Description

包装装置和牵引包装装置及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及口腔正畸器械的包装领域,具体涉及包装装置和牵引包装装置及其使用方法。
背景技术
托槽是正畸矫正技术的重要部件,弓丝通过托槽而对牙齿施加各种作用力,托槽的主要作用在于固定弓丝,从而弓丝更好的发挥作用,传递作用力,以控制牙齿的三维移动,达到正畸矫正的目的。托槽包装盒是用于包装托槽的盒子,其能够保证运输中产品的安全,提升产品的档次等。
托槽包装时,按一位所需的托槽进行包装,每位患者预期将使用一盒托槽,但是在运输中,一盒托槽的运输并不符合经济效益,反而会造成资源的浪费,医院或诊所中医生往往一天之内需使用若干盒托槽,需要频繁的开启与关闭托槽包装盒,使得正畸矫正效率下降。一盒托槽中,若丢失几粒托槽,使得托槽不能组成一套,不能对患者使用,导致整盒托槽失去作用,导致资源的浪费与经济上的损失。
现有的托槽包装盒主要由盒体、盖体和内托组成,内托设于盒体之中,内托设有托槽放置槽,托槽放置于托槽放置槽中,医生在进行牙齿正畸矫正过程中,需要使用夹持工具将托槽从托槽放置槽中取出,再将托槽粘接于牙齿上。然而由于托槽放置槽不能对托槽进行限位,使得托槽在托槽放置槽之中,随意的移动,转动角度,使得医生在夹取了散乱无章的托槽之后,需要对托槽进行角度的调整,在对托槽进行角度调整的过程中,会导致托槽掉落,甚至丢失托槽,增加了医生操作时的难度。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可对托槽具体限位的,且能相互串接的托槽收纳盒,相互串接的托槽收纳盒可放置于包装装置的放置腔中,以减少空间占用的包装装置,方便大规模运输。
技术解决方案
本发明技术方案如下。
包装装置,所述包装装置包括放置腔和托槽收纳盒。
所述托槽收纳盒可顺次串接形成托槽收纳盒组,所述托槽收纳盒组可放置于所述放置腔内。
所述放置腔包括第一端口与第二端口。
所述托槽收纳盒组的所述托槽收纳盒可从所述第一端口分离,分离的所述托槽收纳盒可从所述第一端口或所述第二端口与所述放置腔中的所述托槽收纳盒组再串接在一起。
进一步地,所述放置腔为多个,多个所述放置腔按牙位顺序排列。
进一步地,相同牙位的所述托槽收纳盒顺次串接,且可放置于对应牙位的所述放置腔中。
进一步地,所述托槽收纳盒在所述放置腔轴向方向与所述放置腔紧密配合。
进一步地,所述托槽收纳盒包括盒体和放置部 ,所述盒体的上端设有突出部 ,所述突出部包括凸台,凸台的顶面有向下凹陷的第一腔体,所述盒体的下端设有包覆部,所述包覆部包括包覆腔,所述凸台与所述包覆腔的尺寸相匹配,所述放置部可放置托槽,所述放置部设置于所述第一腔体内。
进一步地,所述放置部包括托槽放置槽,所述托槽放置槽具有放置口部、放置侧部及放置底部,所述放置侧部包括第一放置侧部及第二放置侧部。
进一步地,所述凸台的外壁具有外螺纹或扣合凸,所述包覆腔具有内螺纹或扣合槽。
进一步地,所述放置腔的内壁设有卡位凸或卡位槽,所述托槽收纳盒的外壁设有卡位槽或卡位凸,所述卡位凸与所述卡位槽相匹配。
进一步地,其特征在于,所述放置腔或托槽收纳盒对应每个牙位有不同的牙位标记和/或颜色标记。
牵引包装装置,所述牵引包装装置包括所述包装装置,所述牵引包装装置设有牵引绳,所述放置腔的内壁还设有相互对称的牵引槽,所述牵引绳设置于所述牵引槽,所述牵引绳的两端朝向同一方向,且所述牵引绳的一端固定于所述放置腔的腔口。

