Description

然而,现有的移动终端固定装置是用户单独购买安装在车辆上,移动终端固定装置与车辆的装配可靠性较差,底座固定不够稳定可靠,行车过程中存在碰撞产生的异响,并且容易导致结构的磨损,此外,移动终端固定装置凸出于驾驶室内部的安装面,在发生碰撞事故时的安全隐患较大。另外,因现有的移动终端固定装置是为可移动式的,当用于共享汽车时,遗失风险较大。

参照图1和图2,本申请提供了一种移动终端夹持装置,所述夹持装置包括基座10、托架11、夹持总成12;
所述夹持总成12包括夹持盖板121、夹持盖板支架122、固定支架123和第一弹性件124;
所述夹持盖板121与所述夹持盖板支架122固定连接;
所述固定支架123设置有第一伸缩通道1231,所述夹持盖板支架122嵌装于所述第一伸缩通道1231中;
所述第一弹性件124的一端与所述固定支架123连接,所述第一弹性件124的另一端与所述夹持盖板支架122连接;

具体而言,如图1所示,本申请提供的一种移动终端夹持装置,包括基座10、托架11、夹持总成12。基座10为整个夹持装置的固定基础,可以为车辆的内饰的适当部位,比如,可以是仪表板中部装饰板,也可以是车门内侧的装饰板或扶手箱上的装饰板等。托架11固定连接在基座10的外侧,用于托举移动终端,在移动终端下部起到约束支撑作用。如图2所示,夹持总成12为夹持移动终端的机构,包括夹持盖板121、夹持盖板支架122、固定支架123和第一弹性件124,夹持盖板121和夹持盖板支架122固定连接在一起,在固定支架123上设置有第一伸缩通道1231,夹持盖板支架122嵌装于第一伸缩通道1231中,夹持盖板支架122可以沿着第一伸缩通道1231作直线伸缩运动,则与夹持盖板支架122固定连接的夹持盖板121也相对于固定支架123运动。第一弹性件124的一端与固定支架123连接,另一端与夹 持盖板支架122连接,当夹持盖板支架122相对于固定支架123运动时,第一弹性件124可产生回复力,当夹持盖板支架122上的外力撤去时,在回复力的作用下,夹持盖板支架122可以恢复到初始位置,相应的,则与夹持盖板支架122固定连接的夹持盖板121也可以恢复到初始位置。如图1所示,前述的基座10为壳体结构,基座10上开设有安装孔101,夹持总成12固定在安装孔10中,夹持盖板支架122、固定支架123和第一弹性件124位于基座10的内侧,内侧为基座10凹下的一侧,则基座10起到遮挡作用,将夹持盖板支架122、固定支架123和第一弹性件124隐藏在基座10内部。夹持盖板121位于基座10的外侧,外侧为基座10凸起的一侧,夹持盖板121位于基座10的外侧为用户操作该夹持装置提供了拉伸的部位,用户可通过拉起夹持盖板121带动夹持盖板支架122在第一伸缩通道1231内的直线运动。在托架11与夹持盖板121之间设有移动终端装卡空间,当夹持盖板121运动到距托架11的距离大于移动终端的安装距离时,可轻松放入移动终端,借助于第一弹性件124的回复力,夹持盖板121向初始位置运动,可将移动终端夹紧固定在夹持盖板121与托架11之间。
本申请所述的移动终端夹持装置,通过将夹持总成固定在基座的安装孔中,使得夹持盖板支架、固定支架和第一弹性件位于基座的内侧,实现固定支架与基座的可靠固定,避免了异响,同时夹持盖板和夹持盖板支架可沿第一伸缩通道与固定支架相对运动,当夹持总成的夹持盖板支架缩回到固定支架的第一伸缩通道中,实现了隐藏式设计,避免了结构外露导致的安全隐患;当夹持总成的夹持盖板支架沿第一伸缩通道伸出时,托架与夹持盖板之间的移动终端装卡空间则可用于夹持固定移动终端设备,方便用户使用。
可选的,参照图3,所述夹持总成12还包括开关按钮支架125、开关按钮126和第二弹性件127;
所述固定支架123设置有第二伸缩通道1232,所述第二伸缩通道1232与所述第一伸缩通道1231相交贯通;
所述开关按钮支架125为中部镂空的框架结构,所述开关按钮支架125的框架设置有与所述夹持盖板支架122配合的限位挡块1251;
所述第一弹性件124穿过所述中部镂空的区域,所述第二弹性件127的 一端与所述开关按钮支架125连接,所述第二弹性件127的另一端与所述固定支架123连接;

