Abstract
本発明の一態様は、モータに電流が印加される期間である主期間内の各時刻における前記電流の電流値を示す電流値情報を取得する電流値取得部と、前記電流値情報が示す時刻tにおける前記電流値を電流値i(t)とし(tは実数)、前記電流値情報が示す前記時刻tの経過時間Δt時間後の時刻(t+Δt)における前記電流値を電流値i(t+Δt)とし、前記電流値i(t)と前記電流値i(t+Δt)との差を時刻tにおける電流値変化量として、前記電流値変化量の分布とランダムな変化をする物理量の分散を表す分布である正常分布との違いに基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する判定部と、を備える判定装置である。
Description
本発明は、判定装置、モータ装置及びプログラムに関する。
これまで、ファンモータの異常を検知する技術が提案されている(米国特許出願公開第2008/0309366号明細書および米国特許出願公開第2014/0111218号明細書を参照)。これらの提案された技術は、ファンモータが異常である際に生じる振動や電流値等の物理量の値が検出されたか否かによってファンモータの異常を検知する技術である。
従来のモータの異常を検知する技術は、例えばファンモータが異常である際に生じる物理量の値を予め装置が学習しておく必要があり、学習の時間が必要という問題があった。また、このような問題はファンモータだけに限らずモータ全般に共通する問題であった。
上記事情に鑑み、本発明は、モータの異常を示す物理量の値の学習に要する時間を軽減するとともにモータの異常を検知する技術を提供することを目的としている。
本発明の一態様は、モータに電流が印加される期間である主期間内の各時刻における前記電流の電流値を示す電流値情報を取得する電流値取得部と、前記電流値情報が示す時刻tにおける前記電流値を電流値i(t)とし(tは実数)、前記電流値情報が示す前記時刻tの経過時間Δt時間後の時刻(t+Δt)における前記電流値を電流値i(t+Δt)とし、前記電流値i(t)と前記電流値i(t+Δt)との差を時刻tにおける電流値変化量として、前記電流値変化量の分布とランダムな変化をする物理量の分散を表す分布である正常分布との違いに基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する判定部と、を備える判定装置である。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記判定部は、前記主期間内の期間である複数の副期間であって前記主期間の長さの半分以下の長さの期間である複数の副期間ごとに、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対する所定の統計量の値を取得する統計量取得処理部と、前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさ以下であることを前記所定の統計量の値が示すか否かを前記副期間ごとに判定する安定副期間判定処理部と、前記安定副期間判定処理部の判定結果に基づいて前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定するモータ判定処理部と、を備える。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさ以下であることを前記所定の統計量の値が示すと前記安定副期間判定処理部によって判定された前記副期間を安定副期間とし、前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさよりも大きいことを前記所定の統計量の値が示すと前記安定副期間判定処理部によって判定された前記副期間を不安定副期間として、前記モータ判定処理部は、前記安定副期間の数と前記不安定副期間の数との和に対する前記安定副期間の数が所定の値よりも大きい場合に前記モータの動作が正常であると判定し、前記モータ判定処理部は、前記安定副期間の数と前記不安定副期間の数との和に対する前記安定副期間の数が前記所定の値以下である場合に前記モータの動作が異常であると判定する。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記正常分布は、ガウス分布である。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記所定の統計量は、MD(Mahalanobis' Distance)の2乗の分布の分散をvarMD2として、varMD2である。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記安定副期間判定処理部は、さらに、前記電流値又は前記電流値変化量の乱雑さを示す値に基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置であって、前記安定副期間判定処理部は、MD(Mahalanobis' Distance)の2乗の分布の分散をvarMD2として、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対するvarMD2とガウス分布に対するvarMD2との差であるvarMD2差がvarMD2閾値よりも大きく、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対するCIVの値と予め定められた第1の値との差であるCIV差が予め定められた第2の値よりも大きい場合に前記副期間は前記不安定副期間であると判定し、前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値よりも大きく、前記CIV差が前記第2の値以下である場合に前記副期間は前記安定副期間であると判定し、前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値以下であって、前記CIV差が前記第2の値より大きい場合に前記副期間は前記不安定副期間であると判定し、前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値以下であって、前記CIV差が前記第2の値以下である場合に前記副期間は前記安定副期間であると判定する。