有益效果
1、若干个相同牙位的托槽收纳盒相互串接放置于对应牙位的放置腔中,放置腔能容纳大量的托槽收纳盒,节省了托槽收纳盒的储存空间,便于大规模的运输。
2、各个牙位的托槽收纳盒(即每个牙位的托槽收纳盒均有一个)可组成一整套托槽收纳盒,一整套托槽收纳盒可相互串接放置于放置腔中,一个放置腔能容纳一套托槽收纳盒,即容纳一套托槽,方便医生的使用。
3、相同牙位的相互串接的托槽收纳盒放置于对应牙位的放置腔时,使得包装装置可对一套或若干套托槽进行包装,   包装装置可容纳一套或若干套托槽,方便储存与运输。
4、托槽收纳盒有放置部,放置部能对安装的托槽进行具体的限位,使得托槽不会晃动,且能对托槽放置槽内的托槽进行角度的调整,使得托槽能摆放成最有利于医生夹取的角度,方便医生的操作。
5、托槽收纳盒对应不同的牙位有不同的颜色标记和/或牙位标记,方便医生的辨认与收集。当托槽收纳盒串接时,由于不同的牙位的托槽收纳盒有不同的牙位标记和/或颜色标记,使得医生能迅速的从串接的托槽收纳盒之中找到所需的牙位的托槽收纳盒,进而找到所需的托槽。
6、托槽收纳盒相互相互串接时,其中一个托槽收纳盒的凸台能与另一个托槽收纳盒的包覆腔相配合,无需增加其它的部件,仅使用托槽收纳盒就能实现托槽收纳盒的串接, 结构简单,便于操作。
7、托槽收纳盒相互相互串接时,其中一个托槽收纳盒的上端的凸台能与另一个托槽收纳盒的下端的包覆部的包覆腔通过螺纹或扣合等连接方式连接,使得相互串接的托槽收纳盒之间能稳固的配合连接,不会松动与脱落。
8、放置腔的径向形状大小与托槽收纳盒的径向形状大小相等,放置腔的轴向长度远大于托槽收纳盒的轴向长度,使得放置腔在轴向方向上能容纳多个托槽收纳盒,便于储存托槽收纳盒。
9、在包装盒上,多个放置腔按牙列顺序排列,且对应每个牙位的放置腔有不同的牙位标记和/或颜色标记,方便使用者辨认,快速找到所需的托槽,提高工作效率。
10、相同牙位的托槽收纳盒相互串接,且放置于对应牙位的放置腔中,当使用者进行操作时,可通过对牙位标记的辨别,找到所需牙位的托槽。
11、当包装装置中托槽有剩余,且不能组成一套完整的托槽时,将装有托槽的托槽收纳盒取出,相互串接,利用相互串接所形成的密闭空间保存托槽。
12、放置腔的内壁设有卡位凸,托槽收纳盒的外壁设有卡位槽,卡位凸与卡位槽相卡合匹配,相互串接的托槽收纳盒可利用卡位槽与卡位凸的相配合,滑入放置腔内部存储,且卡位凸与卡位槽的设置能防止托槽收纳盒在放置腔中转动,维持包装装置的稳定。
13、、牵引绳的设置,便于使用者取出位于放置腔内部的托槽收纳盒,通过对牵引绳的施加牵引力,使得牵引绳放置腔外部移动,从而带动托槽收纳盒的移动,使得托槽收纳盒突出于放置腔,便于取出。
14、当托槽有剩余时,可取出装托槽的托槽收纳盒,剩余的托槽收纳盒可相互串接,利用相互串接所形成的密闭空间对位于放置部中的托槽保护,使得托槽清洁卫生,同时避免了如同普通托槽包装盒内的剩余的托槽丢弃的命运,节约成本。
15 、当托槽有剩余时,可取出装托槽的托槽收纳盒,剩余的托槽收纳盒可相互串接,相互串接的托槽收纳盒可单独放置,而无需保留包装装置,节约了空间。

本发明的实施方式
包装装置10,包括放置腔20与托槽收纳盒30,托槽收纳盒30可顺次串接形成托槽收纳盒组70,托槽收纳盒组70可放置于放置腔20内。托槽收纳盒30,托槽收纳盒30包括盒体43与放置部31。
