Definitions
- the present invention relates to a pants-type diaper.
- Patent Literature 1 discloses disposable absorbent pants (pants-type diaper) including an absorbent structure (absorbent body) and an elastic belt structure (waist belt). ..
- the belt structure has an inner layer, an outer layer, and an elastic member arranged between the inner layer and the outer layer.
- -Pants-type diapers such as those described in Patent Document 1 are collected into small pieces after use and discarded.
- the front side part front side of the abdominal waist belt and crotch part
- the back side part back side waist belt and back side of the crotch part
- the pants-type diaper is wound up along the longitudinal direction from the crotch portion to both waist belts with the front side portion inside.
- the rolled-up pant-type diaper becomes a small columnar shape such that the back waist belt covers the outer peripheral surface.
- the post-treatment tape placed on the back waist belt is attached along the outer peripheral surface of the substantially cylindrical body so that the post-treatment tape straddles the end edge on the waist opening side, and the post-treatment tape has a substantially cylindrical shape. Fix the state of. As a result, a pant-type diaper is formed that has a small, substantially cylindrical shape. In this way, the user can collect the used pants-type diaper in a small size and easily dispose of it.
- the post-processing tape is placed and fixed in the tape fixing area on the non-skin side surface in the widthwise central portion of the back waist belt. It has a strip shape.
- the post-processing tape is an elongated tape whose one surface is coated with an adhesive, and is folded in a strip shape extending along the longitudinal direction when not in use. Then, the post-treatment tape is used as a tape in which a portion of the end portion not coated with the adhesive (hereinafter, also referred to as “tag portion”) is stretched while being pinched.
- the tag portion is usually located on the rear side in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, the user can wind and attach the stretched post-treatment tape around the outer peripheral surface of the pants-type diaper.
- an absorbent body containing a relatively large amount of superabsorbent polymer When applying an absorbent body containing a relatively large amount of superabsorbent polymer to a disposable diaper, it is possible to use an absorbent body in which the superabsorbent polymer is arranged approximately uniformly in a plane.
- the superabsorbent polymer absorbs a liquid (example: urine) and swells after being worn, the rigidity of the absorbent body is increased, and the absorbent body becomes relatively straight in the longitudinal direction. Get closer.
- the longitudinal ends of the absorber deform the back waist belt so as to bulge outward (non-skin side) in a convex shape.
- the back waist belt since the back waist belt is pressed against the skin side by the elastic member so as to fit the skin surface, the back side waist belt has a curved surface substantially along the skin surface except for the portion which is convexly bulged by the absorber. Therefore, in the back waist belt, a step is formed by the convex portion and the curved surface along the skin surface at a position corresponding to the back edge of the absorber.
- the post-processing tape described above is usually placed in the area where such a step may occur.
- the post-processing tape basically deforms along the step, but since the tag part has no adhesive, the tag part is separated from the main part of the post-processing tape. It may float.
- the tag portion may be caught on the floor or the like, and the surface of the main body portion of the post-treatment tape having the adhesive may be exposed.
- the post-treatment tape may stick to the floor or the like and peel off from the back waist belt. As a result, it is difficult to dispose the pants-type diaper in a small size after use.
- An object of the present invention is to provide a pant-type diaper containing a superabsorbent polymer, which suppresses the difficulty of using a post-treatment tape, and which makes it possible to collect the pant-type diaper in a small size after use and easily dispose of the pant-type diaper. To provide.
- the pants-type diaper of the present invention is as follows. (1) Absorption that has a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other, and is located between the abdominal waist belt, the back waist belt, the abdominal waist belt, and the back waist belt.
- a pants-type diaper comprising an absorbent main body including a body, and a post-treatment tape extending in the longitudinal direction, the post-treatment tape being disposed on the non-skin surface side of the central portion in the width direction of the back waist belt. Then, the post-treatment tape has a tag portion at the end portion on the rear side in the longitudinal direction, the absorber includes a superabsorbent polymer, and the back waist belt is at least the absorber rather than the absorber.
