Abstract

Provided is an absorbent article that ensures the continued coverage the stomach by preventing the entire front waist region of the absorbent article from shifting downward when the skin at the bottom of the stomach expands and contracts. In a center region (FC) positioned at the center of a front waist region (S1) of an absorbent article (10) in the widthwise direction, a plurality of regions are established by dividing the entire length of the center region in the lengthwise direction into 10 equal parts. Among the plurality of regions, the regions within the range extending from 0-40% of the total length of the front waist region in the lengthwise direction rearward from the front edge of the front waist region constitute a waistline region (F11), and the regions within the range extending from 40-100% of the total length of the front waist region in the lengthwise direction rearward from the front edge of the front waist region constitute a lower stomach region (F12). The lower stomach region is provided with a low-rigidity region (LR) that has a rigidity lower than the average waistline rigidity, which is the average value of the rigidity of the waistline region in the lengthwise direction.

Description

Absorbent article
The present invention relates to absorbent articles such as disposable diapers.
Absorbent articles such as disposable diapers are worn so as to cover the abdomen and buttocks of the body. There is known an absorbent article that can improve the fit of the wearer's body shape, particularly the swelling of the abdomen (see Patent Document 1 below). The absorbent article of Patent Document 1 has a front waistline region that covers the abdomen, a back waistline region that covers the buttocks, and an elastic member that expands and contracts in the width direction in the front waistline region. The elastic member is curved toward the waist opening side from the center in the width direction toward the outside in the width direction.
In the absorbent article described in Patent Document 1, the elastic member is arranged in a region overlapping with the absorber. As a result, the elastic region exerts the function of lifting the absorber to the waist opening side in the front waist region.
However, the lower end of the abdomen is recessed for a wearer with a swollen abdomen, and the skin tends to stretch and contract depending on the wearer's posture. When the skin of the lower end of the abdomen is stretched or contracted, the entire front waist region may shift downward, and it may not be possible to continue to cover the bulge of the abdomen.
Therefore, there is a demand for an absorbent article that suppresses downward displacement of the entire front waist region when the skin at the lower end of the abdomen expands and contracts, and easily keeps covering the abdomen.
The absorbent article according to one aspect has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other, a front waistline region, a rear waistline region, and a crotch region disposed between the front waistline region and the rear waistline region, and at least inseam. An absorbent article having an absorbent core arranged in a region, wherein a central region located in the center of the front waistline region in the width direction is a plurality of parts obtained by dividing the total length of the central region in the longitudinal direction into 10 equal parts. The region of 0 to 40% of the plurality of regions located at the rear from the front edge of the front waistline region with respect to the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the front waistline region constitutes a waist region, Of the plurality of regions, a region located 40 to 100% rearward of the front end edge of the front waistline region with respect to the entire length of the front waistline region in the longitudinal direction constitutes a lower abdominal region, and is located in the lower abdominal region. Is provided with a low rigidity region having a rigidity value lower than an average waist rigidity which is an average value of rigidity in the longitudinal direction of the waist region.

(1) Outline of Embodiment At least the following matters will be made clear by the present specification and the description of the accompanying drawings.
The absorbent article according to one aspect has a longitudinal direction and a width direction orthogonal to each other,
A front girth region, a back girth region, and a crotch region arranged between the front girth region and the rear girth region, and an absorbent core having at least an absorption core arranged in the crotch region, wherein: A central region located at the center of the front waistline region in the width direction is provided with a plurality of regions obtained by dividing the entire length of the central region in the longitudinal direction into ten equal parts, and among the plurality of regions, the front waistline region is A region located 0 to 40% rearward of the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the front waistline region from the front edge constitutes a waist region, and a region of the plurality of regions from the front edge of the front waistline region to the front waistline region is formed. A region located 40 to 100% rearward with respect to the entire length in the longitudinal direction constitutes a lower abdominal region, and the lower abdominal region is an average value of rigidity in the longitudinal direction of the region constituting the waist region. A low stiffness region is provided that has a stiffness value that is less than some average waist stiffness.