盒体43的两端分别为上端与下端,其中上端有突出部,突出部的顶面为第一面50, 突出部包括凸台51,凸台51从第一面50突出,凸台51具有外侧壁(或凸台51的外侧壁具有外螺纹或扣合凸55),凸台51的顶面向下凹陷形成第一凹槽44。
下端有包覆部,包覆部的底面设有与第一面50相配合的第二面52,第一面50与第二面52的形状大小相等,第二面52向上端方向凹陷形成包覆腔53,包覆腔53具有具有内壁(或包覆腔53的内壁有内螺纹或扣合槽56),包覆腔53的深度大于或者等于凸台51的高度。
盒体43的外侧壁设有与盒体43中轴线相平行的卡位槽54,卡位槽54从上端的突出部延伸至下端底端,卡位槽54为一个或多个。
盒体43具有颜色标记和或牙位标记,不同牙位的托槽60所对应的托槽收纳盒30的盒体43具有不同的颜色,例如11牙位的盒体43为白色、12牙位的盒体43为红色,13牙位的盒体43为绿色……;不同牙位的托槽60所对应的托槽收纳盒30具有不同的牙位标记,盒体43上标有牙位的编号,以便医生识别。盒体43的颜色标记与牙位标记可单独使用或混合使用。
托槽收纳盒30包括放置部31,放置部31与盒体43的第一凹槽44相匹配,放置部31放置于第一凹槽44。放置部31包括支撑部41与托槽放置槽32。
托槽放置槽32具有放置口部34、放置侧部与放置底部42,托槽放置槽32的放置侧部具有顶沿与底沿,托槽放置槽32的放置侧部的顶沿与托槽放置槽32的放置口部34相接, 托槽放置槽32的放置侧部的底沿与托槽放置槽32的放置底部42相接。
槽放置槽32的放置侧部包括第一放置侧部35与第二放置侧部36,第一放置侧部 35与第二放置侧部36相对。
第一放置侧部35与托槽放置槽32的放置底部42之间设有第一侧凹部37,第二放置侧部36与托槽放置槽32的放置底部42之间设有第二侧凹部38。
第一放置侧部35在其底沿处设有第一卡位凸起39,第一卡位凸起39相对于第一放置侧部35相第二放置侧部36凸出,且第一卡位凸起39与托槽放置槽32的放置底部42留有卡位间隙;第二放置侧部36在其底沿处设有第二卡位凸起40,第二卡位凸起40相对于第二放置侧部36相第一放置侧部35凸出,且第二卡位凸起40与托槽放置槽32的放置底部42留有卡位间隙。第一卡位凸起39与第二卡位凸40起相对,第一卡位凸起39与第二卡位凸起40相对对托槽60进行具体限位,使得托槽60能稳固的放置于托槽放置槽32中。
托槽放置槽32的设置,使得托槽放置槽32的第一卡位凸起39与第二卡位凸起40对托槽相向卡合,使得托槽60能稳定的放置于托槽放置槽32中,不会因为托槽收纳盒30的晃动而使得托槽60相对于托槽放置槽32移动。托槽放置槽32的设置使得托槽能呈一定的角度放置于托槽放置槽32之内,方便医生的夹取,使得医生无需手动调整托槽60的角度,能加快治疗进程。
放置部31的支撑部41与托槽收纳盒30的第一凹槽44紧密配合或过盈配合或固定配合,支撑部41的底部与第一凹槽44的槽底相配合,支撑部41可固定于第一凹槽44中。托槽放置槽32凸出与第一凹槽44,便于安装或夹取托槽60。
托槽收纳盒30为两个或者多个时,托槽收纳盒30可相互串接,形成托槽收纳盒组70。当两个托槽收纳盒30相互串接,形成第一托槽收纳盒组,设其中一个托槽收纳盒30为第一托槽收纳盒,另一个托槽收纳盒30为第二托槽收纳盒;第一托槽收纳盒的盒体43的上端的突出部可与第二托槽收纳盒的盒体43的下端的包覆部连接配合。
第一托槽收纳盒的凸台51与第二托槽收纳盒的包覆腔53紧密配合或过盈配合或螺纹连接或卡合连接,使得第一托槽收纳盒与第二托槽收纳盒连接紧密,不会脱落。
