如图1-3所示,本发明一种具有打气出液的容器,包括容器本体102,所 述容器本体102内设有储液腔103,所述容器本体102上设有与储液腔103连通的瓶口111,所述瓶口111上连接有充气盖,所述充气盖包括底座1和活动盖2,所述底座1下开口用于瓶口111连接,所述活动盖2可活动地连接于底座1上开口,所述活动盖2或底座1上设有使得活动盖2相对底座1可密封滑动的活塞环4,所述活动盖2与底座1之间形成有喷液腔室112,所述喷液腔室112底部设有可使得储液腔103内的溶液单向进入喷液腔室112内的第一单向阀6,所述活动盖2上设有可与储液腔103连通的补气孔7,所述补气孔7上设有只可外界空气单向进入储液腔103内的第二单向阀204,所述活动盖2上设有可与喷液腔室112连通的出液嘴202,为了便于引流,在所述出液嘴202上可套接软管。因此,人们使用过程中,在活动盖2复位而扩增喷液腔室的体积时,外界空气则通过位于活动盖上的补气孔及第二单向阀迅速进入储液腔内,储液腔内的溶液则进入喷液腔室,使用者再下压活动盖,喷液腔室112内的溶液则可从出液嘴喷出。
为了喷液腔室112在使用前后具有较好的密封性能,在所述出液嘴202上设有第三单向阀203,所述活动盖2压缩喷液腔室112时,喷液腔室112内的溶液通过第三单向阀203单向地从出液嘴202喷出。
所述补气孔7设有向下延伸而与储液腔103连通的补气管113,当活动盖2向上复位而扩增喷液腔室112体积时外界空气则通过补气孔7上的第二单向阀204单向地进入储液腔103内,迫使储液腔103内的溶液经过第一单向阀6而单向进入喷液腔室112内。
所述底座1上、下开口且下开口用于瓶口111连接,所述底座1内设有将底座1上开口和下开口分隔开的隔块5而成为喷液腔室112的底部,所述第一单向阀6设在隔块5上。
所述活动盖2内设有向下延伸且可弹性弯折的弹片9,所述弹片9下端始终抵触于喷液腔室112的底部。
所述喷液腔室112的底部中心向上凸起而形成有锥台8,所述第一单向阀6设置于锥台8上,初始时所述弹片9下端抵触于锥台8上表面,当活动盖2向下压缩喷液腔室112时,所述弹片9下端则沿着锥台8的锥面朝外侧滑动而偏离锥台8中心。本实施例中,所述锥台8不限为圆形锥台,所述锥台8上表面与隔块5表面之间平滑过渡,以便于弹片9下端由锥台8上表面与隔块5表面之间滑 动。另外,如图1-2所示,所述锥台8上表面设有向上凸起的弹性胶,所述弹性胶底部设有划口而形成第一单向阀6。
工作时,往复按压活动盖,且在向下按压时,第一单向阀6关闭,位于喷液腔室112内的溶液则冲开第三单向阀203而从出液嘴喷出;当活动盖复位时,外界空气则通过补气孔及第二单向阀204单向快速地进入储液腔内,储液腔内溶液则冲开第一单向阀6而进入喷液腔室内,如此反复。
如图4-5所示,本发明还提供一种具有打气出液的容器,包括容器本体102,所述容器本体102内设有储液腔103,所述容器本体102上设有与储液腔103连通的瓶口111,所述瓶口111上连接有充气盖,所述充气盖包括底座1和活动盖2,所述活动盖2可活动地连接于底座1上开口,所述活动盖2与底座1之间形成有充气腔室3,所述活动盖2或底座1上设有可密封滑动的活塞环4,所述充气腔室3底部设有当活动盖2压缩充气腔室3时使得充气腔室3内的空气单向进入储液腔103内的第一单向阀6,所述储液腔103内还设有喷液腔室112,所述喷液腔室112上端开口且与底座1下开口连接,所述喷液腔室112与储液腔103之间连接有导管106,所述活动盖2上设有与喷液腔室112连通的出液嘴202,为了便于引流,在所述出液嘴202上可套接软管。
所述底座1上、下开口且下开口用于瓶口111连接,所述底座1内设有将底座1上开口和下开口分隔开的隔块5而成为喷液腔室112的底部,所述第一单向阀6设在隔块5上。
为了快速补气,所述活动盖2上设有与充气腔室3连通的补气孔7。
所述充气腔室3底部设置有与第一单向阀6连接的充气管601,所述充气管601下端与储液腔103连通,使用时充气管601的下端高于液面。
所述出液嘴202上设有第二单向阀203而使得喷液腔室112内的溶液单向地从出液嘴202喷出。
为了便于活动盖被按后自动复位,所述活动盖2内设有向下延伸且可弹性弯折的弹片9,所述弹片9下端始终抵触于充气腔室3的底部。
所述充气腔室3的底部中心向上凸起而形成有锥台8,所述第一单向阀6设置于锥台8上,初始时所述弹片9下端抵触于锥台8上表面,当活动盖2向下压缩喷液腔室112时,所述弹片9下端则沿着锥台8的锥面朝外侧滑动而偏离锥 台8中心。本实施例中所述锥台8不限为圆形锥台,所述锥台8上表面与隔块5表面之间平滑过渡,以便于弹片9下端由锥台8上表面与隔块5表面之间滑动。另外,如图4-5所示,所述锥台8上表面设有向下凹陷的弹性胶,所述弹性胶底部设有划口而形成第一单向阀6。
