Hereinafter, a simple house according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 5.
The simple house A of the present embodiment is formed by combining a corrugated board wall material 1 and a roof material 2 as shown in FIGS. 1 to 5.
In addition, it was confirmed by an experiment that the wall material 1 and the roof material 2 made of corrugated board can be made to be durable for about one year even under weather and rain if they are formed by using flat corrugated board of two or three layers. ing.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 5, the wall material 1 and the roof material 2 of the present embodiment have a laminated structure in which a corrugated cardboard 6 is sandwiched between pulp nonwoven fabrics 7. It is preferable to use a three-layer cardboard for the cardboard 6. The wall material 1 and the roof material 2 having the laminated structure as described above are excellent in sound absorbing/insulating effect, and also excellent in heat insulating performance. Further, the wall material 1 and the roof material 2 can be disposed of as a combustible material when they cannot be reused.
As shown in FIG. 3, in the present embodiment, the wall material 1 is composed of nine different shapes shown in FIGS. 3(a) to 3(i). Moreover, the outer peripheral wall of the simple house A is constructed by the wall material 1, and inside the interior wall material 5 of three types shown in FIGS. 3(j) to (l) is used to form a partition inside. There is. The wall material 1 and the interior room material 5 can improve the degree of freedom in the floor plan of the simple house. The interior material 5 is also formed as a corrugated cardboard laminated structure similar to the wall material 1.
Further, the roof material 2 is installed so as to close the upper opening of the house in which the outer wall, the internal partition, etc. are formed by the wall material 1, and the flat plate-shaped top plate portion 2a that closes the upper opening of the house, and the top plate. And a fitting fixing portion 2b which is bent downward from the outer peripheral portion of the portion 2a at right angles and is engaged with the upper end of the wall material 1 forming the outer periphery of the house so as to be in surface contact. There is. As shown in FIG. 4, in the present embodiment, the roof material 2 is formed of seven different shapes shown in FIGS. 4(a) to 4(g). In addition, two types of reinforcing members 3 shown in FIGS. 4(h) to 4(i) are arranged at the joints between the roof members 2.
In the simple house A of the present embodiment, for example, the end portions of the adjacent wall materials 1, the fitting fixing portions 2b of the adjacent wall material 1 and the roof material 2, the end portions of the adjacent roof materials 2, and the like, Reinforcing materials (additional plate materials) 3 are used where necessary for joining, and fixed/joined with a one-touch joint 4 so that a predetermined strength can be secured as a house and the shape can be maintained.
The one-touch joint 4 includes, for example, a sewing member including a shaft portion and a substantially disk-shaped head integrally attached to a rear end of the shaft portion, and a fixing member attachable to the shaft portion of the sewing member. Has been done.
When joining the corrugated board members together with the one-touch joint 4, the corrugated board members that are adjacent to each other are overlapped with each other, and from this superposed part, from the front surface of one member to the back surface of the other member. The fixing member is attached to the tip side portion of the shaft portion that penetrates and projects from the back surface of the other member.
As a result, the head of the sewing member is locked to the front surface of one member, the fixing member is locked to the back surface of the other member, and the shaft portion of the sewing member is prevented from pulling out, so that the adjacent corrugated members It is possible to fix each other.
If the fixing member is attached to the shaft of the sewing member with one touch and removable, it is possible to easily assemble and remove the simple house. As the one-touch joint 4, for example, an em screw may be used.
Further, in order to manufacture the wall material 1, the roof material 2, and the interior room material 5 as a single body, the laminated structure can be easily manufactured by using the one-touch joint 4 while holding both sides of the corrugated cardboard 6 with the pulp nonwoven fabric 7. You can That is, the wall material 1, the roof material 2, and the inner room material 5 can be easily manufactured even at a construction site. The member (covering member) sandwiching the corrugated cardboard 6 from both sides may not be the pulp nonwoven fabric 7 as long as it has high sound absorbing performance. At that time, if the corrugated cardboard 6 and the covering member can be adhered to each other with an adhesive or glue, the one-touch joint 4 may not be used.
Furthermore, by adopting a three-layer corrugated board as the corrugated board 6 of the wall material 1, the roof material 2, and the inner room material 5, the strength is higher and the sound insulation is superior to the corrugated board of one or two layers.
Further, by adopting the pulp nonwoven fabric 7 containing pulp, the sound absorbing property is excellent and it can be discarded as a combustible material.
Therefore, in the simple house A of the present embodiment having the above-described configuration, by combining the lid-shaped roof material 2 and the corrugated cardboard (laminated structure) of the wall material 1, it is possible to secure the strength and rigidity of the shed house. it can. In addition, the one-touch joint 4 is used for assembly, and the assembly work can be easily performed from the inside of the room without using tools.
Also, by assembling the roof material 2 and the wall material 1 to create a space, it is possible to easily manufacture a simple house A with no gaps and excellent heat insulation performance.
Also, by using corrugated cardboard, it can be folded and stored, it can be easily transported and stored, and the occupied space can be saved. Furthermore, it can be applied not only in the field but also in the event of a disaster. Moreover, after use, it can be recycled, and the disposal cost can be eliminated.
Therefore, according to the simple house A of the present embodiment, it is possible to realize the simple house A that can be easily assembled and can form a suitable space for a long period of time.
The embodiment of the simple house according to the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment and can be appropriately modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