- an elastic member extending along the width direction is included, and the tape fixing area to which the post-treatment tape is fixed in the back waist belt is in the longitudinal direction in the tape fixing area.
- the absorbent body overlaps with the absorbent body in the thickness direction in the front half or less area in the longitudinal direction of the tape fixing area. Therefore, when the super absorbent polymer absorbs a liquid (example: urine) and swells after mounting, the position where the step due to the swelling of the absorbent body is formed is either the front half of the tape fixing region in the longitudinal direction. It becomes the position.
- the tag portion is located at the rear end portion in the longitudinal direction of the tape fixing area. Therefore, the position of the step is largely apart from the position of the tag portion.
- the pants-type diaper of the present invention has (2) a longitudinal direction, a width direction, and a thickness direction that are orthogonal to each other, and is a ventral waist belt, a back waist belt, the abdominal waist belt, and the back waist belt.
- An absorbent main body that is located between the absorbent body and an absorbent body, and a post-processing tape that is disposed on the non-skin surface side surface of the central portion in the width direction of the back waist belt and that extends in the longitudinal direction.
- the post-treatment tape has a tag portion at a rear end of the longitudinal direction, the absorbent body contains a super absorbent polymer, and the back waist belt is , At least on the rear side in the longitudinal direction with respect to the absorber, including an elastic member extending along the width direction, the tape fixing region in which the post-treatment tape is fixed in the back waist belt, the entire region And a pants-type diaper that overlaps the absorber in the thickness direction.
- the entire area of the tape fixing area overlaps with the absorber in the thickness direction. Therefore, when the superabsorbent polymer absorbs a liquid (eg, urine) and swells after mounting, a step due to swelling of the absorbent body is not formed in the tape fixing region. Therefore, the position of the step is largely apart from the position of the tag portion. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag part from separating from the post-treatment tape and floating due to the effect of the step, and even if an infant wearing a pants-type diaper rolls on the floor or bed, for example, the post-treatment tape will peel off from the back waist belt. It can be suppressed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the post-treatment tape from being difficult to use, and it is possible to collect the pants-type diaper in a small size after use and easily dispose of it.
- a liquid eg, urine
- the pants-type diaper of the present invention may be the pants-type diaper according to (1) or (2) above, in which the elastic member overlaps the tag portion in the thickness direction.
- the region in which the elastic member is arranged overlaps the tag portion in the thickness direction, and thus is easily affected by the step due to the swelling of the absorbent body, but since it has the above-mentioned configuration, the tag The position of the part and the position of the step are greatly separated. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion from separating from the post-processing tape and floating.
- the absorber is adjacent to a crotch region, a back side region adjacent to the rear side in the longitudinal direction of the crotch region, and a front side in the longitudinal direction of the crotch region.
- An abdominal region the dorsal region includes a low basis weight region in which the basis weight of the superabsorbent polymer is lower than the crotch region, and the tape fixing region includes the low basis weight in the thickness direction.
- the pants-type diaper according to any one of (1) to (3), which overlaps with the amount range, may be used.
- the low basis weight region overlaps the tape fixing region in the thickness direction.
- the back side region can use a low basis weight region because it does not need to absorb much liquid, and the low basis weight region is relatively thick before and after absorbing liquid. Is thin. Therefore, even if the super absorbent polymer absorbs the liquid after mounting and swells, and a step due to swelling of the absorbent body is formed in the tape fixing area of the back waist belt or in the vicinity thereof, a step due to swelling in the low basis weight area. Therefore, the step can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion from separating from the post-processing tape and floating.
- the pants-type diaper according to the present invention is characterized in that (5) the absorber is provided with a squeezing section obtained by compressing the absorber in the thickness direction in at least the low basis weight region. May be.
- the absorber has a compressed portion in the low basis weight region. Therefore, even if the superabsorbent polymer absorbs liquid after the wearing and swelling progresses, the swelling of the superabsorbent polymer in the low basis weight region of the absorber is suppressed by the squeezing portion, so that the back waist belt rear side It is possible to further reduce the step formed at the end portion due to the swelling of the absorber. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent the tag portion from separating from the post-processing tape and floating.