The lower abdominal region is located 40% to 100% rearward from the front edge of the front waistline region and is arranged to face the recess at the lower end of the abdomen, and the waist region is located above the recess at the lower end of the abdomen. , Arranged to face the bulge of the abdomen. The dent at the lower end of the abdomen is likely to cause expansion and contraction of the skin due to changes in the wearer's posture. The lower abdominal region is likely to receive a force that deforms in the longitudinal direction due to changes in the posture of the wearer, and when the force that deforms in the longitudinal direction is applied, the lower abdominal region is likely to deform based on the low rigidity region. The low-rigidity region has lower rigidity than the average waist stiffness, and is easily deformed earlier than the waist region when a force that deforms in the longitudinal direction is applied. As a result, the lower abdominal region follows the deformation of the dent at the lower end of the abdomen, and it is difficult for wrinkles and wrinkles to be formed in the waist region located above the dent of the abdomen, and the waist region keeps covering the bulge of the abdomen. You can Therefore, when expansion and contraction of the skin at the lower end of the abdomen occurs, it is possible to suppress the downward displacement of the entire front waistline region and continue to cover the abdomen.
According to a preferred aspect, the low-rigidity region of the lower abdomen region is arranged so as to face the recess at the lower end of the wearer's abdomen.
According to this aspect, since the low-rigidity region is arranged so as to face the recess at the lower end of the abdomen, the low-rigidity region deforms when the skin expands and contracts, and the displacement of the regions other than the low-rigidity region is prevented. Easy to control. Therefore, it is easier to obtain the effect of suppressing the downward shift of the entire front waist region and continuing to cover the abdomen.
According to a preferred aspect, the high-rigidity region having the highest rigidity in the longitudinal direction among the plurality of regions is provided on the crotch side of the low-rigidity region.
According to this aspect, the region having higher rigidity than the low-rigidity region is provided in both the opening-side region located on the waist opening side of the low-rigidity region and the crotch-side region located on the crotch side of the low-rigidity region. .. Therefore, when a force that deforms in the longitudinal direction is applied to the lower abdominal region, it is possible to locally deform between the opening side region and the crotch side region. Therefore, while the body is continuously covered by the opening-side region and the crotch-side region, the deformation of the body is absorbed by the deformation of the region between them, and the shift in the longitudinal direction of the entire front waist region can be suppressed.
According to a preferred aspect, the front end edge of the absorbent core is arranged in the high rigidity region.
Since the absorbent core is arranged in the high-rigidity region in the crotch region and the absorbent core is not arranged in the low-rigid region, the deformation base point is formed between the crotch region and the low-rigid region depending on the presence or absence of the absorbent core. .. The crotch region and the low-rigidity region can easily realize different deformation states, and the low-rigidity region can easily deform so as to absorb the deformation of the body, with the crotch-side region as a base point. In addition, since the absorbent core is not arranged in the opening side area that covers the bulge of the abdomen, it is difficult to inhibit the bulge of the abdomen due to the rigidity of the absorbent core, and the absorbent core is not arranged in the low-rigidity area that absorbs the deformation of the body. It is difficult for the rigidity of the absorbent core to inhibit the deformation of the low rigidity region that absorbs the deformation.
According to a preferred aspect, the standard deviation of the rigidity of each area forming the waist area is less than 0.2.
▽ Each region that constitutes the waist region has little variation in rigidity in the longitudinal direction, and it is difficult to form a deformation base point in the waist region due to the difference in rigidity. The waist region is less likely to be deformed so as to shrink in the longitudinal direction, the length of the waist region in the longitudinal direction is secured, and the waist region can continue to cover the abdomen more.
According to a preferred aspect, the length of the low-rigidity region in the longitudinal direction is 20% or more of the entire length of the front waistline region in the longitudinal direction.
