步骤一,

型组装件的制备
a、纳米合金粉体的制备:采用铁粉、铜粉和铝粉以上述配比作为基础粉体混合,加入无水乙醇搅拌均匀,慢慢加入NH 3·H 2O,调节溶液的pH值为9.0-10.5,持续搅拌20-30min,将溶液进行过滤,采用去离子水将过滤物洗涤至中性,将其放置在100℃的烘箱中5-10h蒸干溶剂,得到混合物,将该混合物机械球磨10-30h,在300-600℃,Ar气保护下,管式炉中加热6-12小时,降温至常温后再机械球磨50-200h,获得颗粒尺寸为5-15nm的Fe-Cu-Al纳米合金粉末;所述基础粉体与无水乙醇的质量比为1-2:4-10;所述铁粉、铜粉和铝粉的颗粒度为15-35μm,纯度≥99%;
b、合金粉体基体的制备:按照合金材料的配比将步骤a所得到的Fe-Cu-Al纳米合金粉体进行干燥后加入粉体Ce、Cr、Mn和B,在温度为450-600℃下预烧3-10h,之后置于真空感应炉中,抽真空至2*10 -3Pa,充入高纯氩气作为保护气,调节电流为32-60A,采用电弧熔炼法进行反复熔炼4-7次,熔炼完毕后,在氦气的保护下进行铸 坯,得到分散均匀的合金铸锭,将冷却后的合金铸锭,在行星式球磨机上于常温下进行星式球磨,球磨的时间为50-200h,球磨得到粒度为小于15nm的合金粉体基体;所述Ce、Cr、Mn和B的纯度达到99.8%以上,粒径为10-70μm;
c、合金本体的制备:将步骤b所制得的合金粉体基体置于烧结炉中烧结成型,氩气的保护下进行烧结,首先在500-700℃预烧2-4h,升温至100-1200℃烧结4-10h,降温至600-800℃保温2-3h,自然冷却至常温得到合金本体;
d、加工:将步骤c所制得的合金本体加工成

a、改性甲基苯基硅醇的制备
将苯基三甲氧基硅烷、三氟甲磺酸和第一溶剂置于容器中,置于40-50℃条件下回流反应20-30min,加入N-羟基丁二酰亚胺,升温至60℃下继续回流反应40-120min,得到甲基苯基硅醇;
将得到的甲基苯基硅醇置于去离子水中,搅拌10-20min,采用氨水调节水溶液将体系的pH值调节至9-10,并升温至50-60℃,自然冷却至常温,添加对氨基苯磺酸,保持超声振荡反应1-4小时,再静置反应3小时,然后对混合液进行抽滤以除去溶剂,得到改性的甲基苯基硅醇;
所述第一溶剂由去离子水、甲苯和无水乙醇以质量比为10-20:2-5:3-6组成;所述苯基三甲氧基硅烷、三氟甲磺酸、第一溶 剂、N-羟基丁二酰亚胺和对氨基苯磺酸的质量比为2-3:2-4:15-30:1-1.5:1.5-3;
b、乙烯基硅树脂基体的制备
将步骤a制备的改性的甲基苯基硅醇置于反应釜中,同时添加甲苯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醇胺,搅拌的过程中抽真空反应30-90min,升温至55℃反应1-3h,冷却至常温得到第一混合液备用;所述步骤a制备的改性的甲基苯基硅醇、甲苯、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和三乙醇胺的质量比为5-8:10-15:1-2:0.2-0.5;
将氧化锌、硬脂酸和油胺以质量比为3-6:5-19:2-5混合均匀,制备得硬脂酸锌前驱体溶液,保存于氮气惰性气氛中备用;
将所制备的第一混合液、硬脂酸锌前驱体溶液、乙烯基四甲基二硅烷和无水甲醇以质量比为4-8:2-3:1-2:10-15混合均匀,持续反应3-6h,采用乙酸调整溶液pH值在4.5-6之间,升温至40-70℃条件下持续反应4-10h,自然冷却至常温,使用双氧水调整至中性,静止分层,将油相采用乙酸乙酯和蒸馏水以2:5混合制得的混合液萃取,经过干燥、过滤和旋蒸得到乙烯基硅树脂基体;
c、乙烯基硅树脂的制备
将步骤b得到的乙烯基硅树脂基体、正辛醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷和三乙烯四胺以质量比为10-20:1-2:1-3:0.5-1混合得到乙烯基硅树脂;
d、镀膜
采用提拉法将步骤c制备的乙烯基硅树脂镀膜至步骤一所制备 的