- the pants-type diaper of the present invention is (6) wherein the absorbent body is located on the non-skin side of the first absorbent layer containing the superabsorbent polymer, and comprises the superabsorbent polymer. And a second absorbing layer, wherein the second absorbing layer includes a protruding portion protruding outward from an end edge of the first absorbing layer at a rear end portion in the longitudinal direction in a plan view,

Therefore, the basis weight of the super absorbent polymer in the back side high basis weight region BAa and the abdominal side high basis weight region FAa is equivalent to the basis weight of the super absorbent polymer in the crotch region MA.
- the abdominal area FA includes the abdominal low basis weight area FAb as the low basis weight area 14b in addition to the abdominal high basis weight area FAa and the abdominal non-arrangement area FAc.
- the second absorption layer 42 includes, at a rear end in the longitudinal direction L, a protrusion that protrudes outward from the edge of the first absorption layer 41 in a plan view.

- the second absorbent layer 42 is covered with the intermediate layer 43, and thus the protruding portion, that is, the back side low basis weight region BAb is covered with the intermediate layer 43 and the first base material 44 on the skin side.
- the second absorbent layer 42 includes, in a plan view, the width-direction protrusions that protrude outward from the end edges of the first absorption layer 41 at both ends in the width direction W.
- the width direction protrusion is covered with the intermediate layer 43 and the first base material 44 on the skin side.
- the second absorbent layer 42 includes, at a front end in the longitudinal direction L, another protruding portion that protrudes outward from the edge of the first absorbent layer 41 in a plan view.
- Other protrusions include the ventral low basis weight area.
- the protruding portion that is, the back low-basis-weight area BAb is covered on the skin side by one of the intermediate layer 43 and the first base material 44 and not by the other.
- the second absorbent layer 42 does not include a widthwise protruding portion that protrudes outward from the end edge of the first absorbent layer 41 at both end portions in the width direction W in a plan view.

Therefore, since a relatively large amount of the super absorbent polymer is arranged in the crotch region MA that needs to absorb the liquid, the absorber 14 ensures the absorption performance and does not leak the liquid (example: urine) without fail. Can be absorbed.
- the region becomes thin, so that it corresponds to the region.
- the absorber can be less likely to bite into the skin surface. This makes it difficult for the wearer to feel uncomfortable and improves the fit of the pants-type diaper 1. - the back side high expansion/contraction region 32 is a region where the elastic member 7a that expands/contracts in the width direction W exists. - the edge K1 is an inner edge in the width direction W of the elastic member 7a. Therefore, of the absorbent body 14 including the portion on the rear side of the longitudinal direction L of the channel 48, the central portion in the width direction W is hardly expanded in the width direction W by the back side low elastic region 31, and both end portions in the width direction W are formed. - the tape fixing area TA to which the post-processing tape 50 is fixed in the back side portion 3 is an area that is half or less of the front side in the longitudinal direction L in the tape fixing area TA, and is located in the absorber 14 and the thickness direction T. Overlap.
- the absorbent body 14 (the front edge of the longitudinal direction L in the absorber 14) has the longitudinal direction L. Located in front of.

- the ventral side portion 2 is substantially the same as the back side portion 3. That is, the abdominal part 2 has a low abdominal expansion/contraction region 36 in which the elasticity in the width direction W is low, and a pair of abdominal high expansion/contraction regions 37, 37 in which the elasticity in the width direction W is high.
- the belly-side low expansion/contraction region 36 is located at the center of the belly-side portion 2 in the width direction W, and extends from the rear edge of the longitudinal direction L to the front side.
- the pair of belly-side high stretch regions 37, 37 are adjacent to both sides of the belly-side low stretch region 36 in the width direction W.
- the abdominal side low expansion/contraction region 36 has an elongation rate ((length after expansion-original length)/(original length)) with respect to a predetermined tensile force in the width direction W, and is a width of the abdominal side high expansion/contraction region 37. It is a region of 1/3 or less of the elongation in the direction W, preferably 1/5 or less, and more preferably 1/10 or less.