具体而言,如图3所示,前述的夹持总成12还包括开关按钮支架125、开关按钮126和第二弹性件127。在固定支架123上设置有第二伸缩通道1232,该第二伸缩通道1232与第一伸缩通道1231相交贯通,开关按钮支架125为中部镂空的框架结构,开关按钮支架125的框架设置有与夹持盖板支架122配合的限位挡块1251。从而,当夹持盖板支架122沿第一伸缩通道1231伸出运动到达极限位置时,限位挡块1251可挡住夹持盖板支架122,阻止夹持盖板支架122在第一弹性件124的回复力作用下自动弹回。为了保证第一弹性件124能正常连接固定支架123与夹持盖板支架122,第一弹性件124穿过开关按钮支架125中部镂空的区域。第二弹性件127的一端与开关按钮支架125连接,第二弹性件127的另一端与固定支架123连接,开关按钮126固定在开关按钮支架125上,开关按钮支架125嵌装于第二伸缩通道1232中。从而,当夹持盖板支架122沿第一伸缩通道1231伸出运动到达极限位置时,限位挡块1251可挡住夹持盖板支架122,阻止夹持盖板支架122在第一弹性件124的回复力作用下自动弹回,此时,若用户不去按压开关按钮126,在第二弹性件127的作用下,限位挡块1251持续阻挡夹持盖板支架122恢复至初始位置,则夹持盖板支架122无法下落恢复至初始位置;若用户按压了开关按钮126,则限位挡块1251随着开关按钮支架125发生运动,对夹持盖板支架122的阻挡作用消失,夹持盖板支架122可恢复至初始位置。因而,开关按钮支架125、开关按钮126和第二弹性件127使得用户单手操作该夹持装置成为可能,单手将夹持盖板121拉起后,限位挡块1251可将夹持盖板支架122锁止固定,当移动终端放置到装卡空间后,通过按压开关按钮126,便可触发限位挡块1251退回,使得夹持盖板支架122回落,夹持盖板121便可自动夹紧移动终端。
可选的,参照图4,所述夹持总成12还包括第一阻尼组件128;
所述第一阻尼组件128包括第一盖板支架遮挡板1281、第一齿轮阻尼 1282和第一固定支架后盖板1283;
所述第一盖板支架遮挡板1281与所述夹持盖板支架122固定连接,所述第一盖板支架遮挡板1281嵌装于所述第一伸缩通道1231中;
所述第一盖板支架遮挡板1281设置有齿轮孔,所述第一齿轮阻尼1282嵌装于所述齿轮孔中相对所述第一盖板支架遮挡板1281转动;