托槽收纳盒30的包覆腔53的深度大于或者等于托槽收纳盒30的凸台51的高度,因而第二托槽收纳盒的包覆腔53能完全包覆第一托槽收纳盒的凸台51。
同时第一托槽收纳盒的第一面50与第二托槽收纳盒的第二面52相互配合,第一面50与第二面52形状大小一致,第一托槽收纳盒与第二托槽收纳盒连接紧密,使得托槽收纳盒30相互串接时的连接缝隙降至最小,使得托槽收纳盒30整洁干净,使得位于托槽收纳盒30之内的托槽不受到污染,维持托槽的清洁。
第一托槽收纳盒组可与任意一个或两个托槽收纳盒30相互串接,形成第二或第三托槽收纳盒组,第二或第三大托槽收纳盒可与任意一个或两个托槽收纳盒30相互串接…… 第N-1大托槽收纳盒可与任意一个或两个托槽收纳盒30相互串接,形成第N大托槽收纳盒或第N+1大托槽收纳盒,托槽收纳盒30可连续的串接。
包装装置10设有放置腔20,放置腔20可容纳托槽收纳盒组70。
放置腔20的横截面的形状大小与托槽收纳盒30的横截面的形状大小相一致,即托槽收纳盒30能与放置腔20在轴向方向上配合紧密,使得放置腔20能稳固的容纳托槽收纳盒30,而托槽收纳盒30不会在放置腔20中任意晃动,造成包装不稳等情形。
放置腔20能于腔体的轴线方向容纳托槽收纳盒组70,即每个放置腔20可放置大量的托槽收纳盒30,使得包装装置10能容纳大量的托槽收纳盒30,节约空间,减少空间的浪费,便于大规模的运输与使用。
进一步地,放置腔20的内壁设有与托槽收纳盒30外侧壁上的卡位槽54相配合的卡位凸22,卡位凸22为一个或多个。放置腔20的内壁上的卡位凸22与托槽收纳盒30上的卡位槽54相互卡合,使得托槽收纳盒30能稳固的放置于放置腔20之中,不会在放置腔20内随意的晃动。或放置腔20的内壁上有卡位槽54,而托槽收纳盒30的外侧壁上有卡位凸22,放置腔 20的卡位槽与托槽收纳盒30的卡位凸相卡合,使得托槽收纳盒30能稳固的放置于放置腔20 之中,不会在放置腔20内随意的晃动。
包装装置10上的放置腔20为多个,多个放置腔20按牙位顺序排列。放置腔20具有颜色标记和或牙位标记,不同牙位的托槽60所对应的放置腔20具有不同的颜色,例如11牙位的放置腔20为白色、12牙位的放置腔20为红色,13牙位的放置腔20为绿色……;不同牙位的托槽60所对应的放置腔20具有不同的牙位标记,放置腔20上标有牙位的编号,以便医生识别。放置腔20的颜色标记与牙位标记可单独使用或混合使用。
进一步地,包装装置10的放置腔20为长条状的通孔,方便从放置腔20的两端中的任一端取出托槽收纳盒30。可从放置腔20的一端对放置于其中的托槽收纳盒组70施加作用力,使得托槽收纳盒组70可从放置腔20的另一端突出,使得从放置腔20中取出托槽收纳盒30简单化。
进一步地,托槽收纳盒组70放置于放置腔20之中,托槽收纳盒组70从放置腔20的一端延伸至另一端,放置腔20可为长条状的通孔。
进一步地,当托槽收纳盒组70放置且填满长条通孔状的放置腔20中时,使用一个托槽收纳盒30(第一托槽收纳盒)串接托槽收纳盒组70,对刚刚串接于托槽收纳盒组70的第一托槽收纳盒施加作用力,使得第一托槽收纳盒向放置腔20内移动,而位于托槽收纳盒组的另一端端部的托槽收纳盒30(第二托槽收纳盒)突出于放置腔20之外,可从托槽收纳盒组70的端部取下第二托槽收纳盒。当还需取出从托槽收纳盒组70中取出托槽收纳盒30时,可使用第二托槽收纳盒与托槽收纳盒组70相互串接,然后对位于托槽收纳盒组70中的第二托槽收纳盒施加作用力,使得托槽收纳盒组70的一端的托槽收纳盒30突出于放置腔20,取下突出于放置腔20的托槽收纳盒组70的托槽放置盒30……使得包装装置10和托槽收纳盒30 可循环使用,且无需使用工具即可取出位于放置腔20中的托槽收纳盒组70的托槽收纳盒30,操作简单,无需增加起出工具即可实现托槽收纳盒30的取出,使得包装装置10结构简单,便于医生的使用,且适应于大量的存储托槽收纳盒30,即大量的存储托槽60,便于大规模的运输。
