背景技术
在企业中,为方便不同办公地点的员工进行沟通交流,网络会议逐渐成为首选的交流方式。目前,一些企业会租用第三方网络会议平台,以进行多方网络会议,但很多会议,尤其是企业内部会议,往往涉及商业机密,因此,为保证网络会议的数据安全性,需要在企业内部部署网络会议平台,从而实现企业内部的网络会议管理。
在相关技术中,通过企业内部部署的网络会议平台,可以进行网络会议的预约、建会、召开等等,企业可以通过网络会议平台为每个员工分配一个会议账号,并为每个会议账号分配会议资源。
发明内容

为使本公开的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本公开作进一步详细的说明。
在相关技术中,通过企业内部部署的网络会议平台,企业通过网络会议 平台为每个员工分配一个会议账号,并为每个会议账号分配会议资源。但是对于大型企业,大量会议账号需要配备的会议资源较多,且大量会议账号的管理难度较大。
本发明提供一种网络会议管理方法及装置,以解决会议账号数量较多,导致会议账号管理难度较大的问题。下面将参照示例性实施例进行说明。
实施例一
参照图1,示出了本公开实施例一的一种网络会议管理方法的步骤流程图。该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤101:获取会议预约信息;会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量。
在企业的日常工作中,办公室相隔较远,或者办公属地不同的员工可以进行网络会议,从而能够更加方便快捷地进行工作上的沟通交流。企业可以在内部部署一网络会议平台,从而可以实现企业内部的网络会议管理,员工可以通过软件支持该网络会议平台的软件设备,例如智能手机、台式电脑、平板电脑等等,或者硬件支持该网络会议平台的硬件设备进行网络会议的预约、建会、召开等等。
当需要召开网络会议时,员工可以通过网络会议平台进行会议预约,在实际应用中,可以在会议预约系统中填写会议预约信息,该会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量。其中,参会设备总数量也是指需要通过系统进行登录从而参与到网络会议中的设备的总数。在实际应用中,主持网络会议召开的人员或其设备所在的场所可以作为主会场,其他参与网络会议的人员或其设备所在的场所可以作为分会场。例如,包括6个参会人员的A部门可以作为主会场,包括4个参会人员的B部门可以作为一个分会场,包括3个参会人员的C部门可以作为另一个分会场。每个会场都可能存在人员需要参会,相应的,参会设备总数量,是指主会场和各个分会场中需要进行登录从而参与到网络会议中的设备总和。

网络会议平台在为本次网络会议分配了目标共享会议账号之后,可以向各个参会人账号发送会议预约成功的通知,该通知中可以包括入会链接,以及该目标共享会议账号及其相关信息,例如目标共享会议账号的密码、使用期限等等。
步骤103:当会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录目标共享会议账号的情况下,接入各个参会设备。
在预约的会议开始时间即将到达时,每个参会人均可以在各自的参会设备上登录该目标共享会议账号,并触发入会链接,从而当会议开始时间到达时,网络会议平台可以将登录有目标共享会议账号的各个参会设备接入到网络会议平台中。
步骤104:调用目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议。
网络会议平台为每个共享会议账号所分配的会议资源数量不同,在网络会议平台从各个共享会议账号中选择出目标共享会议账号分配给本次网络会议时,网络会议平台可以调用该目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议。在实际应用中,目标会议资源可以包括媒体资源、服务器资源、编解码资源等进行网络会议业务所需的各种资源。
步骤105:当网络会议结束时,释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源。
当会议进行完毕之后,用户可以通过点击会议退出图标等方式退出网络会议。当所有的用户退出该网络会议,或者到达主会场人员事先预约的会议结束时间时,该网络会议结束。网络会议平台可以释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源,从而目标共享会议账号可以释放到共享会议账号资源池中,进而在其他用户进行会议预约时,可以再次进行目标共享会议账号的使用,也即是每个共享会议账号可以在需要使用时按照参会设备需求进行分配,在会议结束后再进行回收,如此,可以减少需要管理的会议账号数量,从而降低会议账号的管理难度和管理成本。另外,由于共享会议账号可以按需分配,因此,可以避免为了降低会议账号管理难度和管理成本,只为级别较高的员工分配会议账号的现象,从而可以使企业中的每个员工均能够通过共享会议账号预约和召开网络会议,如此,可以提高办公效率。
