,所述盖连接座(201)与活动盖(202)之间设有可滑动密封接触的活塞环(203),所述盖连接座(201)与活动盖(202)连接后形成有充气腔室(204),所述充气腔室(204)与容器本体(1)之间设有当活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)活动而压缩充气腔室(204)而使得充气腔室(204)内的气体单向进入容器本体(1)内腔的第一单向阀(205),所述盖连接座(201)或活动盖(202)上设有用于限制活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)活动行程进而调节压缩充气腔室(204)体积变化的定量调节机构(3),所述容器本体(1)内腔还可连通有出液导管组件(4)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述定量调节机构(3)设在盖连接座(201)上,所述定量调节机构(3)包括设在盖连接座(201)上的调节螺纹(31),所述调节螺纹(31)上连接有当活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)向下运动时可抵触活动盖(202)以限制活动盖(202)继续向下运动的调节环(32)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述定量调节机构(3)设在活动盖(202)上,所述定量调节机构(3)包括设在活动盖(202)上的调节螺纹孔(33),所述调节螺纹孔(33)连接有当活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)向下运动时可抵触充气腔室(204)底部以限制活动盖(202)继续向下运动的调节螺柱(34)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述定量调节机构(3)设在活动盖(202)上,所述定量调节机构(3)包括设在活动盖(202)上的调节螺纹(31),所述调节螺纹(31)上连接有当活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)向下运动时可抵触盖连接座(201)以限制活动盖(202)继续向下运动的调节环(32)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述盖连接座(201)上下开口之间设有隔板(206),所述隔板(206)形成充气腔室(204) 的底部,所述第一单向阀(205)设置于隔板(206)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述活动盖(202)上设有补气孔(5)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述充气腔室(204)内设有用于使活动盖(202)相对盖连接座(201)自动复位的弹性件(6)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述弹性件(6)为弹簧片,该弹簧片的上端与活动盖(202)连接,且该弹簧片的下端始终抵触于充气腔室(204)。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述出液导管组件(4)包括设置于盖连接座(201)上的出液嘴(41),所述出液嘴(41)内端口连接有伸入容器本体(1)内腔的导管(42)。
  10. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述出液导管组件(4)包括设置于容器5本体(1)底部的导管(42)。
  11. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述一种可定量调节的打气出液容器,其特征在于所述出液导管组件(4)包括设置于容器本体(1)外侧的出液嘴(41),所述出液嘴(41)内端口连接有向容器本体(1)内腔底部延伸的导管(42)。