工作时,往复按压活动盖,且在向下按压时,用手堵住补气孔,充气腔室内的空气则单向进入储液腔内;当活动盖复位时,手则松开补气孔,外界空气则通过补气孔则快速进入充气腔室内;在充气腔室内的空气则单向进入储液腔内时,储液腔内溶液则被压入喷液腔室,最终冲开第二单向阀而从出液嘴喷出。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种具有打气出液的容器,包括容器本体(102),其特征在于所述容器本体(102)内设有储液腔(103),所述容器本体(102)上设有与储液腔(103)连通的瓶口(111),所述瓶口(111)上连接有充气盖,所述充气盖包括底座(1)和活动盖(2),所述底座(1)下开口用于瓶口(111)连接,所述活动盖(2)可活动地连接于底座(1)上开口,所述活动盖(2)或底座(1)上设有使得活动盖(2)相对底座(1)可密封滑动的活塞环(4),所述活动盖(2)与底座(1)之间形成有喷液腔室(112),所述喷液腔室(112)底部设有可使得储液腔(103)内的溶液单向进入喷液腔室(112)内的第一单向阀(6),所述活动盖(2)上设有可与储液腔(103)连通的补气孔(7),所述补气孔(7)上设有只可外界空气单向进入储液腔(103)内的第二单向阀(204),所述活动盖(2)上设有可与喷液腔室(112)连通的出液嘴(202)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述出液嘴(202)上设有第三单向阀(203),所述活动盖(2)压缩喷液腔室(112)时,喷液腔室(112)内的溶液通过第三单向阀(203)单向地从出液嘴(202)喷出。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述补气孔(7)设有向下延伸而与储液腔(103)连通的补气管(113),当活动盖(2)向上复位而扩增喷液腔室(112)体积时外界空气则通过补气孔(7)上的第二单向阀(204)单向地进入储液腔(103)内,迫使储液腔(103)内的溶液经过第一单向阀(6)而单向进入喷液腔室(112)内。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述底座(1)上、下开口且下开口用于瓶口(111)连接,所述底座(1)内设有将底座(1)上开口和下开口分隔开的隔块(5)而成为喷液腔室(112)的底部,所述第一单向阀(6)设在隔块(5)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述活动盖(2)内设有向下延伸且可弹性弯折的弹片(9),所述弹片(9)下端始终抵触于喷液腔室(112)的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述喷液腔室(112)的底部中心向上凸起而形成有锥台(8),所述第一单向阀(6)设置于锥台(8)上,初始时所述弹片(9)下端抵触于锥台(8)上表面,当活动盖(2) 向下压缩喷液腔室(112)时,所述弹片(9)下端则沿着锥台(8)的锥面朝外侧滑动而偏离锥台(8)中心。
  7. 一种具有打气出液的容器,包括容器本体(102),其特征在于所述容器本体(102)内设有储液腔(103),所述容器本体(102)上设有与储液腔(103)连通的瓶口(111),所述瓶口(111)上连接有充气盖,所述充气盖包括底座(1)和活动盖(2),所述活动盖(2)可活动地连接于底座(1)上开口,所述活动盖(2)与底座(1)之间形成有充气腔室(3),所述活动盖(2)或底座(1)上设有可密封滑动的活塞环(4),所述充气腔室(3)底部设有当活动盖(2)压缩充气腔室(3)时使得充气腔室(3)内的空气单向进入储液腔(103)内的第一单向阀(6),所述储液腔(103)内还设有喷液腔室(112),所述喷液腔室(112)上端开口且与底座(1)下开口连接,所述喷液腔室(112)与储液腔(103)之间连接有导管(106),所述活动盖(2)上设有与喷液腔室(112)连通的出液嘴(202)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述底座(1)上、下开口且下开口用于瓶口(111)连接,所述底座(1)内设有将底座(1)上开口和下开口分隔开的隔块(5)而成为喷液腔室(112)的底部,所述第一单向阀(6)设在隔块(5)上。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述活动盖(2)上设有与充气腔室(3)连通的补气孔(7)。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述充气腔室(3)底部设置有与第一单向阀(6)连接的充气管(601),所述充气管(601)下端与储液腔(103)连通。
  11. 根据权利要求7所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述出液嘴(202)上设有第二单向阀(203)而使得喷液腔室(112)内的溶液单向地从出液嘴(202)喷出。
  12. 根据权利要求7-11任意一项所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述活动盖(2)内设有向下延伸且可弹性弯折的弹片(9),所述弹片(9)下端始终抵触于充气腔室(3)的底部。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述一种具有打气出液的容器,其特征在于所述充气腔室 (3)的底部中心向上凸起而形成有锥台(8),所述第一单向阀(6)设置于锥台(8)上,初始时所述弹片(9)下端抵触于锥台(8)上表面,当活动盖(2)向下压缩喷液腔室(112)时,所述弹片(9)下端则沿着锥台(8)的锥面朝外侧滑动而偏离锥台(8)中心。
