发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种防转动活检针,采用限位装置和解锁装置的设计,能够保证活检针在穿刺过程针杆不发生转动,且在需要取出针杆组件时可以很便捷的取下。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述限位 扣(102)与旋转扣(101)位于鲁尔接口(103)的两侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:还包括解锁装置,所述解锁装置包括位于限位扣(102)外侧的解锁按钮(301),在锁紧状态时,所述限位扣(102)位于限位槽(203)内,当需要解锁时,解锁按钮(301)朝限位扣(102)方向倾斜,限位扣(102)产生形变,从而限位扣(102)与限位槽(203)产生错位,此时限位扣(102)的限位作用消失,即可转动针杆手柄(2)。
  8. 一种防转动活检针,包括针管组件和针杆组件,所述针管组件包括针管(5)和针管手柄(1),所述针杆组件包括针杆(6)和针杆手柄(2),所述针管的尾部连接有针管手柄(1),所述针管手柄(1)的顶部设有鲁尔接口(103),所述针杆(6)的尾部连接针杆手柄(2),其特征在于:所述针管手柄(1)上设置有第一限位装置,所述第一限位装置包括位于鲁尔接口(103)一侧的旋转扣(101)以及与旋转扣(101)相对的限位扣(102),所述旋转扣(101)的支撑部(101-1)支撑于鲁尔接口(103)的一侧,所述支撑部(101-1)向上延伸出与其呈直角设置的钩部(101-2);
    所述针杆手柄(2)上设置有第二限位装置,所述第二限位装置包括与旋转扣(101)相配合的旋转槽(201),所述旋转槽(201)供钩部(101-2)旋进并锁紧,限制针杆手柄的轴向转动;所述第二限位装置还包括与限位扣(102)相配合的导向槽(202),所述导向槽直径较小的一端为限位槽(203),所述导向槽(202)为一段直径线性减小的槽口,所述限位扣(102)在初始阶段插入导向槽(202)直径较大的一端,随着旋转针杆手柄,所述限位扣(102)的外侧面沿着贴合导向槽(202)内侧面转动并受力向内侧变形,限位扣(102)完全进入限位槽(203)时恢复形变,进而啮合,以限制针杆手柄的轴向转动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述针杆 手柄上还设置有解锁装置,所述解锁装置包括位于限位扣(102)外侧的解锁按钮(301),在锁紧状态时,所述限位扣(102)位于限位槽(203)内,当需要解锁时,解锁按钮(301)朝限位扣(102)方向倾斜,限位扣(102)产生形变,从而限位扣(102)与限位槽(203)产生错位,此时限位扣(102)的限位作用消失,即可转动针杆手柄。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述针杆组件还包括针杆手柄盖(3),所述针杆手柄盖(3)的周向设置有一组凹槽。
  11. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述针管(5)为中空结构,其端部具有斜面穿刺针头(501)。
  12. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述针杆(6)为实芯结构,其端部具有与穿刺针头(501)同角度的斜面并保持齐平,组成穿刺刃。
  13. 根据权利要求8所述的一种防转动活检针,其特征在于:所述针管(5)贯穿调节手柄(4)并与针管手柄(1)连接。
