目前市场上有很多的卡板箱、围板箱锁定结构或装置。例如专利号为ZL201210295537.6中提出了一种容器盖子锁定机构,该容器具有底座、侧板、以及盖子。其中,锁定机构位于盖子的边缘且在侧板的上方;且锁定机构具有锁定构件、复位构件和导向构件。在锁定构件用于将盖子锁定在容器的侧板上,复位构件和导向构件用于在关闭盖子时使得锁定构件将盖子锁定在容器的侧板上。具体地,复位构件用于将锁定构件朝向锁定位置偏置,锁定构件能够沿导向构件移动到锁定位置。在将盖子从容器侧板解锁时,需要手动施加外力来克服复位构件的偏置而将锁定构件移动到解锁位置,从而将盖子从容器的侧板移除。但在卡板箱或围板箱体积较大时,在盖子的边缘往往会设置多个锁定机构,在将盖子移除时,需要多个操作人员同时操作各个锁定机构,手动施加外力而将锁定构件移动到解锁位置,而在操作人员数量不够时,难以实现多个锁定机构的解锁并将盖子移除。
因此,本领域需要一种操作方便的锁定装置。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种新型的锁定装置,该锁定装置安装于箱盖,在将箱盖盖到卡板箱时锁定装置可以自动锁定,而解锁时能够方便地将锁定装置固定在解锁位置而不会自动复位。因此,一个操作人员即可依次对箱盖上的所有锁定装置进行解锁,并将箱盖从卡板箱移除。该锁定装置的卡板 箱盖的移除操作简便且节约人工。
本发明提供一种锁定装置,所述锁定装置包括:
基座,所述基座设有止挡件;
锁定件,所述锁定件安装于所述基座并设置成能够相对于所述基座在锁定位置与解锁位置之间移动;
第一偏置装置,所述第一偏置装置设置在所述基座与所述锁定件之间,并用于将所述锁定件朝向所述锁定位置偏置;
定位件,所述定位件可动地连接到所述锁定件,并构造成能够在止挡位置与自由位置之间运动,在所述止挡位置,所述定位件与所述止挡件接合,所述止挡件阻挡所述锁定件朝向所述锁定位置移动,在所述自由位置,所述定位件与所述止挡件脱离,并且所述锁定件能够朝向所述锁定位置运动,且所述定位件还构造成在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,朝向所述止挡位置偏置;以及
触发件,所述触发件可动地连接到所述基座,并设置成能够从初始位置移动以将所述定位件推离所述止挡位置。
一实施例中,所述锁定装置还包括第二偏置装置,所述第二偏置装置连接于所述定位件的第一端,并构造成在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,将所述定位件的第二端朝向所述止挡位置偏置。
一实施例中,所述定位件的至少一部分由弹性材料制成,所述定位件的初始形状使得在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,所述定位件处于止挡位置。
一实施例中,所述锁定装置还包括第三偏置装置,所述第三偏置装置与所述触发件关联并能够使得所述触发件复位到所述初始位置。
一实施例中,所述定位件枢转地连接到所述锁定件,并构造成能够在止挡位置与自由位置之间枢转。
一实施例中,所述触发件枢转地或滑动地连接到所述基座。

本发明的有益效果包括:为了克服现有的不足,本发明提供了一种全新的锁定装置,其解决的技术问题:可以自动锁定,打开的时候可以先操作一侧锁定装置使其处于解锁位置而不会复位,然后再到另外一侧解锁锁定装置并取下箱盖,可以方便地进行单人操作,节约人工。

参见图1,其中示出了根据本发明的锁定装置100。该锁定装置100包括:基座110、锁定件120、定位件130、以及触发件140。锁定件120安装于基座110并能够在锁定位置与非锁定位置之间移动。定位件130可动地安装于锁定件120,并可在两个位置之间移动,在其中一个位置,在锁定件120朝向锁定位置移动时,定位件130会被基座110上的止挡件112(见下文)阻挡;而在另一个位置,锁定件120能够朝向锁定位置移动。触发件140能够将定位件130从一个位置移动到另一位置。
具体来说,基座110设有止挡件112。在所示具体实施例中,基座110具有大致矩形的基板部111,止挡件112从基板部111的下表面向下延伸。但应理解,基板部111的形状可根据需要任意设置,而不限于上述形状。在所示实施例中,止挡件112为在基板部111的前端附近从基板部111向下延伸的挂台(见图5)。在基板部111上设有开口1111,通过该开口1111可触及位于基座110下方的锁定件120。在基板部111的上表面上开口1111周围还设有凹槽部1112,用于引导锁定件120的相应部分相对于基座110移动。在所示实施例中,凹槽部1112设置在开口1111的前侧,但应理解,本发明并不限于此。