在本公开实施例中,网络会议平台首先可以获取会议预约信息,该会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量,然后可以根据参会设备 总数量,分配目标共享会议账号,之后当会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录目标共享会议账号的情况下,可以接入各个参会设备,进而调用目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议,当网络会议结束时,可以释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源。本公开实施例中,共享会议账号可以在需要使用时按照参会设备需求进行分配,在会议结束后可以再进行回收,如此,可以减少需要管理的会议账号数量,从而降低了会议账号的管理难度。

参照图2,示出了本公开实施例二的一种网络会议管理方法的步骤流程图。该方法包括以下步骤:

本公开实施例中的网络会议管理方法可以基于网络会议平台的服务器架构实现,图3示出了一种网络会议平台的服务器架构示意图,参照图3,该服务器架构中可以包括办公自动化服务器组10、多方会议管理服务器组20、硬件接入服务器组30、硬件管理服务器组40、负载均衡服务器组50、软硬件级联服务器组60和参会设备接入服务器组70。
其中,用户在会议预约系统中输入会议预约信息之后,会议预约系统可以将该会议预约信息上传至办公自动化服务器组10,办公自动化服务器组10可以对会议预约信息进行管理,并可以将该会议预约信息发送至多方会议管理服务器组20,以使多方会议管理服务器组20进行建会。办公自动化服务器组10中可以配置办公自动化(Office Automation,简称OA)系统等会议预约系统,从而实现会议预约的自动化管理。
多方会议管理服务器组20可以采用主备模式,也即可以一个多方会议管理服务器作为主服务器,另一个多方会议管理服务器作为备用服务器,主服务器和备用服务器之间可以保持数据的实时同步,以便在主服务器出现故障时,切换至备用服务器继续进行相关的网络会议业务,从而避免网络会议业务中断,保证网络会议的连续性。在实际应用中,主、备服务器可以通过虚拟IP(Internet Protocol,互联网协议)地址的方式与办公自动化服务器组10之间进行数据交互。每个多方会议管理服务器中均建立有数据库21,可用于 实现共享会议账号的管理。对应多方会议管理服务器组20的主备模式,作为主服务器的多方会议管理服务器中是主数据库,作为备用服务器的多方会议管理服务器中是备用数据库。多方会议管理服务器组20中建立有可承载不同参会人数的共享会议账号资源池,在实际应用中,可以为共享会议账号资源池中的每个共享会议账号设置对应的参会设备的最大并发数量,其中,最大并发数量也即是某个共享会议账号最多可以支持多少个设备同时登录。在具体应用中,也可以将每个共享会议账号对应的最大并发数量设置为服务器架构可承载参会设备入会的最大数量,从而可以保证同一时段内有尽量多的用户可以加入网络会议中,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
硬件接入服务器组30中可以进行硬件参会设备的注册、接入、信令控制、视频编码转换等功能的配置。在进行网络会议之前,硬件参会设备80可以通过硬件接入服务器组30接入到网络会议平台中,以使硬件参会设备80加入到网络会议中。在实际应用中,硬件接入服务器组30中可以包括至少两个硬件接入服务器,至少两个硬件接入服务器可以进行负载均衡配置,从而多方会议管理服务器组20可以根据每个硬件接入服务器当前的负载情况,将部分硬件参会设备的相关功能分配到当前负载较轻的硬件接入服务器中执行,以避免服务器资源分配不均,保证资源的有效利用。

负载均衡服务器组50可以配置为将硬件参会设备自动分配到负载最轻的硬件接入服务器上,以及将参会设备自动分配到负载最轻的接入服务器上,从而可以避免服务器资源分配不均,保证资源的有效利用。在实际应用中,负载均衡服务器组50可以采用双活模式,也即是两个或两个以上的负载均衡服务器可以同时在线进行负载均衡业务,从而可以提高工作效率。
软硬件级联服务器组60可以配置为将硬件参会设备进行级联,以及将参会设备进行级联,从而可以扩展接口数量,以便让更多的参会设备接入网络会议平台中。在实际应用中,软硬件级联服务器组60也可以采用双活模式,也即是两个或两个以上的软硬件级联服务器可以同时在线进行级联业务,从而可以提高工作效率。
参会设备接入服务器组70可以配置为将参会设备接入到网络会议平台中,用户可以在智能手机等参会设备上登录网络会议平台,从而在会议开始时间到达时,参会设备接入服务器组70可以该参会设备接入到网络会议平台中,进而使用户加入网络会议中。在实际应用中,参会设备接入服务器组70也可以采用双活模式,也即是两个或两个以上的接入服务器可以同时在线进行参会设备接入业务,从而可以提高工作效率。