According to this aspect, when the expansion and contraction of the skin at the lower end of the abdomen occurs, the force applied to the front waist region is easily absorbed by the deformation of the low rigidity region. Thereby, the force applied to the front waistline region is absorbed by the deformation of the low rigidity region, and the region deformed by the movement of the body can be minimized. In addition, by absorbing the force applied to the front waistline region by the deformation of the low rigidity region, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the waist region. Therefore, it is easy to secure the length in the longitudinal direction of the entire front waistline region, and it is easier to obtain the effect of continuously covering the abdomen with the waist region.
According to a preferred aspect, the lower abdominal region includes a first lower abdominal region located 40 to 60% rearward of a front end edge of the front waistline region with respect to the entire length of the front waistline region in the longitudinal direction, and the front waistline. A second lower abdominal region located 60 to 90% rearward of the entire length in the longitudinal direction of the front waistline region from the front edge of the region, and the low-rigidity region includes the first lower abdominal region and the first lower abdominal region. It is provided in each of the two lower abdominal regions.
According to this aspect, it is possible to provide both the first lower abdominal region and the second lower abdominal region with a portion that deforms according to the movement of the body. The first lower abdominal region is close to the waist region, and the low-rigidity region of the first lower abdominal region is deformed, so that a deformation base point when the bulge of the abdomen is deformed can be formed. The second lower abdominal region is close to the crotch region, and the low-rigidity region of the second lower abdominal region is deformed, so that a deformation starting point when a force is applied from the crotch side due to movement of the leg or the like can be formed. By providing the deformation base point of the first lower abdominal region and the low-rigidity region of the second lower abdominal region, the other side moves with one as a base point and locally deforms between both the deformation base points to deform the body. It is possible to absorb and suppress the shift in the longitudinal direction of the entire front waist region.
According to a preferred aspect, the absorbent article is a disposable diaper for children. Children such as infants and the like who use disposable diapers have a larger abdominal bulge with respect to the depression of the lower abdomen as compared with adults, and the front waistline region S1 is more likely to shift. According to the absorbent article of the present embodiment, it is possible to prevent the entire front waistline region S1 from being displaced downward when the skin at the lower end of the abdomen expands and contracts, and continue to cover the abdomen.

The exterior joining region AE may include a region where the cover sheet 27 is joined to the exterior sheet and a region where the exterior sheets are joined together. The exterior joining region AE is likely to have higher rigidity than the exterior non-joining region NE, and may be provided in the waist region F11 described later.
The absorbent article 10 may have a cover non-bonding region NC where the absorbent body 40 and the cover sheet 27 are not bonded, and a cover bonding region AC where the absorbent body 40 and the cover sheet 27 are bonded. The cover non-bonding region NC may be a region in which the sheet of the absorbent main body 40 that is disposed so as to face the cover sheet 27 and the cover sheet 27 are not bonded. The cover joining region AC may be a region in which the cover sheet 27 and the sheet that is arranged facing the cover sheet 27 among the sheets that form the absorbent main body 40 are joined. The cover non-bonding region NC has a lower rigidity than the region where the cover sheet 27 and the absorbent main body 40 are bonded, and is a region that is easily deformed.
As shown in FIG. 2, the front waistline region S1 may have a central region FC located at the center in the width direction W and a side region FS located outside the central region FC in the width direction W. The outer edge of the central region FC coincides with the inner edge of the side region FS. The outer edge of the side region FS may be the inner edge of the side joint portion 60 in the pants-type absorbent article, and may be the outer edge of the front waistline region S1 in the tape-type absorbent article. You can
The central area FC and the side area FS of the present invention can be defined by the following method. First, when the absorbent article 10 has the side joint portion 60, the side joint portion 60 is released and the absorbent article 10 is expanded. Next, the absorbent article is stretched to the stretched state. The extended state is a state in which wrinkles due to contraction of the elastic member are not formed. In the stretched state, the length of the front waistline region S1 in the width direction is measured. Next, the front waistline region S1 is extended to a constant width. The constant width of the front waistline region S1 is 60% of the length of the front waistline region S1 in the stretched state in the width direction. In the front waistline region S1 having a constant width, a region including the center in the width direction and having a widthwise length of 55% is defined as a central region FC, and a region between the central region FC and an outer edge of the front waistline region S1 is defined. Let it be the side region FS. The length of the side region FS in the width direction is 22.5% of the constant width.