在其中一个实施例,一整套(即各个牙位的托槽收纳盒都有一个,因而组成一整套)的托槽收纳盒30相互串接放置于包装装置10的放置腔20中,放置腔20为若干个,因而包装装置10可容纳若干套托槽收纳盒30,进而使得包装装置10能大规模的包装托槽,方便运输与医生以后大量的使用。
在其中一个实施例中,相同牙位的托槽收纳盒30相互串接放置于包装装置10的放置腔20中,放置腔20的数量为牙位的数量或为牙位数量的倍数,使得包装装置10能容纳若干套托槽收纳盒30,当医生使用时,能轻易的分辨所需托槽所处的放置腔20,进而分辨出托槽60所处的托槽收纳盒30,取出托槽60,减轻寻找托槽60的困难,加快治疗进程,提高患者的治疗体验度。包装装置10可容纳若干套托槽收纳盒30,进而使得包装装置10能大规模的包装托槽60,方便运输,节约运输成本,提高经济效益。
在其中一个实施例中,包装装置10的放置腔20内还设有牵引槽22,牵引槽22在放置腔20内沿放置腔20的中轴线相互对称。放置腔20内还设有牵引绳23,牵引绳23放置于牵引槽22内,牵引绳23的两端均朝向放置腔20同一端的腔口,牵引绳23沿放置腔20的一侧的牵引槽22经放置腔20腔底向另一侧牵引槽22延伸最终伸出放置腔20之外,牵引绳23的一端固定于放置腔20的腔口,另一端伸出于腔口之外,牵引绳23于放置腔20之内呈“匚”状布置。[0081]  当托槽收纳盒组70放置于包装装置10的放置腔20时,托槽收纳盒组70的一端与位于放置腔20腔底的牵引绳段相接触,位于放置腔20两侧相互对称的牵引槽22内的牵引绳段分别与托槽收纳盒组70的侧壁相接触,牵引绳23的两端均朝向放置腔20的腔口,牵引绳23 的其中一端固定于放置腔20的腔口,另一端自由的伸出放置腔20腔口之外。当对自由伸出放置腔20的牵引绳23施加向外的作用力时,牵引绳23向放置腔20腔口方向移动,牵引绳23 带动托槽收纳盒组70向放置腔20腔口方向移动,即位于放置腔20腔底的牵引绳段对相互串接的托槽收纳盒70施加向放置腔20腔口方向的作用力,使得托槽收纳盒组70向放置腔20腔口移动。当托槽收纳盒组70突出于放置腔20腔口时,使用者可取下托槽收纳盒30。包装装置10操作简单,使用牵引绳23便可不断的取出位于放置腔20内的托槽收纳盒组70的托槽收纳盒30,方便医生的操作。且安装方便,操作者只要将托槽收纳盒组70插入放置腔20内,即可完成安装,安装简单,节约了操作时间,提升工作效率。
进一步地,放置腔20具有第一端口与第二端口,在本实施例中,可第一端口或第二端口可被封闭。
在其中一个实施例中,包装装置10和牵引包装装置还具有外包装盒,用以包装包装装置10和牵引包装装置,使得包装装置10和牵引包装装置能良好的包装运输,和使得包装装置10和牵引包装装置更为的美观。
前述“第一、第二…”不代表具体的数量及顺序,仅仅是用于对名称的区分。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (13)