在具体应用中,为保证网络会议平台的高效可用性,以及使会议预约、入会、开会全程不受影响,可将所有服务组采用双机或热备方式,每个服务器组中的各个服务器之间可以进行数据库的实时同步,从而可以避免网络会议中断,保证会议连续性。
在实际应用中,进行网络会议通常是两方或两方以上人员,相应的,在会议中起主导作用的会议召开方可以作为主会场,其他参会方可以作为分会场,因此,当需要进行网络会议时,会议召开方的负责人,或者其他相关人员可以通过会议预约系统进行网络会议的预约。每个用户都可以在会议预约系统中注册账号,然后在需要预约网络会议时,可以在会议预约系统中登录自己的账号,从而填写会议预约信息,以进行会议预约。
此外,网络会议系统还可以包括以下中的一个或多个:摄像头、用于显示PowerPoint等演示文稿或者Word/pdf文档的显示器、投影仪、麦克风、扬声器、耳机,以及组网设备等。
在本公开实施例中,本步骤具体可以包括:接收主会场预约信息;主会场预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和主会场参会设备的第一数量;当接收到分会场创建指令时,接收分会场联系人账号;向分会场联系人账号发送分会场预约信息填写请求;接收通过分会场联系人账号输入的分会场预约信息;分会场预约信息至少包括分会场参会设备的第二数量;将第一数量和第二数量相加,获得参会设备总数量。
具体的,图4示出了一种网络会议管理的流程图,参照图4,基于上述网络会议平台的服务器架构,在本步骤中,主会场用户可以在电脑等终端上登录会议预约系统,并开启会议预约流程,主会场用户首先可以填写主会场预约信息,其中,主会场预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和主会场参会设备的第一数量。用户填写完主会场预约信息后,办公自动化服务器组10可以接 收到主会场预约信息。然后,主会场用户可以在会议预约系统中确认是否存在分会场,若不存在,则主会场用户可以直接提交主会场预约信息,以将其作为唯一的会议预约信息,若存在,则主会场用户可以通过点击分会场添加图标等方式创建分会场,从而会议预约系统可以接收到分会场创建指令,从而显示分会场联系人账号的输入框,主会场用户可以在该输入框中填写分会场联系人账号,并进行提交,进而办公自动化服务器组10可以接收到分会场联系人账号,然后为分会场自动分配预约关联码,该预约关联码可以为字符串等形式,之后可以向该分会场联系人账号发送分会场预约信息填写请求,该分会场预约信息填写请求中可以包括该预约关联码,当然,还可以包括分会场预约信息的完成时限等其他相关内容。其中,分会场用户在填写分会场预约信息前,需要先输入预约关联码,从而分会场用户可以查看到主会场预约信息。当分会场用户填写完分会场预约信息后,办公自动化服务器组10可以接收到通过分会场联系人账号输入的分会场预约信息,其中,分会场预约信息至少包括分会场参会设备的第二数量。之后,办公自动化服务器组10可以将第一数量和第二数量相加,从而获得参会设备总数量,也即是确定各个会场总共有多少参会的设备。
在实际应用中,主会场预约信息还可以包括更详细的会议相关信息,例如会议主题、主会场地点和主会场参会人信息中的至少一种。同样的,分会场预约信息也可以包括更详细的会议相关信息,例如分会场地点和分会场参会人信息中的至少一种,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
另外,在实际应用中,需要进行网络会议的分会场可以是一个,也可以是一个以上,在会议预约过程中,可以添加每个分会场的分会场联系人账号,从而每个分会场的用户均可以根据预约关联码完善各自的分会场预约信息,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
再者,在实际应用中,用户提交会议预约信息之后,还可以由审核人员进行信息审核,以确定是否可以进行建会,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
步骤202:从预置的共享会议账号资源池中,确定剩余的各个共享会议账号对应的参会设备的最大并发数量。
在本步骤中,参照图4,办公自动化服务器组10可以将会议预约信息发送至多方会议管理服务器组20,以使多方会议管理服务器组20进行后台建 会。多方会议管理服务器组20中建立有可承载不同参会人数的共享会议账号资源池,相应的,多方会议管理服务器组20首先可以确定共享会议账号资源池中,是否还剩余有未进行分配的共享会议账号,当存在未进行分配的共享会议账号时,多方会议管理服务器组20可以确定剩余的每个共享会议账号对应的参会设备的最大并发数量,以便分配一个可以承载本次网络会议的参会终端总数量的目标共享会议账号。