The central region FC of the front waistline region S1 may be provided with a plurality of regions indicated by the ratio to the total length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L. Specifically, the central region FC of the front waistline region S1 is provided with a plurality of regions obtained by dividing the total length of the central region in the longitudinal direction L into 10 equal parts. The plurality of regions are the first region from the front edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 to the rear 10%, the second region from 10% to 20% rear, the third region from 20% to 30% rear, from 30%. 40% backwards 4th area, 40% to 50% backwards 5th area, 50% to 60% backwards 6th area, 60% to 70% backwards 7th area, 70% to 80% It has an eighth region to the rear, a ninth region from 80% to 90% rear, and a tenth region from 90% to 100% rear.
Of the plurality of regions, a region located 0 to 40% behind the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 with respect to the entire length in the longitudinal direction L of the front waistline region S1, that is, the first region to the fourth region is the waist region F11. Constitute. Of the plurality of regions, the region located 40 to 100% rearward from the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 with respect to the entire length in the longitudinal direction L of the front waistline region S1, that is, the fifth region to the tenth region is the lower abdominal region F12. Constitute. In addition, each area|region in this embodiment is prescribed|regulated by the ratio with respect to the full length of the absorbent article in an extended state.
5 to 7 are diagrams schematically showing a state where the absorbent article is worn by the wearer. FIG. 5 is a front view, and FIGS. 6 and 7 are side views. FIG. 7A shows a state in which the legs are slightly moved to the ventral side, and FIG. 7B shows a state in which the legs are drawn to the abdominal side from the state shown in FIG. 7A. 5 to 7, the line of the wearer's body is indicated by the alternate long and short dash line BL. As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, on the wearer's abdominal side, a recess extending in the width direction W is generally formed at the lower end of the abdomen. The recess at the lower end of the abdomen is curved upward from the center in the width direction W toward the outside in the width direction W, and is particularly easily formed particularly in an infant. The dent at the lower end of the abdomen is likely to cause expansion and contraction of the skin due to changes in the wearer's posture. As a result of earnest studies by the applicant, it has been found that the recess at the lower end of the abdomen is arranged to face the lower abdomen region F12 in the central region FC.
The absorbent article 10 may be designed to have a rigidity suitable for each region of the front waistline region S1, and the first region to the tenth region may have different rigidity in the longitudinal direction L. By lowering the rigidity in the longitudinal direction L of the region of the abdomen facing the easily deformable portion, the deformation of the depression at the lower end of the abdomen is followed, and the abdomen is easily covered by the other regions.
FIG. 8 shows measurement data of bending rigidity in the first to tenth regions of the absorbent article according to the embodiment. In the present embodiment, the “longitudinal rigidity” of each region is measured by the following method. FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining a measuring device for measuring rigidity. For measuring the rigidity, a digital force gauge 200 gf (2N) (SHIMPO model number FGP-0.2) 101 and a force gauge stand (SHIMPO model number GS-50X-H) 102 are used. First, a test piece for measurement is prepared. When the absorbent article 10 has the side joint portion 60, the side joint portion 60 is released and the absorbent article 10 is expanded. Next, the length is measured in the stretched state in which the absorbent article is stretched, and a mark is given so that the length of the side joint portion 60 in the longitudinal direction L is divided into 10 equal parts. Then, the absorbent article is left for 60 minutes in an atmosphere of 20° C.±2° C. and a relative humidity of 60%±5% RH, and the length of the front waistline region S1 in the width direction W is measured. This length is the length in the width direction of the front waistline region S1 in the natural state.