参见图6-8,锁定件120安装于基座110并相对于基座110在锁定位置与解锁 位置之间移动。图6示出了锁定件120处于解锁位置,而图7示出了锁定件120处于锁定位置。在所示实施例中,锁定件120在基座110下方与基座110相邻设置。锁定件120包括主体部121。在所示实施例中,该主体部121呈大致长方体形状。但应理解,该主体部121的形状可根据需要任意设置而不限于上述形状。在该主体部121的上表面处设有向上并向前延伸的基座接合部124。在所示实施例中,基座接合部124呈薄片形状且小于开口1111的尺寸,并可穿过基座110上的开口1111与开口1111周围的凹槽部1112接合,由此锁定件120可由于凹槽部1112对基座接合部124的引导而相对于基座110内外滑动,从而在锁定位置与解锁位置之间切换。此外,还可设想,基座接合部124在该主体部121的上表面处设有向上并向后延伸,相应地,凹槽部1112位于开口1111的后侧。
锁定件120向前移动到锁定位置时,基座接合部124在凹槽部1112内移动至前端位置。更佳地,为了便于确定锁定件120已相对于基座110移动至锁定位置,在基座接合部124与凹槽部1112彼此相对的表面上设有彼此互补的凹凸结构,当锁定件120移动至锁定位置时,基座接合部124和凹槽部1112上的上述互补凹凸结构彼此接合,并发出咔哒声,由此操作人员可判断锁定件120已完全进入锁定位置。此外,还较佳地是在基座接合部124的上表面还设有凹腔123,便于操作人员用手指操作锁定件120以用作例如从锁定位置移动到解锁位置的拉手。
主体部121还设有从主体部121下端向前延伸的锁舌122。当锁定件120处于锁定位置时,锁舌122伸入卡板箱围板220(见图11)上的相应锁孔240内。此外,在主体部121与基座110之间设置有第一偏置装置150以将锁定件120朝向锁定位置偏置。在所示实施例中,在主体部121的后侧表面上还设有两个盲孔125(见图2a)。相应地,在基座110的后端附近设有从基板部111向下延伸的端壁113,在端壁113的前侧表面上也设有相应的两个凸台114(见图7)。将例如压簧的第一偏置装置150的两端分别限制在盲孔125内和凸台114外以对锁定件120施加向前的推力。但应理解,盲孔125和凸台114的数量并不限于两个,而是可以根据需要设置为任何合适的数量。在主体部121的后侧表面上也可设置凸台来代替盲孔。同样地,在端壁113的前侧表面也可设置盲孔来代替凸台。此外,第一偏置装置150也可以设置在例如端壁113与基座接合部124的后侧端面之间以对锁定件120施加向前的推力。此外,还可设想,也可在基座110的前端与主体部121的前端之间设置例如弹性筋条来对锁定件120施加向前的拉力,从而实现朝向锁定位置的偏置。
如图2a和2b所示,在主体部121的底面上还设有凹腔126。该凹腔126沿前后方向延伸。在凹腔126内安装有定位件130。该定位件130转动地连接到锁定件120。在所示实施例中,定位件130呈杆状结构,位于凹腔126内并枢转地连接至锁定件120。定位件130的前端面为定位平面132。具体地,定位件130通过枢转销131枢转连接。枢转销131穿过定位件130上的横向穿通销孔以及凹腔126纵向相对壁上的盲销孔而实现该枢转连接。
定位件130在枢转销131后侧的位置(即后端,或称第一端)设有位于定位件130与凹腔126的顶壁之间的第二偏置装置160。具体地,如图6所示,在凹腔126的顶壁上和定位件130的上表面上对应的位置分别设有凹槽1261和134,以分别限制例如为塔簧的第二偏置装置160的两端。第二偏置装置160对定位件130施加偏置力以使定位件130的前端(即第二端)向上偏转。但应理解,也可设置其他弹性装置,只要能够对定位件130施加偏置力将其朝向止挡位置偏置即可。第二偏置装置160的位置也不限于上述实施例,而是可设置于定位件130与锁定件120之间的任何合适位置。此外,为了确保定位件130的前端在第二偏置装置160的作用下能够移动到与止挡件112抵接的止挡位置,且在于止挡件112脱离开之后能够顺滑地向锁定位置移动,定位件130呈弯折杆形状,定位件130的在锁定轴与前端之间的部段相对于锁定轴与后端之间的部段向上弯折。
在上述实施例中,定位件130由刚性材料制成。在另一实施例中,定位件130的至少一部分由弹性材料制成,例如弹性橡胶;或者例如定位件130由金属制成,定位件130的一部分为片簧结构,使得当锁定件120处于解锁状态时,定位件130的前端向上偏转至止挡位置。此时,可以不设置单独的塔簧等单独的偏置装置。