需要说明的是,各个会场的用户可以通过软件接入会议,当然也可以通过硬件参会设备接入会议。在进行网络会议时,每个参会设备可以输出一路视频,且每个参会设备输出的视频会单独进行编解码等处理,从而展示给参会各方。每个硬件参会设备也可以输出一路视频,而为了减小视频传输时占用的带宽,各个硬件参会设备输出的视频会整合为一路视频进行编解码等处理,也即是一个硬件参会设备接入网络会议时处理的是一路视频,一个以上的硬件参会设备接入网络会议时处理的也是一路视频,因此,一个硬件参会和一个以上的硬件参会设备所占用的都只是共享会议账号的1个终端承载数量。因此,接入网络会议的参会设备总数量,极大程度上决定了需要为本次网络会议分配一个具有多大承载能力的共享会议账号。
步骤203:从各个共享会议账号中,选择最大并发数量大于或等于参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配。
多方会议管理服务器组20首先可以确定本次会议是否存在硬件参会设备参会,若不存在,则可以从共享会议账号资源池中剩余的各个共享会议账号中,选择最大并发数量大于或等于参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配,若存在,则可以从共享会议账号资源池中剩余的各个共享会议账号中,选择最大并发数量大于参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配。也即是不论硬件参会设备的数量有多少,均可以看作是需要多加入一个参会设备进行网络会议。
在实际应用中,多方会议管理服务器组20也可以直接认为会存在硬件参会设备参会,相应的,在具体应用时,多方会议管理服务器组20也可以从各个共享会议账号中,选择最大并发数量比参会设备总数量至少大1的目标共享会议账号进行分配,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
步骤204:会议预约信息还包括至少一个目标会议室信息;根据预置的 会议室信息与硬件参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个目标会议室信息对应的目标硬件参会设备信息。
在本公开实施例中,各个会场的用户可以通过硬件参会设备接入会议,而在实际应用中,各个硬件参会设备通常安置于不同的会议室中,相应的,多方会议管理服务器组20中可以事先预置每个会议室信息与每个硬件参会设备信息之间的对应关系。进而当用户需要通过分别安置于至少一个目标会议室中的至少一个目标硬件参会设备接入会议时,可以在会议预约系统中填写至少至少一个目标会议室信息,进而多方会议管理服务器组20可以根据预置的会议室信息与硬件参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个目标会议室信息对应的目标硬件参会设备信息。
在具体应用中,目标会议室信息可以包括会议室编号、会议室名称等可以唯一确定目标会议室的会议室标识。另外,目标硬件参会设备信息可以包括目标硬件参会设备的IP地址等等,本公开实施例对此不作具体限定。
至此,网络会议平台建会成功,参照图4,会议预约系统可以生成入会链接,进而可以将会议预约成功通知发送到用户预约的各个参会设备,其中,该会议预约成功通知中可以包括入会链接,从而各个参会用户可以通过触发该入会链接进行入会。
步骤205:当会议开始时间到达时,根据各个目标硬件参会设备信息,启动各个目标硬件参会设备。
当用户预约的会议开始时间到达时,在各个目标硬件参会设备开机的情况下,硬件管理服务器组40可以通过各个目标硬件参会设备的IP地址等可以接入各个目标硬件参会设备的设备信息,自动启动各个目标硬件参会设备。
在本公开实施例中,可以根据预置的会议室信息与硬件参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个目标会议室信息对应的目标硬件参会设备信息,也即是可以根据预约的会议室信息直接启动对应的硬件参会设备,从而无需在预约了硬件参会设备后,再另外预约会议室,能够提高会议预约的效率。
步骤206:接入各个目标硬件参会设备。
硬件管理服务器组40启动各个目标硬件参会设备之后,可以将各个目标硬件参会设备自动接入到网络会议平台中,如此,可以减少用户操作。
步骤207:当会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录目标共享会议 账号的情况下,接入各个参会设备。
当用户预约的会议开始时间到达时,每个用户均可以通过各自的参会设备登录目标共享会议账号,进而会议预约系统可以提醒用户尽快触发入会链接,从而各个用户触发入会链接后,多方会议管理服务器组20可以将登录有目标共享会议账号的各个参会设备接入到网络会议平台中。
步骤208:调用目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议。