Next, the rigidity in the longitudinal direction L of the first to tenth regions of the central region is measured. The front waistline region S1 is extended to a constant width. The constant width of the front waistline region S1 is 60% of the length of the front waistline region S1 in the stretched state in the width direction. A front waistline region S1 to be a test piece is attached on an acrylic plate 103 for attaching the force gauge stand 102. The acrylic plates 103 and 104 are recessed in a U shape as shown in FIG. 9B. The width of the U-shaped recessed portion is 115 mm. FIG. 9C shows a state where the test piece X is installed on the acrylic plate 103. At this time, the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article 10 faces the digital force gauge 101 and is located 10% behind the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article 10 (the frontmost position). The absorbent article 10 is arranged such that a portion up to the front edge S1F side of the waistline region S1) extends from the end of the U-shaped concave portion of the acrylic plate 103 toward the digital force gauge 101 side. At this time, the test piece is arranged so that the center in the width direction of the tip 106 of the digital force gauge 101 faces the center in the width direction of the first region. An acrylic plate 104 having a thickness of 2 mm is covered from above, and a 3.5 kg weight 105 is placed on the acrylic plate 104. With the first region protruding from the acrylic plates 103 and 104, the tip 106 of the digital force gauge 101 is arranged as close as possible to the absorbent article so that the load is not applied to the digital force gauge 101. The size of the tip 106 of the digital force gauge 101 is 10 mm×30 mm. The first region of the front waistline region S1 is pressed by the tip 106 of the digital force gauge 101. In this state, using a digital force gauge, the rigidity of the region from the front edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article to the mark located 10% rearward is measured. The pressing condition is 100 mm/min, the data capturing interval is 10 times/sec, and the maximum value during pressing of 5 mm is the bending rigidity value of the region. In this way, the rigidity of the first region located in the central region FC of the front waistline region S1 is measured. Next, in order to measure the rigidity of the next region, the region from the front edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article to the mark located 10% behind is cut. By the same process, the rigidity of the region of the front waistline region S1 of the absorbent article from the mark located 10% rearward to the front end edge S1F to the mark located 20% rearward is measured. This measurement is repeated 10 times to measure the rigidity (N) of a region obtained by dividing the entire length of the front waistline region S1 into 10 equal parts in the longitudinal direction L. When measuring the bending rigidity of the side region FS, the test piece is arranged so that the center in the width direction of the tip 106 of the digital force gauge 101 faces the center in the width direction of the side region FS in the above-described measurement method. And measure. The subsequent steps are the same as the measurement of the bending rigidity in the first to tenth regions described above.
A low-rigidity region LR and a high-rigidity region HR having different rigidity in the longitudinal direction L may be provided in the central region FC of the front waistline region S1. The low rigidity region LR is a region having a rigidity value lower than an average waist rigidity which is an average value of the rigidity of the waist region F11 in the longitudinal direction L. The average waist rigidity is an average value of the rigidity in the longitudinal direction L of the first area to the fourth area, and is 0.338 N in the present embodiment. The low rigidity region LR is a region having a rigidity value lower than the average waist rigidity among the six regions forming the lower abdominal region F12, and is constituted by the fifth region and the eighth region in the present embodiment. ing.
The low rigidity region LR is a region in the lower abdomen region F12 that is more easily deformed in the longitudinal direction L than the surroundings. The low-rigidity region LR is specifically a low-weighing portion in which a component member (for example, the absorption core 50) that constitutes the absorbent article 10 is weighed lower than the surroundings, and a low-joint portion in which the adhesive unit weight is lower than the surroundings. It may be an area where at least one of a region where members constituting the absorbent article 10 are not joined and a fragile portion where the member constituting the absorbent article is cut or damaged are provided.