- the belly-side low expansion/contraction region 36 is a region in which there is no elastic member that expands/contracts in the width direction W, or a region in which an elastic member exists but the elastic member does not function as an elastic member (does not expand or contract very much). ..
- the abdominal high expansion/contraction region 37 is a region where the elastic member 6a that expands/contracts in the width direction W exists. Therefore, the region in which the elastic member 6a that can function as the elastic member exists and the region in which the elastic member that can function as the elastic member does not exist define the belly-side high expansion/contraction region 37 and the belly-side low expansion/contraction region 36.
- the elasticity of each elastic area is determined by the elasticity of the elastic member.
- the abdominal side portion 2 further has another abdominal side high elastic region 39 that exhibits high elasticity in the width direction W.
- the other abdominal high-elasticity region 39 is adjacent to the front side in the longitudinal direction L of the pair of abdominal high-elasticity regions 37, 37 and the abdominal low-elasticity region 36.
- the expansion ratio in the width direction W of the other abdominal high expansion/contraction region 39 is substantially the same as the expansion ratio of the abdominal high expansion/contraction region 37 in the width direction W.
- the other high-side elastic region 39 is defined as a region where the elastic member 6b exists. Therefore, the front end of the abdominal part 2 in the longitudinal direction L is easily pressed against the abdomen of the wearer by the other abdominal high elastic region 39.
- the elastic member 6b is located on the front side (abdominal side 2 side) in the longitudinal direction L with respect to the absorber 14.
- the portion of the channel 48 on the front side in the longitudinal direction L overlaps with the abdominal low expansion/contraction region 36 in the thickness direction T.
- the inner edge K2 in the width direction W of each of the pair of ventral high-elasticity regions 37, 37 is an edge of the absorber 14 facing the ventral high-elasticity region 37 in the width direction W. 14 EW and the channel 48 (the edge 48E in the width direction W thereof).
- the edge K2 is an inner edge in the width direction W of the elastic member 6a.
- the central portion in the width direction W is hardly expanded or contracted in the width direction W by the belly-side low expansion/contraction region 36, and both end portions in the width direction W are It is extended in the width direction W by the pair of ventral high-stretch regions 37, 37.
- the channel 48 of the absorbent body 14 reaches at least one of the back side part 3 (back side waist belt) and the ventral side part 2 (abdominal side waist belt) in the longitudinal direction L. ing. Therefore, the liquid (example: urine) can be transported and distributed to the dorsal side (rear side of the longitudinal direction L) and/or the ventral side (front side of the longitudinal direction L) of the absorbent body 14. Thereby, the liquid can be absorbed by the superabsorbent polymer at the rear end or front end of the longitudinal direction L of the absorbent body 14 that hardly contributes to the absorption, and the superabsorbent polymer can be effectively utilized.
- the liquid example: urine
- the inner end in the width direction W in the high elastic region (dorsal high elastic region 32, abdominal high elastic region 37) of at least one of the back portion 3 and the abdominal portion 2 is It is located between the end edge 14WE and the channel 48 facing the high expansion/contraction region in the width direction W of the absorber 14. That is, the central portion of the absorbent body 14 in the width direction W overlaps with the low elasticity region (back low elasticity region 31, abdominal low elasticity region 36) in the thickness direction T. Therefore, the contraction force for contracting the absorbent body 14 in the width direction W is not too strong, so that the back-side end of the absorbent body 14 in the longitudinal direction L contracts in the width direction W and becomes a convex shape before mounting. Can be suppressed.
- the portions on both sides of the absorbent body 14 in the width direction W overlap the high elasticity region in the thickness direction T. Therefore, the absorber 14 can be pulled from both sides of the channel 48 in the width direction W by the contraction force in the high expansion/contraction region. As a result, it is possible to suppress the phenomenon that the end portion of the absorbent body 14 in the longitudinal direction L has a convex shape and the end portion of the absorbent main body 10 in the longitudinal direction L jumps out of the wearer's body. That is, the flatness of at least one of the back side portion 3 and the abdominal side portion 2 can be maintained before and after the attachment.