在各个硬件参会设备和各个参会设备接入网络会议平台之后,网络会议平台可以调用目标共享会议账号对应的媒体资源、服务器资源、编解码资源等目标会议资源进行网络会议,从而实现主会场和各个分会场之间的实时通信。
步骤209:当网络会议结束时,释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源。
当各个会场交流完毕之后,各个会场的用户均可以通过点击会议退出图标等方式退出网络会议,当所有的用户退出该网络会议时,该网络会议结束,进而网络会议平台可以释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源,从而目标共享会议账号可以释放到共享会议账号资源池中,进而在其他用户进行会议预约时,可以再次进行目标共享会议账号的使用,也即是每个共享会议账号可以在需要使用时按照参会设备需求进行分配,在会议结束后再进行回收,如此,可以减少需要管理的会议账号数量,从而降低会议账号的管理难度和管理成本。另外,由于共享会议账号可以按需分配,因此,可以避免为了降低会议账号管理难度和管理成本,只为级别较高的员工分配会议账号的现象,从而可以使企业中的每个员工均能够通过共享会议账号预约和召开网络会议,如此,可以扩大会议账号的使用权限,可以提高办公效率。
在本公开实施例中,网络会议平台首先可以获取会议预约信息,该会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量,然后可以根据参会设备总数量,分配目标共享会议账号,之后当会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录目标共享会议账号的情况下,可以接入各个参会设备,进而调用目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议,当网络会议结束时,可以释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源。本公开实施例中,共享会议账号可以在需要使用时按照参会设备需求进行分配,在会议结束后可以再进行回收,如此,可以减少需要管理的会议账号数量,从而降低了会议账号的管理 难度。另外,由于共享会议账号可以按需分配,因此,可以避免为了降低会议账号管理难度和管理成本,只为级别较高的员工分配会议账号的现象,从而可以使企业中的每个员工均能够通过共享会议账号预约和召开网络会议,如此,可以扩大会议账号的使用权限,提高办公效率。
实施例三
图5示出了本公开实施例三的一种网络会议管理装置的结构示意图。参照图5,该网络会议管理装置500可以包括:
获取模块501,用于获取会议预约信息;所述会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量;
分配模块502,用于根据所述参会设备总数量,分配目标共享会议账号;
第一接入模块503,用于当所述会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录所述目标共享会议账号的情况下,接入所述各个参会设备;
调用模块504,用于调用所述目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议;
释放模块505,用于当所述网络会议结束时,释放所述目标共享会议账号及所述目标会议资源。
可选的,参照图5,所述会议预约信息还包括至少一个目标会议室信息;所述装置500还包括:
确定模块506,用于根据预置的会议室信息与硬件参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个所述目标会议室信息对应的目标硬件参会设备信息;
所述装置500还包括:
启动模块507,用于当所述会议开始时间到达时,根据各个所述目标硬件参会设备信息,启动各个目标硬件参会设备;
第二接入模块508,用于接入所述各个目标硬件参会设备;
其中,所述目标硬件参会设备信息包括目标硬件参会设备的IP地址。
可选的,参照图5,所述分配模块502包括:
确定子模块5021,用于从预置的共享会议账号资源池中,确定剩余的各个共享会议账号对应的参会设备的最大并发数量;
分配子模块5022,用于从所述各个共享会议账号中,选择所述最大并发数量大于或等于所述参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配。
可选的,参照图5,所述获取模块501包括:
第一接收子模块5011,用于接收主会场预约信息;所述主会场预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和主会场参会设备的第一数量;
第二接收子模块5012,用于当接收到分会场创建指令时,接收分会场联系人账号;
发送子模块5013,用于向所述分会场联系人账号发送分会场预约信息填写请求;
