本公开要求在2019年01月02日提交中国专利局、申请号为201910002566.0、申请名称为“一种物料指派的方法及系统、计算机设备可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本公开中。
技术领域
本公开涉及物料指派技术领域,尤其涉及一种物料指派的方法及系统、计算机设备可读存储介质。
背景技术
目前,液晶显示领域的工艺生产都是基于线下的作业指导书(Standard Operating Procedure,SOP)完成,工艺人员会编制Excel或是Word版的SOP,在里面手动填写物料编码,而物料则在系统中创建,并且有版本的差别。手动指派物料有如下缺陷:1、物料号填写错误,造成领料错误或是无法领料,用错误的物料进行生产会造成库存数量不准确、生产成本计算不合理,无法领料会造成产线停产;2、物料用量填写错误,可能出现多领或少领的情况,多领料会增加企业的经济负担,少领料会给产线生产带来影响;3、当物料有更新时,未能够及时更新并显示,会出现新旧料混用的情况;4、手动指派物料耗费的时间比自动指派物料长,无法实现自动指派物料,同时需要反复检查确认无误,无形之中增加工作量。综上,相关技术手动指派物料工作量大、效率低,并且会造成SOP中的物料与系统中创建的物料不一致性,造成线下填写料号错误、物料用量错误、版本错误、线上物料号与SOP中物料号不匹配等情况,严重影响产线的生产,造成产能和良率的下降。
发明内容
本公开实施例提供了一种物料指派的方法及系统、计算机设备可读存储 介质,具体方案如下:
本公开实施例提供的一种物料指派的方法,该方法由计算机设备执行,其中,该方法包括:
获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
在一些实施例中,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,具体包括:
根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,将所述对应关系作为所述产品的初始指派清单;

在一些实施例中,在生成所述产品的初始指派清单之后,该方法还包括:
判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料;
若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加 到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
在一些实施例中,该方法还包括:根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系。
在一些实施例中,每一所述操作步骤包括:该操作步骤在产线中的站点;所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系包括操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系;

将所述作业指导书下发到产线,同时根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线;
通过扫描下发到所述产线的物料的二维码,判断下发到所述产线的物料与产线中已领取的物料是否一致。
相应地,本公开实施例还提供了一种物料指派系统,该系统包括处理器;所述处理器包含有生产执行系统;所述生产执行系统被所述处理器执行时,执行如下方法:
获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
在一些实施例中,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,具体包括:

本公开实施例提供了一种物料指派的方法,如图1所示,该方法包括:
S101、获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的各操作步骤信息;
S102、根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
S103、根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法,在获取产品结构以及与产品结构关联的目标工艺清单之后,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。从而可以保证后续生成的所述产品的作业指导书中的物料标识与产品结构中的物料标识一致,可以避免手动指派物料错误对产线生产的影响,还可以提高物料指派的效率,进而可以提高产能以及产品制造良率。
需要说明的是,在本公开实施例中,工序是制作一个产品需要的工作步骤,制作一个产品需要进行一个或者多个工序,而一个工序由一个或者多个操作步骤组成。
可选地,步骤S102中,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,如图2所示,具体包括:
S1021、根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,以生成所述产品的初始指派清单;
S1022、确定所述初始指派清单中各操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识与获取的产品结构中的物料的身份标识是否相同;
如果物料的身份标识相同,则执行步骤S1023:
S1023、所述初始指派清单为所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
这样本公开实施例提供的物料指派方法,可以避免人工确定操作步骤与物料之间的对应关系以及人工指派物料出错的情况,可以提高产能以及产品制造良率。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例中,每种物料有标识自己唯一的身份标识,本公开实施例提供的物料的指派方法,利用物料的身份标识自动指派物料, 只有当目标工艺清单中的所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识与所述产品结构中的物料的身份标识相同时,将所述产品结构中该身份标识的所有物料指派到与该物料对应的操作步骤,从而可以保证物料自动指派的准确性。
可选地,步骤S1021根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,具体包括:
按照设定的顺序针对将所述目标工艺清单中的各操作步骤,将所述目标工艺清单中该操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识。