- the hot-melt adhesive is applied onto the sheet for the second base material 46 while moving the sheet for the second base material 46 in the longitudinal direction L.
- the super absorbent polymer is supplied from the super absorbent polymer supply device along the longitudinal direction L on both end portions and the central portion in the width direction W of the sheet for the second base material 46 coated with the hot melt adhesive. And spray. At this time, a small amount of superabsorbent polymer migrates to a region (corresponding to a channel) between both end portions and the central portion.
- the sheet for the intermediate layer 43, the hot melt adhesive of which is applied on both sides is laminated on the super absorbent polymer on the sheet for the second base material 46.
- a superabsorbent polymer is supplied from another superabsorbent polymer supply device to the central portion in the width direction W of the intermediate layer 43 sheet coated with the hot melt adhesive. Spray along the longitudinal direction L.
- the sheet for the first base material 44 in which the hot melt adhesive is applied is laminated on the super absorbent polymer on the sheet for the intermediate layer 43, with the hot melt adhesive being on the super absorbent polymer side.
- both sides of the sheet for the second base material 46 in the width direction W are folded back to both sides of the sheet for the first base material 44 in the width direction W to obtain a laminate.
- the thickness of the laminate is adjusted by passing the laminate through a pair of press rolls, that is, by pressing, and the absorber 14 is obtained.
- the liquid-permeable surface sheet 12 is attached to the upper surface (the surface of the first base material 44) of the absorbent body 14 manufactured as described above, and the liquid is not applied to the lower surface of the absorbent body 14 (the surface of the second base material 46).
- the transparent back sheet 13 is attached to obtain a laminated body.
- the side sheets 17 with the leak preventive wall 16 are attached to both sides of the laminate in the width direction W to obtain the absorbent main body 10.
- the absorbent main body 10 is attached onto the cover sheet 5 (including the elastic members 6, 7, and 8) in which the post-treatment tape 50 is arranged on the non-skin surface side of the central portion in the width direction W, and the belly is formed. Both ends 2a, 2a of the side portion 2 in the width direction W are joined to both ends 3a, 3a of the back side portion 3 in the width direction W. Thereby, the pants-type diaper 1 is manufactured.
- the tape fixing area TA is an area that is half or less of the front side (that is, the abdominal side 2 side) of the tape fixing area TA in the longitudinal direction L in the thickness direction T. Overlap. In other words, the tape fixing area TA overlaps the absorber 14 in the thickness direction T in the area in front of the virtual line 53 in the longitudinal direction L in the tape fixing area TA (that is, on the ventral side 2 side).
- the position where the step due to the swelling of the absorber 14 is formed is the front side in the longitudinal direction L in the tape fixing area TA. It is half the position, that is, one of the regions on the ventral side 2 side of the imaginary line 53.
- the tag portion 51 is located at the rear end of the tape fixing area TA in the longitudinal direction L (that is, on the back side 3 side). Therefore, the position of the step is largely separated from the position of the tag portion 51.
- the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-treatment tape 50 and floating due to the effect of the step, and even if an infant wearing the pants-type diaper 1 rolls on the floor or bed, for example, the post-treatment tape 50 does not have a back portion. It is possible to suppress the peeling from the (back waist belt). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the post-treatment tape 50 from being difficult to use, and it becomes possible to collect the pants-type diaper 1 in a small size after use and easily dispose of it.
- the region where the elastic member 7b is arranged in the back side part 3, that is, the other high back elastic region 34, the back side part 3 is placed on the skin surface by the elastic member 7b. It is pressed against the skin to fit. Therefore, it can be considered that a step is easily formed due to the swelling of the absorber 14. Then, since the region in which the elastic member 7b is disposed (the other high-side elastic region 34 on the back side) overlaps the tag portion 51 in the thickness direction T, it can be considered that it is easily affected by the step due to the swelling of the absorber 14.