第三接收子模块5014,用于接收通过所述分会场联系人账号输入的分会场预约信息;所述分会场预约信息至少包括分会场参会设备的第二数量;
运算子模块5015,用于将所述第一数量和所述第二数量相加,获得参会设备总数量。
可选的,所述主会场预约信息还包括会议主题、会议结束时间、主会场地点和主会场参会人信息中的至少一种;所述分会场预约信息还包括分会场地点和分会场参会人信息中的至少一种。
在本公开实施例中,网络会议平台首先可以通过获取模块获取会议预约信息,该会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量,然后可以根据参会设备总数量,通过分配模块分配目标共享会议账号,之后当会议开始时间到达时,在各个参会设备登录目标共享会议账号的情况下,可以通过第一接入模块接入各个参会设备,进而通过调用模块调用目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议,当网络会议结束时,可以通过释放模块释放目标共享会议账号及目标会议资源。本公开实施例中,共享会议账号可以在需要使用时按照参会设备需求进行分配,在会议结束后可以再进行回收,如此,可以减少需要管理的会议账号数量,从而降低了会议账号的管理难度。
对于前述的各方法实施例,为了简单描述,故将其都表述为一系列的动作组合,但是本领域技术人员应该知悉,本公开并不受所描述的动作顺序的限制,因为依据本公开,某些步骤可以采用其他顺序或者同时进行。其次,本领域技术人员也应该知悉,说明书中所描述的实施例均属于优选实施例,所涉及的动作和模块并不一定是本公开所必须的。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种网络会议管理方法,所述方法包括:
    获取会议预约信息,所述会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量;
    根据所述参会设备总数量,自动分配目标共享会议账号和对应的资源;
    在所述会议开始时间,自动接入已登录所述目标共享会议账号的参会设备。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的网络会议管理方法,还包括:
    调用所述目标共享会议账号对应的资源进行网络会议;
    当所述网络会议结束时,释放所述目标共享会议账号及对应的资源。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述会议预约信息还包括至少一个目标会议室信息;在所述会议开始时间,自动接入已登录所述目标共享会议账号的参会设备之前,所述方法还包括:
    根据预置的会议室信息与参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个会议室信息对应的参会设备信息;
    在所述会议开始时间,自动接入已登录所述目标共享会议账号的参会设备还包括:
    根据各个参会设备信息,自动启动各个参会设备;
    自动接入所述各个参会设备;
    其中,所述参会设备信息包括参会设备的IP地址。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述参会设备总数量,分配目标共享会议账号,包括:
    从预置的共享会议账号资源池中,确定剩余的各个共享会议账号对应的参会设备的最大并发数量;
    从所述各个共享会议账号中,选择所述最大并发数量大于或等于所述参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的方法,其中,所述获取会议预约信息,包括:
    接收主会场预约信息,其中所述主会场预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和主会场参会设备的第一数量;
    当接收到分会场创建指令时,接收分会场联系人账号;
    向所述分会场联系人账号发送分会场预约信息填写请求;
    接收与所述分会场联系人账号相关联的分会场预约信息,其中所述分会场预约信息至少包括分会场参会设备的第二数量;
    将所述第一数量和所述第二数量相加,获得参会设备总数量。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述主会场预约信息还包括会议主题、会议结束时间、主会场地点和主会场参会人信息中的至少一种;所述分会场预约信息还包括分会场地点和分会场参会人信息中的至少一种。
  7. 一种网络会议管理装置,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取会议预约信息;所述会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量;