在一些实施例中,需要进行物料指派的对象为该产品结构时,可选地,按照设定的顺序针对将所述目标工艺清单中的各操作步骤,将所述目标工艺清单中该操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,具体包括:
选择目标工艺清单,遍历所述目标工艺清单的工序和操作步骤,将所述目标工艺清单中的操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述工序下的所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,并将所述操作步骤名称以及所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识存入预设存储结构,直到所述目标工艺清单中的所有的操作步骤遍历完毕;
在一些实施例中,需要进行物料指派的对象为该产品结构中的一道工序时,可选地,按照设定的顺序针对将所述目标工艺清单中的各操作步骤,将所述目标工艺清单中该操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,具体包括:
选择目标工艺清单的工序,遍历所述工序下的操作步骤,将所述工序下的操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述工序下的所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,并将所述工序下的所述操作步骤名称以及所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识存入预设存储结构,直到所述目标工艺清单中的所述工序下的所有的操作步骤遍历完毕;
在一些实施例中,需要进行物料指派的对象为该产品结构中的一道操作步骤时,可选地,按照设定的顺序针对将所述目标工艺清单中的各操作步骤,将所述目标工艺清单中该操作步骤的名称与所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,具体包括:选择目标工艺清单的操作步骤,将所述操作步骤的名称所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤的名称一致时,确定所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识,并将所述操作步骤名称以及所述操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识存入预设存储结构即可。
存储结构例如可以是链表,链表的结构例如可以包括:物料的身份标识,操作步骤名称,指向下个节点的指针。
可选地,在步骤S1022之后,如图2所示,如果物料的身份标识不相同,则执行步骤S1024:
S1024、对所述初始指派清单进行更新以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
具体地,当物料的身份标识不相同时,将所述初始指派清单中操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系进行修改,以使该身份标识的物料不被指派。例如,所述初始指派清单中具有的物料的身份标识,而产品结构中不具有该物料的身份标识,那么将所述初始指派清单中具有的该物料的身份标识与操作步骤的对应关系删除。
可选地,该方法还包括:
判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料;
若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,以对所述初始指派清单进行更新以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
即本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法还包括物料复检的步骤,从而可以进一步保证产品结构中的物料正确指派到目标工艺清单的各操作步骤,防止漏料、错料或混料,进一步提高物料指派的可靠性。
可选地,判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料,具体包括:
判断所述产品结构中的物料版本是否更新;若所述产品结构中的物料版本已更新,则所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料;若所述产品结构中的物料版本未更新,则所述产品结构中不存在未指派的物料;
和/或,判断所述目标工艺清单中是否存在操作步骤名称与所述产品结构中的操作步骤名称不相同的操作步骤;若所述目标工艺清单中存在操作步骤名称与所述产品结构中的操作步骤名称不相同的操作步骤,则所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料;若所述目标工艺清单中不存在操作步骤名称与所述产品结构中的操作步骤名称不相同的操作步骤,则所述产品结构中不存在未指派的物料;
和/或,判断产品结构中的物料的身份标识与操作步骤是否在预设对应关系;若产品结构中的至少一种物料的身份标识与操作步骤不存在预设对应关系,则所述产品结构中存在未被指派的物料;若产品结构中的所有物料的身份标识与操作步骤存在预设对应关系,则所述产品结构中不存在未被指派的物料。
需要说明的是,将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的各操作步骤之后,可能会出现产品结构升级的情况,即对所述产品结构中的物料版本进行更新,这样,需要物料版本已更新的物料对应的操作步骤重新自动指派物料,从而可以避免后续生成的作业指导书中的物料与当前产品 结构中的物料版本不一致。当产品结构升级,可对物料版本已更新的物料进行标记,便于后续将标记的物料指派到相应的操作步骤。
需要说明的是,对于同一操作步骤,可能会存在预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤的名称与目标工艺清单中操作步骤名称不相同的情况,预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系中的操作步骤的名称与目标工艺清单中操作步骤名称不相同,例如对于制备显示屏中绑定IC的操作步骤,由于命名规则不同,可能会出现“绑定IC”“IC绑定”两种名称,如果预设的各操作步骤对应的物料关系中的操作步骤的名称为“绑定IC”,而目标工艺清单中操作步骤名称为“IC绑定”,目标工艺清单中该操作步骤不会被指派物料。
需要说明的是,操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系并不是一成不变的,由于科技的进步、材料成本等因素,会出现使用新的身份标识的物料的情况,对于该新的身份标识的物料,便需要添加该物料的身份标识与操作步骤对应关系并重新指派到相应操作步骤。