- the pants-type diaper of the present embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, it is possible to make the position of the tag portion 51 and the position of the step greatly separate. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-processing tape 50 and floating.
- the back side low basis weight area BAb overlaps the tape fixing area TA in the thickness direction T.
- the back side area BA does not need to absorb a large amount of liquid
- the back side low basis weight area BAb can be used, and the back side low basis weight area BAb also absorbs liquid before absorption.
- the thickness is relatively thin afterwards. Therefore, even if the super absorbent polymer absorbs the liquid after mounting and the swelling proceeds, and a step due to the swelling of the absorbent body 14 is formed in the tape fixing area TA of the back side (back waist belt) or in the vicinity thereof, Since this is a step due to the swelling of the side low basis weight area BAb, the step can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-processing tape 50 and floating.
- the protruding portion of the second absorbent layer 42 protruding from the first absorbent layer 41 to the rear side (back side 3 side) in the longitudinal direction L extends in the tape fixing area TA and the thickness direction T. Overlap. Therefore, even if the superabsorbent polymer absorbs the liquid after mounting and the swelling proceeds, and a step due to the swelling of the absorber 14 is formed in the tape fixing area TA of the back side portion 3 (back side waist belt) or in the vicinity thereof, Since this is a step due to the swelling of the thin protrusion, the step can be reduced. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-processing tape 50 and floating.
- the protruding portion is substantially the back side low basis weight area BAb.
- the absorbent body 14 is provided with a non-woven fabric intermediate layer 43 on the skin side of the second absorption layer 42, and the skin side surface of the back side low basis weight area BAb is a non-woven fabric (intermediate layer). Is covered. Therefore, the movement of the super absorbent polymer of the second absorbent layer 42 can be surely suppressed, and the thickness of the back side low basis weight area BAb can be more surely kept thin. Thereby, even if a step due to the swelling of the absorber 14 is formed, the step due to the swelling of the thin projection portion can be surely reduced. Therefore, it is possible to further prevent the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-processing tape 50 and floating.
- the back side part 3 when the back side part 3 is in close contact with the skin surface, even if the back side low basis weight area BAb of the absorber 14 is pressed against the skin surface, the skin side surface of the back side low basis weight area BAb is covered with the nonwoven fabric. Therefore, the unevenness due to the super absorbent polymer is not felt, and it is possible to make it difficult to feel discomfort during wearing.
- FIG. 7 is a bottom view in which a part of the back side portion according to another embodiment is enlarged and viewed from the non-skin side.
- the post-processing tape 50 has a configuration similar to that of the case of FIG. 5, except that the tape fixing area TA overlaps the absorber 14 in the thickness direction T in the entire area. Different from the case. In the example of this figure, the tape fixing area TA entirely overlaps the back side low basis weight area BAb of the absorber 14 in the thickness direction T. Therefore, when the super absorbent polymer absorbs a liquid (eg, urine) and swells after mounting, a step due to the swelling of the absorbent body 14 is not formed in the tape fixing area TA.
- a liquid eg, urine
- the position of the step is largely separated from the position of the tag portion 51. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the tag portion 51 from separating from the post-treatment tape 50 and floating due to the effect of the step, and even if an infant wearing the pants-type diaper 1 rolls on the floor or bed, for example, the post-treatment tape 50 does not have a back portion. It can suppress that it peels off from 3 (back waist belt). Therefore, it is possible to prevent the post-treatment tape 50 from being difficult to use, and it becomes possible to collect the pants-type diaper 1 in a small size after use and easily dispose of it.
- the tape fixing area TA entirely overlaps the back side high basis weight area BAa of the absorber 14 (and the back side portion 3 side of the crotch area MA) in the thickness direction T.
- FIG. 8 is a top view which shows the structural example of the absorptive main body 10 of the pants type diaper which concerns on another embodiment.
- the absorbent main body 10 has substantially the same configuration as in the case of FIGS. 1 to 3, but the absorbent body 14 is at least in a low basis weight region (eg, back side low basis weight region BAb).