The low-rigidity area LR is preferably provided with the low-rigidity area 70, and in the present embodiment, an area where members constituting the absorbent article are not joined is provided. As shown in FIG. 3, the low-rigidity portion 70 is configured by a region where members constituting the absorbent article are not joined. Specifically, the sheet non-bonding region NS and the main body non-bonding region NB may be configured by the overlapping region DR. Further, the low-rigidity portion 70 may be configured by the exterior non-bonding area NE. The rigidity of the area where the sheets are not joined is lower than the area where the sheets are joined. In addition, the low-rigidity portion 70 may be formed by the cover non-bonding region NC. Preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, the low-rigidity portion 70 includes a first non-bonding region N11 where the cover non-bonding region NC, the sheet non-bonding region NS, and the main body non-bonding region NB overlap, and a plurality of exterior non-bonding regions. The second non-bonding region N12 may overlap the region NE. The first non-bonding region N11 and the second non-bonding region N12 are adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction L and may form an integrated low-rigidity portion.
The high-rigidity region HR is a region having the highest rigidity among the first region to the tenth region, which is a plurality of regions, and is configured by the tenth region in the present embodiment. The high-rigidity region HR is specifically a high-weighing portion in which a component member (for example, the absorption core 50) forming the absorbent article is weighed more than the low-rigidity region LR, and the basis weight of the adhesive is higher than that in the low-rigidity region LR. It may be a region in which at least one of a high-joint portion having a high height and a base point portion for forming a wrinkle extending in the longitudinal direction L is provided.
The lower abdominal region F12 is located 40 to 100% rearward of the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 and is arranged so as to face the recess at the lower end of the abdomen, and the waist region F11 is located more than the recess at the lower end of the abdomen. It is located on the upper side and is arranged to face the bulge of the abdomen. The dent at the lower end of the abdomen is likely to cause expansion and contraction of the skin due to changes in the wearer's posture. The lower abdominal region F12 is likely to be deformed in the longitudinal direction L due to changes in the posture of the wearer, and is easily deformed when the deforming force in the longitudinal direction L is applied to the low rigidity region LR as a base point. The low-rigidity region LR has a lower rigidity than the average waist rigidity, and is easily deformed earlier than the waist region F11 when a force that deforms in the longitudinal direction L acts. As a result, the lower abdomen region F12 follows the deformation of the dent at the lower end of the abdomen, and it is difficult for wrinkles and wrinkles to be formed in the waist region F11 located above the dent of the abdomen, and the abdomen bulges due to the waist region F11. You can keep covering. Therefore, when expansion and contraction of the skin at the lower end of the abdomen occurs, it is possible to suppress downward displacement of the entire front waistline region S1 and continue to cover the abdomen.
It is preferable that the low-rigidity region LR of the lower abdominal region F12 is arranged to face the recess at the lower end of the abdomen of the wearer. By arranging the low-rigidity region LR so as to face the dent at the lower end of the abdomen, the low-rigidity region LR is deformed when the skin expands and contracts, and it is easy to suppress the displacement of regions other than the low-rigidity region LR. .. Therefore, it is easier to obtain the effect of suppressing the downward displacement of the entire front waistline region S1 and continuing to cover the abdomen.
The high rigidity region HR may be provided on the crotch side with respect to the low rigidity region LR. The low-rigidity region LR is lower than the waist average rigidity, and the opening-side region F13 (see FIG. 8) located closer to the waist opening than the low-rigidity region LR has a region with higher rigidity than the low-rigidity region LR. Further, the crotch region F14 (see FIG. 8) located on the crotch side of the low rigidity region LR also has a region (high rigidity region HR) having higher rigidity than the low rigidity region LR. Therefore, a region having higher rigidity than the low rigidity region LR is provided in both the opening side region F13 and the crotch side region F14. Therefore, when a force that deforms in the longitudinal direction L is applied to the lower abdominal region F12, it can be locally deformed between the opening side region F13 and the crotch side region F14. Therefore, while the body is continuously covered by the opening side region F13 and the crotch region F14, the deformation of the body is absorbed by the deformation of the region between them, and the shift of the entire front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L can be suppressed.