  1. 包装装置,其特征在于,所述包装装置包括放置腔和托槽收纳盒;
    所述托槽收纳盒可顺次串接形成托槽收纳盒组,所述托槽收纳盒组可放置于所述放置腔内,
    所述放置腔包括第一端口与第二端口;
    所述托槽收纳盒组的所述托槽收纳盒可从所述第一端口分离,分离的所述托槽收纳盒可从所述第一端口或所述第二端口与所述放置腔中的所述托槽收纳盒组再串接在一起。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述放置腔为多个,多个所述放置腔按牙位顺序排列。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的包装装置,其特征在于,相同牙位的所述托槽收纳盒顺次串接,且可放置于对应牙位的所述放置腔中。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项权利要求所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述托槽收纳盒在所述放置腔轴向方向与所述放置腔紧密配合。
  5. 如权利要求1-3任一项权利要求所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述托槽收纳盒包括盒体和放置部,所述盒体的上端设有突出部,所述突出部包括凸台,凸台的顶面有向下凹陷的第一腔体,所述盒体的下端设有包覆部,所述包覆部包括包覆腔,所述凸台与所述包覆腔的尺寸相匹配,所述放置部可放置托槽,所述放置部设置于所述第一腔体内。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述放置部包括托槽放置槽,所述托槽放置槽具有放置口部、放置侧部及放置底部,所述放置侧部包括第一放置侧部及第二放置侧部。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述凸台的外壁具有外螺纹或扣合凸, 所述包覆腔具有内螺纹或扣合槽。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述放置腔的内壁设有卡位凸或卡位槽,所述托槽收纳盒的外壁设有卡位槽或卡位凸,所述卡位凸与所述卡位槽相匹配。
  9. 如权利要求1-3或6-8任一项权利要求所述的包装装置,其特征在于,所述放置腔或托槽收纳盒对应每个牙位有不同的牙位标记和/或颜色标记。
  10. 牵引包装装置,其特征在于,所述牵引包装装置包括如权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述包装装置,所述牵引包装装置设有牵引绳,所述放置腔的内壁还设有相互对称的牵引槽,所述牵引绳设置于所述牵引槽,所述牵引绳的两端朝向同一方向,且所述牵引绳的一端固定于所述放置腔的腔口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的牵引包装装置,其特征在于,所述第二端口可被封闭。
  12. 如权利要求1-9任一项权利要求所述的包装装置的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述的托槽收纳盒置于所述包装装置或从所述包装装置取出。
  13. 如权利要求10-11任一项权利要求所述的牵引包装装置的使用方法,其特征在于,将所述的托槽收纳盒置于所述包装装置或从所述包装装置取出。