本発明の一態様は、モータと、前記モータに電流が印加される期間である主期間内の各時刻における前記電流の電流値を示す電流値情報を取得する電流値取得部と、前記電流値情報が示す時刻tにおける前記電流値を電流値i(t)とし(tは実数)、前記電流値情報が示す前記時刻tの経過時間Δt時間後の時刻(t+Δt)における前記電流値を電流値i(t+Δt)とし、前記電流値i(t)と前記電流値i(t+Δt)との差を電流値変化量として、前記電流値変化量の分布と正常分布との違いに基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する判定部と、を備えるモータ装置である。
本発明の一態様は、上記の判定装置としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラムである。
本発明により、本構成を有しない場合と比較し、モータの異常を示す物理量の値の学習に要する時間を軽減するとともにモータの異常を検知することが可能となる。
以下、実施形態の判定装置、モータ装置及びプログラムを、図面を参照して説明する。
図1は、実施形態のモータ装置1の機能構成の一例を示す図である。
モータ装置1は、モータ10、モータ制御回路20、モータ制御装置30、モータ判定装置40及び出力装置50を備える。
モータ10は、電力の供給を受けて回転することでトルクを発生する。すなわち、モータ10は、電気エネルギーを運動エネルギーに変換する。モータ10は、モータであればどのようなモータであってもよく、例えば、ブラシレスモータであってもよいし、ステッピングモータであってもよい。モータ10は、例えば、ファンモータであってもよい。
図1は、実施形態のモータ装置1の機能構成の一例を示す図である。
モータ装置1は、モータ10、モータ制御回路20、モータ制御装置30、モータ判定装置40及び出力装置50を備える。
モータ10は、電力の供給を受けて回転することでトルクを発生する。すなわち、モータ10は、電気エネルギーを運動エネルギーに変換する。モータ10は、モータであればどのようなモータであってもよく、例えば、ブラシレスモータであってもよいし、ステッピングモータであってもよい。モータ10は、例えば、ファンモータであってもよい。
モータ制御回路20は、半導体スイッチ等のスイッチを備えモータ10に接続された回路である。モータ制御回路20は、スイッチのオン/オフによって整形された所定の波形の電流をモータ10に印加することでモータ10を回転させる。
モータ制御装置30は、モータ制御回路20を制御することでモータ10の動作を制御する。モータ制御装置30は、例えば、モータ制御回路20が備えるスイッチのオン/オフを制御することで、モータ10の回転を制御する。
モータ判定装置40は、モータ10に印加される電流の各時刻における電流値に基づいてモータ10の動作が異常か否かを判定する。なお、モータ10の動作が異常であるとは、例えば、潤滑剤の固化や潤滑剤の減少やベアリングの変形等のモータ10の回転を阻害する要因によってモータ10の回転に要するエネルギーが所定の値以上であるようなモータ10の状態である。
出力装置50は、モータ判定装置40の判定結果を出力する。出力装置50は、モータ判定装置40の判定結果を出力可能であればどのようなものであってもよい。出力装置50は、CRT(Cathode Ray Tube)ディスプレイや液晶ディスプレイ、有機EL(Electro-Luminescence)ディスプレイ等の表示装置を含んで構成されてもよい。出力装置50は、これらの表示装置を自装置に接続するインタフェースとして構成されてもよい。出力装置50は例えば、LED(light emitting diode)であってもよい。モータ判定装置40がLEDである場合、出力装置50は、例えば、LEDの点滅のパターンによってモータ10の動作が異常か否かを示してもよい。
図2は、実施形態におけるモータ判定装置40の機能構成の一例を示す図である。
モータ判定装置40は、バスで接続されたCPU(Central Processing Unit)やメモリや補助記憶装置などを備え、プログラムを実行する。モータ判定装置40は、プログラムの実行によって電流値取得部41、RMS値取得部42及び判定部43を備える装置として機能する。

電流値取得部41は、電流値情報を取得する。電流値情報は、モータ10に印加される電流の主期間内の各時刻における電流値を示す情報である。主期間は、モータ10に電流が印加される期間であって予め定められた期間であればどのような期間であってもよく、例えば、モータ10に電流が印加され始めてから36時間であってもよい。

RMS値取得部42は、RMS値取得処理を実行する。RMS値取得処理は、電流値情報に基づいて、電流値情報が示す電流値のRMS時間におけるRMS(root mean square)値を取得する処理である。RMS時間は、予め定められた時間である。RMS時間は、主期間の長さ(以下「主時間」という。)の半分よりも短ければどのような時間であってもよい。例えば主時間が35時間である場合、RMS時間は、例えば、1分であってもよい。以下、説明の簡単のためRMS時間は、1分であると仮定する。以下、RMS値取得処理によって取得されたRMS値の各時刻における値を示す情報を、以下説明の簡単のため、電流値情報という。