Since the high-rigidity region HR is provided on the crotch side of the low-rigidity region LR, the low-rigidity region LR is separated from the rear edge of the lower abdomen region F12 (the rear edge of the front waistline region S1). The crotch region S3 is preferably not excessively deformed in order to ensure the function of absorbing body fluid, and the high rigidity region HR makes it easy to secure the length in the width direction of the crotch region.
The rigidity of the high rigidity region HR may be 150% or more of the rigidity of the low rigidity region LR. The difference in rigidity between the high-rigidity region HR and the low-rigidity region LR becomes large, and the low-rigidity region LR functions as a base point for deformation, and the high-rigidity region HR makes it easy to secure the length of the crotch region in the width direction.
The front end edge 50F of the absorbent core 50 may be arranged in the high rigidity region HR. Since the absorbent core 50 is arranged in the high rigidity region HR and the absorbent core 50 is not arranged in the low rigidity region LR in the crotch region F14, depending on the presence or absence of the absorption core 50, between the crotch region F14 and the low rigidity region LR. A deformation base point is formed at. The crotch region F14 and the low-rigidity region LR are likely to realize different deformation states, and the low-rigidity region LR is easily deformed to absorb the deformation of the body with the crotch region F14 as a base point. Further, since the absorbent core 50 is not arranged in the opening side region F13 that covers the swelling of the abdomen, the rigidity of the absorbent core 50 does not easily hinder the swelling of the abdomen, and the absorbent core is not arranged in the low rigidity region LR that absorbs the deformation of the body. Therefore, it is difficult for the rigidity of the absorbent core 50 to inhibit the deformation of the low rigidity region LR that absorbs the deformation of the body.
The standard deviation of the rigidity of each region (first region to fourth region) forming the waist region F11 may be less than 0.2. The standard deviation of the rigidity of the region forming the waist region F11 in the present embodiment is 0.051. Each region forming the waist region F11 has little variation in rigidity in the longitudinal direction L, and it is difficult to form a deformation base point in the waist region F11 due to a difference in rigidity. The waist region F11 is less likely to be deformed so as to shrink in the longitudinal direction L, the length of the waist region F11 in the longitudinal direction L is secured, and the waist region F11 can continue to cover the abdomen more. Examples of the configuration that suppresses the variation in rigidity that constitutes the waist region F11 include a configuration in which an elastic sheet is arranged in the waist region F11 and a configuration in which embossing is formed over the entire sheet that constitutes the waist region.
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-M000001
The standard deviation of rigidity can be calculated based on the following formula (1).
Figure JPOXMLDOC01-appb-M000001
The average bending rigidity of the side region FS in the longitudinal direction L may be lower than the average waist rigidity. The average bending rigidity of the side region FS in the longitudinal direction L is an average value of the rigidity of the first to tenth regions of the side region FS in the longitudinal direction L. The side region FS is a region outside the outer edge of the absorbent core 50 in the width direction W and inside the side joint portion 60 in the width direction W. Since the side region FS has a lower bending rigidity than the waist region F11 and is easily deformed, it is possible to suppress the side region FS from being deformed earlier than the waist region F11 and deforming the waist region F11. Therefore, it is easy to continue covering the abdomen with the waist region F11.
The length of the low rigidity region LR in the longitudinal direction L may be 20% or more with respect to the entire length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L. The low rigidity region LR of the present embodiment is 20% of the entire length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L. When expansion and contraction of the skin at the lower end of the abdomen occurs, the force applied to the front waistline region S1 is easily absorbed by the deformation of the low rigidity region LR. As a result, the force applied to the front waistline region S1 can be absorbed by the deformation of the low-rigidity region LR, and the region deformed by the movement of the body can be minimized. Further, by absorbing the force applied to the front waistline region S1 by the deformation of the low rigidity region LR, it is possible to suppress the deformation of the waist region F11. Therefore, the length of the entire front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L is easily secured, and the effect of continuously covering the abdomen with the waist region F11 is more easily obtained. Further, in order to easily cover the entire abdomen with the front waistline region S1, the length of the low-rigidity region LR in the longitudinal direction L may be 30% or less of the total length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L.