当克服第一偏置装置150的作用力将锁定件120保持于解锁位置时,定位件130能够在第二偏置装置160的偏置力作用下转动到止挡位置,在止挡位置,定位件130与止挡件112接合以阻止所述锁定件120朝向所述锁定位置移动,从而将锁定件120定位在解锁位置。当克服第二偏置装置使定位件130的前端向下偏转时,定位件130处在自由位置,此时定位件130与止挡件112脱开,从而锁定件120能够相对于基座110自由移动。当定位件130处于止挡位置时,定位件130与例如挂台的止挡件112抵接,从而阻止锁定件120由于第一偏置装置150的作用而朝向锁定位置移动。在所示实施例中,第二偏置装置160为设置于定位件130与锁定件120之间的塔簧。
锁定装置100还包括触发件140。该触发件140可动地连接到基座110,并能 够相对于基座110移动将定位件130推离与止挡件112接合的位置。具体地,在所示实施例中,如图5-7所示,触发件140枢转地连接到基座110,具体地是连接到基座110的下表面上止挡件112的前侧。触发件140的两侧通过枢转销142枢转连接至基座110。触发件140的一端还设有导向斜面115。
较佳地,还在触发件140与基座110之间设置第三偏置装置170将触发件140朝向初始位置偏置。在该实施例中,在两个枢转销或其中之一上套设有扭簧170。触发件140位于枢转销142的后端部分称为触发台143。此外,为了使得触发件140的触发台143在转动过程中能够避让止挡件112,在触发件140上设有穿通孔141,该穿通孔141可套在例如挂台的止挡件112上,从而在触发件140转动过程中不受止挡件112的阻挡。应理解,触发件140与挂台之间的避让可通过其他避让结构设计来实现。例如,挂台中部可设置有前后方向的穿通通道,触发件140的触发台143可穿过该穿通通道延伸并能够在该穿通通道内转动,由此避让开挂台。
在初始位置,触发件140的触发台143抵接基座110的下表面。而当对触发件140的前端施加向上的力时,触发件140的触发台143向下移动,从而将定位件130的前端推离止挡件112。由此,锁定件120能够朝向锁定位置移动。此时,实现锁定装置100的锁定。
此外,还可设想,触发件140也可前后滑动地连接至锁定件120。在该情况下,触发件140可在两侧设有连接销,而基座110的下表面设有沿前后方向延伸的凸台,凸台的相对表面设有滑槽,以容纳触发件140的连接销,从而实现触发件140的滑动连接。触发件140的前端和后端呈锥形。其中挂台中部设有前后方向的穿通通道供触发件140穿过。从而,当触发件140向后方移动时,能够将定位件130的定位平面132推离挂台,从而将其推离止挡位置。
如图9-11所示,根据本发明的锁定装置100在应用于卡板箱200时,将锁定装置100安装于箱盖210上的相应开孔211内。卡板箱200还包括底座230和从底座230向上延伸且彼此依次连接的围板220。在围板220的上边缘2201附近设有锁孔240。当箱盖210安装于围板220时,锁定装置100的锁定件120的锁舌122在锁定位置能够延伸到锁孔240内,从而将箱盖210锁定于围板220。
锁定装置100在箱盖210内的安装参见图11中细节A的放大图。箱盖210包括顶板212和从顶板212周边向下延伸的围边213。在箱盖210在围板220上就位时,围边213套设在围板220外。锁定装置100在箱盖210内安装就位后,锁定装 置100的前侧朝向箱盖210的周边,而后侧朝向箱盖210的中心,且触发件140靠近围边213定位,从而在箱盖210放置于围板220上的过程中,围板220的上边缘能够作用于触发件140的前端。
如图11所示,在将箱盖210放置于围板220以关闭围板箱200之前,操作人员通过基座110上的开口1111操作基座接合部124的例如凹槽部1112以克服第一偏置装置150的偏置力而将锁定件120相对于基座110移动到解锁位置,此时触发件140处于初始位置,而定位件130在第二偏置装置160的作用下处于止挡位置,即其定位平面132与止挡件112抵接,防止锁定件120朝向锁定位置移动。
如图12所示,在将箱盖210放置于围板220的过程中,围板220的上边缘上推触发件140的前端,由此触发件140转动,触发件140的触发台143向下推动定位件130的前端。如图13所示,当箱盖210在围板220上就位时,定位件130的前端脱离止挡件112。此时,由于定位件130的前端能够避让开止挡件112,锁定件120在第一偏置装置150的作用下向前端移动,由此将锁舌122插入锁孔240内,实现箱盖210与围板220之间的锁定。