本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法,可以避免由于工艺名称不一致和/或物料版本升级和/或物料的身份标识与操作步骤不在预设对应关系造成的物料无法指派,从而可以进一步保证产品结构中的物料正确指派到目标工艺清单的各操作步骤,防止漏料、错料或混料,进一步提高物料指派的可靠性。
需要说明的是,对于由于工艺名称不一致和/或物料版本是否升级,可以在将物料指派到相应操作步骤后进行判断。而对于物料的身份标识与操作步骤不在预设对应关系的情况,在进行物料指派的过程中便可以判断,在遍历产品结构的过程中,将产品结构中的物料的身份标识与存储结构中的物料的身份标识不相同的物料作为未指派物料。
可选地,本公开实施例提供的物料的指派方法还包括:
根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系。这样,可以根据更新后的所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系进行下一次物料自动指派,可以避免后续自 动指派物料出错的情况。
为了避免由于命名规则造成的操作步骤名称不同导致的操作步骤未指派物料,可选地,每一所述操作步骤包括:该操作步骤在产线中的站点;所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系包括操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系;
步骤S1021根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,具体包括:
根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系。这样可以将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的在产线中的站点的各操作步骤。
这样,由于操作步骤在产线中对应的站点名称是确定的,对操作步骤在产线中对应的站点自动指派物料,避免由于命名规则造成的操作步骤名称不同导致的操作步骤未指派物料,进一步提高物料自动指派的准确性。
在本公开实施例中,产线是指产线系统,一个产线系统包括多个站点,每一站点可以包括一个或多个设备以及包括一个或多个软件系统。
可选地,根据预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料关系,确定所述目标工艺清单中各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料之间的对应关系,具体包括:
将所述目标工艺清单中的操作步骤在产线中的站点的名称与所述预设的各操作步骤对应物料关系中的操作步骤在产线中的站点名称进行比较,当所述操作步骤在产线中的站点名称与所述预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料关系中的操作步骤在产线中的站点名称相同时,确定所述工序下的所述操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识;
根据确定出的所述目标工艺清单中各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料之间的对应关系,将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的各操作步骤在产线中的站点,具体包括:
当所述工序下的所述操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识与所述产品结构中的物料的身份标识相同时,将所述产品结构中该身份标识的所有物料指派到与该物料对应的在产线中的站点的操作步骤下。
这样,后续进行物料复检,可以省去对操作步骤名称不一致造成未指派物料的复检步骤,进一步简化物料自动指派的流程,提高物料自动指派的效率。

和/或,判断产品结构中的物料的身份标识与产线中的站点是否在预设对应关系;若产品结构中的至少一种物料的身份标识与产线中的站点不存在预设对应关系,则所述产品结构中存在未被指派的物料;若产品结构中的所有物料的身份标识与产线中的站点存在预设对应关系,则所述产品结构中不存在未被指派的物料。
可选地,若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,具体包括:
若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤在产线中的站点,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中在产线中的该站点的操作步骤的对应关系中。
对于产品结构中的物料版本已更新的情况,物料版本的身份标识与操作步骤在产线中的站点存在预设的对应关系,只需将版本更新后的物料重新指 派到相应站点的操作步骤即可。对于产品结构中物料的身份标识与产线中的站点不存在预设对应关系的情况,则需要添加该物料与操作步骤在产线中的站点的对应关系,并将该物料指派到相应站点的操作步骤。判断产品结构中的物料的身份标识与产线中的站点是否在预设对应关系,可以在物料指派的过程中进行,在遍历产品结构的过程中,将产品结构中的物料的身份标识与存储结构中的物料的身份标识不相同的物料作为未指派物料。
可选地,根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,具体包括:根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤在产线中的站点的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料之间的对应关系。
这样,可以根据更新后的所述预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料之间的对应关系进行下一次物料自动指派,可以避免后续自动指派物料出错的情况。
需要说明的是,本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法中,产品结构可以是物料清单(Bill of Matcrial,BOM)。物料清单例如可以包括:物料的料号、物料用量、物料成本、物料是否可替换、是否传输企业资源计划(Enterprise Resource Planning,ERP)等。物料的料号包括可识别的物料的身份标识。目标工艺清单包括:工序,所述工序下的操作步骤,每一所述操作步骤所需的工具、设备、夹具(JIG)、人员、操作步骤、物料等信息,以及进行工艺操作需要参考的工艺文件信息。根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,从而生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,即用于生成SOP的工艺清单,该目标工艺清单包括:工序、操作步骤、产品站点、设备、工具、夹具、物料、人员、工时等。