The low-rigidity regions LR may be adjacent to each other or may be separated from each other in the longitudinal direction L as in the present embodiment. Preferably, the low rigidity region LR may be provided in each of the first lower abdominal region F21 and the second lower abdominal region F22. The first lower abdominal region F21 is a region located 40 to 60% behind the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 with respect to the entire length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, a fifth region and a sixth region. The second lower abdominal region F22 is a region located 60 to 90% rearward from the front end edge S1F of the front waistline region S1 with respect to the entire length of the front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L, that is, a seventh region to a ninth region.
FIG. 7 shows a first low basis weight region LR1 located in the first lower abdominal region F21 and a second low basis weight region LR2 located in the second lower abdominal region F22. The first low basis weight region LR1 is composed of the fifth region, and the second low basis weight region LR2 is composed of the eighth region. According to such a configuration, it is possible to provide both the first lower abdominal region F21 and the second lower abdominal region F22 with a portion that deforms according to the movement of the body. The first lower abdominal region F21 is close to the waist region F11, and the low-rigidity region LR of the first lower abdominal region F21 is deformed, so that a deformation base point when the bulge of the abdomen is deformed can be formed. In addition, the second lower abdominal region F22 is close to the crotch region S3, and the low rigidity region LR of the second lower abdominal region F22 is deformed, so that the deformation base point when a force is applied from the crotch side due to leg movements or the like. Can be formed. By providing the deformation base point of the first lower abdominal region F21 and the deformation base point of the second lower abdominal region F22, the other side moves with one as a base point and locally deforms between both deformation base points to deform the body. Can be absorbed, and the deviation of the entire front waistline region S1 in the longitudinal direction L can be suppressed.
The elastic member 22 may be arranged in a region overlapping the low rigidity region LR. Since the stretchable member 22 is arranged in the region overlapping the low-rigidity region LR, the low-rigidity region LR is easily fitted by the recessed portion at the lower end of the abdomen by the stretchable member 22. As a result, the low-rigidity region LR becomes easier to function as a deformation base point in the longitudinal direction L in the lower abdomen region F12. Therefore, the front waistline region S1 is deformed with the low-rigidity region LR as the base point, the front waistline region S1 easily follows the deformation of the body, and the entire front waistline region S1 can be prevented from shifting downward. Therefore, it is easier to obtain the effect of continuing to cover the abdomen with the waist region F11.
The elastic member 22 may be curved forward from the center of the front waistline region S1 in the width direction W toward the outside in the width direction W. The elastic member 22 allows the low-rigidity region LR to be pulled upward in the worn state. It is possible to prevent the entire front waistline region S1 including the low-rigidity region LR from dropping downward, and continue to cover the abdomen with the waist region F11. Further, as described above, the recess at the lower end of the abdomen is curved upward from the center in the width direction W toward the outside in the width direction W. Since the stretchable member 22 is curved from the center in the width direction W toward the outside in the width direction W, the lower abdomen region F12 fits into the recess at the lower end of the abdomen. Therefore, the front waistline region S1 is less likely to shift in the longitudinal direction L, and the entire absorbent article 10 can be further suppressed from shifting down.
The absorbent article 10 thus configured may be a disposable diaper for children.

In the tape-type absorbent article, the region in which the leg openings are provided constitutes the crotch region S3, and the boundary between the front waist region S1 and the crotch region S3 is defined by the front end edge of the leg openings. The boundary between the rear waistline region S2 and the crotch region S3 may be defined by the rear end edge of the leg hole opening. The leg openings are portions arranged around the legs of the wearer, and are portions that are recessed inward in the width direction at the outer edges of the absorbent article.