如图14所示,当需要将箱盖210从围板220移除时,操作人员通过基座110上的开口1111操作基座接合部124的例如凹槽部1112以克服第一偏置装置150的偏置力而将锁定件120相对于基座110移动到解锁位置,此时由于触发件140处于触发位置,而定位件130在第二偏置装置160的作用下进入止挡位置,使得其定位平面132与触发件140的触发台143抵接,防止锁定件120朝向锁定位置移动,由此将锁定装置100固定在解锁位置。在实际操作中,单个操作人员可将箱盖210上的各个锁定装置100依次固定在解锁位置,从而将箱盖210移除。图14中示出的是箱盖210一侧的锁定装置100固定在解锁位置,而箱盖210另一侧的锁定装置100处于锁定位置。而在图15中,箱盖210两侧的锁定装置100均定位在解锁位置。
如图16所示,在将箱盖210移除之后,触发件140在第三偏置装置170的作用下复位到初始位置,锁定件120以及定位件130相应地向前端移动,直至定位件130的定位平面132与止挡件112抵接。
使用根据本发明的锁定装置,能够方便地由单个操作人员对卡板箱箱盖上的多个锁定装置进行依次解锁,从而价格箱盖移除。

  1. 一种锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括:
    基座,所述基座设有止挡件;
    锁定件,所述锁定件安装于所述基座并设置成能够相对于所述基座在锁定位置与解锁位置之间移动;
    第一偏置装置,所述第一偏置装置设置在所述基座与所述锁定件之间,并用于将所述锁定件朝向所述锁定位置偏置;
    定位件,所述定位件可动地连接到所述锁定件,并构造成能够在止挡位置与自由位置之间运动,在所述止挡位置,所述定位件与所述止挡件接合,所述止挡件阻挡所述锁定件朝向所述锁定位置移动,在所述自由位置,所述定位件与所述止挡件脱离,并且所述锁定件能够朝向所述锁定位置运动,且所述定位件还构造成在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,朝向所述止挡位置偏置;以及
    触发件,所述触发件可动地连接到所述基座,并设置成能够从初始位置移动以将所述定位件推离所述止挡位置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置还包括第二偏置装置,所述第二偏置装置连接于所述定位件的第一端,并构造成在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,将所述定位件的第二端朝向所述止挡位置偏置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位件的至少一部分由弹性材料制成,所述定位件的初始形状使得在所述锁定件处于解锁状态时,所述定位件处于止挡位置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置还包括第三偏置装置,所述第三偏置装置与所述触发件关联并能够使得所述触发件复位到所述初始位置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位件枢转地连接到所述锁定件,并构造成能够在止挡位置与自由位置之间枢转。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件枢转地或滑动地连接到所述基座。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述止挡件是从所述基座 的底面向下延伸的挂台。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位件为定位杆,当所述锁定件处于所述解锁位置时,所述定位杆的第二端由所述第二偏置装置朝向所述止挡位置偏置,在所述止挡位置与所述止挡件接合。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件构造成接合所述定位杆的所述第二端并能够将所述定位杆的所述第二端推离所述止挡位置。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位杆在两端之间的位置枢转连接到所述锁定件,所述第二偏置装置为塔簧,所述塔簧设置在所述定位杆的第一端与所述锁定件之间。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第一偏置装置是压簧。
