Abstract

本発明のリグノセルロースファイバーの製造方法は、竹に対し、１５０℃以上３２０℃以下の水蒸気で加熱処理を施した後に、第一解繊処理を施して、竹ウィスカーを得る工程と、前記竹ウィスカーに対し、アルカリ金属化合物と、次亜塩素酸塩および亜塩素酸塩のうちの少なくとも１つとを用いた部分解繊処理および酸化処理を施して、平均太さが０．０５μｍ以上１００μｍ以下であり、平均長さが５０μｍ以上２０００μｍ以下である第一リグノセルロースファイバーを得る工程と、を備えることを特徴とする方法である。