所定の方式は、例えば、第1方式であってもよい。第1方式は、時刻t_(n)の副時間後の時刻を時刻t_(n+1)とし、時刻t_(n)を開始時刻とする副期間を第1方式第n副期間として、全ての第1方式第n副期間において判定用統計量の値を取得する方式である。なお、nは整数である。
所定の方式は、例えば、第2方式であってもよい。第2方式は、時刻t_(n)の第2方式時間後の時刻を時刻t_(n+1)として、時刻t_(n)を開始時刻とする副期間を第2方式第n副期間として、全ての第2方式第n副期間において判定用統計量の値を取得する方式である。
なお、第2方式時間は、副時間の半分の時間である。

モータ判定処理部434は、モータ判定処理を実行する。モータ判定処理は、安定副期間判定処理部433による安定副期間判定処理の実行によって取得された判定結果に基づいて、モータ10が異常か否かをモータ判定処理部434が判定する処理である。
具体的には、モータ判定処理部434はモータ判定処理の実行によって、判定値が所定の値(以下「判定閾値」という。)より大きい場合に、モータ10の動作が異常であると判定する。モータ判定処理部434はモータ判定処理の実行によって、判定値が判定閾値以下である場合に、モータ10の動作が正常であると判定する。判定値は、不安定副期間の数と安定副期間の数との和に対する不安定副期間の数の比である。
具体的には、モータ判定処理部434はモータ判定処理の実行によって、判定値が所定の値(以下「判定閾値」という。)より大きい場合に、モータ10の動作が異常であると判定する。モータ判定処理部434はモータ判定処理の実行によって、判定値が判定閾値以下である場合に、モータ10の動作が正常であると判定する。判定値は、不安定副期間の数と安定副期間の数との和に対する不安定副期間の数の比である。
図6は、実施形態におけるモータ判定装置40が実行する判定処理の流れの一例を示す図である。
電流値取得部41は、電流値情報を取得する(ステップS101)。RMS値取得部42が、RMS値取得処理を実行する(ステップS102)。ステップS102の次に、ステップS102によってRMS値取得処理が実行された後の電流値情報に基づいて、統計量取得処理部432が、統計量取得処理を実行する(ステップS103)。安定副期間判定処理部433が、安定副期間判定処理を実行する(ステップS104)。モータ判定処理部434が、モータ判定処理を実行する(ステップS105)。
なお、ステップS102の処理は必ずしも実行されなくてもよい。ステップS102の処理が実行されない場合、ステップS103の処理において統計量取得処理部432は、ステップS101の処理において取得された電流値情報に基づいて、統計量取得処理を実行する。
ここで、図7を用いて、図6におけるステップS104において判定部43が実行する安定副期間判定処理の流れの一例をより具体的に説明する。図7においては、正常分布がガウス分布であると仮定する。図7においては、判定用統計量がvarMD2であると仮定する。図7においては、判定部43は、安定副期間判定処理において、varMD2だけでなく、さらに、電流値変化量に対するCIVに基づいて各副期間がそれぞれ安定条件を満たすか否かを判定すると仮定する。
図7は、実施形態における安定副期間判定処理の流れの一例を示す図である。図7に示すフローチャートにおいて、判定部43は、図6のステップS103によって既に統計量取得処理を実行済みである。また、図7に示すフローチャートにおいて、判定部43は、図6のステップS103において、既に副期間ごとの電流値変化量に対するCIVを取得済みである。すなわち、図7に示すフローチャートにおいて、判定部43は既に副期間内電流値変化量分布に対するvarMD2と各副期間における電流値変化量に対するCIVとを取得済みである。
また、説明の簡単のため、図7に示すフローチャートは、安定副期間判定処理部433が、ひとつの副期間に対して安定副期間であるか否かを判定する処理の流れを示すフローチャートであると仮定する。複数の副期間に対して安定副期間であるか否かを判定する場合には、安定副期間判定処理部433は、図7のフローチャートが示す処理の流れを各副期間に対して実行する。
以下、安定副期間判定処理部433が安定条件を満たすか否かを判定する判定対象の副期間を判定対象副期間という。
また、説明の簡単のため、図7に示すフローチャートは、安定副期間判定処理部433が、ひとつの副期間に対して安定副期間であるか否かを判定する処理の流れを示すフローチャートであると仮定する。複数の副期間に対して安定副期間であるか否かを判定する場合には、安定副期間判定処理部433は、図7のフローチャートが示す処理の流れを各副期間に対して実行する。
以下、安定副期間判定処理部433が安定条件を満たすか否かを判定する判定対象の副期間を判定対象副期間という。
安定副期間判定処理部433は、varMD2差がvarMD2に関する所定の閾値(以下「varMD2閾値」という。)より大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS201)。varMD2差は、副期間内電流値変化量分布に対するvarMD2と正常分布に対するvarMD2との差である。varMD2差がvarMD2閾値よりも大きい場合(ステップS201:YES)、安定副期間判定処理部433は、CIV差がVcivに関する所定の閾値(以下「CIV閾値」という。)より大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS202)。CIV差は、副期間内電流値変化量分布に対するVcivと予め定められた所定のCIVとの差である。予め定められた所定のCIVは、例えば、モータ10の動作が正常な場合における副期間内電流値変化量分布に対するCIVである。予め定められた所定のCIVは、乱雑比較値の一例である。CIV閾値は、乱雑差閾値の一例である。CIV差がCIV閾値よりも大きい場合(ステップS202:YES)、安定副期間判定処理部433は判定対象副期間が不安定副期間であると判定する(ステップS203)。