  12. 根据权利要求4所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第三偏置装置是扭簧。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有主体部和从所述主体部延伸的锁舌,所述定位件可动地连接到所述主体部。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述主体部设有凹腔,所述凹腔内容纳有所述定位件,且所述定位件通过枢转销枢转地连接至凹腔的侧壁。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件的中部枢转地连接至所述基座,所述触发件的一端延伸超出所述基座,另一端位于所述定位件上方。
  16. 一种锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置包括:
    基座,所述基座设有止挡件;
    锁定件,所述锁定件设有主体部和从所述主体部延伸的锁舌,并可动地安装于所述基座;
    第一偏置装置,所述第一偏置装置安装在所述基座与所述锁定件之间;
    定位件,所述定位件可动地连接到所述主体部,并能够在抵靠所述止挡件的第一状态和脱离所述止挡件的第二状态之间运动;
    第二偏置装置,所述第二偏置装置位于所述定位件的第一端与所述主体部之间;以及
    触发件,所述触发件可动地连接到所述基座,并设置成可操作地驱动所述定位件的第二端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定装置还包括第三偏置装置,所述第三偏置装置与所述触发件关联并能够使得所述触发件复位。
  18. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位件枢转地连接到所述主体部,并构造成能够在止挡位置与自由位置之间枢转。
  19. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述止挡件是从所述基座的底面向下延伸的挂台。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位件为定位杆,当所述锁定件处于解锁位置时,所述定位杆的第二端由所述第二偏置装置朝向所述止挡位置偏置,在所述止挡位置与所述止挡件接合。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件构造成接合所述定位杆的所述第二端并能够将所述定位杆的所述第二端推离所述止挡位置。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述定位杆在两端之间的位置枢转连接到所述锁定件,所述第二偏置装置为塔簧,所述塔簧设置在所述定位杆的第一端与所述锁定件之间。
  23. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第一偏置装置是压簧。
  24. 根据权利要求17所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述第三偏置装置是扭簧。
  25. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述锁定件设有主体部和从所述主体部延伸的锁舌,所述定位件可动地连接到所述主体部。
  26. 根据权利要求25所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述主体部设有凹腔,所述凹腔内容纳有所述定位件,且所述定位件通过枢转销枢转地连接至凹腔的侧壁。
  27. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件的延伸超出所述基座的一端设有导向斜面。
  28. 根据权利要求16所述的锁定装置,其特征在于,所述触发件的中部枢转地连接至所述基座,所述触发件的一端延伸超出所述基座,另一端位于所述定位件上方。
  29. 一种容器,包括箱盖和箱体,其特征在于,
    所述箱盖上靠近所述箱盖边缘安装有根据权利要求1-28中任一项所述的锁定装置,
    所述锁定装置的位置设置成当所述箱盖放置在所述箱体上时,所述箱体的上边缘接合所述触发件并从初始位置移动所述触发件。
  30. 根据权利要求29所述的容器,其特征在于,所述箱盖的一对相对的所述箱盖边缘各安装有至少两个所述锁定装置。