可选地,本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法,步骤S101中获取与产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,具体包括:
获取制造资源以及工艺文件;
创建包括制作所述产品所需的工序信息以及操作步骤信息的初始工艺清单;
将产品结构、工艺文件以及制造资源关联到所述初始工艺清单中,得到目标工艺清单。
工序信息是由组成该工序的所有操作步骤的操作步骤信息组成,操作步骤信息则是指所述操作步骤所需的工具、设备、夹具(JIG)、人员、操作步骤、材料等信息。
需要说明的是,对目标工艺清单进行物料指派后得到的物料指派工艺清单,后续用于生成用于指导产品生产的作业指导书,因此,初始工艺清单只有关联了产品结构才有意义,因此需要对创建的初始工艺清单关联产品结构,可以将产品结构关联到初始工艺清单的制造目标下,用于表示生产该产品需要的工艺。后续在对目标工艺清单进行物料指派之前,增加判断目标工艺清单是否关联产品结构的步骤,从而确保生成的作业指导书可以用于指导产品生产。关联到初始工艺清单中的工艺文件可以包括指南等指导类的文件以及工装、夹具等工艺资源,工艺文件可以与初始工艺清单、工序或操作步骤关联。
可选地,在步骤S103之后,本公开实施例提供的物料指派的方法还包括:
将所述作业指导书下发到产线,同时根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线。
可选地,根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线之后,该方法还包括:通过扫描下发到所述产线的物料的二维码,判断下发到所述产线的物料信息与产线中已领取的物料信息是否一致。
例如,可以将物料与SOP下发到制造执行(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)系统,MES至少包括MES软件系统和执行该软件系统的硬件设备(简称MES设备),该硬件设备至少包括可处理数据的处理设备和显示设备,可用于把传递给MES一体机的SOP进行显示,同时显示随SOP下发的物料,并与作业人员领的料进行校验,防止领料错误,用于指导生产。MES 根据产品号查找下发的SOP是否与MES中量产项目存在对应关系,如果SOP与量产项目存在对应关系,则将物料随SOP一起下发到产线,SOP为产线作业人员提供指导。并且,利用MES在产线作业人员的工位显示相应的SOP,由于SOP中包含物料信息,作业人员可以根据SOP对下发的物料以及领取的物料进行核对,从而可以防呆、防止发生领料错误的情况。
可选地,在将作业指导书下发到产线之前,该方法还包括确定产品与项目的对应关系。
接下来,以根据操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料关系以及产品结构进行物料指派为例,对本公开实施例提供的物料的指派方法进行举例说明,如图3所示,该方法包括:
S201、获取产品结构、制造资源以及工艺文件;
S202、创建包括制作产品所需的工序信息以及操作步骤信息的初始工艺清单;
S203、将初始工艺清单产品结构、工艺文件以及制造资源关联,得到目标工艺清单;
S204、判断目标工艺清单是否关联产品结构,如果是,则执行步骤S205,否则重新关联产品结构;
S205、判断是否选择目标工艺清单,如果是则执行步骤S208,否则执行步骤S206;
S206、判断是否选择目标工艺清单中的工序,如果是则执行步骤S209,否则执行步骤S207;
S207、判断是否选则目标工艺清单中的操作步骤,如果是则执行步骤,否则执行步骤S222;
S208、遍历工序;
S209、遍历操作步骤;
S210、判断操作步骤在产线中的站点的名称与预设的各操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识的关系中的操作步骤在产线中的站点的名称 是否相同;如果是则执行步骤S211;否则执行步骤S214;
S211、将操作步骤在产线中的站点以及与操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识存入预设存储结构;
S212、遍历产品结构;
S213、判断产品结构中的物料的身份标识与存储结构中的物料的身份标识是否相同,是则执行步骤S215,否则执行步骤S214;
S214、不进行物料指派,并将产品结构中与存储结构中的物料的身份标识不相同的物料作为未指派的物料,执行步骤S218;
S215、将产品结构中该身份标识的所有物料指派到与该物料对应的在产线中的站点的操作步骤;
S216、进行物料复检;
S217、判断产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料,如果是则执行步骤S218,否则执行步骤S219;
S218、确定未被指派的物料在目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤在产线中的站点,将未被指派的物料指派到该站点的操作步骤,并根据未指派的物料与操作步骤在产线中的站点的对应关系,更新预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料身份标识的之间的对应关系;
S219、确定产品的物料指派工艺清单;
S220、根据确定出的产品的物料指派工艺清单生成产品的SOP;
S221、将SOP下发到产线;根据SOP将物料下发到所述产线;
S222、结束。
基于同一发明构思,本公开实施例还提供了一种物料指派系统,其中,该系统包括处理器;所述处理器包含有生产执行系统;所述生产执行系统被所述处理器执行时,执行如下方法:
获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
具体地,如图4所示,生产执行系统包括:
获取模块01,用于获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
物料指派模块02,用于根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
作业指导书生成模块03,用于根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,获取模块用于根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,具体包括:
根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,将所述对应关系作为所述产品的初始指派清单;