一方、ステップS202において、CIV差がCIV閾値以下である場合(ステップS202:NO)、安定副期間判定処理部433は判定対象副期間が安定副期間であると判定する(ステップS204)。
一方、ステップS201において、varMD2差がvarMD2閾値以下である場合(ステップS201:NO)、安定副期間判定処理部433はCIV差がCIV閾値より大きいか否かを判定する(ステップS205)。CIV差がCIV閾値より大きい場合(ステップS205:YES)、安定副期間判定処理部433は判定対象副期間が不安定副期間であると判定する(ステップS206)。

このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、電流値変化量の分布と正常分布とを比較する。正常分布は、ランダムな変化をする物理量の分散を表す分布であって一般によく知られた分布である。そのため、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、モータの異常を示す物理量の値に関して予め学習された学習結果を用いることなく電流値変化量の分布に基づいてモータ10の異常を検知することができる。
また、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、電流値変化量の分布と所定の分布とを比較によってモータ10の異常を検知する。そのため、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、電流値を取得するサンプリング周波数が低い場合であってもモータ10の異常を検知することできる。このため、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、演算能力の高くないマイコン等の演算装置によってモータ10の動作が正常か否かを判定する場合であってもモータ10の異常を検知することができるという効果を奏する。
また、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、電流値変化量の分布と所定の分布とを比較によってモータ10の異常を検知する。そのため、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、電流値を取得するサンプリング周波数が低い場合であってもモータ10の異常を検知することできる。このため、このように構成された実施形態のモータ装置1は、演算能力の高くないマイコン等の演算装置によってモータ10の動作が正常か否かを判定する場合であってもモータ10の異常を検知することができるという効果を奏する。
(変形例)
なお、上述した実施形態におけるモータ制御装置30及びモータ判定装置40をコンピュータで実現するようにしてもよい。その場合、この機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することによって実現してもよい。なお、ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、OSや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含んでもよい。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであってもよく、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであってもよく、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等のプログラマブルロジックデバイスを用いて実現されるものであってもよい。
なお、上述した実施形態におけるモータ制御装置30及びモータ判定装置40をコンピュータで実現するようにしてもよい。その場合、この機能を実現するためのプログラムをコンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体に記録して、この記録媒体に記録されたプログラムをコンピュータシステムに読み込ませ、実行することによって実現してもよい。なお、ここでいう「コンピュータシステム」とは、OSや周辺機器等のハードウェアを含むものとする。また、「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、フレキシブルディスク、光磁気ディスク、ROM、CD-ROM等の可搬媒体、コンピュータシステムに内蔵されるハードディスク等の記憶装置のことをいう。さらに「コンピュータ読み取り可能な記録媒体」とは、インターネット等のネットワークや電話回線等の通信回線を介してプログラムを送信する場合の通信線のように、短時間の間、動的にプログラムを保持するもの、その場合のサーバやクライアントとなるコンピュータシステム内部の揮発性メモリのように、一定時間プログラムを保持しているものも含んでもよい。また上記プログラムは、前述した機能の一部を実現するためのものであってもよく、さらに前述した機能をコンピュータシステムにすでに記録されているプログラムとの組み合わせで実現できるものであってもよく、FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array)等のプログラマブルロジックデバイスを用いて実現されるものであってもよい。