    分配模块,用于根据所述参会设备总数量,分配目标共享会议账号;
    第一接入模块,用于在所述会议开始时间,接入已登录所述目标共享会议账号的参会设备。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的会议管理装置,还包括:
    调用模块,用于调用所述目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议;
    释放模块,用于当所述网络会议结束时,释放所述目标共享会议账号及所述目标会议资源。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的装置,其中,所述会议预约信息还包括至少一个目标会议室信息;所述装置还包括:
    确定模块,用于在所述第一接入模块接入所述各个参会设备之前,根据预置的会议室信息与参会设备信息之间的对应关系,确定每个会议室信息对应的参会设备信息;
    启动模块,用于在所述会议开始时间,根据各个所述参会设备信息,启动各个参会设备;和
    第二接入模块,用于接入所述各个参会设备,
    其中,所述参会设备信息包括参会设备的IP地址。
  10. 根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述分配模块包括:
    确定子模块,用于从预置的共享会议账号资源池中,确定剩余的各个共享会议账号对应的参会设备的最大并发数量;和
    分配子模块,用于从所述各个共享会议账号中,选择所述最大并发数量大于或等于所述参会设备总数量的目标共享会议账号进行分配。
  11. 根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述获取模块包括:
    第一接收子模块,用于接收主会场预约信息,其中所述主会场预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和主会场参会设备的第一数量;
    第二接收子模块,用于当接收到分会场创建指令时,接收分会场联系人账号;
    发送子模块,用于向所述分会场联系人账号发送分会场预约信息填写请求;
    第三接收子模块,用于接收通过所述分会场联系人账号输入的分会场预约信息,其中所述分会场预约信息至少包括分会场参会设备的第二数量;和
    运算子模块,用于将所述第一数量和所述第二数量相加,获得参会设备总数量。
  12. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其中,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至6中任一项所述的网络会议管理方法的步骤。
  13. 一种网络会议平台,包括:
    办公自动化服务器组,用于获取会议预约信息,所述会议预约信息至少包括会议开始时间和参会设备总数量;
    多方会议管理服务器组,从所述办公自动化服务器组接收所述会议预约信息,根据所述参会设备总数量,分配目标共享会议账号;和
    参会设备接入服务器组,配置为在所述会议开始时间,将已登录所述目标共享会议账号的参会设备接入到网络会议平台中。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的网络会议平台,其中,所述多方会议管理服务器组还用于调用所述目标共享会议账号对应的目标会议资源进行网络会议,以及当所述网络会议结束时,释放所述目标共享会议账号及所述目标会议资源。
  15. 如权利要求13或14所述的网络会议平台,其中:
    所述参会设备接入服务器组还配置为在会议开始时间,自动呼叫参会设备,使开机状态下的参会设备自动进入所述网络会议;
    其中所述会议平台还包括:
    负载均衡服务器组,配置为将所述参会设备自动分配到负载最轻的硬件接入服务器上和
    级联服务器组,配置为将所述参会设备进行级联。
  16. 如权利要求13-15中任一项所述的网络会议平台,其中所述多方会议管理服务器组包括一个主服务器和至少一个备用服务器,其中所述主服务器与至少一个所述备用服务器保持数据的实时同步,并且当所述主服务器出现故障时,切换至所述至少一个备用服务器之一。
  17. 如权利要求13-16中任一项所述的网络会议平台,其中,所述主服务器和所述备用服务器通过虚拟IP地址与所述办公自动化服务器组之间进行数据交互。
  18. 如权利要求13-17中任一项所述的网络会议平台,其中,所述参会设备接入服务器组包括同时在线进行参会设备接入业务的两个或两个以上的接入服务器。
  19. 一种网络会议系统,包括如权利要求13-18中任一项所述的网络会议平台,还包括以下中的一个或多个:摄像头、用于显示PowerPoint等演示文稿或者Word/pdf文档的显示器、投影仪、麦克风、扬声器、耳机,以及组网设备。