型组装件表面,提拉速度9mm/min,镀膜完备后放入40-70℃烘干炉中保温3-6h得到表面镀膜的

经过测试得知:
(1)本发明中采用了Ce对Fe进行掺杂,同时添加了Mn元素,有效地提升了合金的拉伸强度,研究发现由于合金中同时含有Ce和Mn元素,当Ce对Fe进行掺杂,同时添加了Mn元素形成的合金后,能生成一种金属间化合物Laves相,它的不同尺寸原子以最致密的方式堆垛在晶胞中,其硬度较高,有显著的强化作用,通过Ce对Fe进行掺杂后组织均匀且颗粒均匀,随着Mn元素的增加,合金中硬质相增加,促使合金中的强度增强,通过当经过掺杂的Fe相和Mn之间的比值a:d为12-13:1时合金的拉伸强度为最佳;
根据标准GB/T709-2006进行测试,市面上普遍使用的房车钢材的拉伸强度(σb/MPa):375-500;本发明所采用的合金的拉伸强度(σb/MPa)为457-628;当a=61,d=5,e=3,x=0.92时拉伸强度(σb/MPa)为617。
(2)研究发现含有Cu元素能够提高合金的耐磨性能,尤其是采用Cr对Cu元素进行掺杂后,合金的耐磨性能显著增强,经过掺杂的合金经过摩擦后合金表面显得光滑平整,没有明显的磨损沟槽,说明掺杂后抗磨损的能力增强,磨损量减少,耐磨性比未加Cr的合金提高15%~30%以上,并且增加Cr的含量引起合金体的奥氏体含量降低,能够有效改善合金表面的微观结构,从而提高合金的耐磨性能;但是随着Cr含量的增加至一定程度后合金中的耐摩擦性能出现下降 的趋势,这是由于Cr增加到一定程度后对于合金的晶粒大小的细化作用减小达到瓶颈,因此随着Cr含量的增加对于耐摩擦性能增长变缓。
磨损试验在RRT2III型往复式摩擦磨损机上进行,磨损试验试样的对偶件为70mm*1317mm*10mm白刚玉砂条,粒度为200目,试样表面粗糙度在018~014μm之间。测试速度180r/s,测试压力25MPa,测试时间10min,每个试样测试次数1500次,测试行程60mm,室温18℃,湿度25%,无润滑干摩擦试验,磨损量用万用电子分析天平测试得知:
①未添加Cu元素和掺杂合金的磨损量为0.025/mg;
②仅添加了Cu元素未采用Cr掺杂的磨损量为0.019-0.22/mg;
③本发明的磨损量为0.012-0.15/mg,优选,a=61,d=5,e=3,x=0.92时,b=23,y=0.93时,合金的综合性能最佳,此时磨损量为0.014/mg;
(3)步骤一的d步骤中这个降温步骤也可以达到退火的目的,而且更加节约能源。
(4)虽然本发明合金中添加了其他的元素,使得物料成本上升20-30%,但是根据测试得知该合金的使用年限为25-30年不用更换,而市面采用较好的高强度钢材,使用年限均为5-7年需更换一次,最长的8-9年也需要更换。综合考虑本发明的合金材质为性价比最高的材质。
(5)本发明所制备的乙烯基硅树脂镀膜具有较好自清洁性能(采 用接触角测定仪测定水接触角初始值为115°):
①腐蚀试验:腐蚀介质选取H 2SO 4(5%)喷雾腐蚀300h后接触角为114°,如未对甲基苯基硅醇进行改性制得的镀膜的接触角为110°;
②水浸渍(180°F,36h纯净水浸渍):基体树脂中加入了硬脂酸锌前驱体,使得热水浸渍后接触角变化不大,接触角为113°;未添加硬脂酸锌前驱体的镀膜接触角为107°
③色牢度测试(室内连续300h采用氙灯照射,照射强度为1.0W/m 2)外观无变化,接触角为113°。
应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。此外应理解,在阅读了本发明讲授的内容之后,本领域技术人员可以对本发明作各种改动或修改,这些等价形式同样落于本申请所附权利要求书所限定的范围。

  1. 一种房屋式箱体房车,其特征在于,所述房屋式箱体房车(1)包括房屋式箱体(5)和车辆(2),所车辆(2)具有安装底盘(3),所述房屋式箱体(5)内具有房屋式箱体安装杆(20),所述房屋式箱体(5)通过房屋式箱体安装杆(20)与安装底盘(3)连接,使得房屋式箱体(5)和车辆(2)连接成为一个整体。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种房屋式箱体房车,其特征在于,所述车辆(2)具有安装底盘(3),所述安装底盘(3)的数量为两个,位于车辆(2)的两侧。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种房屋式箱体房车,其特征在于,所述安装底盘(3)的外侧沿长度方向具有多个间隔设置的底盘固定销(10),所述底盘固定销(10)包含