确定所述初始指派清单中各操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识与获取的产品结构中的所述物料的身份标识是否相同;
如果物料的身份标识相同,则所述初始指派清单作为所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,如果物料的身份标识不相同,则对所述初始指派清单进行更新以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,在生成所述产品的初始指派清单之后,所述处理器执行的方法还包括:
判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料;
若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,所述处理器执行的方法还包括:还包括:根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,每一所述操作步骤包括:该操作步骤在产线中的站点;所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系包括操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系;
根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,具体包括:
根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系。这样可以将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的在产线中的站点的各操作步骤。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,获取产品结构以及获取与产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,具体包括:
获取制造资源以及工艺文件;
创建包括制作所述产品所需的工序信息以及操作步骤信息的初始工艺清单;
将获取的所述产品结构、所述工艺文件以及所述制造资源关联到所述初 始工艺清单中,得到目标工艺清单。
可选地,在本公开实施了中,所述处理器执行的方法还包括:
将所述作业指导书下发到产线,同时根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线设备;
通过扫描下发到所述产线的物料的二维码,判断下发到所述产线的物料与产线中已领取的物料是否一致。
本公开实施例提供还提供了一种物料指派系统,例如可以包括第一终端、文件服务器以及MES;
第一终端包括:获取模块,物料指派模块,作业指导书生成模块。
即第一终端用于获取目标工艺清单,并对该目标工艺清单进行物料指派,以及生成SOP。
可选地,第一终端还包括:
项目对应关系建立模块,用于根据产品与MES中的项目建立项目对应关系;
文件上传模块,用于将生成的SOP以及产品与项目对应关系上传到文件服务器;
传输模块,用于与MES进行交互,例如,获取MES中的项目,以及将SOP的链接地址传输给MES。
当然作业指导书生成模块也可以包括存储单元,用于存储生成的SOP。从而可以在第一终端查看SOP。
文件服务器包括:
接收模块,用于接收并存储SOP以及产品与项目对应关系;
查找对应关系模块,用于查找产品与项目对应关系;
传输产线模块,用于根据产品与项目对应关系把相应的物料随SOP一起发到MES上。
即文件服务器可作为传输产线模块。
MES至少包括一台MES一体机,MES一体机包括:
接收模块,用于接收文件服务器发送的SOP及随SOP下发的物料;还用于接收第一终端发送的SOP的链接地址;
查找对应关系模块,用于查找产品与MES中的项目建立项目对应;
传输模块,用于将产品与项目对应关系发送至第一终端;
显示物料模块,用于在产线上显示工位的SOP,显示随SOP下发的物料;还用于与作业人员领的料进行校验。
本公开实施例提供的一种计算设备可读存储介质,包括程序代码,当所述程序代码在计算设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述计算设备执行根据本公开实施例提供的上述物料指派的方法的步骤。
综上所述,本公开实施例提供的一种物料指派的方法及系统、计算机设备可读存储介质,在获取产品结构以及与产品结构关联的目标工艺清单之后,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。从而可以保证后续生成的所述产品的作业指导书中的物料标识与产品结构中的物料标识一致,可以避免手动指派物料错误对产线生产的影响,还可以提高物料指派的效率,进而可以提高产能以及产品制造良率。
本领域内的技术人员应明白,本公开的实施例可提供为方法、系统、或计算机程序产品。而且,本公开可采用在一个或多个其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可读存储介质(包括但不限于磁盘存储器和光学存储器等硬件设备)上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本公开进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本公开的精神和范围。这样,倘若本公开的这些修改和变型属于本公开权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本公开也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种物料指派的方法,该方法由计算机设备执行,其中,该方法包括:
    获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
    根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
    根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单,具体包括:
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,将所述对应关系作为所述产品的初始指派清单;
    确定所述初始指派清单中各操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识与获取的产品结构中的所述物料的身份标识是否相同;
    如果物料的身份标识相同,则所述初始指派清单作为所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,如果物料的身份标识不相同,则对所述初始指派清单进行更新以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其中,在生成所述产品的初始指派清单之后,该方法还包括:
    判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料;
    若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述 目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,每一所述操作步骤包括:该操作步骤在产线中的站点;所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系包括操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系;
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,具体包括:
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系。这样可以将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的在产线中的站点的各操作步骤。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取产品结构以及获取与产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,具体包括:
    获取制造资源以及工艺文件;
    创建包括制作所述产品所需的工序信息以及操作步骤信息的初始工艺清单;
    将获取的所述产品结构、所述工艺文件以及所述制造资源关联到所述初始工艺清单中,得到目标工艺清单。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,该方法还包括:
    将所述作业指导书下发到产线,同时根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线;
    通过扫描下发到所述产线的物料的二维码,判断下发到所述产线的物料与产线中已领取的物料是否一致。
  9. 一种物料指派系统,其中,该系统包括计算机设备,配置为执行如下方法:
    获取产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单,所述产品结构包括制作产品所需的各物料的物料标识,所述目标工艺清单包括制作所述产品所需的各工序的操作步骤;
    根据获取的产品结构以及与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单按照预设规则自动生成在制作所述产品时各操作步骤需要被指派的物料,以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单;
    根据生成的所述产品的物料指派工艺清单生成所述产品的作业指导书。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的物料指派系统,其中,所述计算机设备配置为具体执行如下步骤:
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,将所述对应关系作为所述产品的初始指派清单;
    确定所述初始指派清单中各操作步骤对应的物料的身份标识与获取的产品结构中的所述物料的身份标识是否相同;
    如果物料的身份标识相同,则所述初始指派清单作为所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的物料指派系统,其中,所述计算机设备配置为执行如下步骤:
    如果物料的身份标识不相同,则对所述初始指派清单进行更新以生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的物料指派系统,其中,
    所述计算机设备配置为执行如下步骤:
    判断所述产品结构中是否存在未指派的物料;
    若所述产品结构中存在未指派的物料,确定所述未被指派的物料在所述目标工艺清单中对应的操作步骤,并将所述未被指派的物料的身份标识增加到所述初始指派清单中该操作步骤的对应关系中,生成所述产品的物料指派工艺清单。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的物料指派系统,其中,
    所述计算机设备配置为执行如下步骤:
    根据所述未指派的物料与所述操作步骤的对应关系,更新所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的物料指派系统,其中,所述计算机设备配置为执行如下步骤:
    每一所述操作步骤包括:该操作步骤在产线中的站点;所述预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系包括操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系;
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤与物料的身份标识的对应关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系,具体包括:
    根据获取的与所述产品结构关联的目标工艺清单以及预设的操作步骤在产线中的站点对应的物料的身份标识关系,按照设定的顺序依次确定出所述目标工艺清单中的各所述操作步骤在产线中的站点与物料的身份标识之间的对应关系。这样可以将所述产品结构中的所述物料自动指派到所述物料对应的在产线中的站点的各操作步骤。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的物料指派系统,其中,
    所述计算机设备配置为具体执行如下步骤:
    获取制造资源以及工艺文件;
    创建包括制作所述产品所需的工序信息以及操作步骤信息的初始工艺清单;
    将获取的所述产品结构、所述工艺文件以及所述制造资源关联到所述初始工艺清单中,得到目标工艺清单。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的物料指派系统,其中,
    所述计算机设备配置为执行如下步骤:
    将所述作业指导书下发到产线,同时根据所述作业指导书将物料下发到所述产线设备;
    通过扫描下发到所述产线的物料的二维码,判断下发到所述产线的物料与产线中已领取的物料是否一致。
  17. 一种非易失性计算设备可读存储介质,其中,所述介质存储有计算机程序代码,当所述程序代码在计算设备上运行时,所述程序代码用于使所述计算设备执行根据权利要求1~8任一所述方法的步骤。