具体而言,如图4所示,前述的夹持总成12还包括第一阻尼组件128,第一阻尼组件128包括第一盖板支架遮挡板1281、第一齿轮阻尼1282和第一固定支架后盖板1283。第一盖板支架遮挡板1281与夹持盖板支架122固定连接,由于夹持盖板支架122嵌装于第一伸缩通道1231中,因而第一盖板支架遮挡板1281也嵌装于第一伸缩通道1231中,则第一盖板支架遮挡板1281随着夹持盖板支架122一起伸缩直线运动。在第一盖板支架遮挡板1281上设置有齿轮孔,第一齿轮阻尼1282嵌装于齿轮孔中相对第一盖板支架遮挡板1281转动,第一固定支架后盖板1283与固定支架123固定连接,遮挡固定支架123,第一固定支架后盖板1283沿第一伸缩通道1231的方向设置有齿条,第一齿轮阻尼1282与齿条啮合。第一固定支架后盖板1283遮挡住固定支架123,可防止灰尘等杂物进入,防止润滑油脂外泄,避免影响第一齿轮阻尼1282与齿条的啮合。借助于齿轮齿条的啮合过程,通过第一阻尼组件的缓冲作用,可实现夹持盖板支架相对于固定支架的缓慢运动,减弱伸缩运动的冲击感,提升用户的使用感受。为便于理解本申请的技术方案,图5给出了图4装配后沿M方向的正视图,图6给出了图5的A-A方向的第一剖视图,展示的是夹持盖板支架122处于初始位置未伸出的状态,图7给出了图5的A-A方向的第二剖视图,展示的是夹持盖板支架122处于伸出后处于极限位置的状态,可见,限位挡块1251将夹持盖板支架122托住锁止固定,图8给出了图5的B-B方向的剖视图。
可选的,参照图9,所述夹持总成12还包括第二齿轮阻尼129;
所述第二齿轮阻尼129与所述固定支架123可转动地连接;
所述夹持盖板支架122沿所述第一伸缩通道1231的方向设置有齿条,所述第二齿轮阻尼129与所述齿条啮合。
具体而言,如图9所示,为实现夹持盖板支架相对于固定支架的缓慢运动。另一种可行的方案可以为,在夹持总成12还包括第二齿轮阻尼129,第二齿轮阻尼129与固定支架123可转动地连接,即第二齿轮阻尼129本身不做直线运动,只转动,夹持盖板支架122沿第一伸缩通道1231的方向设置有齿条,第二齿轮阻尼129与齿条啮合,则齿条随着夹持盖板支架122的伸缩而直线运动。该方案同样有助于实现夹持盖板支架相对于固定支架的缓慢运动,减弱伸缩运动的冲击感,提升用户的使用感受。
可选的,所述第一弹性件124沿与所述第一伸缩通道1231的垂直方向偏置或居中设置。
具体而言,当第一弹性件124沿与第一伸缩通道1231的垂直方向偏置设置时,可为夹持盖板支架122的伸缩运动留出充足的空间,并且可避免开关按钮支架125的中部镂空的设计,有助于降低结构复杂程度。当第一弹性件124沿与第一伸缩通道1231的垂直方向居中设置时,此时,第一弹性件124所连接的固定支架123与夹持盖板支架122各个方向受力较为均衡,不容易产生倾斜卡滞的问题,夹持盖板支架122的运动更为顺畅。
可选的,所述第一弹性件124为卷簧或压簧。
具体而言,由于第一弹性件124的作用在于使夹持盖板支架122复位,其可以为卷簧,卷簧在收缩卷起时,不提供拉力,当被拉伸开之后,可为夹持盖板支架122提供回复力。类似地,压簧在自由状态时,不提供拉力,当被拉伸开之后,可为夹持盖板支架122提供回复力。
可选的,所述第二弹性件127为压簧。
具体而言,由于第二弹性件127的一端与开关按钮支架125连接,另一端与固定支架123连接,其作用在于使开关按钮支架125复位,即就是当按压开关按钮126的时候,开关按钮支架125运动,第二弹性件127被压缩,松手之后,开关按钮支架125在第二弹性件127的弹力作用下自动复位,因而第二弹性件127为压簧,当然,其他受压后可提供复位弹力的零件也可作 为第二弹性件使用。
可选的,所述夹持盖板121面向所述托架11的夹持部位设置有TPS软胶。
具体而言,夹持盖板121面向托架11的夹持部位设置有TPS软胶,从而,一方面TPS软胶可以增大夹持摩擦力,保证夹持可靠性,另一方面,还可以减弱移动终端与夹持装置之间的碰撞异响,提升用户使用体验。
可选的,所述托架11的材质为TPS软胶材料。
具体而言,托架11的材质也可以为TPS软胶材料,从而,从上下两处夹持部位均可达到增大夹持摩擦力,保证夹持可靠性,减弱移动终端与夹持装置之间的碰撞异响,提升用户使用体验的效果。
本申请实施例还提供了一种车辆,该车辆包括前述的移动终端夹持装置。
如图10所示,给出了前述移动终端夹持装置的装配示意图,基座10可以为车辆的仪表板中部装饰板,图11为图10的C-C方向的剖视图,在夹持盖板121与托架11之间装夹有移动终端。