なお、モータ判定装置40は、ネットワークを介して通信可能に接続された複数台の情報処理装置を用いて実装されてもよい。この場合、モータ判定装置40が備える各機能部は、複数の情報処理装置に分散して実装されてもよい。例えば、電流値取得部41、RMS値取得部42及び電流値変化量取得処理部431と、判定部43とはそれぞれ異なる情報処理装置に実装されてもよい。例えば、電流値取得部41と、RMS値取得部42、電流値変化量取得処理部431及び判定部43とはそれぞれ異なる情報処理装置に実装されてもよい。
なお、予め定められた所定のCIVは、第1の値の一例である。なお、CIV閾値は、第2の値の一例である。

Claims (9)
- モータに電流が印加される期間である主期間内の各時刻における前記電流の電流値を示す電流値情報を取得する電流値取得部と、
前記電流値情報が示す時刻tにおける前記電流値を電流値i(t)とし(tは実数)、前記電流値情報が示す前記時刻tの経過時間Δt時間後の時刻(t+Δt)における前記電流値を電流値i(t+Δt)とし、前記電流値i(t)と前記電流値i(t+Δt)との差を時刻tにおける電流値変化量として、前記電流値変化量の分布とランダムな変化をする物理量の分散を表す分布である正常分布との違いに基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する判定部と、
を備える判定装置。 - 前記判定部は、前記主期間内の期間である複数の副期間であって前記主期間の長さの半分以下の長さの期間である複数の副期間ごとに、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対する所定の統計量の値を取得する統計量取得処理部と、
前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさ以下であることを前記所定の統計量の値が示すか否かを前記副期間ごとに判定する安定副期間判定処理部と、
前記安定副期間判定処理部の判定結果に基づいて前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定するモータ判定処理部と、
を備える、
請求項1に記載の判定装置。 - 前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさ以下であることを前記所定の統計量の値が示すと前記安定副期間判定処理部によって判定された前記副期間を安定副期間とし、前記正常分布と前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布との違いが所定の大きさよりも大きいことを前記所定の統計量の値が示すと前記安定副期間判定処理部によって判定された前記副期間を不安定副期間として、前記モータ判定処理部は、前記安定副期間の数と前記不安定副期間の数との和に対する前記安定副期間の数が所定の値よりも大きい場合に前記モータの動作が正常であると判定し、前記モータ判定処理部は、前記安定副期間の数と前記不安定副期間の数との和に対する前記安定副期間の数が前記所定の値以下である場合に前記モータの動作が異常であると判定する、
請求項2に記載の判定装置。 - 前記正常分布は、ガウス分布である、
請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の判定装置。 - 前記所定の統計量は、MD(Mahalanobis' Distance)の2乗の分布の分散をvarMD2として、varMD2である、
請求項2又は請求項3に記載の判定装置。 - 前記安定副期間判定処理部は、さらに、前記電流値又は前記電流値変化量の乱雑さを示す値に基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する、
請求項3に記載の判定装置。 - 前記安定副期間判定処理部は、MD(Mahalanobis' Distance)の2乗の分布の分散をvarMD2として、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対するvarMD2とガウス分布に対するvarMD2との差であるvarMD2差がvarMD2閾値よりも大きく、前記副期間における前記電流値変化量の分布に対するCIVの値と予め定められた第1の値との差であるCIV差が予め定められた第2の値よりも大きい場合に前記副期間は前記不安定副期間であると判定し、
前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値よりも大きく、前記CIV差が前記第2の値以下である場合に前記副期間は前記安定副期間であると判定し、
前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値以下であって、前記CIV差が前記第2の値より大きい場合に前記副期間は前記不安定副期間であると判定し、
前記varMD2差が前記varMD2閾値以下であって、前記CIV差が前記第2の値以下である場合に前記副期間は前記安定副期間であると判定する、
請求項6に記載の判定装置。 - モータと、
前記モータに電流が印加される期間である主期間内の各時刻における前記電流の電流値を示す電流値情報を取得する電流値取得部と、
前記電流値情報が示す時刻tにおける前記電流値を電流値i(t)とし(tは実数)、前記電流値情報が示す前記時刻tの経過時間Δt時間後の時刻(t+Δt)における前記電流値を電流値i(t+Δt)とし、前記電流値i(t)と前記電流値i(t+Δt)との差を電流値変化量として、前記電流値変化量の分布とランダムな変化をする物理量の分散を表す分布である正常分布との違いに基づいて、前記モータの動作が正常か否かを判定する判定部と、
を備えるモータ装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の判定装置としてコンピュータを機能させるためのプログラム。
